one year time skip, 30 mins to next summoning
Izuku and Goku were back in the clearing where Izuku first discovered his quirk. Over the year they decided to start training together to become heroes. With the gap between Goku and Izuku, Izuku would quickly grow in strength and technique. After 11 months of training and lots of food going down the boy's blackhole like stomachs, Izuku was half as strong as Goku. Once they reached a point in their training where they started to stagnate in growth Goku decided they were ready for the final scroll his grandpa gave him about the mysterious energy that he had discovered called Ki.
"Ok, Izuku show me what you got!" Goku shouted challengingly
"Yeah, let's test my new power!" Izuku shouted back
"You two be careful and don't hurt yourself too bad!" Inko yelled on the sidelines with Hogo "Remember the reason why we came back here was to use your quirk, Izu."
"Don't worry mom we won't go too hard it's just a quick spar," Izuku said as he rushed at Goku
"I still don't get what they are trying to do with that Ki thing they've been talking about, can you explain it to me again Hogo?" Inko asked the dragon that has grown twice its size in the year.
"Goku's Grandfather in his early years was quirkless, because of this he looked for any power he could obtain without going into the dark side of the world. He traveled everywhere studying with different masters claiming to have a power anyone could use. After he had failed to obtain anything useful from his travels, he decided to look within himself, meditating for days on end." The dragon explained
"After his meditation, he discovered a light within himself, that is what he called Ki. The energy of the body strengthened with hard work and age."
"And they managed to unlock this power?" Inko questioned.
"Yes, while it is weak right now depending on how hard they train they will be able to control it as they wish." Hogo finished
As Hogo finished his explanation the dragon balls on the table they had set up glowed slightly and turned from stone into shiny yellow balls with green stars in them indicating they were ready for another use. This attracted the attention of Izuku. In the moment of distraction, Goku took the opportunity to punch Izuku.
"Ow, no fair Goku!" Izuku said rubbing his cheek
"It's your fault for not paying attention Izuku, I thought you got that lesson already?" Goku mocked jokingly
"I did but look!" Izuku pointed excitedly
Goku looked at the table where he saw the recharged dragon balls.
"Finally!" he exclaimed
They all gathered around the table staring at the dragon balls. "Do they look a little bigger to you?" Izuku asked his mother "Now that you mention it they are slightly bigger than golf balls now." Inko pointed out.
"That's because you're still growing Izuku." Hogo said "As you grow older and stronger my power will increase and the dragon balls will grow bigger.
"Do you know what you're going to wish for this time Izuku?" Goku asked
"Yes, but I want your opinions on my wish." Izuku said, "I was thinking about wishing for all the quirkless people in the world to manifest a quirk."
Inko and Goku looked surprised, and after a few seconds of silence, they both smiled.
"Of course, you would do something so incredible like that," Goku said grinned
Inko started to tear up in pride her hands over her mouth stifling sobs
"Oh Izuku, I'll support you all the way," Inko said barely holding back tears.
After taking a minute to compose themselves they got ready for the summoning.
"So, how do we do this now?" Izuku asked
"Here." Hogo voiced as he lay on the dragon balls "Now call my name in the way you summoned me last time
My Dragon Hogo, by your name I summon you forth
Hogo glowed green as lightning struck him and the balls from the dark cloudy sky. After the light dimmed there was Hogo back in his eternal dragon form.
"Now Izuku state your wish"
"I wish for all the quirkless people in the world if they wanted to develop a quirk."
Hogo's eyes glowed then dimmed "Your wish has been granted," he said before he disappeared turning back into his mini form and the dragon balls turned back into stone.
This was the life of Izuku Midoriya and Son Goku. For the next few years, the two boys would continue to grow to get ready for the U.A. entrance exams.
Now we skip five years into the future, Izuku and Goku have two years to prepare for the entrance exams during this time they have grown by leaps and bounds.
Goku at thirteen years old has a muscular frame for someone so young. he still has the same hair that spikes out like a palm tree and big innocent-looking eyes. his height however was lacking. He was left a staggering three feet two inches, however, his power was on a whole other level. During the five years, Goku and Izuku have trained hard to develop and almost mastered their Ki. Goku with his unlimited imagination began conjuring Ki into a form that could be seen by the naked eye and could cause major damage.
Izuku was doing just as good as Goku, he still has his messy green curly hair at a height of four feet six inches. He had a lean muscular build and green eyes with a slit in both of his pupils. With five years he had given himself four quirks.

Little Dragon: summons a small dragon to his location, dragon has grown from one foot to 10 feet but can adjust his size between his max and min and has the powers of a dragon.

Dragon Transfer: The dragon "transfers" part of his power to Izuku transforming him into a human-dragon hybrid and having him grow dragon wings, talons, and scales over parts of his body. (Really it is just a half-dragon transformation quirk).
Regeneration: It has two components the first exchanges stamina to heal wounds if overused it can result in the user going into a coma-like state until they have enough energy to move, second component overnight regeneration, any wounds or ailments not chosen to be healed by regeneration will be healed overnight using excess energy gained by sleeping
Dragon Appetite: the user can eat elemental attacks to permanently gain the characteristics of what was eaten such as turning into a flame dragon after eating flames though it must be physical. (Aka, you can't eat darkness or light unless it is manipulated by and quirk and turned into a weapon that can do physical damage)
Quirk HUD: Gives the user the ability to see anything related to quirks and has information known about it as an info card in the corner of the user's vision (Like the Ironman Hud in his helmet).
One wish in reserve
1 year before the U.A. entrance exams
"Ok, class It's the end of the year. before your final year at this school, you should start planning out your futures." the teacher said, "But why do I even try, I know you all want to become heroes!" he yelled throwing the papers he held into the air
The class cheered multiple people showing off their quirks, all except three boys.
"Don't lump me in with these losers teach, they'll be lucky to be a sidekick of some trash D-lister." Katsuki Bakugo arrogantly stated
"Ah yes Bakugo you are applied to go to U.A." the teacher revealed
The class broke into whispers of aww. "Yeah, that's right I've got the grades and the strongest quirk is this garbage school, and I'll be the first and only to get into U.A. from here." Bakugo proclaimed
The teacher flipped through some papers. "Oh, Izuku Midoriya and Son Goku are also applying to U.A."
Izuku tensed up out of habit and Goku glanced at Bakugo waiting for a reaction. They heard multiple small pops that increased in frequency before a loud bang reverberated through the classroom.
"WHAT?!" Bakugo screamed, "DEKU AND PALM TREE DARE TO CHALLENGE ME?!"
"We don't need to you overgrown Pomeranian, we already know we'll get in no problem," Goku stated
Bakugo stomped over to Goku's desk slamming his hands down on the wood with added explosions for further effect. "You care to say that again you-"
"Ok that's enough Bakugo you can head back to your seat now." the teacher interrupted. "Let's continue with other matters."
The class went on as usual with Bakugo glaring holes into the back of Goku's head. At the end of class as Izuku and Goku prepared to leave they were surrounded by Bakugo and his lackeys.
"Where do you think you are going nerds?" Bakugo hissed "Since when do you have the balls to talk to me like that?"
"Ever since I got tired of your bullying," Goku replied meeting his glare with a look of determination.
One of Bakugo's lackeys nicknamed fingers snatched a book out of Izuku's hand.
"What is this?" Bakugo questioned taking it from Fingers. "Hero analysis for the future? Do you think this is going to get you anywhere?" He asked while blowing it up and throwing it out of the window.
Izuku stood there trembling looking down at the ground shade covering his eyes but staying silent.
"Come on they are worth my time," Bakugo said leading his group out of the classroom. "Hey, Deku I've got a suggestion for you if you still want to be a hero. Why don't you take a swan dive off the roof and pray for a better quirk in your next life.
Goku's face contorted to anger as he rushed at Bakugo. He was stopped by Izuku grabbing his uniform. Goku reluctantly stood there as Bakugo set off explosions threateningly, mistaking Goku backing down for fear. Izuku and Goku left the school getting Izuku's notebook out of the coy pond outside. they decided to try to avoid Bakugo by taking a different root home.
"Damn it Kacchan what would you do if I jumped."
"That bastard, why don't you let us fight back? We could easily change everyone's opinion and view of Bakugo and us if we just at least defend ourselves." Goku complained
"I know, but I believe we just need to give it some time. Right now, even if we took Bakugo down a few notches, he would only start treating us with some sort of respect while he still looked down on others. If we wait until we get into U.A. everyone will be about equal to Bakugo and hopefully, he will mellow out a little." Izuku explained as they walked under an overpass.
"Still, what he said back there was way past the line," Goku replied
"Well, even if we reported him the school wouldn't do-" Izuku was interrupted by a mass of sludge engulfing his and Goku's bodies.
"Well now, it looks like I have two potential meat puppets to hide in. I think I'll take the broccoli head."
The sludge started to try to pry Izuku's mouth open, but he ended up failing. "What the hell kid? Just give up or I'll have to burrow in through your belly button, and ill warn you I doubt it will be pleasant."
Izuku and Goku gave each other mischievous looks before silently agreeing on a plan. The pair powered up flaring their aura, blasting the sludge villain all over the underpass. They got into a fighting stance and Izuku activated Dragon Transfer and Quirk Hud.
"Quirk Slime Body. Type Mutation. The User is now a sentient blob of slime with the ability to manipulate himself however he wants. Due to the nature of his quirk, over time he has gathered dirt and other contaminants, and without cleaning his body his slime is now more of a sludge. His main weakness is his solid eyes and teeth."
Goku nodded his head indicating he heard Izuku's analysis while the sludge villain reassembled inwardly surprised the kid was able to pick apart his quirk and a little worried. While everything was going down, under the sewer lid All Might watched the fight.
"Huh, this kid is impressive, he analyzed his quirk at just a glance and discovered his weak points. Maybe I should watch this a little more, he could be the successor I've been looking for." he thought while he slightly coughed tasting blood in his mouth.
Izuku and Goku got into a stance, they were both crouched side by side Izuku's left hand out and his right hand cocked back with Goku mirroring him. The slime villain charged at the duo, before he had gotten halfway Goku and Izuku let out a powerful yell as they struck their fists forward creating a shockwave that blew the slime villain apart and sent the sewer lid off of All Might's head. At that moment All Might jumped out of the sewer saying his signature catchphrase
"I AM HERE."
Izuku and Goku stood, their mouths agape laying their eyes that is the glory of the number one hero. All Might started emptying some soda bottles and, in a blur, he scooped up the slime villain not leaving a trace.
"Ah, all done." All Might turned his attention to the two boys still in shock. He chuckled "Are you, boys, alright?"
Izuku started nervously sputtering while Goku had sparkles in his eyes. Izuku composing himself first quickly dug through his bag pulling out his second hero analysis notebook on his favorite heroes, himself and Goku included, and flipped to a page on All Might.
"Excuse me sir could you do me the honor of signing my hero notebook." Izuku half asked half pleaded
"Why of course young man." All Might wrote his hero's name exaggeratedly with a small doodle of his face next to it. "And how about you young man? Do you have anything for me to sign?"
Goku shook his head.
"Well, if that's all may I ask what are your names? I managed to see you two in action when you blew apart that villain, and I have to say that I'm impressed."
"M-My name i-is Izuku Midoriya sir."
"And mine is son Goku!" Goku exclaimed excitedly "Can you please spar with me?"
"Spar?" All Might asked slightly coughing wiping away a little blood. "Maybe when you graduate the hero course, you both have some amazing potential, and I can't wait to see your debuts. Well, I need to be off." He said hurriedly and jumped away to the police station.
"That was so cool," Goku said sparkles still in his eyes. Izuku nodded and gathered his things
They spent some of their days walking around the city still on the I just meet All Might high as they were finally walking home, they heard explosions coming from the distance. They looked at each other and nodded rushing toward the commotion. As they arrived, they looked around at the carnage the fight was producing, the street was in shambles and the heroes were all standing around not moving to engage the villain. Izuku and Goku pushed past the crowd also pushed by a skinny blond man who looked like a skeleton. As they got to the front to see the commotion, they realized the villain that was attacking was the sludge villain that All Might captured. Before they had time to wonder how he escaped All Might they saw who was trapped in the sludge. For a brief moment Izuku and Goku saw the eyes of Katsuki Bakugo not filled with anger, but fear, fear of death. At that moment without either of them thinking they rushed at the sludge villain, Izuku transformed into his dragon state, and Goku did something he didn't even know he could. in that moment of rage thinking, someone could die while he stood there, his hair spiked up, his muscles and frame instantly buffed making him the same height as Izuku, and his eyes turned a yellow color focused on the villain.
Izuku seeing this transformation filed it away for later and gave Goku a command. "Goku, you go for the villain's eyes while I get Kacchan out of there." Goku nodded as they executed the plan while the heroes screamed at them to get back.
Goku noting the villain was larger than before distracted him by punching the air creating an air blast that irritated the villain. Izuku in the meantime used his wings to accelerate at the sludge stopping right in front of Bakugo. With a sweep of his wing, he blew way enough sludge to allow Bakugo to breathe.
"What the hell Deku, why are you here?" he asked
Izuku smiled "I can't sit by while my friend is in trouble Kacchan."
Izuku grabbed Bakugo flying into the air and yelled "I got him Goku it's time to pull out!"
Goku noticing he was starting to lose himself quickly blitz away from the sludge. At that moment a massive man started charging at the villain with his hand cocked back yelling. "DETROIT SMAAAASH,"
The sludge villain was splattered apart, the punch strong enough to change the weather. Once the threat was in custody, Izuku and Goku were scolded for being reckless, Bakugo was praised for being brave and his quirk and All Might was swarmed by the media Izuku and Goku started walking home.
"Hey Deku, Palm Tree." Bakugo yelled, "I didn't need or want your help, I would have been fine on my own."
"Sure Bakugo, if you say so," Goku replied sarcastically
Bakugo growled and stomped off. "Thank you for saving me." Goku whisper-yelled at Bakugo "no problem just don't be a jerk from now on. no? Ok then."
Izuku chuckled at Goku's antics as they continued walking. Suddenly Izuku and Goku were pulled into an alleyway by none other than All Might
"ALL MIGHT?!" they both said in surprise.
"YES, IT IS I ALL M-." Before he could finish, he was enveloped in a cloud of smoke and was replaced by a short skeleton-like man with shaggy blond hair, clothes too big for his body, and sunken blue eyes.
"AHH, WHERE DID ALL MIGHT GO?" they both yelled in surprise again
"Hey quiet down, I am all might." Before he could say anything else he lifted his shirt to reveal a twisted horrific scar on the left side of his torso. "The reason I look like this now is because of this injury I got fighting an enemy five years ago.
"Was it your fight with Toxic Chainsaw?" Izuku asked
"Ha, you are a hero fanboy." All Might stated "But no, he couldn't have given me this injury. I'm trusting you with this secret, so don't go posting about it online, ok?"
Both boys nodded and looked at each other thinking the same thing.
"Now to the reason I'm here, I want to train both of you and make one of you my successor and inherit my quirk."
Goku like before had stars in his eyes smiling ear to ear with fireworks going off in his head and Izuku stood there looking like he was about to pass out.
"Wait what? What do you mean inherit your quirk?" Izuku asked
"My quirk has been passed on to me as a sacred torch throughout the generations and I want one of you to be the next holder."
"Hut why us?" Goku asked
"You see I was impressed with your skills in dealing with that villain and how well you worked together to save that boy. But can you tell me, why did you rush in knowing you could have been in serious trouble?"
"I didn't think, my legs just-" Izuku started
"-Started moving on their own." Goku finished
All Might smiled and started laughing. "Of course, some of the best heroes have all had one thing in common, they all would run in to save someone without a second thought! So what do you say will you both train under me?
Izuku and Goku gave each other determined looks and nodded. "All right All Might we want to be trained by you," Izuku said
"All right that's good to hear. Meet me at Dagobah municipal beach tomorrow and make sure you keep this all a secret, ok?"
They nodded in agreement "All might when we meet you tomorrow, I need to share a secret with you too if you're giving us this kind of trust." Izuku said
All Might raised an eyebrow "Well whatever that is can be discussed tomorrow, see you then boys. "All Might said before walking off.
Izuku and Goku walked home and told Inko about what happened to them over dinner and how a pro hero wanted to train them. Inko agreed to let them meet and train with this hero but she had to meet him in person to continue. agreeing to the terms they headed to their rooms where Izuku greeted Hogo and went to sleep preparing for the day tomorrow
Another chapter done, next time Izuku and Goku start their training with All Might.
