Three Little Words, by Elle

Ryan looked at her.

She was beautiful, with her long, dark red hair, the light blue eyes and the lips he always wanted to kiss so badly. Right now, they were lying next to each other, fully clothed, her head comfortingly cuddled in the crook of his shoulder.

And she was babbling about some place he had gone with her mother, in vacation. He chuckled. He had not been this comfy around a girl since Marissa and the whole Oliver-mess, and the whole Theresa-being-pregnant-mess. Actually, their whole relationship had been a fiasco. Ryan was sure she dated him because it was against her mother's wishes.

She looked at him with her big blue eyes, and he was thankful that she was with him despite the fact that his foster mother was her half-sister. They were going strong for a few weeks, and that was good. They could study and talk before the make-out session. He wasn't even missing the sex. No, they had not gone for it yet, she being a virgin.

Her soft voice floated to him asking what he was thinking, but he wasn't really thinking, so his answer came straight from his heart:

"I love you".

Her eyes widened up, huge and dark, and she smiled shyly, stretched up a little bit, kissed him and whispered:

"I love you too".
