Chapter One: Voice of Mystery

Havoc had never felt more pathetic than she did right now.

Lying on the side of the road, bleeding and struggling to stand. The only thing that kept her going was rage. Starling had gone way too far this time while fighting. There was a long, deep cut alongside Havoc's arm that just wouldn't stop bleeding. Then, Starling had just flown away with a smug look on her face. That little brat. All Havoc's communication devices were smashed. She had no way to call her family and tell them she was alive. Not that they would care. Her family would most likely chew her out for failing again. Letting out a loud groan, she ran her fingers through her hair and collapsed to the ground in defeat.

"Oh, my God!"

Havoc jerked up and met the eyes of a normal, 15-Year-Old girl. A very pretty, normal, 15-Year-Old girl. Not that it mattered. Either way, somehow this civilian was kneeled by her side and observing her wounds. When the stranger reached out to touch the villain, Havoc hissed and pulled her arm back. Then she bit back a groan of pain, narrowing her eyes at the civilian. The girl glared back at her and pulled the arm back, "Oh, my God…" She whispered, "Okay, this is bad. This is really, really bad." The girl's words fell on deaf ears as the world around Havoc became quite fuzzy. Havoc, being the stubborn girl she was, refused to let her eyes close. She wasn't weak. She could survive a little pain. Unfortunately for her, Havoc only lasted five minutes before everything faded to black.
