Chapter 10
The next morning
The campers started the day off by walking towards the canteen. As they completely ignored the events of last night including the fact that Gwen managed to run into a real psychopathic murderer that somehow managed to breach the island's security. As it was just another day on the island by this point. With Owen doing the same by pretending that he didn't sell out Izzy to Katakuri last night.
"Flowers for a wild girl?" Owen asked as he presented Izzy with flowers.
"Milim." Izzy called out.
Suddenly Milim landed on Owen, "You traitor. You abandoned my bestie and now you're flirting with her?" she asked with a glare.
"Traitor? Me? I would never!" Owen said before a cage suddenly fell on them.
"What the heck!?" Gwen asked.
"This is so not cool dude." Geoff said as he tried opening the door.
"Good morning campers!" Chris said as he approached the cage.
Heather groaned, "Are we doing a challenge this early?" she asked with much frustration.
"Nope, but this should make a good hint." Chris said with a chuckle. "See you all at breakfast. I'll explain the challenge over there." he said as he walked away.
"Can you let us out first?" Owen asked.
Milim snorted, "It's literally made of wood. This isn't rocket science." She said as she tapped the back of her fist against the cage.
Causing the whole thing to completely collapse with ease. Once it was done, Milim walked off of Owen and shook off the dust with everyone heading inside for their breakfast. All the while ignoring Naruto's dragon form while it flew over the island as if he were on patrol. At the same time, no one noticed a dark haired woman smirking at the campers from a distance.
At breakfast
While everyone was eating the gruel that Chef made. Or at the very least, attempted to eat the food despite not being very edible. Chris began to go over the challenge's description and rules. Having already hinted what they would be doing with his secret cage trap. Although he expected to catch one of them with a snare trap, but it's likely that Milim destroyed that or it's somewhere around that tree where they were trapped at.
"I hope you're all excited for more food, because if you fail this next challenge. Soma is feeding you his experiments." Chris said as Soma arrived.
"I'm also willing to feed any eager volunteers." Soma said as he presented a small cake.
Before anyone said anything, Soma poured some maple syrup on it for reasons that allude the campers. Which didn't help as the cake started to move as holes started to form for no reason. Chris laughed as he saw the horrified faces of the campers minus Owen who looked tentative about the cake.
"Today's challenge, you all get to be hunters again. Only this time, you have to capture a live animal." Chris announced.
"I have one right here." Duncan said as he raised up Owen's arm.
Chris shook his head, "A live wild animal Duncan. You can all have your pick of which one to capture soon along with useful supplies at the shed." he explained.
"I'm too scared to know what we're hunting." Geoff admitted.
"Don't chicken out now. You're all in the final seven! In about a week or so, one of you is going to take home the 500,000$ cash prize!" Chris said as he got them hyped again.
Once again, humanity is driven into stupidity by greed… though some doing it just because they have to. It could be worse, no one is being driven by peer pressure!
At the shed, some time later
After breakfast, the seven remaining campers arrived at the shed where Chris instructed them to be. They were then presented with mostly crappy looking gear meant to capture their wild animals. Along with a few hidden tools that actually would do them some good in this particular challenge. As these were not an ordinary animals that the campers would be forced to capture.
"Everyone, choose an animal assignment while you're looking." Chris said as everyone took their turns to look.
"Wolf." Duncan said.
"Chimera?" Owen asked.
"Kappa!" Izzy yelled as the name sounded fun.
"Kung Fu Dugong, what is that?" Geoff asked.
"Sabertooth Tiger!?" Gwen asked frantically.
"Dragon Newt." Leshawna said.
"Onba, hold on. Is that the crazy monster that Eva fought!? How am I supposed to catch something only Eva can beat in a fist fight!?" Heather asked angrily.
"Look for something in the shed and find out Heather." Chris replied.
Heather groaned, "I might as well quit unless there's a zebra carcass or a Spartan warrior in that shed." she said as she prepared to quit and leave the game.
"Do I need to remind you of the penalty Heather?" Chris asked with a mischievous smirk.
"I don't know what Heather is complaining about. I have to deal with a sabertooth tiger." Gwen said, uncaring that an instinct animal is still alive.
Some time later
With the challenge now beginning, everyone had to hunt their respective mythological animal. Most notably, Gwen who started to look around the caves and ended up stumbling around the location of the majestic sabertooth. With the creature just lying on a rock while looking around. Gwen took a few deep breaths while preparing some bait for cats and a strong looking net.
"Here goes." Gwen said as she slowly approached the sabertooth who ignored her presence. Gwen immediately threw the net over the feline, "Don't attack! Don't attack!" she said as she threw some catnip.
The sabertooth did not respond right away, but when it did. It looked at Gwen as if it questioned her. The beast did not rely on feral instincts, but instead looked at the goth as if she were serious in the decision she had just made. Because right now, Gwen really regretted putting herself into the situation now as the sabertooth ripped off the net and growled at her.
"I guess you're not as easy to tame as a Fanalis." Gwen said as she slowly stepped away from the sabertooth.
Her saving grace was the sudden appearance of arrows crashing all around her. Unknown to Gwen, Atalanta was forced into helping to make the challenge more difficult. With her randomly firing arrows in all directions as to hinder if not capture the contestants and automatically eliminate them. Only now, Gwen used this as a chance to shake off the giant prehistoric animal as it started chasing her now.
"The one time cats don't like me and it had to be this ferocious!" Gwen yelled, regretting being on this island any longer.
With Geoff
Geoff was staring down a group of seals that were wearing turtle costumes. They were not openly hostile to Geoff, but did not like him either. As the party boy interrupted their martial arts training. Seeing as he had a challenge to complete. Geoff had to put aside the fact that he crashed what he considered to be a party.
"Sorry little dudes, but one of you is coming with me." Geoff said as he prepared to tackle one down. The lead Dudong jumped forward and punched the air, "You wanna fight? Okay, I can do that. I'll go easy on you." he said.
When the Dudong suddenly rushed at Geoff and repeatedly punched his abs before landing a hard uppercut. One that was powerful enough to send Geoff 20 meters into the water near the shore where the Dudongs were training. Which he did.
"Okay, you asked for it. I'm a chill dude, but I've handled fights and covered my bud, Brody, a few times when we got cornered." Geoff said as he moved around like a boxer.
A couple of minutes later, Geoff found himself flying across the shore and crashing into a few dragon newts. Some of whom, looked at Geoff as if he were an enemy. Prompting them to aim their weapons at Geoff.
"How are you attack Lord Gabiru!?" one of them asked.
"Who?" Geoff asked.
"Down here." Gabiru said as Geoff found himself sitting on Gabiru.
"Sorry dude." Geoff apologized.
"Sorry is not enough! You have offended my greatness!" Gabiru said as he stood up.
Meanwhile in the background, Leshawna was hiding behind some bushes as she saw the exchange. The woman shook her head as she tried thinking of ways to catch one of the dragon newts. Only to look over her supplies and come up with a plan. Until Naruto arrived and startled her.
"You're going to give me a heart attack!" Leshawna said.
"Be quiet and look." Naruto said as he pointed at the exchange.
Where the dragon newts and Geoff were interrupted by the Dugongs. All of whom wanted to beat up Geoff some more because they found it to be hilarious. As Geoff prepared to leave, he found himself caught between both sides. Though it appeared that the Dugongs were much more aggressive and demanding.
"What do you mean he's your punching bag?" one of the newts asked.
The Dudgong glared and explained their little fight.
"I don't care, he hit me first!" Gabiru yelled. The Dugong cursed at Gabiru, "You jerk! If you want a fight! You got a fight from me! Let's get him boys!" he commanded.
Suddenly, both sides started tearing each other apart. Heavy punches, kicks and slapping with the use of their respective tails were used. The fight soon turned into a war that lasted 20 minutes at the very least. With neither side winning unless you counted Geoff who survived getting caught in the onslaught. Luckily for Geoff, he was able to walk with at least one good foot and carried an unconscious Dugong over his shoulder.
"I win dudes!" Geoff yelled as he stumbled away.
"No, I win! I, the Great Gabiru, have won for I am still conscious!" Gabiru shouts only for Leshawna to grab him by the legs.
"Good to hear scaly, you're coming with me now." Leshawna said.
Gabiru panicked, "Men! Men wake up! I'm being kidnapped! Save your leader!" he yelled. "Lord Naruto? Lord Naruto! Please help your humble servant! I'm afraid I don't know where this human is taking me, but I am too afraid to know!" he yelled.
Naruto shook his head, "Someone better heal the Dugongs and newts." he said as he started helping his little minions.
Suddenly Kurama and Bradley arrived with an ambulance from the 1920s. Naruto did not bother to ask where they got something that old or how they drove it through the woods. The Dragon merely picked up the bodies and got to work while putting them into the ambulance.
With Gwen
Surprisingly, despite her situation with the sabertooth tiger. Gwen was already winning with a lead thanks to her navigation skills. If you can call them that. Seeing as how the feline refused to quit chasing the goth girl across the camp just as she came close to the new cage being set up for the animals.
'Now how do I trick this thing into going inside?' Gwen wondered as she saw the cage up ahead.
The sabertooth growled as it attempted to pounce on Gwen. Only to be stopped by arrows being fired into the air. With each of them subsequently landing between the wild animal and Gwen. Though this did slightly increase Gwen's chance of survival, she still had to worry about the arrows not hitting her. Luckily, after a lot of herding, running and dodging. The person in charge of the cages, immediately helped Gwen as the goth rolled away.
Just in time for the sabertooth to run inside of the cage. The inertia that the beast generated through all of the semi linear chasing of Gwen made it difficult for the Sabertooth to avoid the trap. Thus, locking it inside as Gwen took this chance to rest from the wild chase.
"Thanks, but where did those arrows come from?" Gwen asked.
The woman pointed at the forest, "You can thank Atalanta's wild firing." she said.
Gwen sighed, "I guess it doesn't matter if I won right?" she asked.
The woman nodded, "That is correct. Are you excited about your prize?" she asked.
"There's a prize?" Gwen asked.
Before the woman could answer that question. Geoff came running with the Dugong as it started to stir awake. The woman opened the cage as Geoff tossed it inside along with Leshawna who tossed Gabiru inside.
"Hey! You can't toss me in here with these animals!" Gabiru yelled as he gripped the iron bars of the cage.
"Yes she can, now be silent." the woman said as she pushed Gabiru's head away. "Now then, as for your prize. It's a large banquet of any food of your choice. Did Chris not tell you?" she asked with a friendly voice.
"Well that's frustrating. At least I won something good." Gwen said.
"Girl, you are on a hot streak." Leshawna said.
"Yeah, last time we had to hold back Naruto so we could escape his house. Still, I want something good too." Geoff said, lamenting on his near win.
"Mhm, this body can't handle any more of Chef's gruel." Leshawna said.
"Anything is better than whatever Soma is planning." Geoff said as he shivered.
The woman giggled, "I doubt Soma is allowed to handle the food for this event." she said. "He has such a passion for cooking, yet his personality gets in the way." she said.
"Wow, I guess you're a friend of the family ms…" Gwen trailed off.
"Marianne, yes I'm quite close." she said as Gwen nodded.
Seeing no other reason to stick around. The trio left and waited for everyone else to finish or fail the challenge. When out of nowhere, another stray arrow landed around the cage. One that nearly pierced Marianne's head prompting Atalanta to gasp and hold her chest. However, her sudden fear was only amplified as Marianne turned her head towards the direction of the arrow as if she could see Atalanta's hiding place. Being an archer and follower of Artemis, Atalanta was gifted with amazing eyesight and she could see the eyes of Marianne.
Atalanta witnessed as the dark purple eyes of Marianne had quickly turned lighter. Her puils changed into slits and her fair perfect smooth skin had started to grow light purple scales. The huntress recoiled in fear as the woman gave her a closed eye smile before reverting to her human form.
'I need to calibrate my bow again.' Atalanta thought in fear as to what would happen if she fired another shot.
With Duncan
Duncan managed to catch his prey. It was small, but it matched the description. Unfortunately, the specific wolf he caught was a member of Ranga's pack as the children were running around looking for lesser animals to pray upon. Now the delinquent found himself being chased around by a pack of Tempest Wolves.
"Come back here, kidnapper!" one of the wolves yelled.
"This is the stupidest thing I've ever done! But it's probably not the last if I survive today!" Duncan yells as he manages to find an inhuman amount of stamina that helped him keep running.
Making him run so much to the point that his lungs felt like they were on fire. Then it got worse as Hans crashed down in front of him. Before Duncan said anything, Hans ripped off his cap and jacket before turning into a werewolf.
"You have to be kidding me!" Duncan yelled as he continued running.
As Duncan ran, he found himself coming closer to the cage. Where he found Owen riding some strange hybrid of a lion, snake and a third animal Duncan couldn't recognize.
"Okay, now this episode is just filled with insanity. What next?" Duncan asked as he kept running.
As Marianne prepared to open the cage with Duncan just sliding down and tossing the bag where he kept the wolf cub inside. Only for Marianne to open the bag and let it escape.
"Hey!" Duncan yelled.
"I'll mark you as a pass, but at the same time. Mark you as a terrible person." Marianne said as the wolves snarled at Duncan.
"Okay fine!" Duncan yelled as he ran behind the cage.
"How rude, taking another creature's child is the lowest of the low." Marianne comments.
As the craziness continued, Gwen could be seen sitting at a large dinner table. Where the interns started putting together the meals of her choice. Along with a protective barrier to keep the other campers and wild animals out. Leaving Gwen uncaring for the world around her. It's the most anyone deserves with what they've been through in the past month since arriving on the island.
"I wonder where I should start." Gwen said.
"AHHHHH! SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS THING!" Owen screamed.
"Meat? I don't know about that." Gwen said.
"I DON'T WANNA DIE!" Owen screamed as he fell off of the chimera.
Gwen sighed, "I still have the flute I won from the last challenge right?" she asked herself as she checked her pockets.
A minute later, Gwen played the instrument to the best of her ability. Causing Naruto to appear with a medical mask and an apron. Gwen assumed he was cooking or something along the lines. Until she saw the syringes and outdated medical equipment in the box of tools he carried in one hand.
"What is it?" Naruto asked.
"Um, Owen needs help." Gwen said as she pointed at Owen.
Who was crawling backwards and away from the chimera who was slashing at him. Naruto sighed as he jogged towards the beast. Before pulling on the snake it had for a tail. The snake hissed as it started to choke while Naruto pulled the creature back. The chimera growled as it swiped at Naruto who raised up his scaled arm to block. Naruto then used a lot of force to drag the creature forward then letting go.
Using the impact to slam his arm against the creature's head. The beast growled as the goat at the top of it's back let out scream. The lion head attempted to chomp on Naruto's torso only be punched in the chin, resulting in it crashing on it's back. Before it could recover, Naruto repeatedly slammed the beast against the cage before opening the gate. With the beast attempting to maintain consciousness. Naruto tossed the chimera inside before locking it in.
The chimera let out a loud roar before Naruto snarled back. Destroying the beast's pride in the process as it realized it lose the fight.
"Thanks man!" Owen said.
"Your welcome and where is the assigned intern? Someone is meant to guard the cage." Naruto asked.
"Wasn't Marianne here a minute ago?" Gwen asked.
"Who's Marianne?" Naruto asked.
"The lady, she's got a nice personality. Long dark hair, purple eyes, smooth skin." Gwen described.
Naruto shook his head, "I will have to double check the staff clipboard." he said not remembering Marianne.
Gwen looked confused, "I guess we all can't remember everyone." she said as Chef arrived with a roast.
"Hey is that meat?" Owen asked.
"Sorry Owen, first place only." Gwen said.
"Back off boy!" Chef yelled as Owen groaned.
With Izzy
After a series of accidents and disasters with her tranquilizer gun. Izzy had yet to catch the animal she was assigned. As a reminder, Izzy has to locate the mythical kappa. A Japanese yokai, a quiet dangerous one despite it's appearance. Most notably being some sort of turtle monster with a bowl on it's head filled with water. While in most cases, it's just an annoying prankster that harasses travelers.
Though some are much more threatening and try drag people deep underwater. They are also quite fond of sumo wrestling.
"Haha, a good thing Milim gave me a cheat sheet on these things. Kappa! Kappa! Kappa!" Izzy yells as the name excites her. Just her luck, one was sitting by the shore, "Wow, you really can't comprehend the unique nature of things. Are they beautiful because you only see these things once or because you can't handle such majestic creatures?" she asked herself.
At that moment, the audience thought Izzy had opened up and gave into her emotions. Instead of sudden change of character, Izzy laughed like a maniac. Where she ran up to the kappa with her gun aimed at it.
"Maybe you'll be beautiful when you're hanged up on a wall! Or maybe for taxidermy!" Izzy yelled as she started firing wildly.
The kappa struggled to avoid the darts. Where it stumbled around until Izzy ran out and needed to reload. The turtle like yokai then jumped into the water to escape it's predator. Izzy did not like that idea and dived in after it.
"You won't get away from me!" Izzy screamed.
As Izzy began to sink down into the water. She started to fall behind as the kappa continued to move deeper. Until Izzy pulled out a rope from her skirt and somehow managed to lasso kappa despite the pressure and lack of speed under the water. Finding herself closer to victory, Izzy used all of her strength to pull back the kappa and started beating it into submission.
This resulted in the kappa using it's strength to float back to the top. Where it eventually broke free of Izzy's grip and jumped out of the water. Where it ran back into the forest to escape Izzy.
"Come back! My uncle needs you for his taxidermy collection!" Izzy yelled as she threw a tranquilizer dart from her pocket.
With enough force, the dart hit something. Sadly, not the kappa as it alluded Izzy yet again. Instead, it hit Heather who came out of the forest and collapsed.
"Whoops." Izzy said as Heather muttered some curse words. "This is not good." she said.
"ONBU!"
"What the heck is that?" Izzy asked as an adult Onba came out.
"Oh… this is worse." Izzy said as she stepped back from the large creature.
It wouldn't be too long before someone disabled the Onba when Izzy tried to run away from it. Though, Heather was going to be in a lot of trouble. Since the darts that Izzy had were custom made to stop beasts the size of large elephants. On the bright side, Heather is not foaming at the mouth or anything bad like that.
That night, at the bonfire
After Gwen enjoyed her festive meal and Heather was dragged back. The challenge was declared over and it was time to send someone home. Like with the prize of being served a feast of amazing food. Chris failed to mention that there is no invincibility this time. Meaning everyone had a chance to be eliminated regardless of how well (or terribly) they did in the challenge.
"You all casted your votes. One of you today will not get a marshmallow. If that happens, you have to leave on the Dock of Shame and into the Boat of Losers." Chris said reminding them of the rules. "Where you can never return… ever! I mean it this time!" he exclaimed.
"Are you sure you don't want to go to the infirmary to get your… butt dart removal?" Duncan asked as he laughed at Heather's situation.
Heather mumbled something but no one could understand her. Though it was likely something about her ire in relation to Izzy who shot her. Resulting in more treatments than just having a dart removed from her butt. Heather really wanted to see Izzy be eliminated than anything else.
Chris then started to say names, "Owen, Duncan, Heather (the marshmallow hit her on the head), Leshawna, and Geoff." he said, now down to two marshmallows. "Gwen, Izzy, one of you will not be getting a marshmallow or return to the island." he said.
Heather groaned, "Just give it to Gwen already." she managed to say.
"Fine, you killed my fun." Chris said as Gwen was safe.
Izzy let out a tired sigh, "It was bound to happen again. Oh well, see you guys later!" she said as she threw down a smoke bomb and disappeared.
Everyone turned to face Naruto, "Milim didn't save her. I have someone dealing with her right now." She said.
A brief while later, at the infirmary
Milim was being squeezed by a lamia, "Let me go Sapphee!" She yelled.
Milim was being glared at by a beautiful light pink haired lamia woman with red eyes. The lamia continued to squeeze Milim as to crush any hope of her escaping.
"I have my orders Milm. Now stay put, someone may need my help." Sapphee said.
"Stupid little sister, it was bad enough when Anna started ignoring me, but why are all of you against me?" Milim asked, sounding like a victim.
"We are not against you. You are just too destructive and need to be restrained." Sapphee replied.
"You all hate me." Milim said.
"Nunnally loves you." Sapphee said.
"Nunnally loves everyone. She has the blessing of Hera, Demeter and Hestia! She has no idea what hatred is!" Milim argued.
Sapphee sighed, "I should just duct tape your mouth shut." she said just as Heather was wheeled in by Duncan.
"Are we interrupting something?" Duncan asked.
"No, just let me see the patient." Sapphee said as she examined Heather. "I'm going to need to stick a specialized vacuum tube where the dart's needle is stuck." she said as Heather's eyes widened.
The next day
Chris decided to rudely wake up the campers by flying his helicopter over the cabins. Being only about a couple of meters above the cabins and the ground overall. Chris decided to loudly congratulate the remaining six campers for making it this far.
"Congrats everyone, for making it this far!" Chris announced.
"Do your really have to wake us up like that!?" Leshawna asked angrily.
"Yes." Chris answered. "Since the beginning to up until now we have lost 16 campers: Ezekiel, Eva, Noah, Justin, Katie, Tyler, Izzy, Cody, Beth, Satie, Courtney, Harold, Eva (again), Trent, Bridgette, Lindsay, DJ and Izzy (again)." he announced.
It sounded like a good reminder, but as Chris said this. It was a major hint for an upcoming challenge. Most likely the most difficult in terms of mental strength. Now, it was time for the host to get to the main challenge. Once he landed, Chris pretended to act like a caring man as he explained the challenge.
"As close as you guys are to winning the game. You are all a lot closer to ripping each other apart. So, we decided on good way to reduce the stress on you all." Chris explained before pulling out the handcuffs.
"What is that? A care package from a correctional officer?" Heather asked, thinking it was meant for Duncan.
"No, it's part of a triathlon." Chris answered.
"Triathlon? Like with three arms?" Owen asked.
"Yup, each one of you has to pair up." Chris said.
"No way! I'm not hanging around with these losers any longer than I have to!" Heather said angrily.
Chris laughed at her reaction, "Did I mention that the winning pair gets invincibility?" he asked.
Now Heather had to force herself stick to the challenge. As this seemingly difficult task made everyone more desperate to win.
Elsewhere
Naruto smiled as he patted two of his daughter's heads, "I know it sounds difficult, but I know you two are strong and can overcome this hardship. That's why, I have faith that neither of you will fail." he said.
"Why did you pair me with her!?" Milim complained as she was handcuffed to Junko.
"This isn't paradise for me either, old hag." Junko replied with a snarl.
"Take it back!" Milim yelled.
"Nope, honesty is the best policy." Junko said refusing to back down from her insult.
Naruto gave them both a chop the head, "Stop bickering, you two are partnered together because of how much you love each other." he said sarcastically.
Both did not like that response.
"She's evil!" Milim yelled.
"She's a brat and a hag!" Junko responded.
"Focus!" Naruto commanded. "Anyways, you're not here to bicker, but to get along. Besides, some of your other siblings are doing the same." he said as he pointed behind them.
Where they saw Veldora pulling on Hans, "Can I not have someone capable of speech?" he asked.
"I would have partnered him with Masrur, but then both would be deathly silent the whole time." Naruto answered as Veldora whined.
"I still want a new partner." Veldora said.
"Look, this is more of a way to motivate the final six." Naruto began to say. "Whichever pair of you wins. I will answer one request… within reason." He said.
Three of the four sighed as they decided to accept the deal.
At the canteen
Once the pairs were all handcuffed and placed together. Chris presented the first challenge in the form of food. Before the food could be served, Naruto dragged his kids inside and put them to the side.
"Let's get straight to the rules everyone. You know you have to work together, but at any time you want to quit. I have a skeleton key ready remove the handcuffs." Chris explained.
Heather smiled and was about to say something when Chris continued.
"If you do that, you are automatically eliminated." Chris added, making Heather stop in place. "Now time for the first challenge. One of you will eat food that will be provided to you while the other feeds you. Chef, bring in the food!" he commanded.
While the campers debated as to who would eat and who would feed. Chef arrived and presented some rather disgusting meals. Most of which looked rotten and likely lacked any real form of nutrition. By now, Chris can see who was prepared to do their jobs.
Gwen is feeding Geoff, Heather is feeding Owen and Leshawna is feeding Duncan. For the children, Hans is feeding Veldora who volunteered and salivated at the food. Then there was Milim who covered Junko's mouth and volunteered the teenager.
"Whoever finishes first, is the winner. Is everyone ready?" Chris asked.
Junko tried to scream but her voice was muffled.
"Go!" Chris yelled.
Gwen started rapidly shoving food into Geoff's mouth, "Hey this isn't bad Gwen. You should give it a try." Geoff suggested.
"Not now Geoff." Gwen said.
"Give me more!" Veldora commanded as Hans nodded.
Milim started embarrassing Junko, "Aw, is baby sister hungry?" she asked as she shoved everything into Junko's mouth.
"Milim, I'm going to kill you!" Junko screamed as Milim restrained both of Junko's arms with one hand.
"Oops, I think the baby is cranky." Milim said as she kept force feeding her. "Now you're all dirty." she said before shoving a rag into Junko's face.
"I really hate you." Junko said as she seethed.
"Hans, speed it up! They're winning!" Veldora yelled.
Hans shrugged, 'I'm not at fault if he chokes.' he thought as he held Veldora against the table before pouring the food tray's contents into his mouth.
Heather smirked as she saw that, "Owen, we're going a different route." she said.
"Okay, haha!" Owen said excitedly.
Only for Heather to shove the tray in his face and feed him. Making them the official winners of the challenge much to Leshawna and Gwen's frustrations thanks to having partners they didn't like or could work with properly.
"Winners! Heather and Owen!" Chris announced as Heather hugged Owen.
"We did it! Yay!" she yelled in fake excitement.
No one noticed that Naruto left for a brief moment. Right before Marianne had arrived with a camera.
"Isn't this a lovely sight. Can I get a photo?" Marianne asked.
"No!" Junko yelled as her face was a mess.
"Yes!" Milim said as Marianne took several photos.
Whereas Veldora struck a pose, "Take a photo of me next. I'm the champion!" he yelled.
Marianne giggled, "You are all adorable." she said very happily as she took more photos.
The next challenge
"We're about to start the second challenge, but a little heads up. If anyone wants to quit, now is a good time." Chris said as he pulled out the skeleton key.
Despite the win, Owen felt hesitant, "I know we won, but I think since we don't get along. I think we should…"
"Don't even think about it Owen!" Heather yelled, she didn't want to be eliminated this early.
"No one? Okay! For your next challenge, you all have to canoe to Boney Island and drop off your cargo." Chris said as he gave everyone a backpack.
"What's in here?" Heather asked as she opened her backpack.
"The idol Beth took." Chris answered as everyone panicked.
"But Beth said she took it back." Leshawna said.
Chris laughed, "She lied. She just broke it apart and tried to flush them." he replied.
Gwen gagged, "That's gross." she said.
"Is the curse gone at least?" Geoff asked.
Junko put on her glasses and took a fragment of the idol, "Most of it, the real problem is it isn't quite banished. In fact, it's likely cursing the original thief right now." she said.
Everyone grimaced, "Hopefully Beth is fine. I hate to be surrounded by voodoo or whatever." Geoff said.
With Beth
Once again, Chris never tells a whole truth. For the contestants that have been eliminated did not go home. Instead, they are all put on a tropical paradise near the island where they are forced to wait until the finale of the season for a special event. As of now, everyone had locked Beth in a shed due to the horrible amount of misfortune that surrounded her.
"Guys, this isn't funny! Let me out!" Beth pleaded.
"Okay." Lindsay said only to be held back.
"No!" everyone else yelled.
"Please, I'm not cursed! I got rid of the idol!" Beth yelled just as the television screen showing today's episode appeared.
"She lied. She just broke it apart and tried to flush them."
"Most of it, the real problem is it isn't quite banished. In fact, it's likely cursing the original thief right now."
Everyone glared at Beth who they continued to keep locked up.
Back on the island
Naruto gave two bags of chips to his kids, "And all of you have to deliver this package to Treyni." he said.
"Dad, what exactly would Treyni do with potato chips?" Junko asked.
"She eats them." Naruto said in an obvious tone.
Junko looked disturbed, "Excuse me?" she asked.
"What's wrong with eating chips?" Owen asked.
"Treyni is a Dryad. A type of wood nymph, most specifically, she's born from a potatoe." Naruto had to explain.
"So?" Owen asked, not realizing the horror.
"Gross man! That means Treyni is a cannibal!" Geoff said with a look of horror.
Heather was the only camper who did not care about this revelation. The world is disturbing and they have already witnessed more terrifying events. So what's the point of being scared by the fact that a race of plant people like to eat their own kind?
On the water
Veldora and Hans chose to swim all the way to Boney Island as the former believed it to more efficient than a boat. Sadly for Milim, Junko wasn't as physically fit as her and thus had to use a normal boat. Causing the two to get angry at each other and get into another fight. Everyone else proceeded to continue canoeing to the best of their ability.
Though not everyone was having it much better. With Geoff talking about his party stories with Gwen not caring. Duncan insulting Leshawna for them moving very slowly. Then there was Owen who tried having a heart to heart moment with Heather by opening up. You can guess why this was ineffective with Heather.
"I just feel like no one listens. Like no one cares what I have to say. You ever get that feeling?" Owen asked.
"Owen, I seriously don't care." Heather replied before seeing the island shore. "There! There we are!" she said as she stood up and pointed.
Only to be passed by Milim and Junko, "Move your skinny butt faster!" Milim demanded.
"I'm not the one rowing in circles!" Junko yelled back. "Now stop complaining! That idiot Veldora is probably already here!" she complained.
"Hey girls, do either of you know where we need to toss this?" Owen asked as he showed the statue.
"I don't know, Veldora is the one who was stuck here. Maybe you should ask the Dryads." Junko answered.
"Got it, I'll look for the plant ladies." Owen said as they landed.
"Whatever, Veldora is probably already here and knows the way." Milim said before putting Junko on her back. "We'll look from the sky." she said before jumping high into the air.
"Well it looks like we're here first." Heather said.
Suddenly Chris arrived on his helicopter, "Good, I see you're here first. Because for the next step, you have to ride piggyback to a nearby cave. Treyni mentioned that her sisters will fix the idol there." he said.
"Easy enough." Heather said.
"Though that doesn't mean they'll stop the local wildlife. Something about limiting of manipulating nature or whatever. I didn't understand it, but good luck anyways." Chris said as he left.
"You heard him Heather!" Owen said as he tried climbing onto Heather's back.
Which lasted a quarter of a second as Heather did not have the strength hold someone who weighed just under 300 pounds (134.263 kilograms). Casing the scrawny girl to collapse and make a bone cracking sounds as Owen fell on her.
A brief while later
With the other two pairs having arrived as well and given the same instructions. They started making their way towards the cave that Chris mentioned. Hoping to avoid the dangerous prehistoric monsters that Boney Island had somehow managed to preserve. Maybe Izzy was right when she said that exotic animals are considered beautiful just for existing or looking unique.
That didn't stop the growing pains that each pair had.
"Geoff, I seriously don't want to hear any more of your stories." Gwen said having heard enough.
"Why not?" Geoff asked.
Gwen sighed, "Look, I get you're trying to be nice since I'm not some peppy girl who talks about boys and partying. Instead, I'm just the quite girl who sits in the corner." she said.
"Hey it's not like that. I really like you and think you're cool." Geoff said, trying to sound sincere.
"Right, listen I'm just not the partying type." Gwen tried to say.
"It can't be that bad." Geoff said.
"Well I wouldn't know, to be honest. No one has ever invited me." Gwen said, shocking Geoff in the process.
"So you have never been to a party!? That's it! First, we win this and then I'm taking you to the sweetest party!" Geoff exclaimed.
"I guess that sounds like a decent plan." Gwen said.
Geoff laughed as he jumped on her back, "Let's go then Gwen! WOOH!" he yelled.
Gwen laughed at the enthusiasm as she struggled to carry Geoff, "Okay, wooh." she said.
"We gotta work on that spirit." Geoff said.
More time passed and eventually, the three teams arrived at the cave. Only to be intercepted by the giant beavers that inhabited the island. Which were by no means weak compared to a typical human being. Even the ones the size of Owen and Leshawna.
"You can take them Leshawna." Duncan said while riding on her back.
"Heck no, I can't!" Leshawna yelled before running away.
"Destroy them Owen!" Heather commanded.
"Destroy them? What do I look like?" Owen asked before running away in terror.
As the two pairs ran away. Geoff switched placed with Gwen and ran towards the cave while the monster beavers were distracted. Gwen immediately tossed the fragment of Beth's idol inside.
"We did it!" Owen said.
"Sweet! High Five!" Geoff yelled.
With Veldora, Hans, Milim and Junko
"Faster!" Junko yelled.
"Don't slow down Hans!" Veldora yelled.
As both sides continued to run. They eventually found themselves bumping into each other several times. With Veldora trying to push Junko off of Milim's back while Junko tried using the snakes in her hair to bite down on him. The mess got dirty and eventually, Hans tripped and accidentally caused Milim to trip. Causing all four to collapse before rolling down a hill filled with various minor predators, sharp rocks and dangerous plants.
Overall, it looked like a messy day for the four until they found Treyni and her sisters tending to the local wildlife.
"I win!" everyone but Hans screamed.
Treyni sweat dropped as she saw the scene unfold, "Trya, wait here for a moment." she said as she approached the group. "How may I help you four?" she asked.
Veldora laughed as he got up first, "I bring you gifts, my ever loyal servant." he said, presenting a bag of chips.
Treyni's eyes brightened, "Barbecue." she said with awe.
"No! Take mine first!" Milim yelled as she took the bag and presented it.
"Jalapeño." Treyni said also sounding in awe.
Before anyone said anything, Treyni accepted both bags, "Thank you all for such kind gifts. You are all winners in my opinion." she said.
"What!? That means it's a tie!" Junko screamed.
"Haha! Not if we win the next challenge! Let's go Hans!" Veldora yelled as he dragged his silent brother away.
"AUGH! Follow them!" Junko yelled.
"Don't tell me what to do!" Milim yelled back.
Treyni sighed, "Why can't they get along like us Trya?" she asked her sister.
Trya shrugged, "They are not at peace sister." she replied.
Third and final challenge
Now having returned to the island, the campers were now being instructed on what to do next.
"Okay everyone, all of you minus Geoff and Leshawna have done well so far. Unlike our last two challenges is, this is a matter of the mind over body." Chris said as several wooden heads were dropped off by Chef. "As I mentioned you are all the final six contestants. So I think it's best to look back at the past and remember who is gone. Then arrange them correctly." he said.
"You expect us to remember who got eliminated first to last up until this point?" Duncan asked.
"Pretty much, yeah. The winner is decided by whoever can stack them into a totem pole the most accurately." Chris said.
"I already forgot most of these losers anyways. This is going to be impossible." Heather said.
"Hey don't be like that Heather. These guys are our friends. I could never forget these guys." Chris said.
Gwen sighed, "I got mixed feelings for some of these guys." She said.
"I know we got rid of Ezekiel for being sexist then Eva, but… this is super hard." Geoff commented.
"I wonder how the others are doing." Gwen said.
With Naruto
Naruto gave a rare smile as he put down some pedestals and put several mini statues on a table.
"You all get to do the same. Only instead of campers, you will be organizing the Demon Lords." Naruto said surprising them.
"Hey that's super hard! Can't we do the Olympus 12 or something easier?" Junko asked.
Naruto shook his head, "No, you will organize the statues by whoever ascended by their title first. Some statues are missing as they are deceased or dethroned." he adds.
"Good, most of the modern woman just wore skimpy clothes. Look at Ariel, she's not covering a lot." Veldora said as he pointed at one of the statues.
"Anything is better than Clayman's smug face." Milim said with an angry stare.
"Good, because this is the deciding factor of the challenge." Naruto said before leaving.
Veldora snorted, "Well I know who the first is." he said as he put the statue of his father on the first pedestal. Hans immediately put it back, "No, we put the statue on. Not off Hans." he said.
Hans shook his finger and pointed at a statue of a red haired man.
"Guy Crimson?" Veldora asked.
Milim snorted, "Guy is the one that started it, then Ramiris got involved and dad thought it was a stupid organization until the dragged him in." Milim explained. "Dad had the title of, "Demon Dragon Lord" but it wasn't an official title with rank." she adds.
Junko rolled her eyes, "You are such a nerd Milim." she said.
"Shut up, at least I know what I'm doing." Milim said.
Hans immediately started putting them in order. Guy Crimson, Ramiris, Naruto and all the way at the end, he put a strange tentacled man named Koro on the last pedestal.
"Then who goes next Hans? Fay? Dino? Also, didn't Koro come before Cromwell?" Veldora asked.
Hans sighed as he fixed his mistake. He put the statue of a more human looking man at the end. With Koro standing beside him. Now the remaining few were a lot more tricky to organize. Though much easier since they had to confirm the few that existed today.
Back with the campers
Everyone else was having problems with memory as well. Especially since the groups just moved on and pretty much accepted who was gone and who is still here. Though some still had their close relationships that they had belt.
"Hey look, Izzy's head is as hollow as the real one." Heather said as she picked up Izzy's head.
"Okay that's enough." Owen said.
"I bet her head is also as hard as this wood." Heather adds.
"Stop it." Owen said.
"There's no beating around the bush. She was psychotic and a danger to everyone and herself." Heather said coldly.
Which broke the straw on the camel's back for Owen, "That's it! I want the whip key!" Owen exclaimed as he dragged Heather away with him.
"Owen no!" Heather pleaded.
With that, Owen officially eliminated himself and Heather. As Chris made no rule against both players agreeing to quit. So in the end, Owen and Heather were not immune to elimination today.
"Mister tough guy ain't so tough!" Chris said mocking Duncan.
Only to be hit in the head by a statue thrown by Leshawna, "Who said we have to be tough all the time?" she asked.
Earlier, the two had a heart to heart moment. A genuine one where Leshawna admitted that Courtney told her about the time Duncan got another bunny for DJ. Ironically, Kanna found the real Bunny and the two settled with the lie that Bunny was looking for a family member. With that review out of the way, the reason for this was because Duncan felt the same emotional pain. when he lost his pet dog as a child and didn't want history to repeat itself.
With Chris barely conscious and Owen removing the handcuffs with the key in his pocket. Gwen and Geoff did their best to continue building the totem pole. While feeling the frustration as to who was eliminated first.
"Why do they have to have names that rhyme?" Gwen asked.
"I don't know dude, just uh… crap maybe we can just flip a coin. It's 50/50 either way." Geoff suggested.
"The WeEnErS!" Chris shouted. Everyone turned to face him raising Leshawna and Duncan's arms, "Dunca and Leshawn…" he said before passing out due to the concussion that Leshawna likely gave him.
Suddenly, Marianne appeared again, "This means everyone has a chance to be eliminated. How unfortunate." she said as she pulled out her camera.
"We tried our best didn't we?" Gwen asked.
"You bet Gwen." Geoff said before fist bumping his goth friend.
With the group
Marianne smiled as she moved onto the group and prepared her camera. Where she saw Milim and Junko silently working on the order of statues. Before finally finishing up just as Veldora and Hans did.
"I win!" everyone but Hans yelled. "No, I win!" they argued.
Hans sighed before his eyes widened when he saw Marianne. The dark haired woman raised a finger to her lips to silence Hans. As to keep him from even going as far as to make a gesture as to what he really knows.
"I see everyone did well and managed to get 100% accuracy." Marianne said.
"Well we did ours the best." Junko said proudly.
"Mine is still better!" Veldora argued.
Marianne giggled, "Let me get a picture to commemorate the day." she said to stop any more potential fighting.
Once the photos were taken, Marianne surprised both teams as she pulled out two identical statues. Marianne then put them besides the statues of Naruto while taking photos of them as well.
"Huh? Why do you have statues of our mom?" Junko asked suspiciously.
"To finish the set, besides. I am here to declare an official winner." Marianne said making everyone go silent.
Hans let out a very quiet sigh as he closed his eyes. Junko, Milim and Veldora's eyes sparkled like the stars themselves. Marianne let out a bright smile before taking in a deep breath and exhaling. Where she proceeded to announce the winner of their little contest.
"All of you are winners." Marianne said.
"WHAT!?" they all screamed… minus Hans of course.
Never expect much from an introvert.
Marianne giggled, "You all did such an amazing job and even with the stress of a partner you do not enjoy being around. You have all done remarkably well." she said proudly.
"But… if this challenge is a tie. Then wouldn't I win? Hans and I passed first challenge." Veldora asked with a shocked face.
"Technically you failed. Ariel does not go before Luminous Valentine and Frey." Marianne said pointing out their mistakes.
Hans sighed, 'How do we mix up Ariel of all people?' he wondered.
"Regardless, seeing you all work together proves you are all stronger working with each other instead of against." Marianne said.
"Do we get our prize at least?" Junko asked, ready to cry if Marianne said no.
Marianne nodded, "You all get one individual wish." she said before leaving.
"She was nice." Veldora said as Hans nodded. "I don't know about you two, but Hans is a nightmare to work with. He's too demanding, too serious, a bit of a hard ass and too much of a chatterbox too." He said before Hans squeezed his head.
Milim sighed as she looked at Junko, "I guess, hanging around you isn't a complete pain. That doesn't make you any less evil in my eyes." she said.
Junko rolled her eyes, "The only thing I hate about the comment is that your always repeat it Milim. I know I'm evil, what's wrong with that?" she asked.
At the bonfire
Naruto tapped his foot impatiently as he looked at Hans, "What do you mean they passed? They did horribly." he asked.
Hans shrugged before whispering something into his father's ear.
"Who's Marianne?" Naruto asked. Hans whispered again, "Oh? Oh. I will seek her out then." he said before Yuri came out with the ballots.
"Lord Naruto, the votes are secured and ready for Chris to read." Yuri said as Naruto nodded.
"Good work, the last thing I need is another person tampering with the game again." Naruto said before Yuri met Chris.
Chris double checked and counted the votes before preparing five marshmallows on a plate. Where he then proceeded to walk up to the final six who would be cut down to the final five.
"You all voted and thanks to Yuri, we will guarantee yet again that the correct loser will be going home." Chris said as he looked at the campers. "Quick reminder, no marshmallow means a free trip onto the Boat of Losers. Where you can never return, EVER!" he reminds them.
Geoff's Confessional
Geoff stretched his arms, "Whatever happens, happens. It would be really cool to make it to the finale, but if things don't go that way. Bummer, but at least I had fun meeting everyone." he said.
Heather's Confessional
"I am practically done with this show already, but I can try to tough it out. I just need to beat five more losers and the prize is mine. Just like that!" Heather said arrogantly. "Besides, there was no else I would have voted for." she said.
Leshawna's Confessional
"There was one person who deserved my vote. No hard feelings, but it's strategy." Leshawna said.
Owen's Confessional
Owen was kissing the wooden statue of Izzy's head for some reason. It was very creepy to say the least and it's very likely that Owen was not aware that he is being filmed. That and the producers likely decided to add this clip for comedic reasons.
Back to the game
Chris threw the first marshmallow, "First one goes to Leshawna. Then Duncan, Heather and Owen." he said leaving him down to one marshmallow. "If you are not nervous, you really should be." Chris said as Geoff and Gwen were left.
Gwen sighed and stood up, "It's cool, I had a good run." she said thinking her time is up.
Chris immediately became annoyed, "What are you doing? You are killing the suspense!" he exclaimed, making Gwen sit back down. "Anyways, the final marshmallow goes to… Gwen! Pack your bags Geoff." he said as he gave the marshmallow to Gwen.
Now Gwen was shocked, "What!? Are you guys crazy!?" she asked. "Geoff is the nicest guy!" she pointed out.
"Exactly, that's why he has to go." Duncan said.
"Not even Heather can beat nice." Owen said.
"The power of nice is absurdly powerful." Heather adds.
All in all, they say nice guys finish last since they play fair and do not rely on cheap tactics. Yet, someone like Geoff has an advantage with his overall personality it seems. Something the other campers did not see in Gwen.
"It's cool Gwen, I had a good run." Geoff said as he started walking down the Dock of Shame.
Only for Gwen to run after him, "Wait, I need to give you this." she said as she handed him his camera.
"My camera?" Geoff asked with surprise on his face.
"I went back for it on Boney Island. I felt bad for throwing it away, but there's a bit of Lake Wawanakwa in it." Gwen said as the water damaged the camera slightly.
Geoff shrugged, "It makes it a better souvenir. Come on, let's take one more picture before I go." he said.
As he said, Geoff took one last photo before he left. To commemorate another one of Gwen's friendships. Thinking about it now, the goth was surprised to see how well she acquainted she was with several of the other campers.
The next morning
Duncan sat on the stoop of the cabins. Taking out his pocket knife and whittling some sticks. Maybe taking this as a chance to perfect his art, like how he made a skull for Courtney as a gift.
'I miss you babe.' Duncan thought as he whittled. 'Still, with everything going on. Everything ma and school tried to teach me was practically worth nothing. Heck, I practically met the guy in charge of the underworld.' he thought with a snicker.
Duncan's thoughts stopped as he saw Milim sneaking around with a giant burlap sack over her shoulder.
"Hey, you need help with that?" Duncan asked.
"…no." Milim answered suspiciously.
"Okay, suit yourself." Duncan said before Milim ran off into the distance.
Then Owen came out of the cabin in his swimming trunks, "I'm heading for the lake. You wanna come?" he asked.
"No way, that thing is full of leaches." Duncan answered.
"Okay, but you're missing out on a lot of fun." Owen said before he ran off.
At the lake
With everyone so busy and distracted, Naruto's animal familiars decided to have some fun of their own. Mostly by fishing and using the Tobi's as fishing crews to help them scavenge. That is until Owen arrived and dived into the water from a nearby hill. Creating a giant tide of water that sent the fishing crews crashing into the nearby shore.
"Sorry." Owen said.
"Owen made the ocean fold. We lost three Tobi's in the process." Tobi VI said.
"Tobi says, send the Tobi's to a viking funeral." Tobi III suggested.
An hour later
Owen along with the Tobi's saluted as they sent a homemade boat to the sea. Where one of them took the possession of archer and prepared to fire an arrow covered in flames.
"Wait, did Tobi put coins on the eyes of Tobi?" Tobi VI asked.
The other Tobi's shrugged, "Maybe." Tobi IV said.
"What are the origins of you guys?" Owen asked.
"Tobi Prime was born in a lab after painful experiments. Then Prime spawned the Tobi's." Tobi VIII answered.
"No I mean, where's the inspiration?" Owen asked.
"Inspiration goes back far in time. Back with when Master Naruto was a child. Master had a sad life." Tobi VI explained.
"Tobi is not allowed to say anymore. Otherwise Master will take Tobi to punish town." Tobi V said.
"Put Tobi on the viking funeral ship too!" Tobi X yelled.
"No! Tobi will be quiet, Tobi swears!" Tobi VI pleads.
It was too late anyways, Tobi XX fired the shot and hit the boat. Causing it to go ablaze as it sailed into the direction of the sun. Only for the three "dead" Tobi's to scream and jump out of the boat and into the ocean. All of whom appeared to be very alive but covered in severe burns.
"That's messed up." Owen said.
"Don't blame Tobi for other Tobi's actions. Those Tobi's were drama queens." Tobi III replied.
"I guess, but maybe they were just knocked out." Owen said.
"Tobi will never know. Oh well, tie to go back to fishing and swimming." Tobi VIII said.
"That sounds like a good plan. Also do you guys have something for leeches?" Owen asked.
One Tobi raised up a bug zapper, "Tobi will combat the leeches before they attack." he said as he prepared to dumb the bug zapper into the water.
"Hold up! This is not fair!"
"What the heck?" Owen asked.
With Leshawna
As there was no challenge today, the episode solely focused on the paradise where the eliminated contestants were staying at. Playa de Loser, a small resort that is way better than Camp Wawanakwa as a whole. That and no sign of dangerous apocalyptic monsters anywhere. However, as a little trick, Chris had them filmed for the day and had them pick one camper who should be eliminated. Thanks to the stupidity of a certain pair, they decided to remove someone they liked for selfish reasons.
Leshawna is that unfortunate victim.
"Seriously? After all I've been through? I saw a freaking monster that would make a T-Rex go vegan to surviving thunder storms that could sink Atlantis and I'm suddenly eliminated?" Leshawna asked with a shocked face.
Normally, Leshawna would be quiet and unable to respond or understand what just happened. Instead, her mind was trying make her feel outraged as Chef was forced to push her into the docks. As Decim and Ginti helped pcak up all of Leshawna's bags.
"Really? I met pale boy here in Naruto's haunted mansion. The same place full of traps that could have killed us many times!" Leshawna exclaimed.
Chef rolled his eyes, "Tell her the rules boy." he said as he went to get the boat started.
"Is this for real? I'm serious, for real?" Leshawna asked.
Decim nodded, "It is for real, unfortunately. Remember the rules Leshawna, so please listen up." he said as Ginti put the bags inside of the boat. "Number one, you are eliminated and therefore kicked out of the competition. Number two, you may never return unless told otherwise. Number three, you will be safely guided and ensured a safe journey on the Boat of Losers." he explained.
Leshawna's eye twitched, "I give up. Maybe someone up there in heaven is sending me this as a message." she said as she got onboard.
Decim bowed his head, "I thank you for your participation and am sorry to see you go." he said respectfully.
Ginti snickered, "Yeah, you were my top five favorite." he said as Leshawna was taken away.
"Oh Ginti, seeing as how the boy in the hat is gone. Will you betting again?" Decim asked.
"Yeah, I can try to earn some more cash back. As much as I hate it. I'm putting my cash on the chubby guy." Ginti said, referring to Owen.
Decim nodded, "I feel confident in the goth, Gwen." he said.
"Sure, everyone's favorite character. Anyways, that means two episodes left until the big finale." Ginti said as he felt confident in his bet.
"That it is. I wonder how the contestants will reflect on their past adventure for half a million Canadian Dollars." Decim said before seeing naruto fly around in the sky.

NOTES: I hope you guys enjoyed it. Sorry if the beginning felt dry. I felt like I rushed it, but tried my best to keep it exciting and entertaining at the very least. Anyways, I'll probably do small mentions of Playa but not really dedicate a chapter to it or the next episode. Actually with the barrier over the island, we'll skip the next episode where everyone is swept away by the storm.
It was funny in a way, but it mostly showed how desperate everyone can get. So we'll just skip to Chef's wilderness survival challenge and then the dare challenge. I'll wrap it up with the final two episode as the final chapter for New Years and finish this season with the bonus episode meant to tease Total Drama Action which I might do if it's worth enough attention. I don't know.
