Arisugawa's Locket
Chapter 127
"Oh wow. Is the bar's teleporting magic or technology?!" the slightly shorter blonde declared, looking around excitedly.
"Princess Anisphia..." the blue haired girl beside her sighed as she told her, "restrain yourself a little. Please."
"Sorry, Euphy," Anisphia smiled sheepishly.
(Princess Anne-Sophia Wynn Palettia was the heir to the throne of the Kingdom of Palettia, as well as a developer of magic based technology. Her complanion, Lady Euphyllia Magenta, was a owerful mage, and her assistant... and girlfriend.)
"Technology," the somewhat bemused May noted, "a device created by the genius Washu."
"CAN I MEET HER?!" Anisphia demanded.
"She only stops in off and on," May said apologetically.
Anisphia slumped, pouting.
Euphie addressed May, "Sorry about that."
"It's fine, it's fine," May reassured them. "You'll need to leave your swords at the bar..."
"No weapons, huh?" Anisphia nodded. "Okay."
"Did you want something to drink, or we can get you a table...," May added.
"Table. I could eat," Anisphia decided and a server lead them off.
"I see Washu has another fangirl," Ryouko noted, the bartender having overhead.
"Hmm. She also has that 'reborn in another world' feel to her," May agreed. They had thet type hit the bar fairly often and May had grown to recognize them.
"We could suggest someone start a Support Group in the back meeting room," Ryouko mused. There were already a few such groups that Juri lentr the room to, she figured it was good business since they usually stayed to drink and eat after the meetings.
"Maybe, I...," May started then an alarm behind the bar chimed.
"What the...?" Alpha asked, not having been here the last time it went off.
"We're under attack," Ryouko warned.
"What?" a customer yelped.

Major Precia Testarossa of the Starlight Breakers mercenary corp was used to taking on odd jobs. They were a small group, and were willing to do a LOT of a paycheck. This, however was weirder than usual.
"You want us to attack a BAR?" Lindy Harloun asked, the brown haired Captain and main pilot of the group frowning.
Rick Sanchez, their employer, burped loudly. "'Scudse me," the white haired man continued, "it's not a normal bar. It crosses dimensions..."
"I see," Nanoha Takamachi nodded, the fourth in command looking over at Rick somewhat warily. They had had dealings with the Council of Ricks before, and she didn't trust 'em as far as she could throw them.
Rick gave her a look, well aware she didn't like him. "There's a dangerous artifact under the bar, we want you to retrieve it."
"Why not send your own people?" Alicia Testarossa asked.
"There's a weird protective barrier around the bar," Rick admitted, "only women or female identified beings can enter."
"So use your usual teams of mercs. Just pick women agents...," Fate Testarossa-Harloun suggested, Alicia's half-sister frowning. She was Precia's second daughter, born after she and Lindy had gotten together.
"They ALSO have to be lesbian or bisexual," Rick added sheepishly.
"Seriously?" Lindy blinked.
"How is that even possible...?" Precia wondered, impressed.
"There's a really sophisticated sorting AI in the system," Rick agreed, "it's quite remarkable. I nearly want to grab it myself."
"Fascinating!" Precia agreed.
Lindy watched her boss and Rick geeking out over AI and sighed. "MOM..." Alicia poked her gently in the side.
"Ahem, right," Precia shook herself.
"So how do we access the bar?" Nanoha asked him. "It's in a universe the TSAB keeps an eye on, right?" she added.
"Ugh, THEM," Fate rolled her eyes.
(The team of mercs had, actually, met their counterparts who were affiliated with the TSAB. It had, bluntly, been a very weird experience, made even stranger by the team of TSAB members so strongly disapproving of the profit seeking mercs.
Oh, and the other Fate had been HORRIFIED at realizing that Precia and Lindy were married. No idea why...)
"So how do we access the bar?" Alicia asked.
Rick scratched his head, "I guess get all.. lesbiany with each other?"
Fate and Nanoha and Precia and Lindy each looked at each other, amused. Alicia sighed, "I NEED a girlfriend, darn it."

Juri rushed out of her office as she barked, "What going on?"
May, being an android, had not long ago been tied into the bars systems by Washu. Who,. It should be noted, hadn't ASKED her. May was still a bit annoyed at that. But...
"It appears to be a dimension ship," May had her eyes closed, 'reading' from the sensors, "they've locked onto us."
The whole bar shook, rattling everyone.
"There go the outer doors," Juri scowled, pulling out the Jurai sword she carried with her and igniting it.
"Light saber!" someone yelped.
"Shh! We don't want Lucasfilm to sue us."
Everyone just ignored the fourth wall break as Mahoro pulled out her oversized pistol, her and Ryouko taking up position beside Juri. Cyber Six was away, annoyingly, as were several other of the more 'combat ready' staff members.
"Permission to use my magic?" Major General Tanya von Degurechaff asked, the blonde mage there with her wife, Visha.
"Just don't blow up the bar," Ryouko said as the door into the main bar was struck, hard.
"Would I do that?" Tanya asked her, the round computation orb on her chest glowing as she started powering up.
"YES," several customers who kndew her chorused.
"There there, I know you can restrain yourself," Visha patted her love on the arm.
The protective inner door crumbled, and a figure dressed in military style combat armor forced through, two more following close behind.
Tanya gestured, then blinked as nothing happened. "Anti-magic field," she noted, "powerful one, too, to restrain me."
The lead figure's armor helmet flipped up, revealing a familiar face. "Nanoha?!" Juri blinked.
"I see you've met my alternate," Nanoha noted. "We've cancelled out your abilities. Surrender the artifact under the bar, and we'll leave peacably."
Juri noted her sword seemed to sill be working, as way Ryouko's. "I'm thinking no," Ryouko purred, smiling evilly.
"Er...," Fate blinked, looking a bit worried.
Mahoro then calmly picked up the broken metal door and casually CRUNCHED the metal with her bare hands.
"Wat," Alicia looked alarmed.
Mai Tokhia, still dressed in her waitress apron, gestured and swirling bands of fire danced around her hands. "And HIME powers aren't magic," she noted.
"Eeep," Nanoha murmured.
"So at a minimum, we can chop, crunch and burn you as needed," Juri said calmly. "So instead, YOU surrender and we'll let you walk away mostly unharmed."
Fate radioed the ship, "The power damper didn't work. Options?"
"We can't use shipboard weapons," Lindy noted, "you'd get caught in the blast. Should we send in Tea and Subaru and the others?"
"No point," Alicia said.
Before anything else could happen, a attractive purple haired woman in a military uniform walked down the hall into the bar. "Please release my people," Precia said briskly, "we surrender."
"Mother! We can still...," Fate started.
"No. We underestimated these people," Precia shook her head. She muttered, "And the Ricks gave us bad intel."
"The Council of Ricks sent you?" Juri realized.
"You can't be surprised by that. You jumping across universes randomly threatens their power," Precia shrugged.
"Boss, I think we need to take steps," Ryouko noted and Juri nodded.
