Dear readers,
You have no idea how sorry I am for taking this long
to get back into , but it's been a very tough year for me. I've
had two of my grandparents die(my mom's dad, and my dad's mom) in the
same year. I've also had many events happen (my brother's wedding in
portugal in October, going to a new school, etc...). And I guess you
could say I went through a 8 month writer's block.
Still, that's
no excuse for taking so long to update, I should've at least finished
'Dear Diary', which brings me to the point of this whole note.
Something happened to me, that I only thought happened in sitcoms, or
cliche stories. A few days ago, I watched 'The Notebook', and
somehow, that movie lit my writer's spark. So I started reading some
of my favourite stories, and I began getting ideas for 'Dear Diary'.
Then, literally, the next day, I was checking my inbox, and there was
an email from a fanfic admin. I grew nervous as I opened the email,
and, to my horror, my worst fear had come true. They DELETED 'DEAR
DIARY'!!. But the funniest thing, is the reason WHY they banned it.
Here is what they wrote, this is unaltered, I didn't add any words,
nor did I remove any:
Main reason for removal: "Disregard for proper language: grammar, spelling, punctuation, and etc."
Am I the only person who thinks this is the dumbest reason for removing a story? What has the world come to? Not everyone has spell checker, so for those days when I had to use my brother's computer, I had to use word pad. Is that such a sin.
Anyways, I'm not updating on this account
anymore, because if I get one more story deleted, Startlite-Eyes00
will forever be banned. So I made a new account, and I'm starting off
fresh.
MY NEW ACCOUNT IS:Portuguese-Temptress
I've read
the rules, and I know I can't post and A/N without posting a story
too, so here's your story:
Kagome went through the well, and
ended up in her time. She was sick of being played for a fool, and
she was sick of Inuyasha. She squeezed onto the jar hung around her
neck, and shut her eyes.
'Just a few peices left, and then I can
go back to my own world, my own life', the only problem was, she
didn't want
to go back to her old life...
As you can tell, I didn't put much effort into those few lines, it's still a story though, right?
