An update:
Hey everyone, Grod here! I know it has been a while since the last chapter so I would like to give a quick update on why updates have slowed down and when you can expect the next.
First off, know that I won't ever abandon the story, this is one I'm going to commit to to the end. A lot of my previous works got cut off because of writer's block and lost interest, but I was much younger then and I'm more confident in my creative skills now more than ever.
Second, one of the main things that halted progress is because of 3 things, my lasik surgery, my college classes, and my new job. It's taking a while, but I'm in a good balance of work and school, and my eyes have fully healed. Leaving me, finally, with free time to write.
So now I am fully back into writing and I've decided to rewrite what I've already previously written for chapter 13 because I felt it didn't leave much impact and deserved a more interesting fight, as the previous chapter leaves off at a dragon attack. But I do have a draft of a side story that I was planning to publish at some point but I think I will clean up and release on its own sometime in the next week or so, so look out for that on my page.
That's everything I have to really talk about and I think you can expect the next chapter within the year at the most. Thank you for all who have followed and favorited, it means so much as an aspiring writer to see people wanting to be notified that there is more of your work!
