I'm afraid I must speak out my mind,
There are deep feelings I hold for someone.
This is a courage that took me long to find,
Having to explain my emotions to the one.
I have been miserable and lonely for so long,
Fighting with the demon that lurked inside.
Everything in my life had gone all wrong,
All the time I have been running and hiding.
The beast I became had killed,
Destroying the lives of the innocent.
On my hands blood was spilled,
And the stains would never wash out.
My eyes would flood with tears,
As evil tormented me from my very soul.
Losing my control is my worst of fears,
I would wake up wishing everything was over.
Then I met you Mina, my friend,
Things have changed for the best of me.
I developed these feelings I had to mend,
Hoping you would at least understand.
To me you are the dearest,
You are demonic but so fair.
To my heart you are the nearest,
Even if I have seen your worst.
At first, I thought it was only a little lust,
Now I have learned there was something else.
Over time I have gained your trust,
I should tell you that I'm in love with you.
