Hiei was walking to Kurama's house for a meeting, at Botan's insistence. When he was almost there he heard something behind him. Hiei turned quickly trying to catch whatever fool had been following him almost constantly for about a month, but there were never any clues to who or why. He shook his head and continued on his way.
The whole meeting Hiei sat silently, his team-mates noticing the lack of insults wondered what was wrong with him. Kuwabara finally got annoyed and said, "Hey shrimp what's goin on with you. Have you finally realized that I'm stronger than you?"
Yusuke bursts out laughing, "Ya right Kuwabara like that will ever happen!"
Kurama calmly looked at Yusuke who was rolling on the floor in mirth then back to Hiei. "Hiei if something's wrong you need to tell us."
Hiei just sits and ignores them. After the meeting he went back to the tree in the park where he slept and stared at the usual gifts heaped around the base. 'Who ever this person is I am going to make them pay!' Hiei thought as he burned the gifts. As he turns around to go back to his tree, he finds himself face to face with his stalker.
