Chapter 5: Tool Crisis!
"WHAT THE ABSOLUTE EVER-LIVING FUCK DO YOU MEAN IT'S BROKEN?! How did you manage to break the ONE thing that was needed to repair the truck?! It has fucking magic metals to withstand extreme force, for god sake!" William's voice could be heard all over the construction site.
The progress of the construction site is as thus: There is the lowest basement now. But all of it are empty rooms. Some of it meant to be finished on the second basement.
And what might be the thing he is screaming about? An enchanted wrench, which was somehow bent into a pretzel shape.
He was yelling at Dave and Stuart for this, who both were nearby at the time of the incident. "Don't look at me," Stuart speaks up, "I was on logging duty." He then points a thumb at Dave, "He was in charge of doing the basement floor."
"Oi, Oi! I was hammering nails! I was placing wooden boards!" Dave interjects, "I used a hammer!" But William and Stuart weren't buying it.
"Bullshit," William yells out, "All the hammers are still in my truck! So what did you fucking use as a hammer?!" He asks again, extremely pissed off.
"Well, the handle was red and it had a gray head-" *BONK* Dave was suddenly cut off by William, who threw an allen wrench at his head.
The trucker still looks pissed off, before finally calming down by letting out a blast of air through his nostrils. Then he spoke up, "Stuart. Keep an eye on Dave. And when Alice does come along, show her the blueprint in my truck, alright?" He says, getting a nod in response, "Good. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to search a replacement for my universal wrench."
William walks over to his still broken down truck, hopping into the back, searching through it, until finding a purse of coins he could use. Part of the treasure Stuart managed to steal easily before.
With a small grin, he pocketed the purse, before stopping for a moment, going back inside and coming out with a gold bar, "Just in case." He mutters out, pocketing it as well.
"Right, I'll be off getting a new wrench, so you take care of the area whilst I'm gone." William states, hopping off the truck's back. Stuart answered back, "Okay Will! Get back soon then!"
William nods and walks off, towards the Human Village...
Welcome to...
WILLIAM'S ODD ADVENTURE!
The trucker could be seen walking down the road, surrounded by the magical forest. He kept his eyes on the road, when suddenly he was jumped by a few fairies!
"Oh, fuck!" He utters out, "I don't have armour!" as he starts to panic slightly. But then remembered something he carried with him, all the time.
He pulls out his personal revolver, made to use shotgun shells. And fired off a shot, which shoots out a cluster of colorful balls... "Oh right. Guns don't shoot regular bullets here." William reminds himself, but remained focused.
The fairies fired back, of course. But they were relatively easy to dodge... For a fit human at least. Not so much for an overweight man who is used to just straight up running, rather than dodging.
His solution? He dodged the incoming bullets by running to the side, then suddenly turning towards one of the fairies and running at full speed...
The sight of a fat man with a face hidden by beard, running at them with unexpected speed seems to have stunned them in fear. There, William fired off a shell at point-blank, getting rid of the fairy quickly.
The other fairies had snapped out of it and began firing their weird magic bullets at a fast pace.
William fires off 3 shots, filling the air with the bullets. Catching the fairies off-guard and burying them with magic bullets, ultimately getting rid of them.
William stops running, panting from it before doing a pose and blowing the imaginary smoke off the gun barrel.
He unloaded the used shells, but then noticing something... As soon as the shells left the barrel, they disappeared... "The hell? Did my spent ammo go poof?" The trucker utters out, before shaking his head. He put his hand into another pocket, feeling the shotgun shells in it and pulling out 4. He then reloaded his revolver with new ammunition, then looked at the area where the fairies once were... finding loot on the ground?
He walked up to some of the loot and takes a look. "Grenade?... Huh..." He mutters out, "some armour plating and one singular boot with rockets..." He states, before yelling to himself, "What the hell are they carrying? Why are they carrying these?!"
The trucker then pauses, looks to the left and right, before pocketing the items and moving onwards, towards the village. There, he will have a sort-of unexpected situation with a certain teacher in the village...
Human Village
Just outside the entrance gate
Mid-day
"Ugh..." William grunts out, "I'm not getting any fitter from that. But at least I got some fair share of loot." He states, looking on the bright side of things.
He checked through the many pockets of his overalls, doing a quick inventory check, "My revolver with easy-to-apply modifications. My shells in my pocket." He is listing off his items, "A rocket boot, couple of hand grenades, can of spinach, some piping, an electrical fan, small electrical stove, and a book of reinforcement enchantment which will most likely disintegrate after use." The trucker let out a small hum in satisfaction and responds, "I could make a gun out of some of the junk here."
Then he spots the gate, "Oh! There's the village!" The trucker says to himself, "Maybe I can get a new wrench here and get some help."
But... as soon as he took another few steps forward, a person suddenly waled up to the front of the gate. Said person being none other than Keine Kamishirasawa, who looked quite miffed. Possibly due to William being back.
"Heya Keine. Is it alright for me to go into the-?" "No." William attempted to ask, but he was completely cut off by Keine's denial, causing him to sputter quite a bit.
After getting control of his speaking mannerisms, he asked a simple question, "Why?" He wondered, surprised by the development.
"Because you and your friends endangered many locals here. Not to mention stealing money." Keine lists off, "Also, your group caused a lot of property damage in the village, and even kidnapped a child." She accuses him, anger flaring in her voice, which is unusual, at least for William. But the last accusation caught him quite off-guard.
"Hang on-, child kidnapping?!" William asks with confusion, but also now with slight anger, "I may have done some things out of desperation, many times in fact in my past, but I never kidnapped a child!" He states with anger, "I agree to most of the things I did, but the last one is something I didn't do."
"Enough!" Keine yells, cutting off William, "As the village guardian, I am forced to fight and keep you away from the village. You are not innocent and you are a danger to the village." She states, "You can choose to leave, and nothing will come from this. But if you stay, I will be forced to fight." She says, glaring daggers at William.
William, in turn, pushed his hat down, pulled out his revolver and states, "I don't take kindly to being accused of such a horrible crime. I never stoop so low as to kidnap a kid with out reason." Then he continues, "I need to buy some tools from the market, and if it means I have to fight, I will." Them, he uses a rude hand gesture, "So come at me. I'd rather die to keep myself morally right, then to have my name smudged like so."
Keine flinches at William's conviction, but kept glaring. Though she did soften it a little, "You do know how Danmaku and Spell Cards work, right?"
William answers with honesty, "Best to know now than later." getting the village guardian to start explaining the concept.
"The Spell Card system was made to give weaker youkais and humans a fair fighting chance, using Spell Cards to do so." Keine starts (helpfully) explaining, just so that William understands it, "It's made to fight fairly and to show off. A sort of contest, if one to put it in words." She states, then begins juggling one of those weird energy spheres in her hand, "It complements Danmaku-, no... At this point, Danmaku and Spell Cards are intertwined. Danmaku being the basis, Spell Cards adds onto it and making it fairer for others. It really is more inclined to spectacles... Of course, there are conditions two battlers could agree on, and use spell cards to settle on things."
William nods at the explanation, "Alright. Then I wish to initiate a battle. If I win, I get to go inside the village. If you win, I can't get to go into the village." He proposes, getting a bewildered look from Keine.
"But..." She starts, "You don't have a spell card. Or do you?" She asks, getting a shake of the head from William, causing her to let out a sigh, "While it is recommended to have a spell card, it isn't required." She then looks seriously at him, "How will we determine the winner of the battle?"
William answers quite easily, "I fight until I pass out. Get hit too many times, I'd certainly pass out and lose. In order for me to win, I'd have to clear your spell cards. Sounds good?" He offered easily.
Keine, for her part, wasn't comfortable with the idea. She was mad at William, most certainly. But she does want to teach William a lesson for causing so much damage and chaos.
After debating the thoughts in her mind, she finally lets out a defeated sigh, "Alright then... I'll accept those terms..." She answers plainly, nit wanting to actually hurt William.
William though, decides to do something unexpected. He pulled out the electrical fan, pipings and electrical stove and salvaged the parts from it. All the while Keine watches in confusion.
William salvaged the coils that is used to heat the stove surface. Then the electric motor and the fan blades from the electric fan. After he was done, he started building a gun frame out of the piping, followed by attaching the electric fan motor to the frame. At the front, he uncoiled the stove's coil and attached it to the front of the frame. He remembers finding some plating beforehand and uses it to build a crude container into the gun, a pipe is used for the barrel.
And just as quickly he finished the gun, "I'll name you... Burning Scrappy." The trucker muttered out, then decides to test it by pointing upwards and using the crank.
It charged up a shot... somehow. the front glowing red hot. And when he pulled the trigger (read: punched the side) of the gun, it released a torrent of purple flames. This made William grin more so, whilst Keine seemed surprised from this. "how does anyone even do that?" she asks in shock, confusion hidden in her voice.
"Right then," William says with a smile, "let's get to it, shall we?" Feeling quite confident right about now.
Keine lets out a sigh, before obliging William's request to battle. She raises her arm and a few distortions in the air appeared nearby, confusing the trucker.
The distortions suddenly glew and fire off a lot of Danmaku. Way more than William ever expected. And Keine launched even more, making William panic.
"Oh, bollocks!" He says, running around in small, random circles. Whilst switching out for his revolver and began firing.
He pulled out a grenade, took out the pin and threw it at Keine. She was caught off-guard for a moment, as the grenade exploded and launched danmaku in random directions.
Using this, he pulled out another grenade, counted the seconds in his head and threw it at her, timing it to explode near her.
William started grinning when Keine stopped shooting, but then she pulled out a card and yelled, Past: "Gensokyo's Roots". The action filled the trucker with a sudden sense of dread.
As soon as he saw the lightning flow out of her, the trucker whimpered in fear, uttering a single word... "Mommy-!"
Keine stands there, watching as William had got hit by her spell card. The overweight man had essentially frozen up in fear, before being knocked out by her attack.
Deciding that in a sense, this outsider is one of the more friendly ones, she keeps an eye on his unconscious body, a frown present.
It took about ten minutes for William to wake up, having gotten a sudden headache. He looked up and saw Keine standing there, causing him to remember his terms.
Letting out a sigh, the Trucker gets up and dusts himself. Then looks at the village guardian with a small smile, "Well. I am a man of my word. I lost fairly, I won't go into the village." He states, then walks up to her and puts out a hand for her to shake.
A bit surprised by his mannerism, she took his hand and shook it. "T'was fun tho. And thanks for teaching me some basics I needed to know. I really appreciate it." The overweight man said with a smile, "But could I ask you something then? A small favour." He asks, getting a thoughtful look from her.
"Of course you can ask." She answers after a bit of thinking, then frowns, "But it depends on what it is." She adds with a frown. William nods to this.
He searches through his pockets for a bit, before looking back at her and asking, "You got a paper and pencil?" which Keine nods and hands him a piece of paper and a pen. He draws the exact wrench he needs to buy and even wrote the brand name, "I need a high quality wrench, because one of my friends broke mine."
Keine nods in understanding and says "I'll look into it. Be back here tomorrow, alright?" To which the truckless trucker nods and gives a wave, walking away...
The next day, the trucker was sitting in front of the gate, secretly smoking a pipe with one of the guards. Said guard have been given a cigarette to smoke.
William then notices footsteps and looks toward the gate, seeing Keine walking towards them. This causes him to poke the other guard to get their attention.
The guard quickly realizes and hands the cigarette to William, who pull out a metal box from his pocket and stores the lit cigarette inside. Then he places it back and kept smoking his own tobacco pipe.
Keine finally arrives, but frowns when she sees William with the pipe, but decides not to comment, "I looked everywhere, but there was no such thing for sale right now. Only ones who would be able to sell you this are the Kappas, but they reside at the base of the youkai mountain." She tells him, the frown still present.
William lets out a sigh, "Let me guess, it's the base of the big mountain over there?" He asks, getting a nod from her and a larger sigh escapes him, "Alright... I'll head off that way then. Any tips for me to know?,
She thinks for a moment, before answering "Don't be outside during night time." The glares at the overweight man. Said man took it as a cue to finally leave, walking away with the pipe in hand.
"Another day, another hard adventure, huh?" He mutters to himself, then stops and realises something, "Fuck, I forgot to ask a map." He states, but it was too late for him to go back. So he decides to move onward.
The thing is though... He is already heading the wrong way. And it will be a long adventure for him to finally find and reach the mountains.
The next few events related with William are just snippets from different times of his journey.
William is walking through a forest, gas mask on his face, as the air was really stuffy and hard to breathe in. His shotgun revolver on hand, though modified to be a long-range rifle. "I feel like I'm Artyom from the Metro series. All I need is a desolate city with an underground metro to roam around in." He jokes to himself, continuing to walk on the path.
"But... where even am I? I'm who-knows-where and I somehow lost track of the big ass mountain." He mutters to himself with annoyance, but stopped when he heard rustling.
Quickly arming himself, he points his rifle at the source of the sound and fires a hail of Danmaku.
Said Danmaku got reflected back to him, which caused him to jump back and barely get hit by his own projectiles.
Then he heard Japanese coming from the bush, then behind a tree. And from behind the tree appears to walk out a woman with brown eyes and light-brown hair. Wearing glasses. They also appear to have a leaf on their head... for some reason. They also appear to wear a brown dress-like clothing.
William lowered his gun in confusion, though his gasmask won't show it. But just in case, he unloaded a spent shell and reloaded it. Then he took the cylinder out to get access to the barrel and shoved two more shells down it, before slamming the cylinder back. His gut feeling told him there was trouble to be had.
But thinking he could perhaps get out scot-free, with some additional info, he decides to speak up, "Umm... Sorry 'bout that. I don't understand what you are saying, but you did give me quite a fright."
The person looked surprised for a moment, before crossing her arms, "I said why you shoot? where is your manners? And since when Britons in Gensokyo?" She asks in somewhat broken english.
"Well, I answered the first question, I'm sorry for being rude, I am in a hurry after all, and it's British. Last time I checked, there weren't any British folk here." William replied to the questions with haste, then supplied his own, "Which way is it to the Youkai Mountain?"
The woman tilted her head, then pointed in a direction, "It's over there. Why you need to go-?" "Okay, thanks!" William cuts her off, aiming his rifle a bit to the ground and opposite of the direction she pointed at.
He braced himself and then pulled the trigger. The blast from the shotgun was deafening and it left behind a large fireball. All the while he himself got launched into the air by the recoil.
The woman held her ears in pain from this, quickly losing sight of where William had went. She muttered long sentences in Japanese, but no one was there to hear it.
William was soaring through the sky, the barrel of his gun having gone red-hot from the blast he used. "I hate this part!" He yells out, as he was falling back down now, towards a house as well.
He didn't notice the actual direction he needed to go whilst in the air, but that was in part of screaming for his life.
The trucker fell and fell, until he hit the front door of the house with a very loud THUD, sticking to the door like a bug stuck on a windshield.
Then he slowly slid down the door, onto the floor and muttering curses.
He manages to push himself up, albeit still cursing from the pain. He was about to stretch, but then stopped, "Ow! Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, OW OW, OOOOOWWW!... My... FREAKING back... Hurts so much..."
He then slowly (and with a lot of pain), went got to knocking on the door he crashed into. "Uh... hello?... anyone home?..." He asks, gritting his teeth.
After knocking on the door for quite some time a familiar face showed up. The face of a certain blonde witch. "Eh?" She says out loud, confused by the person infront of her door, then mutters something that William doesn't understand.
"That's great and all, but could you help me? My everything is in pain... In serious pain, might I add." William says, as he tries to get the gas mask off, but it hurts too much for him to get the straps at the back of his head. "Ow. Could you do me a little favour and unstrap the gas mask for me?" He asks her.
Marisa quickly obliges and got behind William, grabbing the back of his head and undoing the straps on his gas mask. She manages to get it off, allowing William to take much deeper breaths.
"Oh, the fresh air feels wonderful." He mutters, as Marisa finally realizes who it is she just helped. "Heeey!~ You're the fatso outsider with his truck!" She states, grinning.
"Yes, that's lovely, but could you seriously help me? I think I ruptured some of my eternal organs and possibly have broken my bones from falling." William says, leaning against the wall, whilst using his gun as a crutch.
Marisa's eyes widen, then states, "We got to get you to a doctor!" Then she grins again, "Lucky for you, I know just the doctor! We just gotta bring you to her." as she quickly goes inside the house, bringing out a flask with a green liquid and her broom. She gives the flask to William, "Drink this. It severely numbs your sense, so you wouldn't feel anything." She says with unusual amount of authority in her voice.
The trucker nods to this "Right. Please pour it into my mouth." He asks, opening up his mouth and bending his head up. Marisa nods and pours the contents down his throat.
Once the flask was empty, she went back inside and stored it somewhere. Then came back outside, "Right. The effect should appear in about a few seconds. You'll not feel anything then... Though, you'll also not be able to move. You'll just be awake, and that's it." She states.
Grabbing some robe, she tied William to her back, surprisingly strong enough to lift the heavy man. Though, she does let out a grunt from lifting him, "What do you even eat? You're super heavy! Heavier than the cauldron in my house!" She grunts out, grabbing her broom and hopping on.
But quickly, William's senses was completely dulled out. Not feeling a thing and incapable of moving. Essentially becoming a ragdoll. "We're gonna go to Alice's place! She knows where to go to get to a doctor!" She states, flying up and quickly blasting with full force towards another direction. William's numb face wasn't spared though, as it's being played around by the rushing air, like a dog having their head stuck out the window and their face morphing from the speed.
They quickly arrived at Alice's house, as Marisa lands right in front of the door and kicks it down. A sigh could be heard from the other room, followed by annoyed Japanese speaking. Marisa cuts it off by yelling in English, "No time for that! We need to get to a doctor, now!" which causes a thud of something hitting the floor and someone coming out from the other room. Another face William knows of.
Alice's eyes widen in response, asking Marisa in Japanese, to which the witch responds back. Alice nods after a while, then looks at William tied on Marisa's back. They untied him and had Alice's dolls pick up William...
Alice then looks at Marisa and says something again, to which the broom-wielder nods and flies off. The puppeteer then looks at William and says "It seems you are severely hurt and Marisa didn't do a good job bringing you here..." She states with a frown, finally speaking in English, "But I do know of someone who could help. I often buy medicine from them."
She then starts flying, along with her dolls dragging William's ragdoll-ing body along with her.
They flew for quite some time, towards a bamboo forest, where there was a clearing with a large building in it. But during the flight, William finally passed out... Though, that was mainly from fear. Of dolls.
William soon awakened in a medical bed, grunting from the bright light on his face. His memory blurry. But quickly, everything caught up to him and he realized he was grabbed by dolls. This causes him to panic and hyperventilate.
This causes his heart rate to go up and alarms went off. He heard Japanese yet again and soon felt something prick his neck. Falling sleepy, he fell down onto the bed, sleeping yet again...
The second time William woke up, there was someone next to him. But his vision was too blurry to see. He slowly pushed himself up into a sitting position again, noting how he feels way too much lighter. He even feels that he doesn't have his lovely facial hair anymore!
He heard footsteps, seeing a figure quickly leave. And after a few minutes, someone arrived. At this point, his vision recovered partially, so he was capable of seeing someone is there. He mainly saw the person having a red and blue scheme or similar.
"Hello." He heard them say, their voice seemingly female, "I am Eirin Yagokoro. Essentially your doctor. Though, I must ask, how did you get some of these diseases we found you having? Some of them I've never witnessed in my entire career as a pharmacist." They pause, "Not to mention the things we found inside you."
The person got closer, as William's blurry vision finally goes away. They see who exactly Eirin is. She has a tray of full of items and a glove in hand. Picking up one and showing it off. First was a purple glowing rock. "First off, this stone here. Originally, we thought it was some sort of amethyst, but we brought it to our resident geologist expert and they stated that it was nothing they had seen before." She explains, them place it back on the tray, carefully.
Then she picked up some glass shards, "We also managed to extract some glass from your lungs..." She pauses, "No, I should say from your chest. We were genuinely surprised being able to see through your body, because a part of you had turned into glass." And places it back down.
"Of course, we also found lead in your system, which we managed to extract out from your body." She says off-handedly, "You also worryingly had large amount of radiation in your foot. Turns out there was some Uranium stuck in your foot, which we had to get rid off."
She noticed a light blue crystal had begun floating upwards, which she grabs and ties it back down onto the tray again, "Then there was this here that was stuck inside your shoulder. Seemingly being quite buoyant in the air, yet having electrical properties."
She picks up quite a large, banged up metal cylindrical container, which has a glowing yellow rod inside, "Then there was this here. It was somehow more radioactive than the uranium in your foot." She says with confusion, "I don't even want to know how you managed to fit it in your stomach." then places it back.
She then suddenly snaps, "Then there's the freaking weirdness of your own soul!" She says with a very loud voice, looking incredibly peeved. He even heard some things clatter to the floor in the distant background, "First we found that you didn't have a soul, somehow. But later we were wrong. You have a soul, but it's someone else's! Then there's this weird symptom with your soul, where it is literally cooking you from the inside, somehow." She rants, and seemingly she wasn't done, "We even saw that the foreign soul you have is branded. With a freaking date and time. It also had other problems as well! When we first saw it, it looked beyond messed up!"
She started to rant more about William's foreign soul, "When we first examined it, we found your soul literally flickering like a candle flame-. Souls aren't supposed to do that! We then quickly noticed two other things about your soul! Mainly about the fact that it was bubbling! And had chunks in it! Pieces of... something! Then apparently the soul is damaged, looked like scorched specifically!" She pauses, "Then we realized that we shouldn't be able to see into a soul like that! We had to move it for examination at a certain point, by hand. Apparently, the soul is also cold to the touch! YET IT SOMEHOW COOKS YOU FROM THE INSIDE! And finally we noticed that while your soul is flickering, it also didn't emit any sort of light! Souls usually emit some sort of light!" She then slams her hand against a table nearby, "IT MAKES NO SENSE!"
A very long silence was in the room, as she calmed down, "The other stuff we found, wasn't so bad in comparison. You have machine parts in your body, which we had it be fixed by an expert, one of your eyes were just straight up glass as well. We tried searching for your original soul as well, we even got help from the gap youkai, convincing her to find your soul for the hell of it. And after a few hours, she came back rather annoyed. Turns out, your original soul does have a trail! Problem is, it crosses other freaking worlds, into other dimensions-, I have no clue how. At the end, the gap youkai managed to visit over 50 different worlds where she had apparently got a trail to your soul. Only to find it lead to, yet again, another world!" She finally finishes, "At that point, they gave up, deciding they had better stuff to do."
Finally, she got to the point. "But all in all, we managed to fix your physical issues. Like broken bones and muscles really easily." She states, "We just need you to do some physical tests and then we will release you. Also, please don't come back again. Your other conditions overall brought only headaches to deal with."
William, this entire time, was just... staring at her. confused. But ultimately shrugged it off. And proceeded to do the physical tests. He then noticed why he felt so much lighter. "Ah, grud." He muttered looking mildly annoyed, "My fake body shape was taken off of me."
Eirin heard this and asked, "I did want to ask, why did you make yourself look so overweight, when you have a perfectly good and physically toned figure?"
"Oh. It was to make myself look unassuming, whilst also having much more room to store things." William explained easily, "I hope the inner machines of the suit still work." He muttered.
"Rest assured, when we spotted the machinery, we used extreme caution." She says, taking out a clip board with paper on it, "Now let's get to the basics."...
William soon exited the building he was in, with all his stuff in a large bag. "At least I managed to retrieve some of the stuff that was also in me." He muttered, walking onwards. He was wearing his usual clothes still, but now it looked incredibly baggy and loose on him, as he didn't look overweight at all.
It was then a cough got his attention, causing him to turn around and spot an annoyed woman with long white hair. Wearing a white shirt, red pants with suspenders. He walked up to the person and introduced himself "Name's William."
"Mokou." She responds, "Come on, let's go. I'll take you to the human village." and begins walking away, William quickly following her.
"You know English because?..." "Used to travel." "Ah." "..." "... Not much of a talker?" "No." "Fair enough. You enjoy conversation?" "..." "Alright. I'll start talking then. Maybe you'll find some stuff being funny."
And William just started talking to the girl, of some of his more interesting adventures he had had over his life-time. The woman, Mokou, just kept nodding along. Even raising an eyebrow at the seemingly exaggerated claims, like "Fighting against an army of robots led by an insane man with a mask on a seemingly lawless planet" or "Exploring a world that had already ended" or even "Dealing with an interstellar British empire that abused time itself" and so on.
Though, it certainly was a conversation and a half, they ultimately reached the human village. Which is when she promptly turned around and walked back into the bamboo forest.
"Thanks lass! Let's hang out sometime!" William yelled back, receiving a wave from her hand and that was it. He smiled, "Nice lass. Wonder what's her story." He muttered with interest
Then he remembered something, "Ah, right. Need to check on Dave and Stuart." He reminded himself with a sigh, heading towards the direction of the construction site...
Once he arrived, Dave spotted him and made a comment "Sheesh. When was the last time you showed off your body?"
"Shove it up your ugly ass."
A/N: Eyy! Another chapter done! This time within a month of the previous chapter being published! And starring our good ol' character: William.
I should also start a count on how many times I looked up the relations of British and Japan whilst also looking up the history of Gensokyo... And also checking if there was a possibility for a character to meet the British before hand.
Any side stories?... Uh... Think of Reimu ending up in the Metro series. or something...
Wait! Here's an unoriginal idea! Have a group of Touhou characters react to stuff, like watching stuff in a movie theater like area! Y'know? Like, watching the rise and fall of Handsome Jack! Or them watching Ashens and a load of knock-off tat! (For instance, magic violin. Look it up on extraashens. The outtake was freaking hilarious). TF2 meet the team shorts! Or even-!...
Actually... Nah, I'll stop now.
Oh! Right. I got an answer back to one of the reviews. Gave me the go ahead.
Now then... superfluous wording said that, and I quote: "This is completely insane and I love it so much."
Sorry for the late reply, good person! But I am glad you enjoy the story!...
Yeah, that's all I have... Mind you fine folk that whenever you folks write a review, I'll answer to it in PM to ya and ask premission to post the answer here. (I won't post answers here where I haven't gotten a reply in PM's.) If you can't see a PM, search in the website version. If not there? Then... Look at some acvount settings, idk. Not an expert.
Anyway, let's see if I am capable of writing another chapter, or there will just be nothing for half a year!...
(Oh, this is the end of the author's note. And I forgot to write END in the previous chapter. Gonna fix that.)
END
END
(Good enough.)
