A Pyschic's Quest
Chapter 7- Ness V.S. Raven
Ness slammed his foot hard into Raven chest, sending her flying towards end of the board. Raven rebounded by jumping away from the danger zone and floated back towards Ness, throwing a kick at the boy. "Wah!" He yelled, falling back towards the arcade.
HONK HONK!
The sound of honking scared Ness. /Eep.../ He stumbled to his feet and jumped up, just being missed by the Run Away Five's black van. He landed back on the blue roofed house, turning to face Raven. She flew at him a fist ready, but Ness countered by whacking her with his Gutsy bat. "Swing away Ness...Swing away..." He laughed to himself, watching Raven fall to the ground.
Raven stood up and rubber her cheek. "Ow...for a little kid he sure has a lot of power." She floated up and held out her hands, becoming engulfed in the dark energy. "Azarath, Metrion, Zinthos!" She said, firing three black disks at Ness.
"Wah!" He yelled again, holding up his PSI shield, hoping to get lucky with the blasts. They were absorbed into his shield, making his damage disappear. "Alright!" He cheered, kicking Raven in the gut. She fell backwards, but quickly rebounded and jumped on to the top of the Drug Store. "PK FLASH!" Ness yelled,balling his fists.A small green light began to float up out of his headand towards Raven. She readied herself for the attack and was about to jump away when the small green orb exploded into a giant explosion, sending her flying off into the distance, as her stock fell one.
She returned on her hover platform and fell back into the tree. "Azarath, Metrion, Zinthos!" She said again, holding her hands out. However, this time instead of small energy blasts, her black magic surrounded the bike place across the street and threw it at Ness.
Ness turned, not expecting this, and was sent flying off into the sky, his stock becoming one life remaining.

Mewtwo, Chaotzu, Sabrina and Burn watched as Raven lead the battle, 2 to 1 stock remaining. Mewtwo looked around the room for a second. "Mew is gone again. Did you see where he went?" Sabrina and Chaotzu shook their heads.
Burn nodded. "I saw him float away."
Mewtwo sighed and said, "A lot of good that will do us...lets hope he gets back here soon."
Back in Onett, one small pokeball fell at Ness's feet. He looked down and asked, "Pokeball? Mewtwo said items were off." He picked up the ball and tossed it.
The pokeball let out blue shine of light and out popped the pink pokemon Mew. Mew laughed, before floating around and off the stage. Raven and Ness just watched as he floated up and away doing nothing to help or harm them. They turned back to each other and readied themselves for other attack. Ness jumped at Raven, holding a punch out, only to have it countered by Ravens own hand. She smiled and used her free hand to punch Ness in square in the face. Ness moaned and landed on the ground holding his face. He hoped back and placed his hands to his head and yelled, "PK THUNDER!" A blue orb surrounded by electric energy appeared and it was directed at Raven.
She jumped over it with a smirk and landed safely. "Try harder next time!" She boasted. Raven they noticed that Ness still had his hands on his head. She turned around only to get zapped by a very powerful attack. Her body was blackened as she fell to the ground with a thud. Raven moaned and stood up to see a laughing Ness.
HONK! HONK!
Both Ness and Raven turned around to get hit by a yellow taxi, sending them both flying into the sky. The announcer's voice boomed over the arena, "GAME!" The room transformed back to hits orginal state as he continued, "This games winner is...Raven!"
Raven just stood there, looking around for the mysterious voice. "Um...yey?" She walked towards the window and peered in to see most of the smashers were now gathered in the room, all clapping for Raven. The door opened and the smashers all surround Raven all yelling out things, some of which were, "Congratulations!", "Good job!", "Sah-weet!", and "Your good." Raven stood trying to keep up with the many cheers and congratulations.
Mewtwo and his groupies then walked in, pushing the crowd aside. "Well, good job Raven, you've won." He said, patting the girl on the head. "You should join us one day."
Ness walked in, rubbing his head which had a big lump on it. "Ow...who moved the loser mat?" He asked. The smashers all stopped, turned and looked at Ness. They stared at him for a few seconds before going back to their cheering. Ness sighed and joined in their clapping.
Chaotzu floated up to Mewtwo's ear and whispered, "So, are we taking her?"
Mewtwo stood quite for a few moments before nodded slowly. "We have no choice...She won..." He muttered.
Sabrina turned and asked, "And what of the boy?"
Mewtwo sighed and said, "He would follow anyway...We'll leave tomorrow..."
