This is a story I had in my head for a long time and now I'm sharing it with you guys out there who will take the time to read this fanfic. I don't own Bleach or World Trigger.
Ichigo just got his fullbring completed and was out by a riverbank by himself at night. "Just you wait Tsukishima tomorrow I'll make you pay for everything you've done." Ichigo said to himself while looking at his badge. Ichigo thought about what Tsukishima has done. All his friends and family had their mind warped by the sick bastard, if that wasn't enough Tsukishima made everyone believe he was crazy.
Now that he had his fullbring completed he needed to kill Tsukishima to change everyone back to normal, at least that's what Ginjo Hypothesized. Just then a black sphere appeared in the air, and lightning started to form around it getting Ichigo's attention. The Sphere got bigger and bigger until a white worm like creature came out of it.
"What the fuck!" Ichigo said activating his fullbring and dodging the creature's attack. Ichigo pulled out his sword and swung at the creature's head thinking it was some sort of hollow, he was surprised however at how hard the creature's body was. Sure, he cut it, but it didn't kill the damn thing.
Next thing Ichigo knows the creature opens another sphere to try and escape but unknowingly ended up taking Ichigo with him. Next thing Ichigo knows he's falling with the creature and hits the ground. His ears were ringing until he got his bearings, and realized it was a sound of a siren he looks around and sees that there is a school nearby and being surrounded by the same black spheres as he came through, only dropping off different kinds of creatures. It was also the same direction the creature he personally fought went in.
"Shit" Ichigo muttered before using bringers light to get to the school as fast as possible already sensing people in the building. As he got closer, he could feel a large amount of spiritual energy coming from one person in the school it was almost blinding.
When he got there the creature was already destroying the school but most of the students and faculty had already left. Ichigo went into the school and soon found a creature and cut it but this time adding more spiritual energy to his blade so he can make sure to kill the damn thing in one hit.
He succeeded and went pass a couple of students who were running away to safety thanking him on their way out. He then found the stairs and it had a creature on it blocking students from going down, but Ichigo used bringers light to appear above the creature and thrusts downward with his blade killing the creature. This got the students tanking him and saying something about a border?
He didn't care to listen as more people needed help. So, he kept going until he heard someone say "-ma you don't understand that won't work, that trigger is only for training!" Ichigo didn't quite understand but still knew someone was in danger, so he used bringers light only to see a kid with white hair slicing a creature in half with what looked like a light saber.
When the creature was gone Ichigo saw a four eyed teen. The four eyed teen said, "Behind you." A creature was coming in through a window. Ichigo already sensing the creature used bringers light and appeared in front of the window before killing the creature.
He turned around to see the white-haired kid had his hand out but had a questioning look on his face so did the four eyed teen. "You guys, okay?" Ichigo asked as he scratched the back of his head at the awkwardness. "Um, who are you?" the four eyed teen asked making the white-haired kid nodded his head. "I'm Ichigo Kurosaki and you guys are?" Ichigo spurred the question which made the kid with white hair say, "I'm Yuma Kuga and he is Osamu, by the way here is your trigger back Osamu."
"Thanks, by the way Yuma my trigger looked different from the one I used why is that and Ichigo are you with border?" Osamu asks Yuma first than asks Ichigo nervously. That was when liquid came out of the ring Yuma was wearing and turned into a floating robot. "The difference is trion level." This surprised both Osamu and Ichigo. "Hm well this is a surprise Replica when do you talk to strangers." Yuma asked the robot now identified as Replica.
"Since today, greetings Osamu Mikumo and Ichigo Kurosaki I am Replica Yuma's guardian." "His guardian" Osamu questions "Nice to meet you." Replica says, "Uh like wise." Osamu says back and Ichigo was lost as they ignored his presence and talked about something called trion? Ichigo now knew he wasn't in his world anymore if he was, he would have heard thangs like border or trion before but now. "Hey, are you coming? "Asked Yuma who asked, and it snapped Ichigo out of his thoughts.
"Sure" Ichigo said and followed Osama who was holding Yuma who was acting like he was saved by us. Ichigo guessed that Yuma wanted to lie low but paid no mind to it. As soon as we were outside, there was a lot of students who started to cheer. Two girls and one boy went up to Osamu and started talking to him as Ichigo was having a lot of people asking about his border uniform? Then Ichigo sensed three people on top of what was left of the school building and looked in their direction.
They then decided to jump off the building and land in front of the students. There was two boys and a girl the boys had guns that looked automatic, and the girl had a gun holstered. "It would appear the neighbors are down, what happened to them?" One of the boys said as the girl put her hand to her ear and started to report in.
Ichigo listening to the crowd figured they were border agents. Who asked if everyone was okay. Which got an affirmative from the teachers. They then ask how the creature was taken down. This is when Ichigo overheard Yuma telling Osamu to take credit for beating the creature, Ichigo didn't care but Osamu's reply is what worried him.
"I didn't tell you yet that I'm only in training and it's against the rules to use a trigger outside of practice, Ill probable be severely punished" Thaen Osamu walked towards the three. Osamu started to talk "C-rank agent Osamu Mikumo here, I couldn't wait any longer for other agents to arrive and acted on my own, I sincerely apologize." That is when Ichigo stepped forward and said, "I was nearby and helped." This shocked Osamu but he was a little grateful.
The three looked at Ichigo and was wondering if he had a black trigger. "So, that's how it went down, good job in their you guys." the leader said and patted Osamu and him on the shoulder. Ichigo thinks he's the leader anyway "You see my brother and sister go to school here." he said then spotted them and ran towards them to hug him which the two siblings didn't seem to like.
Ichigo was then reminded of his own family, He frowned at the thought, and he figured if this world delt with the kind of creature that brought him here maybe they can send him home. That was when he heard the leader say, "You two must be great fighter's you guys took them out with one blow and you Osamu was it you did it with a C-rank trigger, even some A-rank agents might not be able to do that."
"Oh, it was nothing." Osamu said only for Yuma to say the same thing. "What about you Kitora can you do it" the leader said to the only girl in their group who was now known as Kitora. She then activated a trigger and cut the creature that was dead on the ground to pieces with no effort at all. She walked back to them and said, "I certainly could but I wouldn't be foolish enough to do it with a C-rank trigger." she paused for a second and continued "And I must remind you that C-rank agents are trainees, Mikumo shouldn't be using his trigger outside of training exercises, sir Arashiyama Mikumo shouldn't be praised he is in clear violation of Border protocol, he should get punished."
Ichigo was pissed was this how border does things it reminded him of the first time he went to Soul Society. "Hey what the hell did you expect him to do there where people in danger of the neighbors are you going to say he should have waited for you to arrive if so, I'm not impressed." Ichigo said defending Osamu. This made Kitora mad but realized something "Now that I think about it you never mentioned your rank and I never heard of a black trigger like that before, what unit are you in?"
Tis made everyone turn to Ichigo who started to sweat a little bit for not really thinking things through. "I'm not in any unit." Ichigo said then added "There is a good reason I have a trigger." This caused people to doubt him but luckily Osamu came in and spoke "The rules are very clear and will except my punishment and on are way to the base I'm sure Ichigo can explain himself." This for some reason made Kitora act all high and mighty saying "Ha I but you are regretting it now too bad you didn't think a little sooner."
"Excuse me but aren't acting a bit pompous considering you failed your job?" Yuma said this made Kitora realize what she said, and she was about to retort but Ichigo beat her to the punch, "Like I said I'm not impressed" Ichigo said then glared at Kitora which put her on edge. That was when the other guy from Arashiyama squad came out of the school saying "Ok break it up, we are done checking out the scene we'll send a recovery team so let's get out of here.
Kitora tried to argue with the guy who Ichigo heard Kitora calling him Tokieda. Tokieda said "Osami punishment will be decided by HQ not by us ain't that right Arashiyama?" "100% correct Mitsuru" Arashiyama said before walking to Osamu and talked to him, but Ichigo was looking at Kitora and Tokieda as they looked at him.
"Do I have something on my face?" Ichigo asked the two too which Tokieda replied saying "No just wondering when you are going to deactivate your trigger?" Ichigo forgot about that and decided to deactivate his fullbring showing he had on a white jacket over a black t-shirt and white jeans. "Is that better?" Tokieda nods and looks at his leader who just addressed Ichigo saying, "Can we talk, privately?" Ichigo understood and nodded then followed the three Border agents to a remote location were someone won't find them.
"Ichigo I'm happy that you saved my brother and sister, but you have a black trigger and don't belong to a unit why is that?" Arashiyama asked Then Tokieda said "There was also a recording on a student's phone I found that showed you coming out with a neighbor" This made Arashiyama unit tense. Arashiyama didn't want to believe Ichigo was an enemy, but the facts say otherwise. Ichigo sighed then said, "Well for one I don't think I belong in this world?" This made their eyes widen before readying their weapons and pointed it at him.
"Sorry Ichigo but if you are a neighbor, we wil-" Arashiyama started only for Ichigo to say, "I need help to get back home." This surprised them but Kitora wasn't having it. "Why should we listen to you" Ichigo then tosses his badge at Arashiyama and says, "That is what you were calling a trigger, I'm letting you hold on to it for now to earn your trust, but I want it back it's the only thing I have to remember where I came from" Arashiyama thought for a moment then said "Come with us we are going to HQ."
"You can't be serious sir he's the enemy we shou-" Kitora started only to be interrupted by Tokieda "If he is enemy then he should have intel for us so it's better to keep him alive right" "Great" Ichigo thought he was now a prisoner in a war he was being dragged into. A long walk later they were now in front of what looked like a shed.
"Um, shouldn't we be going to that big tower over there?" Ichigo asked confused that was until Arashiyama walked up to the shed and held his trigger up to it revealing a scanner. Then a robotic voice said, "Trigger authorized please procced into headquarters." Ichigo was led into the base which was an elevator that started going down. "So how long does this take." Ichigo asked only to be told that they will be there soon.
When they reached the bottom, the elevator opened and showed a hallway. To Ichigo It looked like they were in a building not underground. They continued and stopped in front of a room. When the door opened, Ichigo could see six people sitting and one standing. "Arashiyama unit reporting." Arashiyama said for his unit us Ichigo just stood there.
"Arashiyama unit, for what is the reason are you interrupting are meeting." A man who had a scar above his left eyebrow and sat at the head of the table asked calmly. "You see Sir Kido we may have caught a neighbor who helped protect a school from well neighbors." Arashiyama said which in turn made a fat man who slammed his fist on the table saying "Impossible!"
"I agree but the truth is he also carried a black trigger an-" Arashiyama was saying then was cut off by the man known as Kido who asked with all seriousness, "Where are they now?" "Uh' right here sir he willingly gave us the black trigger and as said protected a school with a C-rank border agent known as Osamu Mikumo he willingly gave himself up to, Sir" Arashiyama said as fast as he can, so he won't be interrupted again.
The people in the room look at Ichigo with narrowed eyes and Ichigo steps forward and with a look of resolve and said, "I need to get home and figured you will know how to send me there; you see a creature you call a neighbor appeared in my world it was the first time i saw one and as I was fighting it, it tried to escape by opening a black hole but I was to close and got taken with it next thing I know I hear a siren and see a school being attacked by those neighbors and the rest is easy to figure out."
"I see so you are a neighbor but are also a victim of circumstance." A man wearing glasses says. "I'm more interested in that black trigger." said the fat man who was looking at Arashiyama unit expectingly. This got everyone's attention and Arashiyama tossed the black trigger to Kido "This is it Sir" Kido was looking at it then passed it to the fat man who then passed it to the glasses wearing guy. Ichigo was getting tired of his combat pass being passed around like a toy.
"You know I'm going to take that back when I leave right?" Ichigo said annoyed This surprised the people there and Ichigo continued "That is the only relic I have of my world here plus I only gave it to Arashiyama to gain his trust not to keep." "I see in that case Arashiyama unit capture this neighbor and take him to the prison." Kido ordered Arashiyama unit to do which with a sigh they pointed their weapons at Ichigo and said, "Surrender quietly are you will not be shown mercy."
"You have to be kidding me they are doing as he ordered this place is really like Soul Society was when I first went." Ichigo glared at them and said fine I'll cooperate, but don't think my badge will work for anyone else besides me." With that said Ichigo is led to a jail cell with lasers for bars. Arashiyama was trying to apologize but Ichigo was too angry to care.
It has been a day and Ichigo was meditating he could sense a couple of people approaching him and with Killing intent to. "So, you're the neighbor doesn't matter we were ordered to dispose of you." Ichigo saw the bars disappear and he stood up and saw three people with a B followed by a three-digit number. Ichigo was in a tight cornered but examined his enemy's weapons.
One of them had a katana looking blade that glowed a yellow, another had a shotgun and the last guy had what looked like a machine gun. Luckly the one with the blade charged first Ichigo dealing with faster caught the hand that had the blade in it. Then turned the guy around binding his arm awkwardly making the man Ichigo was holding drop his trigger, which Ichigo let go of the guy's arm and put him in a head lock then using the guy's body as a human shield Ichigo bent down to grab the trigger, he decided to use it. So, Ichigo pushed his spiritual energy in the trigger and a black blade with a red tint came out and gave Ichigo a cloak like that of his bankai which surprised Ichigo who still felt weaker than in his fullbring.
But Ichigo had strength again and Ichigo then smirked and hit the guy he had in the back of the head knocking him out before pushing him at the guy with the shotgun as hard as he could, making them both fall to the ground. The last guy had a clear shot at Ichigo who tried to use flash step and sort of succeeded by moving fast and cutting the man with the machine gun in half making his clothes change and falling unhurt, but Ichigo was not fast enough to escape unharmed. Ichigo now had two knew holes in his body, but the weird thing is he couldn't feel the pain.
Ichigo then looked back and saw the one with the shotgun was just now standing but before he could aim his shotgun was cut in half. "You are going to take me to an exit, nod if you understand." Ichigo received a nod from the man who started leading Ichigo as Ichigo had his blade at the man's back as he was led to an exit without much traffic, so he is not spotted.
Luckly the guy was cooperated and took him to the elevator which they both got in and it started heading up. when they reached the top Ichigo knocked the guy out and went on his way not to worried about his badge since he would personally take it back himself. Ichigo deactivated the trigger he had and used his spiritual energy to find Osamu or Yuma since they were the only ones who he could trust mostly Yuma since he looked like he was trying to hide something. So, Ichigo searched and found Yuma and walked in his direction.
It was night and Ichigo was tired when he found Yuma luckily, they were not at Yuma's house since replica said that Borders triggers are tracked. Thanks to replica the problem was solved, and both Ichigo and Yuma walked to where Yuma was crashing. Ichigo fell asleep and the next day when Ichigo woke up, he didn't see Yuma, so he searched using his spiritual energy and felt that he was with Osamu and someone else.
Ichigo was now on his way to tracking Yuma and Osamu down when he sensed that Yuma was fighting. Ichigo quickly activated the trigger he had and rushed to where Yuma and Osamu were. When Ichigo got there, he saw two border agents in purple one had a spear who was looking at Yuma and Yuma had yellow energy coming out of his missing arm. "Hey, Yuma, you okay!" Ichigo shouted as he dropped beside Yuma. One of the Border agents who had earmuffs on said "It's the escaped neighbor we received special orders to hunt him down after we dealt with this neighbor, but he showed up here of all places."
"Oh, hi Ichigo." Yuma says casually. "Yuma you got a plan?" Ichigo asked only for him and Yuma to be shot by the earmuff Border agent. The spots where they were shot turned to huge blocks of cement to Ichigo's surprise. Then Ichigo heard replica talking to Yuma and then the spear guy and earmuff guy jumped ready to cut down Ichigo and Yuma. But Yuma then said, "Anchor plus bolt quadra!" Yuma fired what looked like black energy at the border agents who fell with cement blocks on them similar to the ones on Ichigo and Yuma. Then Yuma and Ichigo stood up but with some difficulty.
"Glad that's over." Ichigo sighed only to see Yuma playing with the spear guy's spear. "A trigger that study and learns the attacks of other triggers is hardly fair!" The earmuff guy said only for Ichigo to look down on him and said, "Not fair, when I got here it was two on one, and secondly have you ever been in a real fight you never know what kind of tricks your enemy might have jackass."
Osamu then said "Agent Jin." "Great more of them." Ichigo sighed; Jin walked up to Yuma and Ichigo and asked if Yuma let his guard down to which Yuma said, "No they are just good fighters." Ichigo was listening to them talk back and forth until something caught his ear. "There's no surprise that you couldn't win after all this guy is using a black trigger." Jin said making Ichigo remember that Arashiyama called his badge a black trigger Ichigo was going to ask but Osamu beat him to the punch by asking Replica who said "A person with very high levels of trion can create a black trigger by transferring all life force and troin to a weapon. The trigger preserves the power of the person long after death. A black trigger always reflects the personality and soul of the maker. So, if the user is not compatible with the spirit of the trigger it won't work but once it does its much more powerful than in ordinary weapon.
Ichigo was in thought again "Life force energy is that like spiritual energy if so what about trion?" Ichigo was snapped out of his thoughts when he heard "Bail out!" Which made the earmuff guy turn into light that shot into the sky. "That's a bail out it's a built-in safety function, the bail out command allows a border agent to escape in case of an emergency and return to base if too much trion is lost." Jin explained only for Yuma to say "Thats convenient."
That was when the border agents decided to leave. Jin said, "They are probable only going to tell their side of the story so I'm heading back to base, what about you four eyes I think they are going to want to speak with you regardless?" This only made Osamu understand telling the girl that Ichigo just realized was there, to watch over Yuma and him and if Ichigo heard correctly her name is Chika.
When Yuma, Chika, and Ichigo were alone Yuma's stomach growled. It seemed he was hungry to which Ichigo could agree to since he hasn't eaten for a day. Chika thought white rice would be good and then Yuma pulled out a stack of bills. So, we ended up going to the park and it looked like Chika made rice balls.
Ichigo and Yuma got one and ate the ball of rice only for Yuma to try riding a bike only to fail at it. Chika went to check on Yuma but decide not to bother optioning to look at Borders base wondering what he should do. Ichigo was brought out of his thought when Chika asked, "Are you okay?" Which surprised Ichigo and he smiled and bent down, so he was eye level with Chika and asked, "Yes but how are you holding up?"
"I-I'm okay." Chika replied. Ichigo nodded and stood up and ate his rice ball. Thanking Chika, Ichigo sat at the bench and waited until both Yuma and Chika was ready to leave. When the three of them did leave Yuma and Chika took the lead as Ichigo followed. The three walked to a shrine so they can eat some hamburgers and drink some soda. There Ichigo found out about Chika's friend and brother who got captured by the neighbors.
Ichigo also learned about Yuma and his father dying and his reason for coming to Japan which confused Ichigo because Ichigo is from Japan and never heard of neighbors, triggers, or even Border for that matter. "What about you Ichigo why did you come here." Chika asked only for Ichigo to tell her what had happened with the neighbor showing up in his world and accidently taking him here.
"I see so you became a neighbor by accident." Yuma chimes in Ichigo nods his head then Yuma continuous "What about that black trigger of yours Replica was interested in it." This made Ichigo's scowl deepen and spoke "I tried to get Borders help since the Arashiyama already figured out I was a neighbor a gave them my badge as a sign of good faith, but they had me arrested and this morning tried to kill me, but I escaped."
After the three were done eating the decided to explore the town. After a while of exploring, we saw Jin and Osamu and approached them. Osamu was concerned about Yuma's and mine wellbeing since Border was still gunning for Yuma's black trigger and Ichigo for escaping. Then Jin asked something of Yuma "Yuma my friend would you please join Border." This shocked Ichigo and confused Yuma considering that Border wanted Yuma's black trigger and didn't mind killing him for it.
Thats when Jin said, "I'm not asking Yuma to go to HQ I was asking him to come to my branch." this made Ichigo wonder what the difference was then Jin continued "Many of our agents have been to the other world so the probable won't hold that against you, they won't reject you automatically for being a neighbor, you can come join us at least on a trial basis."
"Hm, I'll do it if Osamu, Ichigo, and Chika can come to." Yuma said which Jin replied, "I'm sold you got a deal." Next thing you know the group is standing in front of a worn-out building that was in the middle of the river. "This place looks worn down." Ichigo said only for Jin to laugh at the comment and, say "Yeah it's pretty beat up but trust me when I say the inside is nice."
Ichigo shrugged his shoulders and followed like everyone else. When Jin opened the door, he said "Jin is home!" Only there was a kid who had a hat on who was riding on top of an animal. "Hey, Yotaro, who else is home right now?" Jin asked the kid who was identified as Yotaro who said, "You brought strangers." only to get a soft karate chop to the head by Jin who said, "These people are our guests." "Welcome back Yuichi." Everyone looked up and saw a woman with glasses only for Jin to introduce her "Shiori Usami are branch operator." "Oh, how sweet Jin brought guests home wait there's nothing to eat hold on a minute." Shiori said before rushing off leaving Yuma, Osamu, Chicka, and Ichigo dumbfounded.
Next thing Ichigo knew he was served food, so he ate and wondered if he will ever get his badge back. Ichigo then looked up and saw the kid with the animal he was on earlier trying to push it over. Ichigo thought the kid called the animal Raijin something. After a while Ichigo, Yuma, Osamu, and Chika were led to bedrooms. After they all picked rooms, they decided to help with dinner.
Which ended up with Yuma and Yotaro only caught a robot thing and Raijinmaru ate the rest of the left-over curry. The alarm went off and it turned out to be a pizza delivery guy. While eating Jin got a call from the branch manager who wanted to see Yuma and Osamu. Ichigo went to his room and fell asleep. Ichigo was woken up by Jin and Ichigo groggily asked, "Jin what time is it?" Only to look outside to see the moon. "Ichigo the branch manager wants to speak to you.
Ichigo sighed realizing it was his turn to answer questions. "Fine lead the way Jin." Ichigo then followed Jin to the branch manager's office, and both went inside. "Helo Ichigo I'm Tamakoma branches manager Takumi I would like to hear your story in more detail if that is, okay?" The manager of Tamakoma branch Takumi asked to which Ichigo sighed and said, "Where should I begin?"
