Web of Courage
Prologue
Through out existence there are many worlds and universes, each one different from the other.
In one reality, the main heroes of this world are known as the Avengers: a group of skilled men and women who have fought to keep the world safe from evil.
But this team has become divided due to the actions of one person, which caused the Avengers to break up.
Two years after this event, a powerful evil being from space made his presence known to the heroes. His name was Thanos. He was an alien warlord who sought to bring balance to the universe by wiping out half of all life, using the legendary Infinity Stones.
Despite the best efforts of the scattered Heroes and their allies, they failed as the Mad Titan succeeded in his plan.
Among those killed was a young hero named Peter Parker, who was known by many as Spider-Man. He was zapped away on the planet of Titan in front of his mentor/idol Tony Stark.
In another universe, there exists a team of heroes that are different from those in Parker's world. These heroes are known as the Justice League.
The Justice League is a organization of the world's greatest heroes including Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash and etc.
Among them is a secret covert group called the Team, which is comprised of the younger heroes who stay out of the spotlight.
For many years they have been battling a society known as the Light, which is a group of the most dangerous villains on Earth who seek to destroy the League and control the Universe.
Recently the Light worked with a Alien race called the Reach to make the League look bad in the public's eye. They experimented on young humans to turn them into Meta Humans, and to move forward in their plans.
But thanks to the Team, the alliance was severed and the Reach was forced off world to face justice for their crimes. This victory came at a cost, though, as one of the founding members, Kid Flash, gave his life to save Earth.
A Year has passed since then and things have been quiet, but things are about change for everyone in this world with the arrival of a mysterious stranger.
