The Balance Code

The Star Wars universe is inhabited by the characters of Code Geass, and their intervention is already changing the known story. Lelouch Lamperouge intends to take revenge on the Republic and the Jedi for his expulsion from the Order. However, he has no idea yet that one of those he intends to take revenge on is his childhood best friend.

1. Prologue

Once upon a time, in a Galaxy far, far away, there were troubling times...

A series of conflicts, including the blockade of Naboo by the Trade Federation, shook the millennial peace in the Republic. Separatist sentiment grew and grew, culminating in the discovery of a terrible secret: the Mandalore government, led by Genbu Kururugi, was in cahoots with two terrorist organizations, the Death Watch and the True Mandaloreans. The Pacifist Faction that had been in the lead since the Great Purge was now a mere front for those who sought to revive Mandalore's barbaric legacy.

Six months of tense negotiations went to waste when the True Mandalorians launched an attack on Galidraan in protest. The terrorists were destroyed by the Jedi sent to resolve the conflict, but the flames of war had already flared. The Mandalorians put up a fierce resistance, but the Republic had superior resources. Within months, Republic forces had taken control of the rebellious sector. Horrified at the amount of blood spilled in this fleeting war, Mandalore's Prime Minister, Genbu Kururugi, committed suicide, thereby admitting defeat.

Thus, by the end of the third year of the ArS, (After the Great ReSynchronization), order had been brought to the Mandalorian sector. Anything that could cause a new conflict was forbidden. Manufacturing their own spaceships, wearing and storing Mandalorian armor, beskar'gam's, language... Even the Mandalorian sector was simply called the Eleventh Sector from now on. The governor of the sector was now appointed in the Senate, and the sector itself began to be populated by Republicans. Every effort was made to ensure that the Mandalorians' barbaric past was forgotten once and for all.

The separatist crisis seemed to be over…

Notes:

I would like to explain a little bit about the date recording system. Obviously, the inhabitants of the Galaxy can not measure time relative to the Battle of Yavin, which has not yet happened, so the dates will be recorded relative to the Great ReSynchronization. Under this system, the 35 ABY is used as the zero point. Thus, for example, the canonical beginning of the Clone Wars occurred in 13, the blockade of Naboo by the Trade Federation in 3, the founding of the Galactic Empire in 16.
