Hello and welcome to the next chapter of Tales of Tamers Xilla! Today chapter is something I was working on since part two of the series, and Rwby Volume 8 was a big help to it as well. Not let get right to the chapter. Recap
Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: The gang were call to Sharilton by their friend Driselle. She told them of a talking monster that resembles Greymon marching around the Bergima gorge. What more Henry told them that the 6th piece of the Chrono core was in that area. They decided to investigate as they venture into the gorge. There they ran into Marcus Damon of the Digimon Data Squad and his Agumon who was Rhythm mate. They told the Tamers that Daemon and his allied Aizen attack the sovereign Ebonwumon and was sent to their world. They join the gang as they were able to secure the fragment. But then they were attack by a Anicenttroiamon who was the evolve form of the dark master Puppetmon. Thanks to Marcus help they defeated the Digimon and have gain a new allied.

The hunter
Normal Pov: Salem lair: "So, the Tamers have claimed the fragment." Grimmon ask his most loyal. "Yes, my lord, but I was able to recover Anicenttroiamon data without been seen." Parallelmon said. "I see dismiss." Grimmon said as the mutant vanish. "Things not going your way?" Tyrian ask with a laugh. "No, this is part of my plan, we either get all the fragment from the get-go, or we steal them from the other players of this game when they all been found." Grimmon said. "Which do us any good if we don't have them all first." Cinder said. "It you all weren't prone to failure we wouldn't have this problem." Watts said. "At least we don't sit on our ass all day." Mercury said with a smirk. "Please you got your ass handed to you an many different occasions." Sinclair said. 'Like you don't you got lucky and that was after costing us the summer maiden and the sword." Emerald said. "Indeed." Cinder said. "Enough!" Salem shout as the room shake. "Each of you has fail time and time again., to be quite honest is disappointing. Now I will be using a new means to complete our goals." She said as she snaps her fingers as the door to the throne room open.
Everyone watches as a large figure enter into the room. It was a large dog like Grimm, its body look to be in a state of constant flux with a eyeless mask on its face. There were several spikes on it back. "A new Grimm?" Daniel ask. "So, another mindless beast, what can this one?" Emerald said not impressed. The Grimm turn to look at the mint hair girl. "I will not fail like you." It said in a hoarse voice. Everyone was surprised by the Grimm speaking. "it spoke." Hazel said. "That impossible, Grimm are mindless monster." Mercury said. Salem smirk as she walks to the Grimm and pet it. "Not this one, my Hound is very special. For she is my ultimate creation, a Grimm made from a human. A Grimm with a soul, who can think." She said. "My lady are you sur this thing can succeed? Watts ask unsure of this situation. "You doubt me doctor? I will prove you all wrong." The hound said. "Any you will my pet go and fetch my relics." Salem said. The Hound nods and turn to leave the room. But stop to look at Salem. "And should I find what I want, may I claim it?" She ask. 'Of course, feel free." Salem said as the Grimm left.
"My Salem that was quite the beast, may I ask who the hound was?" Grimmon ask. Salem grin. "Let just say she someone who hold a real grudge again the Tamers, like me she lost something important that she wants back." She said. Takato Pov: It been a few days since Marcus join us, man he was strong enough to punch a mega level Digimon in the face like it was nothing. With his help we stand a better chance against Salem and Grimmon. And Rhythm been really happy that her mate is here. It still weirds though, I know she a Digimon too, but some people will take it the wrong way. Anyway, Me, Rina, Ludger, Elle, Zorome, Miku, Ruby, Weiss Asuna and Kyle were in Trigleth plaza. We're helping Kyle finishing a job request. "Thanks for the help you guys." He said as he collects his reward. "Not a problem Kyle." Ludger said. "It was fun let do another." Rina said as she wraps her arm around Kyle shoulder. He blush of how close she was to him. Or more so her chest. Someone got a crush. "Let not, things have been intense for us already." Weiss said.
"Yeah, but we made it through." Ruby said. "Tell me about it, Takato pals and that Marcus guy showing up was crazy." Miku said. "Not as crazy ass that Eosmon thing." Zorome said. "Don't remind me, I can't believe I got brin jack." Elle said as she held her head. "Same I'm glad were all ok." Ruby said. "That was crazy." Rina said. "To think we would face a threat like that." Asuna said. "And because of it the world is aware of us now." I said with sigh. Ludger chuckles. "Yeah sorry, we try to stop the broadcast but were unable to." He said. "Why should we be bother by this, were famous." Zorome said with a grin that got him slap by Miku. "Were supposed to keep a low profile Zorome." She said. "Agreed, that way we can deal with out enemies quietly and not cause a panic." Strabimon aid. "Finding that hard to do since we get attack everywhere we go." Veemon said. "It gonna make our jobs a lot harder." I said as I rub the back of my head. "And they're your guy's fan club." Kyle said. Asuna blink. "We have a fan club" She ask to confuse. "Really?" I ask surprise. "Yep, Tanner told me about it, he found it when he was cruising on the net before he vanishes." Kyle said.
"Who want to bet a certain rat we know knew about this?" Weiss ask. "I wouldn't put it past her. I'll ask her when I get the chance." I said. I look at Ludger. 'Anyway, Ludger you been working with Winter to find Salem base, how that going?" I ask. Since Winter took control of Atlas, she been helping us in trying to find our enemies base. He sigh. "No luck so far, we been trying to track the flight path of that massive Grimm that appear in Atlas but no luck." He said. "Moving a Grimm of that size is no easy feat. She has Watts disable Atlas long range sensors so she can reach Atlas, her base must have been close by." I said. 'We won't know until we have more information." Fanbeemon said. "Too bad we can't just capture one of them again." Zorome said. "Don't forget we had that Bitch Cinder and she still got away." Miku said. I nod. "True, we couldn't get anything from her." I said. Damnit, things aren't getting easy for us. But then we soon heard screaming. We look to see people running from a pack of Beo wolves in the city. "Grimm?" Palmon ask.
"But how did they get this far into the city, the guards should have kept them from breaching the gate." Ludger said worry. "No idea, but we can worry about it later. Right now, we need to take them out." I said. "Rising fang!" I shout as I uppercut one. "Pyro sphere!" Guilmon shout as he hit one with his energy ball. Ruby uses her semblance to rush over the area to cut down as many as she can. "Poison ivy!" Palmon shout as she uses her vines to tie 3 of them up and use them to slam into the others. Weiss summon a beowolf of her own and order it to tear a dozen of them apart. "Gear stinger!" Fanbeemon shout as she shot at several of them. Rina was break dancing as she uses her ankle guns to take the Grimm out. "Vee head butt!" Veemon shout as he slams his head into one guy. "Liner!" Asuna shout as she jabs her sword through one chest. "Black pearls!" Syakomon shout as she pelts one with her pearls. Kyle was using his rifle to gun them down as he saw one was running at him. He changes it to its sword mode and slice it in half. "Diamond shell!" Armadillomon shout as he spun and slam into a Grimm. Zorome melted the road causing a few of them to get stuck.
"Monkey ball!" Flamemon shout as he threw a fire ball at them to finish them. "You do realize you're going to fit that right?" I ask as Zorome gulps. Miku was trading blows with a beowolf before she rip it head off. "Darkness Hands!" Strabimon shout as he slashes his claws against one. "Azure Edge!" Ludger shout as he shot a light slash at one. "Cat laser!" Gatomon shout as she shot down the last of them. "What the hell, how did Grimm this far into town?" Zorome ask. 'Yeah, the gate guards should be more then capable of keeping them out." Asuna said. Ruby nod as she looks behind us. Her eye suddenly widens. "Ludger look out!" She shout as she pushes him out of the way as a car was thrown past us. "Thanks, but what cause that.?" He ask. "How about the giant doggie." Rina said as we saw something walk to us. It was a Grimm, but I never seen this one before. It was a large dog like Grimm. But it wore an eyeless mask and has large bone spikes on it back. But its body look to be in a state of fluxing. "What kind of Grimm is that?" Kyle ask worry. "I don't know." Weiss said. The Grimm look us over until it glazes stop on Ludger and glare at him.
"Ludger Kresnik, I have come for your head!" It shout. It can talk what in the actual fuck. "It talks." Elle said. "But that impossible, Grimm are nothing but soulless monster." Ruby said. The Grimm chuckles. "But not me, I'm one of kind." It said as its body begins to jerk as it starts to change. It was now humanoid ass it paws were hands. A rapier-like sword grew from its right hands. "I am the hound, the first Grimm with a soul! And I will end you Ludger for what you have done!" Its shout. "Man, this thing really doesn't like you." Gatomon said. "Why, I never seen it before." he said as we got ready. 'We'll figure it out later, leet try to capture it." i said. "Digi-modify Digivolvtion!" We shout.

Tamers vs the hound
"Burn them away Moeru Ryu!" I shout as I change to my Shikai. I rush at the Grimm. "Hazard edge!" I shout ass I slash at it. The hound blocks my attack with a stance that seem familiar to me. "Still head strong to rush in as always Takato." It said as it slashes its claw at me to knock me back. "This thing smart and it seem to know me. "Dragon slash!" Growlmon shout as he slams his claw at the hound. The hound jumps to dodge him. "Fire ball!" It shout as it shot a fire ball into Growlmon face making him step back. "It can use artes?" Kyle ask. Ruby open fire on it as the Grimm use its sword to deflect her shots. I then saw Togemon going at it. "Mach speed jabbing!" Togemon shout as she punches at it. It slides under the plant Digimon and slam its foot into her back. As she falls the Grimm charges at Weiss. It slashes at her wildly as Weiss quickly forms a shield glyph to protect herself. "Turbo stinger!" Waspmon shout as she shot at the Grimm to defend her Tamer. The hound back flips to avoid them. "Rina kick!" Rina shout as she dives at the hound, only form the Grimm to grab her leg and threw her away.
"Rina! Grr Hammer punch!" Veedramon shout as he slams his fist at the hound as the Grimm caught it. "Out off my way! Whirling assault!" Its shout as it spun slashing against the dragon forcing him back. That look like one of Milla artes. What is this thing! "Flashing penetration!" Asuna shout as she slams into the Grimm as it us its sword to block. The impact causing the Grimm to slide back. "Draining rain!" Ranamon shout as she tries to send rain onto the Grimmon. But the hound put up a barrier to block it. Kyle tries to slash at it only for it to simply kick him in the chest. "Metatron tail!" Ankylomon shout as he swung his tail at it. The hound body seem to bulk up as it grabs the dinosaur tail and lift him up and slam him into the ground. "Sigil spear!" It shout as it shot light based spears at Zorome and Miku making them scatter. Another of Milla artes what is going on. "Damn it, let get it Lobomon." Agunimon said. "Right." The light Digimon said. "Pyro punch/Howling laser!' The two shout as they attack the Grimm from both sides.
The Grimm jump back as the two attacks past each other and hit the Digimon. "Winds of destruction!" Ludger shout as he shot several twisters at it. "Wind lance!" It shout as it shot a wind-based arte to cancel Ludger attack. I flash step next to him. "This thing is not a normal Grimm, it can talk, thing, use artes and is kicking our assess." I said. "I know, but I'm taking it down, can you give mee an opening." He said as I change to a reverse grip. I rush at the Grimm. "Behold the sword of the dragon king! Ryugonken!"" I shout as I slash at it. It was able to block my attack in time. "Is that the best you go?" It ask. I smirk as I flash step away. It saw Ludger in his level 3 Chromatus form. "Behold the true power of the Chromatus!" He shout as he threw light spears to stun the Grimm. "Form destroyer!' He shout as he thrust his lance at it. The Grimm caught it with its bare hand. "Like I would fall for that!" It shout as it slashes Ludger across the chest and shatter his armor as he hit the ground. The hound stands over him "Now Ludger will die for her pain!" It shout as it stabs down at him.
"Daddy!' Elle shout as she ran infront of Ludger. The hound blade stops inches from the girl face. "Elle." It said sadly as it pulls its blade back. It hunches over as a pair of red dragons like wings burst from it back. "This isn't over Ludger, I will return to make you pay for your crimes." It said as it shot into the air and disappears. I help Ludger up. "You, ok?" I ask. "I'm find, but that Grimm it artes and the way it fights it felt so familiar." He said. "I notice it too; the hound could be the most dangerous Grimm we have ever face." I said. The artes it uses the way it fought, it like we were fighting Milla herself. But that not possible unless. No, it couldn't be. I need more info to be sure. "We should warn the others about this thing." Ruby said. "Yeah, let go." I said as we got moving. Hound you can't be her can you? Normal Pov: The hound land outside of town on a chiff. It let out a howl as it begins to change it form into that of a woman cloak in shadow. She punches the ground in rage. "Damnit, I was so close, why Elle why did you protect him after everything he did to you. i JUST WANTED TO PROTECT YOU! She screams. she then sighs.
"I can't stop, I must save my daughter, the mistress gave me new life I will not waste it. Ludger Kresnik will die for what he done no matter what." She said as she took to the sky. Unknown to the hound Salem was watching her through a Seer Grimm. "It nice to know where my pet stands." She said as she drank some wine. "Remarkable, to think that your pet has such skill." Grimm said impressed. "Yes, it was truly sheer luck I found her as she fell from that rift. It took much time and effort, but it was worth it in the end. My ultimate hunter." Salem said. "Shame she didn't kill any of the Tamers." Grimmon said. "True, but she has a reason, vengeance is a strong motivator. I know that for a very long time. She wants back what was taken from her as I once did." Salem said as she looks out the window. "And I will have it no matter what." She said as her eye's glows.

Miku: Damn, that hound thing was no joke, but our trouble only got worse when a certain bucket head comes back for round two. Next time on Tales Of Tamers Xilla: Chapter 148: Knight fall. Great just what we need.
