Drabbleficness! Again!! Expect many, many more in the coming days. I've
been on a drabble-writing spree.
Bakubaku-ness, sort of. If you don't figure that out, I'd be worried.
Also, an A. A. Milne reference. ::feels proud:: It's pretty obvious, I
think - can anyone spot it?
Also, I have no idea what word count ff . net will give this, but it is
100 words exactly, as any true drabblefic is. Believe me. I've counted
each and every word - several times, and then used a better
word-counter to check it. It'll be the same for all my drabbles - just
saying so now, so I don't need to repeat myself.
Abandonment.
By Tyger.
His whole life, people have abandoned him.
His mother, when he was very young. All he can remember is the sensation of her brushing his hair.
His sister, when he was not much older. Her sun-filled smiles faded with her body.
His father, in his grief. With only a few short periods of contact a year he no longer even knows the man.
His yami, banished and again banished in his rage and grief.
But his yami.... somehow, he keeps coming back. Banished and again banished, only to return and return again.
It's really no wonder that he loves him.
