Scott's POV :
My name is Scott Shota Torodoki. I'm a student at Huei. I'm Shoto's cousin and Endeavor nephew. Ever since my 4th birthday, i've been gifted with a Elementalist Quirk. I inherited the power of Earth, Fire and Lightning from my father Sero Todoroki, while the power of Water, Ice and Air of my Quirk is from my mother, Lisanna Todoroki (Born Himura). As a kid, my father used to tell me stories about my uncle : Endeavor, Uncle Endeavor encouraged my father to be a hero and to use his powers for the good of mankind, my father and uncle were also former students in U.A. When my mother was 16-years old, she married my father Sero and when she was 17, she gave birth to me, my uncle found a large estate for my parents in Japan and I was raised in it. My father Sero is the number 3 hero, Weather Wizard and my mother is the heroine : Aqua Goddess, together they are known as the world-famous Elemental Duo. Apart from that in my family, I have my uncle Endeavor, my aunt Rei, my cousin Shoto and my older cousins : Toya, Fuyumi and Natsuo. Fuyumi and Natsuo are like my oldest siblings while Toya betrayed our family by being a supervillain. Today I thought I will spend Halloween normally but I was wrong when two villains a titan of fire and ice disrupts Halloween in Mustafu.
Normal POV's :
At U.A Highschool, the students work hard to become heroes, while entering U.A, Scott sees the school decorated with pumpkins and spider webs since today it's Halloween.
Scott goes to the principal office and sees Nezu disguised as a bat.
"Oh Scott, did I scare you ?" Asked Nezu.
"A little bit, principal Nezu, so is it about the classes of today ?". Asked Scott.
"Yes, Aizawa, if you please..." Said Nezu towards Aizawa, the homeroom teacher is disguises as a mummy.
"You begin Scott, with 1 hour of homeroom class, then 1 hour of History then lunch break and finally you finish the afternoon with Home Economics class." Explained Aizawa.
During homeroom class, the students talks about their Halloween costumes.
"So Scott, you have an idea about how you're dressing up for Halloween ?" Asked Tsuyu.
"My father and I were thinking we could trick or treating as vampires and you guys can also go with my cousins." Said Scott.
"You sure that Uncle Sero doesn't mind if we go trick or treating with you, cousin ?" Asked Natsuo.
"Of course not, it will be just like when we children, we used to go trick or treating for Halloween with my father." Reminded Scott.
"Yes of course, Uncle Sero gave us also candies we collected." Remembered Fuyumi.
"To be honest, Uncle Sero has always been a more kind-hearted father figure than a certain father of ours." Said Shoto while Scott sighs, Endeavor always favored Scott and Shoto while he resented his other children as imperfect.
In the class of History, everyone are studying a lesson about the origins of the Halloween holiday. Then comes lunch break where Scott eats with his cousin and the Dekusquad along their members there's Tsuyu Asui, Scott's girlfriend.
Then it's Home Economics where the students uses differents ingredients to create Halloween candies. Scott creates halloween candies using his water quirk mixed with sugar and lemon, he creates caramel-tasty halloween candies.
Meanwhile in One for All Villains HQ :
"Are you sure All for One you don't want to use my elementals titans of Fire and Ice against All-Might and Class 1-A ?" Asked Hades (Disney) to All for One.
"No ! I have a better idea, I found two titans from Asgard who bickers a lot but when they unite, they will be an unstoppable force !" Answered All for One.
"Ymir and Surtur, I have a job for you, you will make some hot and cold on Halloween but you must make sure to defeat Izuku Midoriya and All-Might !" Said All for One.
"I will destroy them but to one condition I destroy Weather Wizard !" Said Ymir.
"No, Weather Wizard is mine !" Said Surtur.
"Weather Wizard is mine, you can destroy Aqua Goddess !" Said Ymir.
"No way in frost, I destroy Weather Wizard, you can beef with Aqua Goddess !" Said Surtur.
"You wanna rumble, flaming moron ?" Asked Ymir.
"Bring it on, Ice for brains !" Answered Surtur.
The two begins to brawl filled with cartoon sounds, which makes All for One ticked off until he's about to explode.
"SILENCE ! I have a better idea, you two will destroy the Todoroki family or better yet make Endeavor joins our ranks, imagine all we can accomplish with the new Number 1 hero at our side !" Reprimanded All For One.
"Now that's a genius plan, All For One !" Agreed Ymir.
"For sure, with his Fire Quirk and my flaming personnality, I can be unstoppable !" Said Surtur until he's glared by All For One, "Uh I mean, we can be unstoppable !" Said Surtur, realizing his mistake.
"Good, then get moving, NOW !" Said All For One, feeling scared Ymir and Surtur begins to run, not wanting to see All For One's fury.
Meanwhile in the Todoroki's elemental estate (Sero's domain-like mansion where he lives with his wife : Bisha and his son : Scott).
As Bisha is baking a pumpkie pie, Sero and Scott are carving pumpkins, to lighten up those pumpkins Sero and Scott uses their respective fire quirks until they hear the doorbell.
"Trick or treat Aunt Bisha !" Said in unison Shoto, Natsuo and Fuyumi. Shoto is disguised as a vampire just like Sero and Scott, Natsuo is disguised as the cousin ITT in the Addams Family and Fuyumi is disguised as a goth girl.
"Shoto, Natsuo, Fuyumi, happy halloween !" Said Bisha, happy to see her nephews.
"You think Uncle Sero and Scott are ready to join us ?" Asked Fuyumi.
"In a moment, they almost finish carving pumpkins." Said Bisha as Scott and Sero finished carving the pumpkins.
"We finished carving the pumpkins, Bisha." Said Sero to his wife until he spots his nephews "Hey, Shoto, Natsuo, Fuyumi, happy halloween !" Said Sero.
"So ready for another halloween night as a team ?" Asked Sero.
"You bet, Uncle Sero, we're ready !" Answered Natsuo.
"Good, then let's go trick or treating and then onwards to see Scott's friends, I personnally asked Bisha if they can join us for our halloween night..." Said Natsuo.
Meanwhile with Ymir and Surtur :
Ymir is busy making a snow pumpkin and finishes decorating it with a viking helmet.
"And now the finishing touch for my snow pumpkin..." Said Ymir until Surtur farts and melts the snow pumpkin.
"Oops, I just eat some Taco Quirk, my gas was a little spicy..." Replied Surtur.
"Surtur ! You flaming fool !" Said Ymir angrily.
"Shut up, Ice for brains !" Replied Surtur angrily.
Unknown for them, they are watched by Endeavor, the new Number 1 hero and Scott's uncle.
After going trick or treating, our heroes arrives at the park where the rest of the Dekusquad : Ochako, Izuku, Tsuyu, Tenya and Momo awaits them.
For the costumes : Ochako is dressed as a witch, Tsuyu is also dressed as a witch, Izuku is dressed as a ghost, Tenya is dressed as a Frankenstein Monster (minus the green skin) and Momo is dressed as Black Cat (one of the enemies/allies and also anti-heroine of the Spiderman comics).
"Hi Scott, good to see you're here with your cousins for tonight." Said Izuku.
"We're here so what is it ?" Asked Scott.
"We found out that there is two creatures suspecting to work for All For One, they are from Ice and Fire Element". Said Momo.
"Surtur and Ymir, I know about those two, Father and Uncle Endeavor fought against those two during an assignement when they were in U.A.". Said Scott remembering his father and Uncle when they were students at U.A.
"Is there a hero that was required to defeat those two, Uncle Sero ?" Asked Fuyumi.
"Yes, Just 1..." Admitted Sero.
"Is that what I think it is, Scott ?" Asked Shoto towards his cousin.
"I'm afraid so, Shoto." Answered Scott towards his cousin.
The heroes explores the park where they see Endeavor alongside Rei fighting against the two elemental titans.
"It has been a while, right bro ?" Asked Sero towards his brother.
"Sero, what do you think you're doing here ? I thought you were busy stuffing on candies with the kids !" Said Endeavor apparently not happy to see his brother who's the opposite of him.
"So what, is that a way to greet your own brother ?!" Asked Sero while mimicking feeling hurtful by Endeavor's brother.
"Just leave me do my job !" Said Endeavor until he spots Scott.
"Enji, how about you just say hello to your brother ?" Asked Rei towards her husband.
Begrundily, he greets his brother.
"Happy Halloween, Sero..." Begrundily said Endeavor.
"Happy Halloween as well, bro..." Replied Sero happy to see his brother in a better mood.
"Happy Halloween to you as well, Scott." Said Rei towards her nephew Scott.
"Thanks aunt Rei, happy Halloween as well". Said Scott towards his aunt.
"Don't forget me as well". Said Bisha in her Aqua Goddess costume.
"Mom ?!" Asked Scott surprised.
"Bisha, what are you doing here ?!" Asked Sero surprised that his wife is also there in her heroine costume.
"Good to see you're here, sis, happy halloween." Said Rei towards her sister, Bisha.
"Thanks, Rei, happy halloween as well." Said Bisha towards Rei, her older sister.
"Happy Halloween, Scott." Said Endeavor politely towards his nephew.
"Happy Halloween to you as well, Uncle Enji." Said Scott politely towards his uncle.
"What do we do with Surtur and Ymir ?" Asked Tenya.
"We separate into two teams, Scott, you're with me against Ymr ! The rest of you take down Surtur !
"All For One is gonna be overjoyed when i'm through with you !" Said Ymir.
Scott uses his Earth Quirk combined with his Lightning Quirk, creating a hole in Ymir's ice armor and revealing an icy heart which is his weak point.
"Are you what I thinking, Scott ?" Asked Endeavor towards his nephew Scott.
"Let's do it, Uncle Endeavor !" Answered Scott. The two of them uses their Fire Quirk to Ymir's icy heart/weak point.
"Now that's just cold..." Admitted Ymir until he begins to melt. "Oh no ! What have you done ? What have you done to me ?! I'm melting, melting, oh, what a world, what a world ! All for One's I failed you !" Said Ymir while melting just like the Wicked Witch of the Wizard of Oz.
With the other team :
"All For One is gonna be overjoyed when i'm through with all of you !" Said Surtur.
Bisha and Rei uses their Water and Ice Quirk to weaken Surtur and Sero uses his Earth and Lightning Quirk, creating a hole in Surtur's fire armor and revaeling a fiery heart which is his weak point.
Natsuo, Fuyumi and Shoto uses their Ice Quirk to extinguish Surtur's fiery heart/weak point and the rest of the team uses their abilties to defeat Surtur.
Izuku uses Del Rio Smash, Ochako uses Comet Home Run, Shoto uses Flashfreeze heatwave, Sero uses Elemental Onslaught, Camouflage for Tsuyu Asui, Engine boost for Tenya, Aqua Impact for Bisha, Freeze wave for Rei, Natsuo and Fuyumi and Yaoyorozu's Lucky Bag for Yaoyorozu, defeating Surtur.
"I've been extinguished..." Said Surtur, defeated.
"Now there's something you don't see everyday !" Said Scott.
"Ribbit !" Replied Tsuyu, agreeing with her boyfriend.
"See you tomorrow, Shoto !" Said Scott.
"Have a good night and happy Halloween, Scott !" Said Shoto with a little smile towards Scott, his cousin and childhood friend.
Meanwhile in All For One HQ :
All For One is beyond furious to see Ymir as a puddle of melted ice and Surtur as a rock.
"You haven't seen the last of me, Weather Wizard and Endeavor !" Replied All For One, furiously.

Post-chapter scene 1 :
All For One's Villain Army HQ's :
"So Miss Waller, what is that project you wanted to show me ?" Asked All For One.
"A project that will turn any one of the members of the Suicide Squad into a super-warrior, because it would seem we have a common enemy with the Todoroki family !" Answered Amanda Waller (Her apperance is based on the Suicide Squad movie with John Cena as Peacemaker)
"But which member of the Suicide Squad will you choose for your projetct ?" Asked All For One and he and Amanda Waller watches King Shark reading a book to learn how to speak very well before raising up his hand.
"Hand." King Shark said.
"Yes, that is your hand, King Shark, very good". Praised Amanda Waller.
"Perhaps, we could use King Shark as a subject of your project." Proposed All For One.
"Understood, I'll give to King Shark the coordinates to your Villains HQ right away !" Agreed Amanda Waller before ending the conversation.
Post-chapter scene 2 :
"Some thugs tries to harass and attack innocent bystanders until one of them he's knocked out by a fist made by a hero whose heads is like an orca.
"Who the hell is that ?" Said the thug (References to the movie Antz)
"One thing is sure, you've picked the wrong fish to mess with !" Said the creature while getting ready to confront the other thugs.
