The drive down that uncertainty-infested road was somewhat silent, save for the conversation between Kenny and Lilly, who were discussing what would be the best route to Virginia. No more towns for them, no matter if it was a small village or a metropolis, it was simply too dangerous.
The people sitting in the back of the van either stared at the ground with a distant look, or had their eyes closed, trapped in their thoughts.
They were all thinking about what they would do from now on, imagining the possible things that could happen on that road, or simply thinking about the past.
Lee, for example, was trying to think of everything but that. In fact, he was thinking about what to do. He had already left the city, great, but that didn't mean he was safe.
Especially knowing that they were taking him to a place where he would probably be killed.
Either he would just sit still and let himself be taken, or he would do something, anything, either get the trust of those people or just run away at the moment they least expect it.
He would rather risk his chances out in the world than face certain death, sure, but it wasn't like he could just run off in some random direction hoping that he would be lucky enough to find some safe place or some community that would let him in.
Argh... what the fuck was he supposed to do now?
"Here, it's been a few hours since we had anything to eat." Larry's voice broke the moment of silence between them, and though he didn't raise his head or open his eyes, Lee knew he was handing out food.
The food that had once been his. And of course, the old man offered nothing to him.
"Aren't you going to give him anything?" He heard Carley ask, and he thanked the woman internally for all that kindness and lack of hostility toward him, she being one of the only ones who actually saw what he did. It counted for something.
"Pff, why? It would just be a waste." Larry replied.
"And he'll slow us down if we have to run and he can't make it for lack of food." Carley replied, getting only a grumble in response from the old man, who crossed his arms.
"What's the matter with you? Feeling sorry for this asshole?"
"I'm just saying it's more trouble than help that he doesn't have the strength to walk. We don't know when we're going to get to Virginia. Let alone how long it will be before we find that community." Carley replied, and Larry rolled his eyes.
"Yeah, yeah. I'll give him something tonight. Happy now?" He said, ending the conversation there.
Lee didn't react, in fact, he just remained motionless as if he hadn't even heard Larry's voice. If the situation went on like that, all he would have to do was steal.
Easier said than done. And it wouldn't exactly be stealing if that food was his to begin with, right? Even if it was, fuck it, he wouldn't go hungry in a situation like that.
His situation was precarious enough as it was.
"Do you guys really think we're going to make it to Virginia?" Ben's voice broke the silence again, and although he didn't look at the boy, Lee sketched the slightest reaction as he moved his head in his direction.
"Ah, don't come with cowardice now, boy!" Larry grunted, stiff as ever.
"It's not that, man, but... have you thought about what we'll do if they don't let us in? Even if we turn him in, they might very well tell us to leave." Ben said, and this time, Lee raised his head, running his eyes over the people there for the first time in a few hours.
Wow, they were all as tired as they had been hours ago, and everyone there seemed to avoid looking in his direction.
Well, all except two teenagers. Duck and that girl, Clementine if he wasn't mistaken. They both looked away the moment he looked at them.
Despite that, if anything, he didn't feel that they did that out of fear of him, which was comforting to know, although it didn't make much difference.
"Ben is right. That's something that could happen." Carley said. "I guess we'll just have to keep going on to Wellington if that happens."
"Wellington?! That's your best idea?!" Larry grumbled.
"Feel free to suggest another one, asshole. I know Wellington is far, shit, it might take us months to get there. But we don't know of any other communities in the country. We have no choice." Carley said.
"Sure we do. Although I'm pretty sure they will let us in, if they don't, we can ask. These kind of people always have a plan B." Larry said.
"Oh and you think they'll just tell us? Come on." Carley said.
"Whatever it is, things will get a lot harder. What if there's another one of those things out there? Or something worse?" Ben said, and Larry snorted.
"For you, Ben, everything is hard. I mean it, kid, for your own good, you have to stop being such a coward if you want to survive until we get anywhere." Larry said, arms crossed, looking at Lilly who sat beside him.
"I agree, Ben. You have to think that there are other people with you. Any decision you make will affect the group. Don't forget." Lilly said, looking at the boy seriously, and Ben, for his part, just lowered his gaze slightly embarrassed.
"Well, but that's not all we can worry about. It was really nice that we got all this food, but it won't last forever. And it definitely won't last until we get to Virginia. We're going to have to loot every place we can find and think about the possibility of hunting." Lilly said, running her eyes over everyone there as she spoke.
"We can concentrate on canned food for now. Roadside hotels, gas stations, there's always somewhere to loot. Of course, I'm being pretty positive on this point." Carley said.
"I agree, to some degree. Things got bad pretty fast, there's certainly a lot of forgotten canned goods lying around in the midst of desperation." Lilly said.
"I wouldn't count on it much." Lee said, attracting the attention of everyone there, who stared at him from mild confusion, and to anger.
"Shut the fuck up!" Larry growled.
"Why haven't we put a tape in his mouth yet?" Lilly said, looking at him rigidly, and Lee just returned her a serious look.
"Because he's more useful that way. What do you mean?" Carley asked.
"These things don't just eat human flesh. They're not like those movie monsters, zombies, right? They're not dead." Lee said, alternating his gaze between Carley, Larry and Lilly, those being the only people who could look him in the eye without feeling totally uncomfortable.
"And how the fuck do you know that, huh?! You became an fucking expert on these things overnight?!" Larry asked.
"Because I watched them as long as I could. I was stuck in a hotel for a week. To get out of there I had to clean the floor I was on. These things still need to drink, still need to eat, still need to rest. They don't just eat human flesh, they eat basically everything that a healthy human eats." Lee explained.
"Are you serious?!" Carley asked, somewhat incredulously, and he nodded in agreement.
"I've seen it. I've seen them drink, eat. I've even seen some sleeping. Which means that food will be a big problem, even bigger than in the movies. And since human beings are not the main dish of these things, we can't expect them to starve to death at some point. Which means they'll be around for a long time." He explained, and this time, they were silent for a while, everyone still looking at him as they digested that information.
Even Kenny occasionally looked in the rearview mirror with a somewhat somber expression.
"...Are you really sure?" Lilly asked, this time without that angry look and no intention of intimidating him, just a serious look, a change in which Lee would gladly accept if not for the situation.
"Yes, I do." Lee replied, without looking away. They stared at each other for a while, until Lilly sighed and looked away to the map she held in her hands.
"Aw man..." Ben grumbled, putting both hands on his face, running them through his hair shortly thereafter as his eyes remained fixed on the ground.
"No chance of us surviving outside of a community then. Those things certainly won't just stay in the city, they'll be forced to spread out for lack of food." Carley said, hugging her own legs.
"We'll have to stock up on as much food as we can while we find a place to stay. And we'll have to be careful where we stop." Lilly said, staring at the map once again.
"The gas station is just ahead. We don't have any spare gas, so if this one runs out, we're screwed." Kenny said, looking back for a few moments.
"We'll have to stop then. You, me, and Carley can search the place." Lilly said, getting up and leaning on the seats in front of her as she stared at the gas station not far away.
The van stopped after a few moments, and Lee watched as they got out of the van with guns in hand and backpacks on their backs.
He also noticed Ben opening his mouth to say something, probably against the idea of staying close to Lee while they walked away, but the boy just shut up, looking down, already knowing what kind of answer he would get.
Larry stood up and opened the back doors, also getting down from the van with gun in hand and looking at his surroundings for a few moments.
"If you have to go to the bathroom, now is the time. We probably won't stop for quite a while." The old man said, and Katjaa left along with Duck and Clementine, Ben being the last one down.
"That goes for you too, Everett." Larry said stiffly, not looking in Lee's direction, which was a mistake.
The old man was more concerned with watching Ben go into the woods and making sure he didn't have any infected around than he was with Lee, who could just knock the old man down, take the gun, and get away from there.
However, Lee just sighed at such thoughts.
"I'm fine." He just said that, clashing with himself internally.
He had the opportunity to escape. It was right there, in front of him, but for some reason, he couldn't.
It was risky...
But everything was risky now...
He had nowhere to go...
If he went with them, he would be heading for certain death...
They were good people...
They were leading him to his death...
He could help...
He was just a means to an end...
Lee sighed again. Why were things never simple?
"Can I at least stretch my legs a little?" Lee asked after a few moments, receiving a corner-eyed look from the old man.
"You might as well do that in there, now that there's no one on your side." He replied.
"Argh, come on man. I'm not running away, you have a gun on me. You took my knife. Besides, where would I go? We're far from some town, right?" Lee insisted, hearing a grumble from Larry and already thinking that the old man would deny the request.
Well, at least he tried.
"Okay, but you're not going to move more than five steps away, or else I'm going to shoot you. Got it?" The old man said, and Lee arched an eyebrow. Well, that was a surprise, but he wasn't the one who was going to complain. Larry might not have a rope, but he had a ribbon, and with it, he tied Lee's hands tight enough that he couldn't get free without a blade.
Nodding in response, Lee got down from the van and stretched, feeling the consequences of having sat in one position for so long.
He ran his eyes around. The gas station was small and looked abandoned. There was a small mural on the wall with a large map indicating other gas stations in the region, hotels, and the small towns nearby.
All around, just trees.
Well, good luck to anyone who was going to venture into that forest.
"Okay, I'm done. There's nothing around. Need to go, Larry?" Ben asked as he approached. Lee briefly observed the boy as he leaned his back against the side of the van.
"Hah, and who's going to be watching him? You? Oh, please." Larry said, serious, but with a slight teasing in his voice.
"I can handle it. I promise." Ben insisted without looking away. Apparently, Larry and Lilly's words had some effect. At least he was trying.
Larry stared at him with an arched eyebrow for a few moments, before sighing slightly.
"Really? Okay. Here." The old man extended his arm, handing the gun to Ben, who just stared at the pistol in his hand. "Lilly taught you how to use one. Show me. Check the safety lock." Larry said, crossing his arms.
Ben looked at him for a few moments, before locking the safety lock.
"Now check the ammo." Larry said, and the boy did. He dropped the clip from the gun, and with a slight gasp, quickly picked up the clip, checked the amount of bullets, and reloaded the pistol again, looking hesitantly into Larry's eyes.
"Now you want to shoot." The old man said, and with a sigh, Ben unlocked the safety catch and held the pistol with both hands.
Larry continued to stare at him for a few moments, that same rigid look that seemed not to leave his face. Ben seemed to get more nervous by the second, until the old man simply sighed and looked away.
"If he tries to move away, shoot him. If he comes closer than three steps, shoot. If you see any infected, alert the others and only shoot if it is of extreme necessity. Got it?" Larry said, turning back to face Ben, who only responded with a nod.
The old man mumbled something softly before leaving, and Lee arched an eyebrow as he watched the old man walk away toward the forest.
Katjaa and the two children were on the other side of the van, the woman evidently trying not to look in his direction and the two children talking among themselves.
Duck seemed very agitated, talking a lot. Clementine, on the other hand, was only answering quietly, not even seeming to pay attention to what the boy was saying.
Lee sighed. That even seemed like the sign of a greater force. Larry was a good few steps away from him. Kenny and Lilly were inside the gas station.
It wouldn't be hard to take that kid down and take the gun, if he wanted it. The perfect opportunity, literally.
"Don't hold the gun like that, kid." Lee said, shaking his head through his thoughts.
"S... Shut up." The boy said, in a fake stiff tone, clearly trying to sound tougher or something.
Lee stared at him and arched an eyebrow as he saw the boy look away a few times in nervousness.
Jesus, kid.
"If you accidentally pull the trigger, where will the bullet hit?" Lee asked, staring at Ben neutrally.
The boy looked confused for a few moments, until he looked down. His finger was on the trigger of the uncocked pistol, he was holding it down, meaning he was literally pointing the gun at his own foot.
Lee just looked away, not wanting to make the boy more embarrassed than he already was. As he did so, Lee focused his eyes on something else.
Up ahead, on the side of the road, a woman had emerged from the forest and was walking at a fast pace toward them. The woman wore torn clothes, there was blood staining her body, and her head was low, with her hair covering her face.
"Ben." Lee called out for the boy, without taking his eyes off the approaching woman.
Ben, in turn, looked at where Lee was looking, and for a few moments, he was locked with slightly wide eyes, probably not knowing what to do.
"Ah, geez... um... Katjaa, I think you'd better get in the van with the kids." Ben said, and the woman looked at him for a while to ask what was wrong. However, when she looked in the direction of the woman on the road, she quickly pulled the two children behind her as she pulled away toward the rear of the vehicle.
"Kenny and the others. We have to call for them." Katjaa said.
"Don't worry, just get in." Ben said, swallowing dryly before pointing his gun towards the woman. "Hey... ahm... miss, are you okay?"
"Ben, I don't think that's going to work." Lee said, moving a few steps away from the van and backing away slowly as the woman approached at a rapid pace.
"I-I can't just shoot her, man. Maybe she's just wounded." Ben said, still holding his gun up.
"That's stupid Ben, you know how fast someone gets infected! Call the others!" Lee said, becoming somewhat concerned at the woman's proximity.
He was about to shout for the others himself when suddenly the woman raised her head, and they both observed the woman's distorted face.
Her gray skin was almost completely melted, blood mixed with a green liquid was running down her exposed mouth, already without any flesh on her cheeks or lips. Her throat was also exposed and her stomach was deformed.
It was as if something had grown through the woman's torso, just below her breasts.
The woman did not scream, did not run. Her stomach began to swell, something rose from her torso, to her throat, which like her stomach, swelled up like an elastic pouch of flesh. She then opened her mouth in a humanly impossible way and spat out a green liquid towards them.
Lee's eyes widened and he threw himself aside. Ben did the same, however, screaming in the process. They both fell to the ground the moment that green liquid hit the van, and it was only then that they realized that such liquid was corrosive.
Acid, apparently. Smoke came out of the hit spot, and they could see when the hood of the car simply melted as the acid spread.
"Kenny! Lilly! Guys!" Ben yelled as he stood up, raising his gun and shooting toward the woman.
It was obvious that the boy had never held a gun before, and if he had, he certainly never shot. He missed most of his shots, and was shooting more out of desperation than anything else.
The woman screamed when one or two shots hit her, a scream extremely loud to the point of piercing the ears of everyone there, even those inside the gas station.
Ben bent down slightly and brought both hands to his ears. Lee took the worst of it, since his hands were tied and he couldn't cover any of the deafening noise.
After the woman stopped screaming, Ben got up, but Lee remained kneeling on the ground, stunned.
Katjaa and the children got out of the van when the acid got too far in and corroded a large part of the engine.
Lilly and the others exited from inside the gas station and Larry returned as fast as he could.
The woman prepared to attack again, however, behind her, from the forest, infected people emerged, running towards the group, attracted by the previous scream.
"What the fuck is that?!" Lilly shouted just before she started shooting at the infected. Kenny ran towards Katjaa and Carley stood next to Lilly, shooting.
"We don't have the ammo for that!" Carley yelled as he backed away.
"Give it to me, kid! Why didn't you call us before?!" Larry scolded Ben, taking the gun from the boy's hands and firing a few times until he ran out of ammo.
"Oh shit! The van is busted! What the fuck is that?!" Kenny yelled after looking at the condition of the vehicle.
Acid covered the engine, part of the hood was gone.
"It doesn't matter! We have to get out of here!" Carley shouted once more, not at all pleased to see all those infected running towards them.
"We have to go to the forest! Let's go!" Lilly shouted, retreating quickly but firing as she did so. That is, until she ran out of ammunition.
Ammo was something they didn't have much of, it wasn't like they could boast, and although they killed some of the infected, there were simply too many of them for the ammo they had to handle. Maybe if they somehow didn't miss any shots.
However, none of them, except for Lilly, had any special training with weapons, and soon, they found themselves running through the trees. Lilly and Larry in the lead, Kenny with his family a little way behind with Carley, and Ben next to Lee, who was trying to remove his restraints as he ran, which slowed him down.
The infected, of course, chased them, and the difference in speed was remarkable. The infected didn't seem to be affected by things like fatigue, and it was only a matter of time before they caught up with them.
Lee grunted in irritation at not being able to free himself from the restraints, and as he felt a chill run down his spine, he looked back. His eyes widened, and without much thought, he turned to Ben and pushed the boy aside, throwing himself backwards soon after and covering his face as that huge amount of acid fell to the ground in the same place Ben had been running before.
The boy fell to the ground and looked toward Lee for a few moments, ready to protest. However, seeing the acid on the ground, he just stood still and stared at him not knowing what to say instead.
"Get up, kid!" Lee shouted, however, before Ben could even move, one of the infected threw himself on the boy, trying to bite him.
Ben screamed and held the infected by the neck. Lee acted quickly and kicked the infected in the head, however, others appeared and threw themselves in his direction.
"Ben! We have to go! Where's your gun?!" Lee growled as he kept one of the infected away from his neck. What a great time for his hands to be tied.
"I don't have one!" Ben replied, pushing one of the infected back as he backed away.
"You can't stay here man! Run!" Lee yelled as he realized that the infected had separated him. And many were still approaching.
"But-"
"Run, boy!" Lee yelled again, and despite not wanting to, Ben turned around and started running in some random direction. All that mattered at the moment was getting out of that situation.
Lee grunted from the force of that runner, his brown eyes stared deep into the angry red ones of the man-clad creature in front of him. The runner growled, screamed and bit the air in an attempt to bite him, salivating and splashing blood on Lee's arms, and Lee knew he had to act fast, the others were getting closer.
Headbutting the runner, he elbowed the side of the man's head and kicked the side of his leg, knocking the runner to the ground and stomping him on the head
As soon as he did, he turned and started running, this time without trying to remove his restraints, which allowed him to run faster and create a significant distance between himself and the infected.
However, as he ran, his eyes roamed his surroundings with a certain desperation. He could not find the others. It seemed as if they had disappeared into the trees, and all he could hear were the screams and grunts of the infected running towards him.
Looking back once more, he realized that among the infected chasing him, that woman was no longer there. In fact, the woman was far away, he could barely see her, but from what little he could see, he realized that she was not running. Instead, she seemed to be limping towards him.
Which didn't make much sense. Other than her upper body, her legs were intact. Perhaps an old injury? Or one that he couldn't see?
Or... maybe... certain types of infected couldn't run? Whatever it was, he was grateful that at least he wouldn't have to worry about acid being spattered on his back.
Turning around again, he leaps over roots, runs zigzagging through trees, passes under fallen logs and rocks, all to slow down the infected on his trail. But he couldn't do that forever. He was doing well to hold out for so long without slowing down, but it was only a matter of time before he got tired.
After a while of running, however, he could breathe a sigh of relief when he saw a watchtower ahead. And just at the base of the tower, outside the fence surrounding the site, the group that seemed to be trying to force the gate open.
Increasing his speed, he approaches them, watching as Carley and Larry point guns in his direction.
When they saw it was him, they quickly lowered their guns, and Lee ignored Larry's look that seemed to say he was surprised he was alive, or that it was better he hadn't even shown up.
Well, fuck him. He would not be the one to die in that place.
And wasn't he the one who wanted to use him as a bargaining chip? Why the cold look? He should be relieved that his key to paradise was okay, no?
"Oh, are you okay?" Carley asked, but without really concern in her voice, more out of politeness. Well, Lee was internally grateful in the same way.
"Where's the boy?" Larry asked in a stiff tone, looking at him very suspiciously and running his eyes over the blood that stained some parts of Lee's clothes, but mostly his arms.
"He got away. I don't know where he went." Lee replied, slightly gasping, looking in the direction he came and shaking his head at the approach of the infected.
"...What did you do?" The old man asked, and Lee looked at him uncomprehendingly for a few moments.
"What?"
"What the fuck did you do to the kid?!" Larry asked again, this time with more hostility.
"I didn't do a fucking thing, old man! He fell! We were surrounded! I told him to run!" Lee replied angrily, staring the old man firmly in the eye.
"It's open! Let's go!" Kenny's voice interrupted the little argument between the two, and made Larry look at the man shortly after taking a few steps toward Lee.
Lee, for his part, cared little for the old man, and soon proceeded to run to the area inside the fences.
Lilly climbed the stairs to the watchtower first, checking the place out, while Larry and Kenny closed the gate again and made sure that the gate remained in place when the infected arrived.
"The place is clear!" Lilly shouted, and Katjaa led the children over.
"If they get in here, there's a way for us to get out the back. It's a bit of a drop, but at least it's a way out." Carley said as they walked up the stairs.
"There's gasoline down there, along with a toolbox, some flashlights and rope. No food or water." Kenny said after checking the place below, taking nothing more than a quick glance around. He didn't want to stay within sight for too long, especially with the infected already on their doorstep, throwing themselves against the fence.
Larry closed the entrance door to the observation tower and everyone there could breathe a little easier. Now they just had to wait there for a while until the infected forgot about them or decided to hunt some other prey.
Lilly walked over to one of the windows and looked at the infected outside, running her eyes over the large number and bloodied bodies that were trying to break down the fence.
"I don't see that creature that spits acid." Lilly said, moving away from the window in short steps and sighing slightly.
"Good. Better for us." Kenny said, checking on his wife and the children.
"We're safe here for now, then." Carley said, checking his pistol without ammunition.
"The hell we are!" Larry grumbled, glaring at Lee, who was taking a deep breath in a corner and arched his eyebrows when he saw the old man staring at him.
"Where's Ben?" Lilly asked, running her eyes around until she stopped them on Lee for a few moments, before turning to her father.
"Ask this asshole here! He was the one who was near the kid!" Larry said, and all eyes fell on Lee.
"I already told you! The infected have us surrounded! I told him to run and that's exactly what he did!" Lee said, not intimidated by the stares upon him. However, he would be lying if he said he wasn't worried.
All the evidence was going against him. His position now was even more vulnerable than before.
"Oh, really? And why are you covered in blood? Why is it that I don't trust what you say?!" Larry said, crossing his arms.
"Wait. We can't just blame him without proof. The way Ben is, and in that situation, there's a chance this really happened." Carley said.
"Don't be an idiot, Carley! That's stupid!" Larry said, not looking at the woman.
"What did you do?" Lilly asked Lee, looking at him menacingly. And despite the small movement, Lee noticed her clutching the pistol in her hand.
"I didn't do shit! If you guys didn't notice, my hands are tied! That woman from before spat acid on us, he fell! I helped him escape! How the fuck is that my fault?!" Lee asked, looking somewhat indignantly at them.
Honestly, deep down, he knew that they knew he didn't do anything. And even if they were suspicious, it would be very difficult to do anything in that situation with his hands tied and a small horde of infected running after them.
However, nobody there cared. Why should they care about someone like him?
"Hmpf! And we should trust you?! Ben isn't here to prove that, is he?! And how do you explain that blood?" Larry said, and Lee growled softly as he shook his head.
"One of the infected came at me, I had to defend myself!" Lee replied.
"Defended yourself against one of the infected with your hands tied? And yet you say you couldn't do anything against Ben?" Lilly asked, crossing her arms.
"What?" Lee asked.
"Oh, don't play dumb! Ben could barely hold a gun! It was a lot easier for you to have killed him with your bare hands than to have defended yourself from an infected! Come on, confess!" Larry practically growled, moving a few big steps closer toward Lee.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Fuck you, old man! I didn't do anything! If I was supposed to kill anyone here, I would have let the kids and Carley die back in Atlanta and gone my own way! And stay the fuck away from me!" Lee defended himself, but it seemed that Larry wasn't even listening to him.
"Oh, so now you're threatening me? Are you going to kill me like you did to Ben?!" Larry asked, moving a few steps closer.
"I didn't kill that kid, you son of a bitch! And it wasn't a threat! I don't have anything against anyone here, but if you want to get violent, old fuck, I'm not going to sit still!" Lee said, not at all intimidated by the old man's stare, but even more worried than before.
He admitted that he wasn't doing much to help in that situation.
"Whoa, you two calm down! We didn't escape that shit just so you could kill each other now!" Kenny said, stepping closer and trying to defuse the situation.
"Tell it to him! He's the one accusing the others without any proof!" Lee said, without taking his eyes off Larry.
"And what proof do we need?! You're a murderer! You're perfectly capable of doing something like that! And you, Kenny, stay out of it!" Larry said.
"Like hell I'm staying out of it! My family is here! We're in a safe place for now and I'm not going to let you assholes ruin it! Now calm the fuck down! Like it or not, we have no idea if he really killed Ben or not!" Kenny said, pushing both Lee and Larry away from each other.
"I'm warning you guys! We can't trust him!" Larry said, pointing at Lee and glaring disdainfully at him.
"It's not a matter of trust! I just don't want you guys to start an unnecessary fight here! We lost our only vehicle and we're up to our necks in shit for us to be fucking worried about! And taking him with us was your idea, old man! So if he really did kill Ben, it's your fault too!" Kenny said.
"It's all our fault, really." Carley said, crossing his arms. "We all agree on that idea."
"...You better watch out, Everett!" Larry warned him, and Lee just snorted in disdain.
"You're the one with the problem here, old man."
"Well, you've got one now, too. No dinner for you. Maybe this will make you behave!" Larry said, picking up one of the ropes Kenny found and walking over to Lee.
This time, he let the old man approach. He didn't have much choice anyway, and all he could do was sigh as Larry tied him to the corner of the tower.
Hey There! Look, I won't apologize for the delay. I confess I haven't logged into my account for a while. College, work, more college.
Honestly, I wasn't even going to write this story due to the problem I mentioned before, however, it seems that this problem has been solved and... well, after I finished God Of War Ragnarok I got a little more inspired.
I hope you enjoy it, and I don't know when I'll post it again, so I don't make any promises.
However, know that I will finish both this story and the Resident Evil story, I promise you that. I don't know when, but I promise.
