Author's note: In case nobody noticed, I changed the ending scene from one of Plymouth's ports to the Bart's manor's courtyard instead. Why did I do that? Well, it is because I remembered that I needed to feature a scene between Sir Henry Bart and his wife, Zoe, are having a meal with an acquaitance while talking about an important matter as well.
By the way, this might be the last update for the time being because I needed go on a trip up north this month. Why? Well, it has something to do with figuring our where the new plot of land my aunt purchased is and see if it is an ideal location to build a new house or not. And how long will that trip be? Well, around 2 weeks at least. Also, this trip also serves as a vacation of sort for me and my aunt as well.

Chapter 13 Our Heroes, Their Villains

In the darkness, Izuku Midoriya is on his knees crying after being rejected by his idol, All Might, after he told him that he cannot become a hero without a quirk and using an armor similar to Iron Man is not an option or even being encouraged.
Suddenly, Tomura Shigaraki appears before the crying green-haired boy. The Leader of the League of Villains then offers him a hand to help him stand up. And slowly but surely, Izuku raises his right hand up and take it.

The scene then switches to the group of pro-heroes consisted of All Might, Endeavor, Eraserhead, Present Mic, Midnight, Mount Lady, Kamui Woods, Edgeshot, Death Arms and Best Jeanist are standing proudly before the crowd of the cheering people and the reporters are taking pictures of them. The screen then zoomed out and reveal the darkness above them. In the darkness above the heroes, the mysterious red strings are secretly binded them to the hands of a group of the shadowy figures with glowing red T-shape on their masked helmets, indicating that they're benefactors of the heroes and the de facto rulers of the society.

The scene then changed to Tomura is putting on his father's hand on his face, Kurogiri emerged from the portal he created, Li Lanying is floating in the air by standing on her flying sword, Mr. Compress is putting on one of his masks, Twice is acting all crazy because he doesn't have his mask on until Himiko puts it on him, Lady Nagant turned her right arm into a rifle, Spinner is putting his sword into the sheath on his back, Magne's adjusting her glasses, Mustard emerged from the purple gas that he released, Blizzard and Dabi are walking out together from an alley and Black Knight is riding on Aragorn's back as the winged steed is flying high into the sky until only their silhouettes can be seen when the Sun is shown above them.

The scene changes to total darkness again. Then, it is slowly changed to become bloody red when the enemies of the League of Villains who are neither pro-heores or heroes-in-training but the other villains such as the cultivators who betrayed Lin Lanying from the Ten Rings Sect like as Elder Raza Hamidmi al-Wazar, the Hooded Ghost Slave, the cultivators in black clothing, and the ninjas of the Hand named Kirigi and Kuroyama with an army of zombies in ninja outfits known as the Fists armed with the variety of weapons, ranging from katana to yari, standing behind them.
Dou shitatte!
Suddenly, the scene is changed to Izuku Midoriya as Black Knight is standing alongside with Tomura Shigaraki, Li Lanying, Kurogiri, Blizzard, Dabi, Himiko Toga, Twice, Magne, Mustard, Mr. Compress, Lady Nagant and Spinner on the top of the building in the middle of the night with the wind blowing pass them.

Then, the scene changes to them rush out to confront an army of the Fists, who are firing arrows at them nonstop. Magne uses her giant magnet to hit one of the zombies in the head, crushing it while Mr. Compress uses his quirk to turn another one into a marble. Blizzard and Dabi stand side by side and the former generates a snowstorm that freeze all zombie ninjas in his way while the latter unleashes a swirl of blue fire that instantly burned them all to dead. Mustard simply fires a shot from his revolver into the head of one of the Fists before him while Lady Nagant fires her shot right through the heads of all remaining three zombie ninjas before her and Mustard with a single bullet. Spinner runs around the battlefield and use his sword to behead all zombie ninjas in his way while Twice creates two clones of himself and they create more and more of their own clones to assist the League in the battle against the zombie ninjas. Li Lanying is using her sword to slash at all Fists in her way while nearby, Kurogiri uses his quirk to form a portal to transport all arrows that are heading toward to him back to the Fists that were firing at him while Tomura Shigaraki disintegrates two Fists before him into dusts by touching their heads. Above the battlefield, Izuku Midoriya, in his identity as Black Knight, is riding his winged horse, Aragorn, towards the Giant Fist with Himiko Toga, who is armed with the knives in her hands, sitting behind him on his steed's back. As they're flying toward the Giant Fist, the giant zombie ninja unleashes a mighty and ferocious roar towards them as he's raising the katana in his hands to fight them. In the pocket dimension within the Ebony Blade, Izuku opened his eyes and turn his head to his right to look at the countless of spirits of his ancestors who had wielded the Ebony Blade and became the Black Knight before him. Suddenly, all of his ancestors disappeared and Izuku found himself alone before a giant cage with scary red eyes of Dragon of the Moon glaring down at him.

Izuku, in his Black Knight's identity, is fighting his former friend, Katsuki Bakugo, with the Ebony Blade. Katsuki fires a number of explosions to him but he always dodged successfully in time. Then, Katsuki unleashed a massive explosion to blast Izuku away. However, Izuku stands firm and use the Ebony Blade to block his former friend's attack by pushing the incoming blast with all he has in him. After that, an explosion happened and Black Knight is walking out of the black smoke alone with the Ebony Blade in his right hand.

"You may wondering what can I contributed to your group's cause, right?"Asked Sir Henry as he's turning to look at Izuku.
"Y-yes..."Said Izuku as he's nodding his head.
"Follow me and eventually, everything will be cleared."Said Sir Henry as he's walking toward the manor. Then, he walks right pass the door without even open it! After seeing him walked pass the door without the need to open it, Izuku immediately walks after him to see where he will lead him to.
Once he steps into the manor, he quickly follows his Elizabethan ancestor into the hallway that lead him to the the Great Hall. Inside the Great Hall, he found the living version of his Elizabethan ancestor who appeared to be older than the time when he saw him with the Dark Elves. He is wearing a black leather jerkin with white linen shirt underneath, short black trunks, white hosen, a black ruff around the neck, matching wrist black ruffs and white shoes. And he is having dinner and a conversation with his wife an a man who appeared to be the guest. His wife, Zoe, is wearing a long bloody red gown, a white ruff around her neck and black shoes. As for the guest, he's wearing a flat cap with a feather on his head, a white leather jerkin with white linen shirt underneath, short red trunks, white hosen, a white ruff around the neck with the matching ones around his wrists and black shoes.
"Who is that?"Asked Izuku as he's looking at the guest who is having dinner with his Elizabethan ancestor and his wife.
"That's John Watts. He's a merchant and a shipowner. We... are sort of each other's acquaintances."Said Sir Henry
"So..."Said John Watts as he's putting a piece of roasted mutton into his mouth.
"What do you think of my proposal, Sir Bart?"Asked John Watts as he's chewing the mutton in his mouth.
(From this point on, I needed to distinguish the Sir Henry that is a spirit with Izuku from the living one. So I will have to address the living one as Living Sir Henry while the other one remained the same.)
"Your proposal is great and I would love to help with the expedition. So I am more than happy to lend the fleet one of my ships."Said Living Sir Henry
"Thank you, Sir Bart! I can assure you that this investment will not ended in failure!"Said John Watts as he's raising his mug of ale up into the air.
"May God blessed this venture."Said Living Sir Henry as he's grabbing his mug of ale.
"May God blessed this venture."Said Zoe as she's grabbing her mug of ale as well. Then, he and her husband raise their mugs to hit the one of Mr. Watts and drink the ale inside.
"What venture?"Asked Izuku
"Oh this? That was when my wife and I were having dinner with John Watts and talking with him about financing an expedition to raid the Spanish convoys from the Antilles' Sea in the New World."Said Sir Henry
"The Antilles' Sea?"Asked Izuku
"It was a common alternative name for the Caribbean Sea for the Europeans back then."Said Sir Henry and then, he snaps his fingers and everything becomes bright. Once the light faded away, Izuku and his Elizabethan ancestor found themselves at one of Plymouth's ports. Before the two of them are four armed trading vessels.
The first one is the 22-gun, 160-ton ship known as Hopewell, which is serving as the fleet's flagship. The second one is the 160-ton ship known as Little John. The third ship is the 35-ton pinnace known as John Evangelist. And the forth ship is the 45-gun, 300-ton race-built galleon known as the Great Dragon, which is one of the ships belonged to Sir Henry Bart himself. And loading the food and water supplies on to the ships are the crews hired by Sir Bart and Sir Watts themselves to man these ships.
Suddenly, both Izuku and his ancestor heard the sounds of two carriages are coming closer to them. Soon, a black carriage dragged by four black horses and a brown carriage dragged by four brown horses arrived at the port. Once they stopped, the men who cling on the back of each carriage immediately jumped down and open the doors for the men inside the carriages, who are revealed to be the living version of Henry Bart and John Watts themselves.
"So what are you guys here for?"Asked Izuku
"To meet the captains of three of these four ships, of course."Said Sir Henry as he and his descendant is watching his past self and John Watts are walking together to meet the captains of these four ships. And one of them is none other but the famous Christopher Newport himself! Captain Newport is wearing a black hat, red leather jerkin with white linen shirt underneath, short white trunks, white hosen, a white ruff around the neck, matching wrist white ruffs, black shoes and a black cape around his back. He also sported brown beard as well.
"Is that... Captain Christopher Newport of Susan Constant?!"Asked Izuku, remembering his face when he reads about him before as the famous Captain of the Susan Constant back when he was a kid.
"Yep. That's him! But no, he is not the Captain of the Susan Constant. Not yet. Here, he is the Captain of Little John. And the other two are Captain Abraham Cocke of Hopewell and Captain Willaim Lane of John Evangelist."Said Sir Henry
Captain Cocke is wearing a white leather jacket with white linen shirt underneath, white ruff around his neck, short white trunks, black hosen, black shoes, a black cape and a flat topped black hat. He also sported a goatee at his chin. As for Captain Lane, he is wearing a black leather with white linen shirt underneath, a white ruff around his neck, matching wrist white ruffs, short black trunks, white hosen, brown shows, a black cape and flat topped black hat. He also sported black beard.
"And who captained the other one?"Asked Izuku as he's seeing four ships that form a the fleet for the expedition to the Caribbean docked at the port.
"The Great Dragon is mine and mine alone. It is one of my most prized possessions."Said Sir Henry
"Which one is it?"Asked Izuku
"The biggest of them all."Said Sir Henry as he's raising his right hand and point to the 300-ton race-built galleon armed with 45 cannons on the right.
"Now, let's get some actions."Said Sir Henry and then, he snaps his fingers. Once again, everything is blurred by the bright light for a moment. And when the light died down, both Izuku and his ancestor found themselves standing on board The Great Dragon. But as he is looking around, he found that this is no longer the port of Plymouth. The climate seemed to be warmer, the water in the ocean appeared to be brighter with some green color and right before them appeared to be an island full of trees and mountains with many birds flying in the sky.
"Where are we now?"Asked Izuku as he's looking at the island before him with his Elizabethan ancestor.
"The southern coast of Spain's first colony in the New World of Hispaniola."Said Sir Henry
Suddenly, the sounds of cannons firing got their attentions!
"BOOM!"
"BOOM!"
"BOOM!"
"BOOM!"
Then, both of them see the 60-ton armed Spanish merchant ship known as Trinidad is being bombarded by the Great Dragon itself while the rest of the English fleet, now joined by the 80-ton ship named Moonlight and 30-ton ship known as Conclude, are staying in formation to make sure that nothing will get through the blockade they set up.
Once the bombardment ended, the crew of the Trinidad raised the white flag and surrendered themselves and their vessel to the English fleet. After the battle ended, the Spanish crewmen of the Trinidad are taken captives and all of the cargoes on their ship looted by the English privateers. When the English privateers opened the barrels and the boxes that contained the goods aboard the Trinidad, Izuku's eyes are widen when he saw what those goods are. The cargoes from the Trinidad are consisted of a hundred of barrels of cocoa beans, a hundred boxes of sugar, a hundred of barrels of coffee beans, twenty chests full of gold, silver and gems worth 5000 ducats, two hundreds of barrels full of squashes and two hundreds of boxes full of maizes.
While the crewmen from most of the English ships are looting for the goods and the supplies of the Spanish vessel, the crew of the Great Dragon taken all surviving members of the crew of the Trinidad as their captives and have them locked up aboard their ship. With the captives imprisoned aboard the Great Dragon, the captains of all six ships in the English fleet held a meeting aboard the Little John in Captain Newport's cabin. At Captain Newport's desk, the map of the Caribbean Sea with the names of locations written in the Spanish language are shown to him and the other captains.
"So we're here at the south coast of Hispaniola."Said Abraham as he's pointing where the English fleet is at the moment.
"And Santo Domingo is not far from here. If we can capture it like Captain Drake, we can held it for ransom as he did."Said Joseph, who is wearing a brown leather jacket with white linen shirt underneath, white ruff around his neck, short white trunks, black hosen, black shoes, a dark red cape and a black toque.
"But what about Havana at Cuba? That port alone has all the goods from all the territories in the New World under the Spanish control."Said William as he's pointing to the city on the southern coast of the island of Cuba.
"I heard Havana is heavily fortified due to the attacks by the pirates and the French corsairs. And if we have to settle for a siege, this venture might no longer be profitable if the siege ended in failure."Said Edward, who is is wearing a black leather jacket with white linen shirt underneath, white ruff around his neck, short black trunks, white hosen, black shoes, a black cape and a black toque.
"How about we simply patrolled the seas around Hispaniola and Cuba? Will this do?"Asked Christopher as he is standing behind his desk and watching over the map.
"I agreed to this. However, I think we should also concentrate on the convoys going from Santo Domingo to Havana at most. If we spotted more ships, it means more loots for us to bring back home."Said Living Sir Henry
"And after this, we set out westward to the Tiburon peninsula. And that is where when our fleet seized this expedition's greatest prize."Said Sir Henry
"Don't you mean the expedition's biggest prize?"Asked Izuku
"Isn't it the same?"Asked Sir Henry while turning to look at him while raising an eyebrow. However, his Japanese descendant did not argue. Then without saying another word, Sir Henry snaps his fingers and the scene is once again changed by the bright light. When it faded away, they found themselves standing in a middle of a fight on the deck of the Spanish galleon between the English privateers and the Spanish sailors!
As Izuku is confused what is going on, a Spanish sailor suddenly being pushed down to the ground, phasing through him while an English privateer jumps to grab him by neck and punch him in the face nonstop! When he turned to look to his right, he sees a Spanish sailor and an English privateer is locked in a duel against one another with side-swords. Nearby, an Englishman fired a matchlock pistol at the Spanish sailor, who is trying to take the pistol from him, right in the stomach, thus killing him.
When Izuku turned to his left, he sees a group of Spanish sailors and the English privateers are fighting against each other with their own bare hands. One of the English privateers is strangling the Spanish sailor by using his arms while the others are mostly just punching, beating and kicking each other. Sometimes, those who have knives on them also take them out to help themselves in the fights. Izuku then sees one of the English privateers pulled out a knife from his pocket and stab the Spanish sailor who is strangling him in his right arm, forcing him to let go. Once he lets go, he immediately jumps to grab his foe and stabs him again and again in the chest and the head.
"What... what is going on?!"Asked Izuku as he's starting to tremble because of what he is witnessing.
"The seizure of Buen Jesus, the Spanish vice-flagship that made this expedition a great success."Said Living Sir Henry as he's watching the bloodshed between the English privateers and the Spanish sailors undisturbed as usual, indicating that such a sight is quite common for him.
Suddenly, five Spanish sailors bursted out through the door from below the deck with matchlock muskets. But before they can open fire at their English foes who are fighting their comrades, the Ebony Blade suddenly flies down and slash all of them at the heads, cutting their heads clean off and unleash bloods from their headless bodies like fountains. The headless bodies stood still for another few seconds before collapsing to the ground with the blood still spilling out from their necks. As for the Ebony Blade, it flies back to its owner in the air.
Then, the living incarnation of the Black Knight of the Elizabethan era rides his winged horse down toward the 350-ton, nine-gun Spanish vice-fagship and jump out out, landing on the deck and proceed to fight two Spanish sailors armed with two side-swords before they can harm the other English privateers. As the two of them are running to kill him, he pulled out his matchlock pistol and fire one of them in the right leg, making him fall and yell in agony while he engaged in a duel against the other. As he is about to be overpowered, he punches his foe right in the face and stab him in the stomach, thus killing him. He then takes a look around and see that all English privateers are busy engaging their Spanish foes at the moment. So he takes this moment to leave the scene for the Spanish galleon's captain's cabin. As he's heading to the enemy's captain's cabin unopposed, the door suddenly bursts open and a blonde Spanish man with mustache and beard in a brown leather jerkin with white linen shirt underneath, short brown trunks, white hosen, a white ruff around the neck, matching wrist white ruffs and black shoes comes out with a side-sword to slice him. However, he uses the Ebony Blade to block the attack in time. His attacker is Master Leonardo Doria.
"Surrender, heretic!"Said Leonardo in Spanish as he's locked in a duel against the Elizabethan Black Knight.
"Make me!"Said Living Sir Henry in Spanish as well and then he pushes Master Doria away and punch him in the face, sending him to hit the floor hard, thus knocking him out. With Master Doria is now knocked out, he walks in to find where the Captain of this Spanish vessel is. However, he looked around and found that the entire place has no other humans but him and the unconscious Master Doria behind him.
Then, he left the cabin to search for the ship's captain. Luckily, the remaining Spanish crewmen are still preoccupied with fighting against the other English privateers at the moment. So he made it to the ship's cargoes' chamber without being captured or drag into a fight by anyone. When he made it there, he finally encountered the Captain of the Buen Jesus, Manuel Fernandez Correa, who appeared to be a red-haired man with red mustache in white leather jerkin with white linen shirt underneath, short dark red trunks, white hosen, a white ruff around the neck, matching wrist white ruffs and black shoes. He also has a side-sword sheathed at the left of his waist.
"I suggested you to give up if you wanted to live."Said Living Sir Henry but the Spanish captain ignored his words, pulled out his weapon and attempt to slice him. However, he simply moved aside and kick him in the butt, sending him to fall on his belly on the ground.
"Once again, surrender!"Said Living Sir Henry as he's approaching Captain Correa. As he's slowly getting up and turning around, he's putting his blade back into its sheath. But then, he pulled a pistol and then aim it right at him!
"How about you surrender instead?!"Said Manuel as he's slowly getting up while pointing the matchlock pistol at his opponent. Instead of surrendering, he simply raises his weapon to the Spanish captain.
"What are you-"Said Manuel but before he could finish that sentence, an energy bolt suddenly fired out from the Ebony Blade and kill Captain Correa instantly!
"Did you just-"Said Izuku but then, his Elizabethan ancestor interrupted him.
"Did I just kill him by firing an energy bolt from the Ebony Blade? Yes, I did."Said Sir Henry
"So what's next? What does watching you and your men raiding a ship have anything to do with what the League wanted?"Asked Izuku and then, Sir Bart turned to look at him, bending his body down and look at him straight in the eyes.
"Heretics."Said Sir Henry as he's looking at his descendant right in the eyes.
"Heretics?"Asked Izuku
"Heretics. Villains. Rebels. Separatists. After England broke away from the Church of Rome, England was viewed as villainous heretic that rebelled against the Papal authority and seceed from the Church of Rome. So in the eyes of the Papal States and the Habsburg, England was a villainous enemy to them. But now, switch your perspective and look the other way around. It will be Spain and the Papal States that are the villainous enemies of England instead. Here, let me show you."Said Sir Henry and then, he snaps his fingers and everything is blurred by the bright light. The light died down a short while later and that is when they found themselves no longer on a ship in the Caribbean Sea.
Instead, Izuku and his Elizabethan ancestor found themselves standing at the port of city. Around them, the peoples are wearing long robes and turbans, which varied in colors such as white, black, brown, green, blue and many more. The houses and the buildings behind the port also looked more Arabic than English. Wherever this city is, this is definitely not Plymouth.
"Where are we? And what are we doing here?"Asked Izuku
"This is Titwan, one of the port cities on the Barbary Coast."Said Sir Henry
"Titwan? I'm pretty sure that place did not exist."Said Izuku
"It's known to Spain and the rest of Europe at the time as Tetouan, kid."Said Sir Henry
"And why are we here?"Asked Izuku but instead of answering, he turned to look at his descendant.
"Do you know how many captives my men and I took during that raid aboard the Buen Jesus?"Asked Sir Henry
"Nope. You did not even show me that."Said Izuku
"68 of them are captured while 20 more have been killed or wounded. Once they are captured, they were transported to my ship as prisoners. And this was where I brought them all the way from the New World."Said Sir Henry
"For what?"Asked Izuku, not liking where this is going at all.
"You'll see it soon, boy."Said Sir Henry as his ship, the Great Dragon, is entering the port of Titwan. Once the ship is docked and the anchor is dropped, two bearded Arab men in long white robes, white turbans and brown shoes put the plank down for the English privateers to come down from their ship. Then, the living incarnation of Sir Henry Bart himself walked down to greet the Muslim, both the Arabs and the Berbers, and Jewish merchants down below with two of his crewmen. As they are talking, the other crewmen on the ship are unloading the "cargoes" down from the ship. And when Izuku sees what those "cargoes" are, his face immediately goes pale.
Those "cargoes" are actually the Spanish captives that were captured in the Caribbean! And they are all either being locked together by the chains! Now, they are being forced to march down from the English race-built galleon and heading straight to the slave market near the port. Once at the slave market, the slave merchants who were talking with Captain Bart earlier immediately have their clerks get to work to inspect each captive, calculate the price of each of them, write the numbers down on the signs and put those signs around the necks of the captives.
"You brought them here... to... to..."Said Izuku
"To be sold like cattle? Yes, I did. What? Do you think that a Sea Dog like me simply just looted my country's enemy of their goods and sold them in an auction instead?"Said Sir Henry as he's seeing two Spanish captives are now being put on to the stage for auction by the slavers. The faces of those two captives have nothing but fear and sadness written on their faces because neither of them know what awaited them once they have been sold. The same also applied to the rest of the other captives that have been brought to this slave market by the other English Sea Dogs and the Barbary corsairs as well.
"I still don't get it. What does this have anything to do with the League's goal at all?"Asked Izuku
"The Buen Jesus and her goods were given to Captain Newport on 14 July, 1590. And he and his crew made it back to England along with both the Spanish vessel and the loots by early Septermber."Said Sir Henry
"Just get to the point, please! No offense but I failed to see how can such cruel action like selling people have anything to do with-"Said Izuku but as usual, his Elizabethan ancestor interrupted him.
"The time when Captain Newport and his crew received a hero's welcome when they made it back to Plymouth with the loots from the New World also coincided with the time my crew and I arrived here and sold the Buen Jesus' crewmen out as slaves."Said Sir Henry and then, he turned his head look at his descendant.
"So did you get it now? To England, we Sea Dogs are heroes. But to the peoples of Spain and the Italian city-states such as the Papal States, we Sea Dogs are villains."Said Sir Henry
"That's your whole point here?! Just to point this out?!"Asked Izuku
"That's just scratching the surface, boy. Guess what, kid. Our Catholic enemies also did the same to us and our allies. If they managed to capture us, we're not going to just become their prisoners. They either make use of us somehow. Either by selling us as slaves or use us as unpaid laborers such as rowing their war galleys."Said Sir Henry
"So that's your point, huh? Are you going to say that neither the League or the heroes are in the right?"Asked Izuku
"Correct. There is no right side in war. However, you can determine how you fight in a war."Said Sir Henry
"What do you mean, Sir Henry?"Asked Izuku
"It means you and your friends have the right to choose how to conduct yourselves in a war. Of course, this is depending on you and your friends in the League but also depending on each situation you all encounter as well."Said Sir Henry
"Can you be more specific, please?"Asked Izuku
"Show mercy to those who derserved as such. Those who do not deserved mercy, however, needed to be dealt with. "Isn't it a bit odd that you told me how my friends and I are supposed to conduct ourselves in a war while you and the other Sea Dogs engaged in slave trade and plundering other people's properties?"Asked Izuku while raising an eyebrow.
"Kid, I wanted you and your League of Villains to be better than the Sea Dogs like me. While you have the right to do whatever you wanted with your enemies, especially in the time of war, you can also choose how to fight in a war and how to conduct yourself while you are at war. That's my contribution to your cause. Be better than those who came before you."Said Sir Henry
"Be better than those who came before you?"Asked Izuku while he is looking at the spirit of his Elizabethan ancestor in the eyes.
"Yes, it is. Also, I have other thing to show you."Said Sir Henry as he's pulling out the paper written in Early Modern English language and show it to him.
"What's that?"Asked Izuku
"This... is the letter of marque and reprisal. With it, the Sea Dogs such as Sir Francis Drake and I have the permission travel internationally and attack the enemies of England to enrich our country."Said Sir Henry
"Does this have anything to do with the heroes in my time need licenses to become heroes?"Asked Izuku
"Yes, it does. From what I heard and saw, those who are not heroes but use their powers to save people are considered to be vigilantes, correct?"Asked Sir Henry and his descendant nodded.
"Well, if I do not have this letter of marque and reprisal with me but plundered someone's ship abroad, my crew and I will be branded as pirates by Her Majesty's government. When that happened, the foreign governments can deal with the pirates as they see fit, which most likely ended with executions. But what important is that England will faced no repercussion from abroad at all once a certain group of people are branded as pirates because the blame will be solely on them. But unlike in my time where privateers needed licenses to do what pirates do legally, I failed to see anything bad about vigilantism, especially if someone needed help."Said Sir Henry
"Wait! So you have no problem with me being a villain?!"Asked Izuku
"As long as you remained on the right path and doing what you believed is right, being a hero or a villain is merely a matter of perspective."Said Sir Henry as he's smiling to his green-haired descendant.
"Sir Henry Bart, thank you."Said Izuku with a smile.
"Now, I think this is enough for you."Said Sir Henry and then, he snaps his fingers and a bright light once again occurred. After that, he wakes up from his dream. But this time, he simply slowly opened his eyes. He then takes a look at the clock nearby and found that it is 3:49 A.M. So He decided to go back to sleep. However, he failed to notice that the Ebony Blade is starting to glow bloody red.
Meanwhile within the Ebony Blade's pocket dimension, the body of Dragon of the Moon is still covered in the glowing bloody red energy while his cave is still being covered by his mystical formation. But now, there is a change. There is now a glowing bloody red beam fired into the sky from the top of the formation itself. And like the formation, the beam is powered by the Dragon of the Moon's mystical powers. The beam was fired out sometime later formation was formed and its purpose is to breakthrough the magical barrier of the Ebony Blade that kept him inside the sword. But with enough push from the beam, he managed to break the barrier a little and get to see what the current status of humanity is. And now that his magic finally made contact with the outside world, he gets to witnessed the dark side of the Hero Society himself! He first saw a boy with multiple arms being hit with the gardening tools in one of Japan's rural areas. He then saw All Might told the current wielder of the Ebony Blade that he cannot be a hero because he does not have a quirk. After that, he saw Iron Man being booed and jeered by a group of people after he defeated Whiplash and Crimson Dynamo because they claimed that that he was responsible for creating the two villains that he just defeated by inventing his armor in the first place. He then saw a large humanoid with ripped pants picked up a tank and throw it to the helicopter armed with machine guns and missiles above. Then, he saw the young Tenko Shimura using his quirk on his father. Then, he saw man more hateful things about the Hero Society such as the massacre of the heteromorphs, persecutions against those who lacked quirks and the people with "weak" and/or "villainous" quirks and heroes who become heroes for fame and money, with some of them outright refuse to defeat the villains simply because there are no presses to interview or taking pictures.
"As usual, I see... hatred and greed. Oh humanity..."Said Dragon of the Moon after he witnessed how much rotten the Hero Society is.

Somewhere else, Tomura, Kurogiri, Li Lanying, Blizzard, Dabi, Himiko, Twice, Mustard, Mr. Compress, Magne, Lady Nagant and Spinner are standing on top of the building as the snows are falling too. The scene then changes to the snowflakes with snows are falling.

Himiko happily plays sled in the empty park with Mustard, who is appearing to be holding on her shoulders for his own life while sitting behind her on the sled while Twice is running after them down from the hill. On the top of the building somewhere in Musutafu, Blizzard and Dabi are secretly observing a villains' attack down below as Endeavor, Burnin, Kido and Onima are rushing to the crime scene to fight the villains. Back inside the Bar with No Name in Kamino Ward, Tomura, Li Lanying, Spinner, Lady Nagant, Mr. Compress and Magne are sitting at the counter while having cups of hot cocoa together while Kurogiri is washing a glass of mug behind the counter.

Somewhere else in Musutafu, Izuku is walking alone on the sidewalk as the snows are falling in the middle of the night. Then, the screen is closed up to his face, which is seemed to be sad.

The scene then changes back to the front of the Jaku General Hospital with six snowflakes near the edges of the screen, hinting the importance of the hospital and its possible connection with the League of Villains.

The scene then changes again to the front of the Bar with No Name in Kamino Ward with Izuku is walking toward its door. Later, when the door is opened. The rest of the League of Villains looked up to see that Izuku is entering the bar. Everyone, except for Tomura and Kurogiri, smiles at him, happy to see him return. Like them, he too is happy to see their faces again.

The scene then changes to the dancing snowflakes with snows are falling.

Author's note: There is a reason why I added Dragon of the Moon at the end of this chapter right after Izuku and Sir Henry Bart just have their trip back to the Elizabethan Era through his memories. It is to further point out that no matter how progressed humans are as a species, hatred and greed will always be there to influence humans to do all sorts of things. And that led back to one of the lessons and the purposes of this chapter. It is to show the other side of Sir Henry Bart himself because in the previous chapter, he has been portrayed as this heroic person who is willing to help those in need. But here, he is portrayed in the more grayish tone by being a privateer who looted England's enemies and sold the peoples he captured as slaves. Both chapters, the previous one and this one, are meant to show that Sir Henry Bart is the product of his time. During his days, slavery was legal and there was nothing wrong with commerce raiding at all as long as the privateers have the letters of marque and reprisal with them. In other words, Sir Henry Bart is ruthless to his enemies but very kind to his friends and allies. So yeah, he is just like other humans, having superpowers or not.
And before the League of Villains will go on a mission to assist Queen Alflyse to reclaim her throne from Malekith. I have something else to show you guys in the next chapter and it's about the A.I.M. Why do I have to dedicate a chapter for the A.I.M? Well, it is to established how powerful the organization is in the world where humans with superpowers is the norm. Plus, I also get to write about what is going on outside of Japan as well. So yes, the next chapter will be about the A.I.M and their influence over the world.
