Forever a Slave

One day as Ron was whistling on his way to class, he noticed a spider.

"AH!" Ron exclaimed, "A SPIDER!"

Looking around he noticed no one was near; he'd have to kill the spider himself.

Ron raised his shoe high in the air and brought it down with a mighty squelch!

"Urgh!" He muttered as he noticed the spider guts on the bottom of his shoe.

He glanced down at the dirty spot on the floor that had once sat a spider and stuck his chest out and laughed an evil laugh. He had killed the spider. Nothing could stop him now. He smirked before stepping over the remains and began whistling his little tune.

Suddenly Ron was lifting into the air as two great big spider legs wrapped around his waist. He screamed bloody murder but nobody heard. The thing attached to the spider legs turned Ron around and Ron came face-to-face with a gigantic spider! It was, no doubt, a relative of Aragog.

He screamed again, this time even louder. As the spider carried him out of the castle and into the Forbidden Forest Ron's screams were reduced to terrified whimpers. The spider carried him deeper and deeper and soon he reached The Spiders lair.

"Hello, Ron," a soft voice came from one of the many spiders that now surrounded him and Ron wondered how they knew his name, "you have done the worst crime there is: you have stepped on a spider -"

Ron eyes' started to tear as the spider that was holding him dropped him flat on his behind in the dirt. For some reason he wondered if he had told Hermione that he loved her this morning. He shook his head and made his mind focus on what the spider was saying.

"- you will be forced to tap dance for us until we release you."

Ron managed to unstick his throat and speak, "Tapdance?! But - but I don't want to tapdance!" The spiders glared at him and started speaking to each other in a language Ron couldn't understand.

"You will do as I say!" The spider sounded angry and Ron decided to cooperate.

Ron was given a pair of tap dancing shoes and for the rest of his days he was forced to tap dance.

He truly was forever a slave . . . to the tap shoes . . .
