Trowa P.O.V.
"Trowa to Base, reporting on progress: I am about 3 miles from the enemy convoy, found a small civilian group passing by, seemed to be a circus or something of the sort, taking cover until they pass and I am out of earshot."I shut down my Gundam near a few large trees and tried to think of how I can dispose of the target as quickly as possible. I decided I was going to launch some homing missiles at first to scatter the forces, then charge and split them up. Then I would simply isolate and destroy. Funny how I used the word simply, for it was not simple at all, but I could do it. It would just take a little precision. I looked to where the civilian caravan was and noticed that there was now some distance between us, so I continued to move towards the enemy convoy. All of a sudden, a red blip showed up in the northern section of my radar. I armed myself, and looked towards the enemy. I was then startled by another blip to the west, and another to the south! I looked to each screen, and saw nothing!!! Was it a malfunction? I began to panic and shooting in the direction of each one. As far as I could see, my shells hit nothing. What was this? Camouflage??? I shot off my homing missile, and finally had a successful hit. A small black mobile suit came to view and I noticed what was going on. Ok Trowa, prepare yourself. It's time to make your move!
Catherine Bloom P.O.V.Damn horses. I love em, but I hate em. I was practicing a new stunt for the show coming up where I juggle knives on horseback. During the practice the horse I was riding heard an explosion and got scared. With all the war going on, I didn't even really worry about it. But now I have to go through this horrible forest in the middle of the night, away from the troop, to look for that stupid horse. I was walking for about an hour, following tracks, when I found him. He was drinking from a small creek, and once I saw him, I forgot about how angry I was. I ran my hands through his mane for a few seconds, then sat down to rest for a minute. The night sky was beautiful with the bright shining of the stars. I sat admiring them for a little longer when I saw a smoke cloud rising from somewhere near by. I remembered the explosion from earlier, and was immediately intrigued. I rode the horse for about 6 minutes until I finally came upon the body of a soldier in some type of black suit. He was clutching his side and crawling towards me. I dismounted the horse and ran to assist him.
"What happened?" I asked. The soldier just stared up to me, and looked farther into the forest. I set him down, and slowly stepped in the direction he was looking. I pushed back a few branches to look onward. I lost my breathe when I saw what was hidden behind them. It was a huge mobile suit, like the ones that the armies use in the wars. It was covered in bullet holes, and had obviously just taken part in a gunfight. I looked back to the soldier, but saw that he had passed on from his wounds. I looked around again and noticed that the mobile suit was not the source of the smoke. I slowly crept on, in search of more, and finally found the source of the smoke. It was a much larger mobile suit, dawned with huge weapons, still steaming from recent use. It was heavily damaged and looked as if it had been caught in a massive explosion. My eyes wondered to the feet of the mobile suit I was astonished by the fact that I recognized the young man passed out there.
"Trowa!!!!" I ran to him, andheldhis body close to mine. He winced, and grabbed his side. I noticed a large burn, and dropped him in shock.
"Uhnnn!!! Ca…….," Trowa whispered before he fell in unconsciousness.
