:: Hello, here's a little SS one-shot…I wish something like this would happen on the show, they need to get back together! And I really have no clue when Ryan's birthday is so I just made up a time of year. Warning: a bit fluffy at the end lol. Enjoy!::

"You rang?"
"Yes, I did, Summer. Thanks for coming," Seth answered, ushering Summer into his bedroom. She kicked off her chunky, plastic, platform sandals and instantly became three inches shorter. Summer sat on his bed, crossing her legs and twirling her auburn hair.
"If this is part of a plan to get me back, it's not going to work. I'm with Zach," she said confidently, eyebrows arched.
"What, you're the one that wants me back," Seth quipped, grinning and spinning a cd around his index finger.
"That is SO not true! I broke up…"
"Okay, okay, this isn't why I asked you to come. Ryan's birthday is on Tuesday and I have no clue what to get him. And I figured you were good with presents…"
"A present for Chino? Can't you get him a gun or something? People from Chino like guns," Summer said seriously, smoothing the sheets on Seth's bed with her fingertips.
"Uh, yeah, let's think a little more civilized, and a little less mafia." Seth pressed play on his stereo and joined Summer on the bed.
"If you insist. You could make him a mix cd or whatever. Ryan could be just a little more emo…" Summer replied.
"Ryan likes Journey."
"Ew." Seth nodded in agreement and they laughed. He caught Summer's eye for a second and she blushed a pretty pink before looking at the ground, hair sweeping over her cheek.
"So it's going good with Zach?" Seth blurted, not even aware what he was saying.
"Um, yeah. It's good. We're going to a concert at the Bait Shop again. He liked it there," Summer nodded, biting her lip.
"Cool, cool," Seth said awkwardly, rubbing his hands together and standing up. The air became very heavy.
"You could get him some cologne."
"What?"
"For Ryan. For his birthday."
"Right. Yeah. I think he has some, though."
"You should get him the kind you use. I love that kind," Summer slipped in accidentally. She stood up, too, and tugged at her skirt.
"Summer?"
"Yeah?"
"Nothing," Seth whispered reluctantly, staring at her until her face fell and he frowned.
"Seth?"
"Yeah?" His eyes flickered a brilliant gold.
"Nothing," she repeated, smiling. She kissed him quickly on the lips. He grabbed her hand and responded, until they were both out of breath and beaming like idiots.
"Do you think we could give him us for his birthday?"
"You are so cheap, Cohen!" Summer swatted him on the arm.
"But we're the best present ever. We could market us," Seth offered.
"We're going shopping!" Summer exclaimed, leading Seth out the door.
