Elsa sat on her throne. It was a unique throne, very clearly showing off Elsa's power and personality. It had no cliche adornments either, no swords or weapons of any kind, but merely blue flowers and white roses. To the outside, she was well, stone faced. But in reality, she was anxious.
"Empress, you must sire a future heir! Anna was not trained to become Empress, she would not be able to lead! I have amassed a list of possible Husbands, my liege. The one to benefit us the most however, is Hans of the Southe-" Elsa's cold façade ceased and she sharply said "Stop. Don't you mention him. Enough with those damnable suggestions. And don't dare speak of my sister like that, she isn't an incompetent bafoon." The advisor panicked "My empress I did not mea-" Elsa had enough and interrupted once more. "Begone."
The advisor quickly left, he would bicker to himself in his chambers, questioning why he said such foolish things. Elsa however, sighed. Her day was nearing its end, no foreign diplomats to pester her for trade deals or loans to they can possibly get. She didn't plan to summon any other advisers either, after a few more moments of waiting, she stood and made her way back to her chambers.
Anna was there, brushing her already perfect hair. Elsa walked in, tired physically, and also tired of the endless pestering she was forced to deal with. Anna stood up and walked towards her sister, she too knew of Elsa's troubles. "Hello dear sister..." she drew close and kissed her sister. Elsa returned it, already changing her foul mood around from their lips meeting. "Hello my love...How have you been?" Anna smiled "Oh you know, sneaking into town and getting some essentials." Elsa giggled, she didn't think to tell Anna to stop with the visits, and the "essentials" were merely lavender perfume and other needless things.
"Of course you were. Come, let us sit." Anna gave another peck on Elsa's lips and held her hand, guiding her to the bed. "Dear sister, tell me on how your day leading millions was." She said, smirking. "Same as always, just Horth doesn't stop talking about having a child and marrying. I think I made him stop with that talk though." Anna laughed, she already knew what Elsa did. Her sisters patience was thin and with the annoyance that Horth brought it was only natural her sister would crack eventually. She simply lead like that.
