A/N: A little Hector and Andromache poem. Don't know why, I sort of blame everyone in my English class reciting "She Walks In Beauty" around me. I recited my poem yesterday, and it was called "La belle dame sans Merci".
Disclaimer: Don't own them.
I awake to leave for a journey I must take, and see Andromache beside me.
The dawn's rosy fingers play across her body and I think again of how much I love her.
Though it is not an easy love, it still burns inside me like never before.
She stirs as I move, eyes flittering open in the dawns light.
She knows I must go, though she wishes not to have me leave.
As I leave our rooms, sleep filled words escape her lips "I love you".
Then I journey away, while she sleeps in peaceful slumber.
