The five men walked through the dark hallway, each man lost in his own individual thoughts. They walked in silence, following the curve of the wall, on a downward spiral, until one among them felt it time to speak: "What in the name of Merlin does Severus want?" Filius Flitwick spoke, breaking the silence. "He usually doesn't want anything to do with me, I wonder why he's inviting me to his chambers…"
Three of the other men looked at Flitwick with an emotion that could only be described as amused pity, while Albus Dumbledore looked on the brink of trying to humor the man. "Yes, Severus is acting strange…"
"I don't trust the man," Mad-Eye Moody growled, his magic eye squeaking loudly as it quickly rotated in its socket. "I never trust a former death…hello, Snape."
"Moody, Flitwick, Binns, Hagrid, and Professor Dumbledore. Welcome to my chambers. Do come in," Severus Snape, the Potions master, suddenly appeared in the doorway. He moved aside to usher his five guests into the dungeons and his black robes swished as he moved.
"What is this about, Snape? Why are we here?" Moody questioned defiantly.
"I have something important to share with you gentlemen. Please have a seat." Snape walked around the room, surveying his visitors as he continued speaking. "I have had the good fortune to come upon a video of the most shocking content recently. Each one of you should be fascinated by what is contained on this video." While he spoke, Snape produced a small box and began to tap it absent-mindedly. "Would you like to watch this, because I could just as easily dispose of it…"
There was a slight murmur from among the five guests, and slowly each of them nodded in answer.
"Very well," Snape replied, as he summoned a video projector and began to set it up. "Are you prepared for this, men? Here we go…"
With a wave of his wand, the lights flickered out and the video began. Large words in red were embossed upon the makeshift video screen. It took a second for the words to register, and then a gasp spread through the small crowd: Witches Gone Wild. The five visitors sat in stunned silence while the potions master chuckled softly. In quick succession, the coworkers of the men danced across the screen to the sounds of "The Weird Sisters," each woman dressed in skimpy, brightly colored robes. When Minerva McGonagall raised her robes to show how well endowed she was, Albus Dumbledore let out an excited gasp. The other men ignored this, too enthralled with the film to poke fun at the Headmaster.
In succession, Professors Sinistra, Vector, and Sprout, Madam Rosemerta, and Rita Skeeter all wiggled their bare chests on the oversized screen. The six men quietly sat and watched the video from start to finish. When the film had finished, Hagrid turned to Snape and asked, "Where did you get this?"
"I had to slit a few throats, but I got it. It was well worth it, don't you think?" Snape sarcastically remarked, and the men agreed to the joke without a sound of laughter. Snape shook his head, and began to put away the equipment with a hope that the men would take the hint and leave.
Suddenly, there was a loud knock on the door followed by a loud feminine voice chanting "Alohomora!" Madam Hooch burst into the room, shouting "Where is it!!! Where is the tape!!! Give it to me!!!" She walked around, accusing each of the men in turn. She then spotted the video in Snape's hand. Quietly, she began advancing toward Snape, like a cat preparing to pounce. With a swift movement, Madam Hooch had the tape in her hands, and had quickly vanished from the room to a cacophony of disgruntled words from the men.
"Well, Severus, we best be going now…" Dumbledore whispered as the five guests quickly backed out of the room.
"Shit," Snape exclaimed, then he shrugged and proceeded to prepare for bed.
