I saw some of you suggesting that I space out my paragraphs more which I will try to do in this chapter. I'm still new to this writing thing so I'm learning.
Like I said in the last chapter, let me know if you guys want more lemons. I don't want to do too many and have this turn into a hentai story though.
Anyways hope you guys enjoy this chapter. As far as updates for this story as well as my "The Underworld's Own Saiyan" story I'll update when I can. I am a truck driver in my personal life so sometimes I'm bound to be busy. Hope you guys understand.

POV: Rias and Peerage
After finding the note from Issei and Koneko the peerage immediately informed Rias.
"What?! What do you mean Issei and Koneko are gone?!" Yelled Rias in a shocked disbelieving voice via communication magic circle to Akeno, Akeno explained that they went looking for Issei to apologize to him for the way they treated him, how they entered the house to find it trashed and a note from Issei and Koneko saying they're done and not to look for them. "I'll be there soon" said Rias, Asia overhearing the conversation immediately became worried and started to cry.
After arriving in Issei's room via magic circle, Rias found the entire peerage sitting around all shedding tears over the loss of Koneko, and especially Issei who really was the glue that held the family together. "Alright so what's going on? Why would Issei and Koneko leave?" Asked a confused, teary eyed Rias.
"We really fucked up bad.. I don't think he'll ever forgive us, and Koneko went with him too before she left the clubroom she seemed pissed at us for the way we treated Issei, and honestly rightfully so" said a breaking down Akeno
"We all berated and trashed Issei for not being able to confess to you not taking into account that he has been suffering on the inside all this time" added Irina
"What do you mean by suffering?" Asked Rias
Asia after hearing that Issei has been suffering gasped as if realizing immediately, whispered "Lady Raynare" before breaking down and falling to her knees
After hearing Asia, Rias finally broke down as well more so than everyone else after all having them to berate him if he didn't confess to her was her idea "w-we have to find him.
And so the peerage split up and began the search for Issei, the crying Ravel had went home to inform her family on what happened and to say they were shocked would be an understatement, but her mother reassured her that she doubts Issei is dead and would be back to her soon.
~Scene Change~ POV: Issei ~ Present
"Issei it was a success come down to the lab" said Azazel over the phone
Issei and Koneko got dressed in some of the contents from the closet, Issei's outfit consisted of black sweatpants and a red T-shirt with black sneakers, Koneko's outfit consisted of a black T-shirt with matching black shorts and black sneakers, they took each other's hand and began walking downstairs.
Once they arrived at the lab Azazel briefed them on the process and Issei was up first stepping into a capsule.
"You ready Issei?" Asked Azazel
"Yeah" said Issei giving a nod
Koneko sat quietly watching while munching on a chocolate bar.
Azazel then closed the capsule and pushed a button releasing a gas knocking Issei unconscious.
"Yo Azazel" said Koneko, giving him a threatening glare causing the Fallen Angel governor to turn his attention to the cat girl, "Yeah?" Replied Azazel, "If my Issei dies or something because of this experiment of yours I will not hesitate to beat you to your last breath" said Koneko in a threatening tone receiving a nod from the fallen angel, "Don't worry it'll go smoothly- wait your Issei?" Said Azazel with a smirk, "Yes my Issei" said Koneko replied with a blush, Azazel nodded "well the transfer should be flawless, worst case scenario Issei will be asleep for awhile his body adjusts to the change and you should be able to use your senjutsu healing magic to speed up the the process" said Azazel receiving the nod from Koneko
~Music Start: DBZ Soundtrack - Babidi Casts Spell~
Azazel inserted the black king piece into a slot and pushed a button. The 8 pawn pieces began to be extracted from Issei's body one by one, once the pawn pieces were extracted Azazel pushed another button and the black king piece started to inserted into Issei's body, this process hurt like a bitch this caused Issei's heart rate monitor to skyrocket.
However once the king piece was successfully inserted into his body his heart rate monitor began to go back to normal immediately as if his body had immediately adjusted to the piece, after a few checks by Azazel it was done the change had been a success. Azazel pushed a few buttons and the capsule began to open. Once the capsule was open Issei started to open his eyes. Receiving a thumbs up from Azazel with a satisfied smirk, Issei stepped out of the capsule and Koneko immediately ran up to hug him which was reciprocated.
"Issei try sprouting out your wings" said Azazel, Issei did as told and ten black fallen angel wings sprouted from his back. The feathers of the wings had tinges of red to them, which Azazel assumed it had to do with the fallen angel dna mixing with his dragon dna. "Congratulations Issei you are now a Fallen Angel" said Azazel.
"Koneko it's your turn, are you sure you want this? You don't have to make the change if you don't want to" said Issei, "Yes I am sure" said Koneko with a nod and smile before stepping into the capsule. "Which piece do you want her to be Issei" asked Azazel looking at Issei who gave a look to Koneko who gave an understanding nod, "I'll keep her as my rook" said Issei with a smile. "Alright" said Azazel before repeating the process with Koneko.
~Time Skip: After Koneko's transformation~
The capsule opened and it was another flawless successful transformation. Once Koneko stepped out of the capsule she repeated what Issei did and sprouted her wings, 8 Fallen Wings, these wings were a mixture black and white due to the fallen angel dna mixing with her nekomata dna. Azazel handed Issei a black box that contained the remaining evil pieces and advised Issei to find people join his peerage and told him if they're a devil to bring them back to the lab and showed him what buttons to press to begin the process which he understood.
Sending Koneko back up to the bedroom, Azazel decided to have a chat with Issei. "The look on your face it's different, you've become a man haven't you? " asked Azazel with a teasing grin on his face causing Issei to blush "well yeah, me and Koneko claimed each other last night" explained Issei. "Congrats, does this mean that you no longer wish to have a harem or is that still a dream of yours?" Asked Azazel. "I still want a harem, however I think I'm ready to tone down my perverted antics meaning I probably won't ever use dress break or booblinguo ever again" explained Issei, "I see.. " said Azazel.
"Well I don't want to keep you long, however I'm sure you and Koneko are gonna want a place of your own, would you want to return to Kuoh or do you have somewhere else in mind?" Asked Azazel. This prompted Issei to think for a bit before answering.
"I do want to return to Kuoh, but I never want to live in that house ever again." Finally Issei said, "Well that can be arranged in the meantime until you're ready to go back, you're welcome to stay here" said Azazel, to which Issei thanked him. "I do have to contact Ravel though and brief her and her parents on what's going on, I made a promise and I intend to keep it even if it's not exactly what they had in mind initially" answered Issei, "I understand, well I wish you good luck" Said Azazel.
~Time Skip: 1 week later *flashback*~
After arriving in the Phoenix territory he was welcomed in, Ravel was more than happy to see her hero was alive and well. She was shocked to say the least to see that he was a fallen angel now. He explained everything to her and she understood. Afterwards he was granted permission to see her parents, he explained the circumstances that lead to his and Koneko's disappearance and him becoming a fallen angel. He also explained how Azazel was able to modify a set of evil pieces to create a peerage system for him and how it worked the same way as the devil's system.
He also explained how he'd have to bring Ravel back with him so pieces could be switched, he assured them that it's safe and that it worked for him and Koneko. After consulting with Ravel's parents, leaving the decision up to Ravel herself, she agreed, her parents also agreed to keep all of it a secret which Issei said he'd reveal to everyone when the time was right. Afterwards she was brought back to the lab and the process began.
After the transformation in place of Ravel's flaming devil wings were a pair of flaming Fallen Angel wings. The transformation was a success and Ravel was now serving as his bishop.
~Time Skip: 1 month later~
POV: Rias and Peerage

After a month of searching for Issei and no luck the peerage lost hope, and Ravel hadn't returned from her home in the underworld. Word got out in the underworld that Rias had lost the Sekiryuutei, as well as her rook and as a result the rating game against Sairaorg was cancelled, which displeased the hire ups, resulting in Rias and the peerage being hated and labeled as outcasts in the underworld. It was also brought up that Rias deliberately let Issei die by the hands of Raynare so she could get him in her peerage, she had also done the same with Asia allowing Raynare time to extract her sacred gear where Issei was forced to watch his only friend die just so Rias could reincarnate her into a devil.
Sirzechs after hearing about the disappearance of Issei, and Koneko, as well as the circumstances that lead up to their departure was forced to act as a Mou instead of a brother
and punish Rias. Her punishment was that she would lose her territory, Kuoh Town as well as Kuoh Academy were placed in the hands of Sona.
Sona as well as her peerage had completely cut ties and stopped speaking to Rias and the peerage. Sona found what they did despicable and honestly didn't blame Issei and Koneko for running away.
They were keep the house, and all of the broken furniture had been replaced only because they needed a place to stay and Rias's parents wouldn't allow them to stay at the Gremory territory.
After hearing what Asia and Xenovia did Michael had taken their ability to pray away yet again.
Irina was banished from heaven as well, and was no longer allowed to serve Michael as his angel. In fact Michael had manipulated the system so Irina was forced to fall.
After the loss of Issei, Akeno, and Asia had given up her will to fight and refused to use her powers at all. They had fallen into the deepest depression, Akeno was so broken her usual sadist attitude was nowhere to be seen. She spent 99% of her time in her room in the dark in silence. She hadn't been eating like she should, rarely ever spoke, failed to keep up with her hygiene just spent all her days and nights crying and hating herself once again, and Asia was the same and had stopped speaking completely
Gasper had been forced to be sealed away again. Due to his emotions his power had become unstable and without Issei there to keep him at bay became dangerous
Kiba was just as bad as Akeno
Rias was worst of all, in fact she had attempted suicide but was stopped and placed under suicide watch under Grayfia by the order of Sirzechs.

In the next chapter will be another time skip and we'll see Issei and his full peerage aside from Katase and Murayama as he'll have to reveal to them his secret as well as convince them that he's changed, he'll also have to earn their forgiveness for peeping on them, also how they were acquired will be explained in flashbacks in later chapters. We'll also see Issei's return to Kuoh
Also the fight with Sairaorg will happen in future chapters but it will be Issei's Peerage fighting Sairaorg and his team instead.
