Nyssa's POV
So word spread out quickly throughout the rings of Hell and the hotel was packed for tonight's events.
"Damn! Those are a lot of demons!" Pain exclaimed as he, Panic, and I lounged on the upper level. The entire lobby was full of various demons alike.
"The hotel is bound to make the funds" Panic added. He then looked at me. "You also look gorgeous Nyssa"
I blew Panic a kiss before looking back to the crowd below
I wore a strapless indigo dress as recommended by Angel. I wore simple matching studs and a necklace I borrowed from Charlie. My hair was in a braid so it wouldn't get in my face when I performed.
"Without a doubt" I agreed before deciding to transport myself from the upper level to the lobby full of demons.
"Holy shit! Nys, you are effin beautiful baby!" Angel complimented.
"You don't look that bad yourself" I praised the spider demon back. Nearby some demons of the male variety were eyeballing Angel as a matter of fact.
"Oh shit! Your Princess Nyssa?!"
Angel and I looked at a demon who actually resembled an imp. His skin was light red and his horns were black and white striped. He wore all black for tonight's events.
"Blitzo I thought that was you" Angel greeted the imp demon first. The spider demon then wagged his eyes seductively.
"Hey when I heard that the Princess of the Dead was here I had to come"
The imp demon then took my hand and kissed it.
"It's a pleasure to meet you milady, my chances of winning a date with you are slim to none but I'm gonna try"
"Then I wish you luck" I answered him. Blitzo nodded before going to mingle with the other demons. To pass the time I had a drink alongside Angel and Husk. The cat demon looked cute in his get up as did Niffty.
Charlie and Vaggie were talking with some guests nearby and the two of them looked pleased. I then winced alongside Husk as several demonesses squealed. Alastor had arrived and already he was surrounded by admirers.
Normally I didn't get jealous but seeing Alastor in his current predicament got my temper to flare.
"Nys, calm down girl" Angel suggested placing a hand on my shoulder.
"Easier said than done, it's obvious she likes Alastor" Husk reminded the spider demon. Alastor looked handsome in his get up and when he looked in my direction I quickly looked away. There were more squeals and our attention was drawn away from Alastor.
A dragon demon with golden scales was the culprit. He had two silver horns on top of his head and his wings were on his back through his suit jacket. The wing membranes were pink and he had a matching tail frill.
"Oh crap not him" Angel growled.
"Who's that?" I asked.
"That's Callum Serpentine, he's super rich and a jackass, his family are entitled as f**k, he's probably here for you no doubt" Angel explained.
"He'll have to win the auction if he wants a date with Nyssa" Alastor corrected. The damn Radio Demon once again snuck up behind us. Alastor then eyed me and I did my best not to blush. "My dear princess, you look exquisite tonight"
Alastor then took my hand and kissed it before walking away to start the evening's events. One of Alastor's upgrades was a room that had a stage and it could hold a large number of demons. I sat where the other staff members were and Alastor zipped onto the stage.
His comedy act was first and the Radio Demon didn't disappoint. He cracked joke after joke making the entire room laugh. Pain and Panic had tears in their eyes due to laughing so hard. When he ended his act he then announced my act was next.
The stage had the piano on it and as I stood up I was earned a few wolf-whistles. I gave the crowd a smirk before taking a seat before the piano. Then I began to play and words of song left my lips as well did the backup players begin to play their music too.

No sooner had I stopped singing along with the music did the room fill with applause. Angel was losing his shit along with Pain and Panic. Charlie and Vaggie had hearts in their eyes and the pleased look on Alastor's face was now in my brain permanently.
I sang a few more songs such as "Going Under", "Everybody's Fool" and "Taking Over Me". Like my mother I loved Evanescence. After my performances, there were some other acts but eventually, the win-a-date was about to start.
For giggles, Pain was doing the auction and the magenta-colored imp told the crowd who was in the contest. First up was Angel and it wasn't long until he was being bided on. It was hilarious to watch and the winner had been one of the male demons eyeballing the spider demon prior.
Next up was Niffty and though she didn't receive the same amount of bids as Angel she had a good turnout. My jaw dropped when it was revealed Panic won the date with her. As she got off stage Niffty approached Panic and kissed him on the cheek. The teal-colored imp fainted and I chuckled. Husk poor bastard was up and after a few bids, he won a date with a pretty-looking leopard demoness.
"And now to end things for the evening is Princess Nyssa! Get up here sister!" Pain shouted.
As I approached the stage my heart was pounding like no tomorrow. I gave the room a smirk before Pain started the bidding. My hunch was right that I would have the most bids due to my status as Princess of the Dead. Blitzo sadly was out of the auction and I shot him a smile. He chuckled before watching the rest of the biding. Eventually, the numbers dwindled and to my horror, Callum Serpentine was ahead.
The smug bastard was grinning behind his shades. Everything about him made me uneasy. Then Alastor's suddenly upped the bid. Callum glared at the Radio Demon and Alastor only smirked. Together the two of them became neck in neck until Callum gave up.
Pain ended the auction and Alastor proceeded to approach me. My face was now very red and damn it he could see it!
"I bet you weren't expecting me to bid for you my dear"
"No, I wasn't"
With a sexy chuckle, Alastor picked my hand up again and kissed it. He then offered me his arm and I didn't hesitate to accept it.
The evening drew to a close and sometime later the hotel was empty. Vaggie had just returned from counting our earnings.
"We've doubled the funds"
Charlie squealed before hugging her girlfriend. She then hugged each of us enthusiastically.
"Nyssa dear you look tired how about you I escort you back to your room"
I accepted his offer a short walk later we were outside of the room I was renting.
"You really do look beautiful tonight," Alastor said genuinely. He then sent his microphone away before placing a hand on my face. "And I had no intention of letting Serpentine have you"
The Radio Demon then leaned in and pressed a kiss on top of my forehead.
"Sleep well my dear, I look forward to our date"
He then did his disappearing act and it was sometime before I went into my room.
