The hotel was mostly quiet, with just a few guests chatting with a bartender, in another room was two young demonic women were sitting by themselves. The first one was Charlie, she created the happy hotel in hopes of rehabilitating sinners, she had some new guests coming to the hotel. The second demonic woman was a sinner named Vaggie, Charlie's girlfriend, she was keeping track of the new guests.
Charlie: anything on our new guests?
Vaggie: his name is Baxter, and he's apparently a mad scientist, he's committed some unethical experiments on Guinea pigs, orphans, and backstreet drug addics.
Charlie: great! I'll great him on the way out!
Vaggie: on the way out? Why are you In such a hurry today?
Charlie: well, my parents are coming to pick me up for a very important meeting, the Goetias will be there, some overlords will there, it's important!!
There was a knock on the door, it was Alastor
Alastor: Charlie! Charlie! It's time for the meeting!
Charlie: coming!
Vaggie watched as the love of afterlife walked downstairs with Alastor, Charlie was nervous, she was going see her parents soon, along with Octavia, a friend she haven't seen in a long time, along with the von eldritch family. On the way down Alastor accidentally bumped into a short individual, he looked a loot like a fish, an angler fish to be exact. He was the new guest Baxter
Baxter: WATCH WERE YOUR F*GOIN- *takes one look at alastor* s-sorry! I-I-I wasn't looking!!
Charlie: no need to apologize! How are you enjoying your stay so far?
Baxter: G-good! Its good!
Charlie: That's great to hear!
Baxter was startled by the appearance of the radio demon himself, he knew he might meet him, just not immediately after visiting. The hotel was a quaint little place, something he had heard of while getting supplies for his lab. He looked and noticed the bartender husk, and the maid nifty.
Husk: what the hell are you looking at?
Baxter: I don't know...
Husk: really huh?
Baxter: yeah. Really.
Husk: if you f*ing say so...
Husk then went back to what he was doing immediately, there was this bad feeling hanging around, but he couldn't tell why. Meanwhile at the meeting, there were several overlords, members of the Goetia family and families representing the cardinal sins. She came across two familiar faces
Charlie: Octavia? Phenex? Is that you!?
Octavia: Oh, long time no see Charlie
Phenex: Charlie! It's good to see you!
Charlie: I'm been pretty good! How are all you!
Octavia: good, pretty good, I'm came here with my dad, my grandfather and uncle.
Octavia was dressed in a rather fancy dress as it was a special occasion, Phenex was dressed in formal attire, with an amulet around his neck, while Octavia and her father and grandfather were owls, Phenex was a hawk. Three members of the goetia family walked up to the morningstar family, it was Stolas, Paimon, and Andrealphus.
Paimon: ah the prestigious morningstar family, its great for you to join us!
Lucifer: I bet it is, everyone's here...
Stolas: Yes! Now take your seat!
It was all fun in games when two other familiar faces arrived
Seviathan: Charlotte! It's been too long!
Helsa: guess decided to show up...
Phenex: ah, looks like the rivalry continues...
It was no surprise that seviathan and helsa had appeared, they were the children of one of the most prestigious families in all of hell, the von eldritch family.
Helsa: so how is your little project going?
Charlie: good. It's going good.
Alastor: goodness the tension here is so thick you might as well cut it with a knife! Why is everyone moody all of a sudden?
Phenex: well, Charlie and seviathan once dated at one point... but then they-
Octavia: broke up. 60% helsa being a toxic b* 20% because seviathan is full of himself and the other 20% is that things kind of weren't working out.
Phenex: that's- uh, one way to put it!
Alastor: makes sense to jolly old me!
Charlie: yeah, at least my family and the von eldritch are on good terms at least! * awkward giggle*
Helsa started shooting daggers at Octavia, she had heard what she said, she glanced at her back to signal that she was honest in her opinion. Everything was normal for a few minutes, until it happened. Lilith and Lucifer were standing right next to each other, when out of nowhere, a knife was launched directly at Lucifer, the knife missed it intended target and ended up lightly slashing at his arm and hitting paimon. Everyone was panicking, there was screaming and chaos Fredrick of the von eldritch family was trying to calm everyone down.
Fredrick: EVERYONE CALM THE F* DOWN
Andrealphus: WHO IS THE GODDAMN DEGENERATE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS BULLS*
The attempted assailant had already left, Lucifer had a minor cut on his arm and paimon was bleeding out, he fell down the stairs and went completely limp. Everyone began to leave the building, Charlie was confused and scared, who would want to kill her dad and why? He was help up by Lilith, Alastor then lead Charlie out of the building.
Charlie: WAIT WHAT ABOUT MY PARENTS, OCTAVIA, OR PHENEX?
Alastor: MY DEAR! THEY'll BE ALRIGHT! THEY'RE ALL READY OUT OF THE BUILDING!
Charlie had never more afraid before, they finally got back to the hotel.
Vaggie: CHARLIE!! IS EVERYTHING OKAY!? *turns to alastor* WHAT HAPPENED!!?!?!
Alastor: My dear... Charlie has had quite the day today...
Charlie: someone attempted to murder my dad!
The entire room went quiet, until Vaggie spoke up.
Vaggie: you mean- your da- LUCIFER!!?!? THE RULER OF ALL OF F*ING HELL!!?!?!
Angel dust: YOU HAVE TO HAVE BALLS OF TITANIUM TO TRY TO PULL THAT OFF!!!!!
Everyone was shocked, why did this mystery guy want Lucifer dead? Who were they? Were they going to pull this again? What was going on? Everyone had a very bad feeling about all of this. Meanwhile, somewhere in one of rings of hell was an office building. This particular building was were the headquarters of I.M.P was located. It was mostly quiet with the sound of the clock with the typing sounds of receptionist loona's phone. Nothing exiting was happening yet, until a certain group came along.
Blitz: welcome to I.M.P! Here w-
He was surprised to see Stolas, Andrealphus, Octavia, Charlie, Vaggie, Alastor, and Phenex.
Blitz: what uh- what brings a good old group like you here to I.M.P?
Stolas: well, there's been an attempted assassination, I would like you to get to the bottom of it.
Blitz: let me guess, someone tried to assassinate Lucifer, didn't they?
Charlie: how did you know?
Blitz: news travels pretty fast around here, we will find that bastard and GIVE THEM PAIN
Alastor: Great! Great to hear! However, there's someone we should get...
Andrealphus: ugh, do really need more!? I can solve this mystery by myself! We don't need more plebeians!
Phenex: DAD! We need all the help we can get! What were you saying again alastor?
Alastor: as I was saying, we need help for one of the most feared overlords out there, Zarak. group was taken aback by what alastor said, he feared by many, he was a genius detective, he was essentially the Sherlock homes of hell.
Vaggie: HIM!!??
Alastor: Aw! Aren't you afraid?
Vaggie: n- no!
Moxie: Zarak? That Zarak?
Millie: yes. THAT Zarak
Phenex: I bet he's a jolly person!
Moxie: well maybe...
Blitz: So were is this bastard?
Alastor: close to here, I've met the old chap a few times!
Phenex: great! Let's go get him!
They walked down a few steps in the office building and stopped at a door, they had made it to Zarak's office.
Blitz: Huh, that was fast.
Alastor: *knocks on door* hello my good sir?
The door opened, the one who was at the door was wearing a treach coat, and his face was covered by a mask shaped like an arrow head.
Zarak: Ah visitors! Come inside...
Charlie: Mr Zarak, we request your aid! Have you heard the news?
Zarak: yes, there was an attempt on Lucifer's life.
Alastor: Ah yes! We would like you to help us discover who's pulling the strings here!
Zarak: very well. I will help you.
Phenex: thank you kind sir! I hope we can get to the bottom of this!
Zarak: Yes, yes, who's our list of suspects?
Vaggie: W-we don't one...
Zarak: YOU DUMBASSES DON'T HAVE ONE!!?
Charlie: Yeah... We can go to the hotel and make a list of suspects!
Stolas: Yes! We could go do that!
As soon as they made it to the hotel they started working on the list of suspects, they were thinking who it could be and why, Vaggie got up and left the room, when she bumped into someone.
Seviathan: HEY! Watch were going dammit!
Vaggie: Hey I'm sorry!
Helsa: Do you know who we are?
Vaggie: I said I'm sorry!
Seviathan: Whatever... hey, where's Charlie? We've come to talk to her.
Vaggie: She's busy.
Helsa: Really? *glances at a picture of vaggie and Charlie* are you two dating?
Vaggie: yeah. We are.
Seviathan: really? Not sure how she would pick A SINNER DEMON!
Vaggie: Oh really!?
Seviathan: YEAH REALLY! Must have run out of options...
Vaggie: Says you, fish face.
Seviathan: That's no way to talk to a member of the von eldritch family!
Vaggie: Well how about you screw off then!
Helsa: Really now...!? I will let you are talking to demonic royalty!
Vaggie: Using that logic, I'M DATING ROYALTY!
Helsa: I doubt it will last long... probably a few weeks at best.
Charlie: What's all that commotion? Seviathan! Helsa? What are you two doing here?
Seviathan: Me and my sister would like to help with your hotel, it seems it isn't as pointless as we thought Charlotte!
Everyone was shocked, the von eldritch family thought that Charlie's plan to rehabilitate sinners was massive waste of time, Vaggie refused to believe what sevithan had just said, blitz and Moxxie peeked at the door wondering what all the commotion was about, while Vaggie was having a very hard time to believe any bit of it.
Vaggie: No, NO NO NO HELL NO.
Helsa: What? I thought you would some help!
Charlie: well- uh... I don't know what to say!
