Caroline woke up to a fresh feeling. Something inside her was getting her all tingly. The new aura around her was so refreshing, that she easily resisted the urge to catapult Rina from here to San Diego.

She made a mess of her cat food and was stuck on the ceiling fan.

Caroline shook her head at her, "you got up there by yourself, you can do it on your way down."

Her previous encounter with Klaus sent her to bed with the best sleep she has gotten in ages, and the memory from last night still running around in her mind.

She agreed to the date, she couldn't say no to those blue eyes and adorable dimples, but her guard was still up, and she would be carrying her pepper spray gone safe.

They agreed to go next week, as for Klaus he said he had business to handle in New Orleans for the next couple days.

Davina on the other hand, she found herself getting pretty acquainted with Kol.

"You didn't!"

"oh but I did darling."

Davina was all up in giggles and smiles, her and Kol had spent the next day back in his garden, he brought a picnic basket and bourbon, with a small daffodil to gift Davina.

"So what happened next?"

"well, after I caught the ball, I threw it back into the game."

"well why would you do that?"

"Because I already have thirteen of them in my collection."

Her jaw dropped, "so you just go to baseball games for fun at this point, huh."

"After last time, I doubt they will be happy with my presence."

"So the ball, when you threw it back, what happened?"

"The umpire had a severe concussion, then afterwards the Coach of the Red Sox asked me to join. Of course I said No, rigid team" he explained while rolling his eyes.

The two continued conversing when Elijah walked out.

"There you are brother; Hello Davina." He greeted.

She waved back with a smile, still holding her sandwich in place.

"May I ask why your presence is disturbing us brother?" Kol asked; clearly annoyed.

"Yes, well I've come to ask Ms.Claire for a favor." Davina's eyes perked up at the formality- Ms.Claire.. I like it!

"of course, what is it?"

"I got a collar, for Ms.Forbes Cat, and it would be greatly appreciated by me if you were to give it to her.

The collar was White, holding a green pendant in the middle. The pendant could've been mistaken for a real jewel. It sparkled in the sun and her reflection was vivid.

"yeah, yes I'll give it to her ASAP."

Both of the men looked at her like she said something offensive.

"As soon as possible."

Rina hated the collar. And Caroline wasn't sure if it was because of the color or the material, but she was not going for it.

"She doesn't have to put it on." Davina declared, "just decor or something."

"well yeah but doesn't that defeat the purpose of him going out of his way to give me the collar."

"personally, I like her pink one better."

"me too." Caroline agreed. She set the extra collar on the table and proceeded to head to the living room.

"So, how is operation 'Love Kol' going?" Caroline pondered, wiggling her eyebrows.

"We are having a June wedding!"

"Does he even know your favorite color?"

"He knows I'm not a cat lady" she retorted back. Earning a pillow launched into her face.

"There is nothing wrong with being a Cat lady, especially if it's one Cat.. who has the personality of 20 other cats.. and possibly a black belt in jujitsu."

"that cat is hell."

"you're one to talk!"

The Older Mikaelson brother dialed a number that was given to him by a friend of a friend- or witch of a friend.

"And you have already found her?"

"Yes, she stays in the home across our yard."

Elijah was in his study, the place he spent most of his time anyway. There was a number of reasons as to why he and his family were here, but reason number one resides across the street.

"Is there anyway to get her alone?"

"I'm Afraid not, the cat never leaves the home."

"The spell would be hard to do, I need many ingredients and it'll take some time, I will have to Channel many ancestors, this isn't just some locator spell."

"I understand, Celeste, take your time, but please do hurry, I don't know how much longer I can wait."

"Just keep everything under control Elijah, I will be visiting soon."

The Airport was packed, all you could hear were heavy footsteps pacing back and forth, folks trying to get to their gate.

Stefan sat at the Bar inside the airport, he had just landed from Virginia, a little earlier than he told Caroline.

After yesterday, he needed to get out of the house. Damon could care less about the boarding home, he didn't even try to help fix it, Stefan had gotten help from local neighbors before his own brother, who was too fixated on Elena. It annoyed him so much that he just decided to come to Caroline's quicker.

"One Bourbon."

The seat next to Stefan was no longer vacant.

"Hello Old friend, is this seat taken?"

Stefan felt the chair beside him shift, indicating it's no longer vacant. "It is now." Stefan scoffed.

Rina had tried to destroyed the collar, to say the very least. She had it between her fangs and shook her head violently, earlier she used it as a bathroom.

Caroline found entertainment in it, as she was glad that the cat wasn't resorting to ruining her new furniture.

The next day, the blonde cat owner decided to head to town- taking the little pest with her- and went to look for a new outfit for her upcoming date with Niklaus.

She stopped by a shoe boutique for a new pair of heels, and finally made her way to the clothing shop down the street.

She skimmed some of the dresses, with the help of her pet, both deciding the ones she came across were not appealing.

Scanning through the isle with Rina in her arm, she came across a Satin Caramel Spaghetti-Strap dress, with a cowl neckline, and a slit going up the right thigh.

"oh look at this Rina!" The cat nuzzled into Caroline's neck, indicating she, too liked it.

She picked up the dress from the hanger and held it up in front of her, examining it.

"Caroline, was it?"

The blonde turned around, coming face to face with Rebekah. She put the dress down and gave a small smile.

"yeah, hey Rebekah."

Rebekah nodded and looked at the cat, who had its fangs bared.

"Rina stop it! I'm sorry she's not exactly a people person."

"I'm sure she is far from a person."

"She could've fooled me." Caroline joked, bringing ease into the tension.

"So Caroline, Nik tells me you and him are planning an evening together?"

"Nik?"

"Niklaus.

Caroline nodded at the fact. "Something like that, just hanging out really."

"In all my years, I never seen a gal just hang out in a very sex-appealing dress." Rebekah's eyebrows quirked up, eyeing the dress Caroline had in her hand.

Caroline's cheek flushed, as she didn't think of a good response.

"yep! You got me."

"No worries, I'm not one to judge. Although I must say one thing. Nik is very important to me and If any foul play shall come to him then I will not hesitate to tear your throat out and paint my floorboards with it."

The younger blonde didn't realize the breath she was holding, his sister had a dominating aura. Rebekah beamed at the fact. Turning her heel to walk out, she looked at the dress; "His favorite color is blue." And gave Caroline a wink before leaving.

It was at least A One A.m when Stefan made his way out of the taxi towards Caroline's front step. After running into Klaus, he decided to just stay at a hotel for the night without having the brit detect where he was going.

Rolling his luggage to her door, he went to the small fake plant decor that sat next to her windowsill. Digging at the bottom he found the replacement key that she kept there.

He knocked the plant over by accident, trying to put the pieces back together and stuffing them to the side, figuring he'd get it later.

After pushing the key into the hole, he made his way inside, the house was dark and no noises were made.

BAM!

Next thing Stefan knew, he was on the floor holding his head.

"WHO ARE YOU!"

Stefan's eyesight was very blurry, all he could make out was the fuzzy vision of a brunette.

"Yeah! Bet you didn't expect that! CAROLINE! I GOT HIM!"

He heard footsteps rush towards the living room, and then he heard nothing... and then he heard a fit of laughter.

"oh my god! Stefan! Are you okay!?" She tried to make out, heading to his side and checking to see for damages.

"you know him? Why isn't he dead or something?! This is a literal frying pan!"

"God Stefan! What are you doing here, you weren't suppose to come for another week." She said, helping her best friend up on to the sofa.

"Yeah well Damon had other plans and I couldn't stand being there. Although I'm sure I would be concussion free."

Davina set the pan down before apologizing.

Caroline looked back at Stefan, "you are so lucky I already got your necessities.
