Season I Chapter 1: The New Advancement
- 5 Hours Before the Beginning of the Prologue -
Planet: Zando Delta
Location: Purple Tropics Colony

Taking place on land with fluorescent palm trees under a violent tinted sky during the afternoon, the scene switches to what looks to be a studio with several camera surrounding a girl of 5'2" with dark tan complexion that is about the same color as peanut butter, platinum white hair that is shoulder length with a princess-like braid going around the back of her head and shining with different colors under the lights, royal purple eyes and soft purple lips, having a figure of 100-55-90 in terms on centimeters (39-22-35 in inches) posing in a cute lingerie set that consist of a bra and thong panties that are white and barely transparent, though the pink fabric from behind them obscures anything to be shown, while the bra has a cute pink bow in the center between the cups and just below while pink bands decorate the tops of the cups, while the panties have an angled pink bow on left side of the top of the front. And she's got on a button-up shirt that she's barely wearing on her arms to make this shoot sexier.
"Yes, looking good there." says the cameraman. "Give me a few more shots of this. Really sell this to the people."
The woman puts on some more sexy poses, eventually dropping the shirt, just now holding onto it barely for another pose. Then she drops it to where she only holding it with one hand. Getting rid of the shirt afterwards, she puts on some nice poses to show off her exposed butt cheeks, and puts a sultry expression while playing with her hair.
After a while of this, the man says, "I think that should be enough! Thanks for doing this for us under short notice, Ester!"
"No problem, Terry! Anything to please my adoring fans out there!" says the woman. "I do get to keep this number, right?"
"All yours, baby." says Terry.
"Thanks! It really is an adorable number! Can't wait to show it off in a video on YouTube!" says Ester. "Anyway, better go get changed."
After a while, Ester comes out wearing a black leather jacket with a short sleeve and long sleeve while the collar has the colors of the American flag while having an orange shirt on underneath, black fingerless gloves, blue jean-style hot pants and white laced up boots.
As she's now changed, Ester seems to carry the same sword as Ben for some reason, and in the exact same scabbard.
"Anyway, time to head on back! No longer need to be in this form!" says Ester. In a glow of magic, she then miraculously changes into Ben himself in the clothes we saw him in the prologue in some odd twist of things.
Suddenly, Ben gets a phone call, and he looks on his smartphone to see it's by Aiden.
As Ben answers with, "Hey, what's up, fearless leader?", Aiden responds with, "I certainly hope your shoot is over, because we got a situation here on Tethys. Two criminals - one a female of the Mrrshan race and another a male that is a Therianthrope-class Eldritch of the Werewolf species - hijacked the Gem of Kalaris, and if you know well about how dangerous that artifact is..."
"Oi vay." says Ben. "Well, guess I better get the cat ready. I'll make a quick detour to Ciranus Alpha to pick Isaac up, then I'll meet you guys on the moon."
"Thank you so much. Your help will be appreciated." says Aiden.
"Hey, I am your MVP in these situations." says Ben. "Anyway, see you soon."
Ben hangs up, and says, "Well, time for more clean up duty."
Then, in a scattering of photons, Ben vanishes out of sight.
We then hear Ben's voice go again, "Okay, so probably by the prologue of this story, you've got a LOT of questions as to what's going on here, especially with why I'm showing what happened 5 hours earlier. Well... To probably explain things slightly more consistently... We... Kind of have to go back further. ...For me at least from what I can barely remember - at least at the time I'm narrating this - back to 1987."
Planet: Earth
Location: United States - Redmond, Washington
Date & Time: Before AST, September 8th, 1987 - 5:38 PM PST
In a small house of white with a brown roof, and red windows with a black front porch in a somewhat rural location of Redmond, Washington, the scene changes to the inside to show it looking all cozy with rich brown wood lining the walls to give that true at home feel, going well with the pink carpet.
On the carpet are two young boys with brown hair, one looking to be six years old and the other looking to be three. Both are playing with each other, the three year old giggling cutely while the other looks to be playing patty-cake with him.
Sitting on a sofa watching them both is a man with brown hair with matching mustache, and dressed casually as he looks to be reading a newspaper while keeping an eye on both of the boys, and smiling from all this. The TV is currently tuned into NBC as their local station is currently on the news.
Soon, the front door opens, and entering is a woman with brown hair as well, looking to be dressed in a formal outfit carrying a red purse with her. The woman very much looks to be a young version of Ben and Casey's mother.
Both boys take notice of her, and the six year old says, "Mom's home!"
"Mama!" says the three year old.
Both boys rush up to the woman, and she says, "Hey there, boys!"
The man puts down his newspaper, and says, "Hey there, honey. How was your day at the university?"
"Ugh, exhausting." says the woman. "I swear, you can't get these kids to stop their frat parties for one day just to get them to actually focus."
"Well, since you worked so hard today, I'll take care of dinner." says the man.
"Aw, Michael, sweetie, you don't have to do that." says the woman.
"No, I insist, dear." says Michael. "I say a little Italian is in order!"
"Sounds wonderful." says the woman.
Later in the day, the family of four are sitting at the dinner table, eating spaghetti and meatballs.
The three year old picks up a meatball, and moves his hand with it, pretending it's a toy as he makes it hop around in the air.
"Ben! Don't play with your food now! Eat!" says the woman in a stern tone.
Ben looks at the meatball with a studious expression before he starts to nibble it.
"Big bites now!" says the woman.
"Tomorrow, I'm supposed to take Ben to the pediatric clinic." says Michael.
"You set up an appointment?" asks the woman.
"As fast as I could." says the man. At pre-school, the teacher was really wandering more and more about Ben, why he keeps to himself a lot and avoids other kids much.
"Well, Ben has always preferred to be on his alone time." says the woman. "Seems to only connect with Casey. Others, he just kind of pushes away or just avoids outright."
"And the fact kids have been picking on him for that, the teacher suggested I get Ben looked at." says Michael.
"But you know, pediatric clinics aren't exactly known for dealing with mental health." says the woman. "Besides, isn't he too young for that right now?"
"Well, we're just going there to get a reading on his brain waves to see what can be done before things get too late for us." says Michael.
"Brother's not in trouble, is he?" asks the other boy we can assume to be Casey.
"Well, he's been getting in trouble with the teacher, which is why she wants me to do this for him." says Michael. "Look, don't worry too much, Casey; we'll get things worked out."
Suddenly, a breaking report happens on NBC as Tom Brokaw comes on and says, "Good evening! We sadly have to interrupt your currently scheduled program to bring you this breaking news at this hour! President George Bush is set to give a speech at the White House! Apparently, the president has been in talks with the group called the Council of Elder Mages! According to sources, the President has been in private talks with this group, supposedly dealing with alternate energy sources! We're at least 30 minutes from when the speech is to take place! In the meantime..."
As Tom continues on, Michael asks, "What the hell is this all about? Council of Elder... What?"
"He said 'mages'." says the woman. "This might be worth paying attention to."
"He said something about 'alternate energy'." says Michael. "This isn't about to be some type of hippie movement, is it?"
"Maybe the President will explain in detail." says the woman.
After a while, President George Bush appears at his podium while next to a tall man of more than 6 feet with salt and pepper gray hair with matching mustache and beard while wearing a brown formal suit.
"My fellow Americans, good evening to you all." says Bush. "As you have probably heard, we have been in talks with the Council of Elder Mages in discussion of alternate energy to be found. Our experts came back with a report on what they were shown, and the results have been extraordinary. Today, we are now ready to be on the cusp of a new energy revolution, thanks in part to the Council's demonstration, and to this, from this day forward, all fossil fuels and coal plants will soon be ready to shut down, and in place, we will be switching to clean and advanced energy of magic. Now I know this sounds very sudden, but rest assured, the Council of Elder Mages has been going from plant to plant, readying them for this massive, world-spanning change. With me right now is the head of the Council, Mister Archimedes. I will now give him the stand to share his information with us."
As Bush steps away, the tall man comes up to the podium, and says, "Thank you, Mr. President. As the President has said, we plan to switch all energy sources to the power of magic, using the very source of it known as Aether that will be used to not only make cleaner energy that is safer for the environment, but are also hoping to advance us farther into the future than the original estimated time, cutting that down by several years. The other members of the Council and I looked into the future, and saw the world would be entering an energy crisis that would take years upon years to rectify, never knowing when we would advance further enough to make our impact on this universe. With magic at the helm, energy costs will go down while performance will rise to levels that, through trial and error, will make advancement not only faster but smoother, yet we've managed to make it where those who invest in energy sources in the Stock Market will still more than benefit. As we will soon demonstrate, you will see the wonders and effectiveness of magic as a new energy for this world that will take us into a new age far earlier than normal, and far grander than in any form of science fiction."
"Are they serious!? Magic!?" asks Michael. "This has got to be a hoax!"
"I don't know, sounds pretty serious to me." says the woman.
"So what's going to happen now?" asks Michael.
"I don't know, but... Way they're talking, we might be in for a big change a lot sooner than we expected." says the woman.
"Kristen, you're sounding rather optimistic about this." says Michael. "I mean, this is a leap that I don't think we're ready for!"
"Well, we won't know how good or bad it could be if we don't give it a chance." says Kristen.
"So they're saying magic is going to be used as electricity now?" asks Casey.
"It's what it sounds like, Son." says Michael.
"Does that mean there's going to be wizards and dragons and all that?" asks Casey.
"I would say that sounds ridiculous, but... I don't know what to think anymore." says Michael.
As Ben continues to watch the television carefully, the scene changes back to the present day Ben as he in now in a massive city that looks like the same one the opening scene from the prologue took place in.
Planet: Ciranus Alpha
Location: Grand Park Colony

Ben, with a grocery bag in his hand, casually walks through the town, picking up some items. As he cruises the place, we can see how varied this place is, with a variety of races that dot the place, with a few humans here and there, but others looking to be creatures that come from other planets, while others are made up of what look to be mythical creatures or types of monsters from JRPGs, yet seemingly integrated into the futuristic motif. Flying across the sky is a gargoyle that has had jet boosters installed into his wings to make getting around faster, there are animated skeletons that have had their bones turned into purple crystal with various electronic lights inside of them, a minotaur seems to have earphones attached to music playing horn as he's jamming out, Ben does some more shopping, with what looks to be a dark elf cashier checking him out, a stagecoach is being pulled by a very majestic-looking unicorn, and so much else is happening here it seems surreal.
Ben voice then sounds out again as he heads off through more of the city, and says, "So yeah, that one moment that happened back then was eventually the catalyst that led to all of, well... This. Shock to the system, I know, but just wait, because it does get wilder and wilder. But until then, just take your time to let it all be absorbed."
