The Worm's House
DISCLAIMOR- I do not own Labyrinth, cause if I did, I'd be filthy rich and wouldn't be stuck writing fan fics for the likes of you. Thank you for not suing.
Chapter 1…
"Ello…"
Sarah turned her head to look at the colorful little worm wearing a red scarf. She had never heard a worm speak before this, and was quite befuddled by it. Did she really hear what she thought she heard. Well of course yes, if a worm could wear a red scarf, it certainly could talk, she thought.
"Did you just say 'hello'?" She asked.
" No I said 'ello', but that's close enough." He replied to Sarah's astonishment.
" You're a worm aren't you?" She asked. She knew of course it was, but who knew in the Labyrinth. What if it was just a tiny dragon… with no wings… and didn't breathe fire.
" Yeah, that 'sright. Come inside and meet the Mrs."
Sarah looked around. She didn't feel like she had time, but honestly? Who would pass up meeting the MRS. Worm? Especially when they were talking worms? It would be hard to pass up, but she couldn't spare the time to- but… Oh she didn't know. " We can have some tea…" The worm coaxed. That was it. She wouldn't pass up tea with Mr. And Mrs. Worm.
" Sure. I'll come." She shrugged her shoulder's as if to say "Why not. Today hasn't gone weird enough, lets have tea with talking worms!" The worm gave Sarah a big smile, certainly delighted to have a human for some tea. He began inching his way into the hole, and Sarah began to follow. Suddenly she stopped. The hole was about the size of her finger, she would never fit into such a hole. "I'm sorry…" She apologized. " But I can't fit through such a hole."
"Oh?" The worm asked as suddenly the hole grew to the size of fifty Sarahs! Sarah's eyes grew wider as she watched a finger hole grow to a giant's home. She looked inside, it was very much like a tunnel. The worm looked up at her and winked, then continued inching his way into the home. Sarah followed, a curious expression on her face as she too entered the worm's home…
