Spoilers from included and/or represented works abound. Please read this fiction carefully.
The island arrived at the checkpoint, Apollo not flooded anymore. However, the corruption is partly undone, and the Chrome spread again, now covering more locations, such as Tilted Towers (becoming Tainted Towers) and Logjam Junction (becoming Chromejam Junction). Meteor effective struck both Apollo and Artemis, creating craters and destroying a few locations as well as the corruption Cube there. The Devoured remains of the Devourer in Artemis reverts back to its states during final weeks at Athena, while the center of Apollo turned into the desert zone but with the Pyramid and the miniature Athena sitting on top of the Isle of the Storm. The Bridge is fused with the Vault, and the Zero Point is now encased in its former shell, and frozen. The island is continuously tilted out, in a surprisingly dizzy way.
The entire alliance lands down on the crusts of what is the Last Reality inhabitation. The inhabitants are surprised by the return. However, several of them are injured, some even died. The Storm King curls down in fear. The Last Reality itself is also being reduced to little more than a barren wasteland reality. Most of the Mothership are missing, and the Cube Cradle is being controlled.
"Reality Meltdown... she did it." Reiji leaves the Dragonturtle MK. II, alongside other agents.
"Boy, this is the deadliest shit we ever dealt with, period." Saya is exhausted.
"I may wish you to hell, but we're at it together for survival now." Reiji replied.
"How come my own great reality be beaten so badly." The Queen collapses her visor helmet and sit out down.
"Let's say that there's so much more than to meet the eyes." Ragna told the FanficTen. "Understand?"
"Almost all of the less-than-hundred islanders, including most of those Loopers like us..." Mecha Strike Sentry listed it all.
"Glad we rescued what's left of the island." Mecha Strike Sentinel replied.
"And... Midas!?" Everyone noticed.
"The Rift Goddess... how did she splice the timeline!?" Midas complained.
"Uh, are you the so-called Loop Breaker- uh, nevermind." The bookhunter replied.
"Who are you!?" Midas is shocked as he doesn't know them all. "You...!"
"David Martinez from Santo, edgerunner from Night City!" David introduced himself.
"I have a feeling that Zero Fusion could have taken place by then so if the Rift Goddess never intervened..." Deadpool wondered.
"Don't ask." Saint Advent of Happiness stopped Deadpool.
"Yeah... who else ruined the Last Reality?" Batman (Zero) asked.
A Sideways Rift appeared behind the Cube Cradle.
"Wait... is that the rift!?" Midas noticed.
"Oh my god, it's happening again!" The inhabitants of Fanfictasia freaked out.
The Sideways Rift opened up in full, revealing a mecha extremely similar in size to the Mecha Team Leader/Mecha Strike Commander/Mecha Fusion Overlord.
"Is that the Mecha... the Rift Goddess pilots!?" Simon the Digger noticed.
"Damn it...!" One Zenkaiser (Goshikida-Tsuiker) responded.
The Rift Goddess laugh projected across the Zero Hell, frightening everyone.
"Shit!" David is pissed off. "Seven, take your fucking Mecha, now!"
"We will take care of the island, including the Zero Point, Embryo 101 and the crystals!" Hoshimatsu reassured.
The crew, consisting again of Agent Jones (taking the name as the Legend), the Seven, Geno, the Cube Queen (as the Queen), the Herald (who transformed into magical girl), the main Loopers, and the Singularity (as an AI), but now including Midas, who's now given a golden version of the Visitor armor, and called: the Golden. Artemis faced up, so the Mecha quickly launched just in time, flying with the jetpack and the leg booster powered by the same type of Zero Point thrusters found in the Rockets. The Mecha Fusion Overlord lands down on top of the Cube Cradle, where the Rift Goddess's Mecha is standing. The Mecha draws the sword, whose handle and hilt (the statue itself) now turns gold due to Midas's influence.
"The insane Rift Goddess. Revenging against us because we had good points upon ditching you." The Legend (Jones) recalled it. "Now we've got a golden worker, and we have to stop you."
The Rift Goddess's Mecha looks like Mecha Team Leader, but with spikier bodyworks, a different head (resembling the Polygon Man) and an appropriately colored paintworks similar to the Zero Point itself.
"That Throne is your cockpit, so?" The Foundation made fun of the Rift Goddess. "Also, why are you making that insanely big of a deal of the Origin in the first place?"
"So you found me." The Rift Goddess is in the Mecha. "This is my little robot, standing against you."
"What's it?" The Paradigm asked.
"Mecha Rift Emperor." The Rift Goddess introduced her Mecha. "If you ask me, let's just say that it can do what I can do."
"Now we know the hell with your shit." The Golden (Midas) replied. "If you're going to rule the omniverse itself, we are gonna stop you!"
Both Mechas quickly started fighting, and how! Both makes good uses of their respective arsenals, and managed to shrug each other, and takes other blows and regenerated like crazy. Trading blows in the way, both Mechas process to be a match of each other... at least for now.
Meanwhile...
"Daughter, I have something to say to you and that rackal." Dr. Robotnik, a.k.a. Eggman, called Sage and Infinite.
"What is it, father?" Sage is carrying Infinite alongside her.
"Don't tell me you love that man-" Infinite argued.
"Silence. We don't want to cause any unwanted trouble." Sage shut Infinite up.
"The Zero Point, the original result of the creation of the omniverse..." Eggman noted. "Without the Zero Point being created, the omniverse wouldn't be the same."
"Hmmm... Based on my calculations-" Sage reported-
The new Investigation Team and friends arrived at the Bridge. They're currently standing within Apollo side, same as Eggman.
"Hello, Dr. Robotnik!" David greeted Eggman. "What're you doing with the Zero Point?"
"Just checking it." Eggman knocks the shell.
"Too much damage may cause the Zero Point to explode, potentially destroying the island." Angela explained.
"On the outside, it seems fine." Eggman replied. "But it's vibrating. Literally."
"Then its core is fucking destabilized." David took a hypothesis.
"Indeed, my recent calculations show that the Zero Point is currently getting volatile." Sage confirmed.
"And no, Phantom Ruby doesn't work on Zero Point itself." David told Infinite.
Jumpson curiously took off Infinite's mask, revealing his real face.
"Ugh!" Infinite is shocked. "No!"
"Boy, stop throwing tantrum like that." Binah preemptively restrained Infinite.
"The Zero Point can burst at any time!" Hokma warned everyone. "If it does, the island, potentially Reality Zero, might...!"
"I just want to help so I can take an ultimate break when all is over safely!" Netzach is frustrated. *sigh* "Check the status."
"Oh wait... the machinery around here..." Netzach realized. "It's damaged, because it's twisted by the Phenomena Intervention afflicting the Zero Point."
"Thankfully, I am an AI." Sage replied. "Artificial Intelligence."
"Be careful. Zero Point is getting insane now, and it can fry any of us anytime." David warned everyone.
"Analysing the possibilities..." System No. XX joined Sage in analysis.
Meanwhile, in Apollo...
"Where... am... I..." Kyuju Kyu woke up.
"Finally!" Saya is proud. "My project got back!"
"You... What... happened...?" Byaku Shin is fuzzy.
Uatu told both creatures what happened to them since Zero End.
"And now, we're after the first part of the Zero Crash." Aeon revealed. "The second part is happening, because you were consumed by her Chrome."
"Herald's Chrome has the same property as the Rift Goddess's Chrome, but they're incompatible." Peely explained. "Otherwise, the Herald would've been able to just free you that quickly."
"Young Arisu, you saved me?" Byaku Shin questioned.
"Yes, we saved you both!" Reiji confirmed two-fold. "And in this case, you dangerous two products, you're here to help us save the reality!"
"The Rift Goddess broke the omniverse, merged the Zero Point with the Last Reality, killed Agent Jones, and wreaked havoc all over the dimensions!" Xiaomu explained. "She's getting more insane!"
"I see..." Kyuju Kyu understood it. "Proto-sis, we have something to save."
"You mean... saving the worlds we tried to merge by chaos, working alongside our nemesis?" Byaku Shin heard it.
"Because there's no other options left!" Uatu told both. "If we don't stop her and save the reality, the Rift Goddess will seize the omniverse for herself!"
"And the fact that she became insane and did it to take revenge against both Reality Zero and the Last Reality..." Kogoro noted. "Well, you already met her during Zero End, so yeah."
"And if we can work together, nothing can stop us!" Meden Traore told everyone. "I took Portalstone to power up, and oh, you can merge with each other!"
"We hopes that the Portalstone is never used for nefarious purposes, so you're doing good." Mii told Meden. "Remember when we had to kick your thing to have you learn your lesson?"
"At the end of the day, we're all the last hope." Reiji told both creatures. "If you join forces with us, we can save the reality. You're welcome."
"And well... let's not forget our friends!" Xiaomu presented.
"Okay, miss?" Batsu Ichimonji heard it.
"Thank you for your gratitude and for saving us." Byaku Shin thanked.
"You'll go with us, and allow us to kill the Rift Goddess or make her suffer." Saya noted.
"This will be legendary desu!" Sheath exclaimed. "Also, where's the last three crystals?"
The creatures gave them the two crystals: OASIS the crystal, made of power given by OASIS, and representing the digital worlds; and the nexus crystal, representing every single (mostly) non-digital worlds.
"Crystal get!" The announcer exclaimed.
This time, everyone around noticed the voice.
"So... these are among the voice that David occasionally mentioned?" Reiji noticed. "Anyways, get ready."
It hasn't yet been five minutes yet, and all the damages being healed by both Mecha, leaving the Cube Cradle dramatically damaged, and thus in danger.
"I'm surprised you'd manage to keep up with me with that underpowered mecha." The Rift Goddess commented.
"Face the fear, save the reality!" Mecha Fusion Overlord activated its left arm and uppercuts Mecha Rift Emperor with it.
Mecha Rift Emperor is knocked off very high. Mecha Fusion Overlord opened its chest, and fired a Zero Point Heartbreaker beam to that Mecha.
"Yes!" The Singularity exclaimed. "Good act!"
"Time to leap of faith!" The Paradigm clapped.
"Ok, here goes the Nothing!" The Queen busyed through.
The Mecha jumped towards the falling Rift Mecha, and stabbed it mid-air.
"Damn you!" The Rift Goddess is pissed off.
Both Mechas like that, fell down to the ground, causing a Zero Point shockwave. The shockwave quickly reached the skeleton of Ariana Grande, who died after Operation: Zero Hell, which caused it to resonate and restore her body. This revived her and transformed her into the Rift Goddess form. FanficTen saw of this, and quickly notified the inhabitants of Fanfictasia as well as the alliance themselves.
"Wait... I'm back?" Ariana Grande noticed.
She looked around, surprised at the wasteland, and then look at the Mechas. Mecha Fusion Overlord pulls the sword and walked out, just the direction towards Ariana.
She flew up and approached the Mecha.
"Ariana? You're... back?" The Queen noticed. "But you were cooked and then left to be devoured!"
"Oh, it's you." Ariana responded. "I'm back, and I'm the Rift Goddess!"
"Back to the dorm once stolen from that lunatic." The Origin responded. "Nice."
"Can you help crew us, and help us destroy that Rift Goddess!" The Legend told Ariana.
Mecha Rift Emperor got up and stabbed the other Mecha with the Mantis Blade coming from the arsenal.
"Body damage! We need to put it out by removing the obstacle in!" The Singularity warned.
Mecha Fusion Overlord got out and Iai-slashes the other Mecha.
"Stop it, you lunatic!" Ariana Grande defended the Mecha crew.
"No... I crushed your throat and monsters devoured you!" The Rift Goddess is horrified.
"That shockwave because cm hitting the ground too hard?" The Legend noted.
"I got over it." Ariana Grande entered the cockpit.
The jetpack got extended to bring Mecha Fusion Overlord a set pair of Rift Goddess wing, courtesy of Ariana.
"Curse you, Ariana Grande!!!" The Rift Goddess charged ahead, powered up.
Both Mechas continued the clashing, now with even more collateral blows from more damaging at faster rate, and all still regenerates their damages at real time. Simply put, the fight got larger.
The rest of the alliance, in the meantime, was able to remotely control the Zero Point, undoing extra damages dealt to the island, and fixing Apollo, mini-Athena and Artemis. Zero Point sheds its shell, and return to being the Nexus core the Loopers all know of. In addition, the island can set itself into any version of each its side in any point of time.
"Oh, so you've been able to fix the island, huh?" Nigen appeared.
David, alongside the new Investigation Team and friends, and Eggman, Sage and Infinite looked at Nigen.
"Who are you!?" Eggman doesn't know her.
"Nigen."/"二元." Nigen introduced herself. "The double agent of Shinra and Ouma, now serving the-"
"Wait... you were a double agent?" Malkuth questioned.
"Guys, we save the Embryo 101-" The Shinra and Ouma agents ran to report, but blocked by Nigen.
"Nigen."/"二元." Nigen introduced herself. "The double agent of Shinra and Ouma, now serving the Rift Goddess."
"What!?" Reiji, Xiaomu and Saya are shocked.
"My mission was to unite Shinra and Ouma, two rival factions fighting over the rifts." Nigen noted. "That'd be easier now because the Rift Goddess can erase you and mix what remains of both factions, but could that be easier if you just... united?"
"What? We're rival factions, having even fought for over a decade over bringing the hundred worlds!" Reiji complained.
"Exactly! And I was only a minion to both!" Nigen responded smugly, much to the shock of Shinra and Ouma.
