As proximity alarms triggered, HK-47 activated the holocom, "Warning: attention incoming vessels, identify yourselves, or I shall initiate assassination protocols,"
"You haven't forgotten your Master, have you, HK?" asked Galen's hologram, from the bridge of the Rogue Shadow.
"Alarmed apology: Ahhh! Master Starbird, I'm so sorry,"
"Lower the main hangar bay's shields so we can land," ordered Marek, "I've come to speak with Revan,"
"Lowering shields now, Mand'alor," obliged Carth, who stood next to HK-47.
"Thanks for keeping an eye on things, Carth," gratefully acknowledged Galen, "Have you been kept up to date with the galaxy's events?"
"Yes, and I'd love to be home with my family now the galaxy's at peace."
"Good thing I've come with the changing of the guard.
I bring High General Kota and Marshal Commander Fox with a heavy garrison of Shocktroopers to take things from here."
"Great, but I thought Kota hated the clone troopers," observed Onasi.
"Boy, I never said I hated them," interjected Rahm, "And I've inspected these men myself.
They'll do their job well."
Interior: Foundry, hangar.
Disembarking the Rogue Shadow with Kota, Fox, and Katooni, Galen stood before a legion of troops, HK-47, HK-55, Carth, and Revan.
Kneeling down to meet the Padawan at eye level, Carth greeted, "Hello, young one, what's your name?"
"Katooni Marek, I'm Galen's Padawan, and newly adopted daughter,"
"It's nice to meet you, Katooni.
I'm Admiral Carth Onasi."
Turning his gaze to the Prodigal Knight, Galen noticed, "You're whole again,"
"I am, and there's something I must teach you on behalf of Ulic Qel-Droma."
"Speaking of teachers, part of the reason Kota's here is to relieve you of duty as the Foundry's supervising Jetii,"
"Are you going to fight me if I refuse to leave willingly?"
"You know I will, and I will win."
Interior: Coruscant, Jedi temple, mechanics workshop.
Setting down a wrench as he finished, Anakin confirmed, "All done, Professor.
How do you feel?"
Huyang tested his upgraded systems, "Oh, yes, that's very good."
"And how's the Beskar chassis Galen made for you?"
"I haven't looked this shiny since I was freshly built."
"Threepio will be so jealous.
His chassis and plating is gold."
"You constructed that protocol droid as a boy, correct?"
"Originally to help mum, but he's now in my wife's service which you already know,"
"The last three Jedi to show this much skill with mechanics and droids were Galen, Aayla and Mallie."

Interior: undisclosed location, Vader's fortress, private chamber.
"What is thy bidding, my Master?" asked Vader as he communed, through the Force, with a white skinned, bald-headed, glowing red eyed, red tattooed humanoid man in charcoal, high collared, black armour.
"Your fellow Dread Masters are dead, are they not?"
"Yes, Master,"
"Excellent,"
"What of Exar Kun?"
"His usefulness is coming to an end."
"Shall I eliminate him myself?"
"The Jedi will do so."
"As you wish,"
"What of Tenebrae?"
"Slain by the Jedi's Chosen One, Anakin Skywalker."
"The Chosen One?" laughed the figure, "Tenebrae's death matters not, for I have another vessel to act through."
"What is your will, Master?"
"The time for my return to the mortal realm approaches, Vader."
Interior: Coruscant, Jedi temple, Barriss's quarters, evening.
Meditating naked, with scented candles providing light, and floating a metre above the ground, Offee's eyes shot open in panic before she fell down onto her ass, "No!"
As she rushed in, Luminara knelt by her side, "Are you alright, love?" as her daughter tightly hugged her.
"I saw myself fall to the dark side," confessed Barriss, "and when I did, I did terrible things,"
"What did this dark version of you do?"
"She bombed the Jedi temple using nano-droid explosives, killing dozens of civilians and fellow Jedi, including Tutso.
Mum, I'm scared that it was a vision of my future."
"My precious one, we will never allow that to happen." assured Luminara.
"I'm going to call Galen, and discuss it with him since he promised he'd be available whenever I need to talk," decided Barriss as she stood up.
"You may want to get dressed first, love," replied Luminara, "And make sure to use a secure channel,"
"What if I want Galen to see me like this when I call?" cheekily asked Barriss.
Luminara chuckled, "Then that's your choice, my precious one."
"Will you meditate with me first?"
"Of course, sweetie."

Noticing more decorative additions to her father's armour, Katooni asked, "What do all the symbols and markings on your armour mean, Buir?"
Pointing to each one, Galen answered, "Some of them symbolise achievements and feats, others are symbols of allegiance, and some are in honour of loved ones."
Recognising some of the symbols, Katooni asked, "Aren't those Ahsoka's facial markings?"
"They are in honour of Ahsoka whom, as you know, I love very deeply,"
"I also see the crests of Masters Luminara and Barriss, and a small feather on the right of your chest plate?"
"The sigil of Jaster Mereel."
"Is Galen Marek your full name, or just part of it?"
"Technically, my full name is Galen 'Kane,' Marek-Fett-Secura, but it's easier to go by the first part, or my main alias of Kane Fett."
"How many families do you have?"
"My birth family, the Mandalorians, clan Secura, Cuy'val Dar, any and all Jango clones, and the Jetii Order are all part of my Aliit."
"How did you handle the former restrictions on attachments?"
"They went against my culture's beliefs and values, so I completely ignored them."
"Oh!" giggled Katooni, "were you a rebel of a Padawan?"
"A rebel?" he asked, "my precious Kat'ika, I was THE rebel.
I pulled that title right out from Obi-Wan and Quinlan's feet along with a Wampa rug," making her smile.
"Obi-Wan Kenobi was rebellious?" she laughed, "Okay, and did you really try to save Master Fisto from drowning, when you were a youngling?"
"I briefly forgot he was from an aquatic species, so yes.
He really appreciated it, especially since the first thing he saw when he woke up, after being knocked out, was a massive Firaxa shark."
"Eep."
"Being able to communicate with animals through the Force is an undervalued ability."
"Where did you learn it?"
"In the forests of Kashyyyk, and used it to calm a wild Terrentatek."
"I've never been there before,"
"The last time I saw it, a village was in flames and under siege."
"You haven't been back there since you were an infant, have you?"
"I have, but my last trip was during the war,"
"I don't remember hearing about a battle there,"
"That's because I ended it before it began.
I fought my way through a covertly dispatched division of Imperial commandos to reach my birth mother's grave so I could return one of her lightsabers to her resting place,"
"What monster stole it from there in the first place?"
"It was Cay."

Reading through some notes on her culture, alongside Luminara, Barriss's cheeks flushed as she almost fell off her chair, "Oh my,"
With a soft smile, Luminara asked, "Do you think Galen knows about this?"
"I don't think so, but how do I tell him?"
"Tell Galen what?" asked Obi-Wan as he appeared, and read over Offee's shoulder, "By ancient tradition and custom, Mirialans may only have sex with their consenting marital partner or betrothed,"
"Does that mean what I think it means?" asked Barriss.
"You and Galen are, by our people's ancient tradition, engaged?" replied Luminara, "indeed."
After taking a minute for it to sink in and calm down, Barriss nodded, "I'll prepare to leave for Concord Dawn, to tell him in person,"
"How do you know he's there right now?"
"I know he's essentially moved out of the temple, and resides on Concord Dawn to be with his people, and train his Mandalorian Knights.
I can also find his presence in the Force with ease as it's so powerful and unique,"
"True, but how will Ahsoka react to this, given her and Galen's relationship?"
"React to what?" asked Ahsoka as she appeared before almost dying of laughter as she was filled in.
"It's not funny, Ahsoka, and are you upset about this?" questioned Offee, her cheeks flushed.
"I told you I'm willing to share him, so chill, Barr,"
"That's a relief," sighed Offee.
"Barriss, you know I'll love both of you either way,"
Offee's eyes lit up, "And I love you too, 'Soka."

Several gunships and troop transports broke through anti-air defences, landed, and deployed legions of imposing silver battle droids, who looked more like armoured soldiers, and gold armoured, Force-sensitive, warriors of unknown origin.
The invading Force users wielded lightsaber lances, shields, lightsabers, and other weapons, as they engaged the Krath forces.
"Who dares attack the Brotherhood of the Sith?" demanded one of Exar's Generals, who was leading the counter-attack, before being confronted by two young human men with light skin, blue eyes, and shaved brown hair, wielding yellow lightsabers.
One of them wore distinct white armour with gold decorations, while the other wore the same design in black.

Disembarking her shuttle alongside Luminara, Petro and Obi-Wan, Barriss curtseyed to Mand'alor as he greeted them.
"Barr'ika, Lum'ika, Ba'vodu Obi, Pe'ika, to what do we owe the pleasure?" asked Galen, with Katooni and Omega by his side.
Luminara explained, "We've recently learnt, that in ancient Mirialan cultural tradition, it's forbidden to have sex with one who's not their marital partner or fiancé,"
"Oh, is that all?" replied Galen, "wait, what?"
The three younglings exchanged surprised looks.
"Long story short, you and Barriss are now betrothed because you slept together."
"I will commit to this and honour your traditions as though they were my own," assured Galen as he gazed into Offee's eyes, "and I will do my best to do right by you, Barr'ika.
Ni kar'tayl gar darasuum,"
"Thank you, Star," Barriss mused, "And I love you too, with all my heart."
Sensing the honesty in their former Padawans' words, Luminara and Obi-Wan smiled in approval and pride.
All too casually, Omega asked, "What happens if a Mirialan has you know what without consent, or against their will?"
"The tradition doesn't apply under those circumstances, as providing consent is sacred and essential in our beliefs and culture," answered Luminara, "and those who commit such crimes are dealt with most severely.
It's one of the few crimes punishable by the death penalty on Mirial."
"When Buir hunts down that kind of criminal, and knows they're guilty, he doesn't give them the option to be brought in alive.
Sometimes he sets HK-47 and HK-55 loose on them."
"Oh, I'm aware."
"Who's Barriss's father?" wondered Petro.
"She doesn't have one biologically, though if she did it would be Obi-Wan,"
Omega wondered, "You mean like how Uncle Ani has no father?"
"There have been cases extremely rare, but not unheard of, where the Force itself brings what are known as 'Children of the Force,' into the galaxy.
The prophecy which Ani's part of speaks of one such being."
"Are there any further details I should know about engagement in Mirialan culture?" wondered Galen.
"If one of the spouses is non-Mirialan, it's customary for the Mirialan to adopt parts of their partner's culture as well," informed Offee.
"Similarly, when a Mandalorian marries a non-Mandalorian, the latter is welcomed into Mandalorian society,"
"Lovely."
"What's going on, Gal'ika?" asked Jango as he and Boba approached.
As Offee took his hand, Galen gestured, "Barriss and I are engaged,"
Raising an eyebrow, Jango asked, "And you didn't consult me first?" before having the situation explained, "When I woke up, this wasn't what I was expecting,"
"Agreed," mused Luminara, "do you approve of this development in their relationship?"
"If they're happy and willing to go through with this, and love each other in that way, I approve,"
"Good."
Amused by the situation, Katooni, Petro, Boba and Omega quietly laughed before Jango turned to them.
Observing a box in Galen's hand, Luminara asked, "Did we interrupt something?"
Turning to his daughters as a black BD unit appeared on his shoulder, Galen opened a rectangular box, revealing two more BDs, one red, and one blue, "Kat'ika, Omega'ika, these are for you,"
"Thanks, Buir!" gratefully replied Omega as she took the red one, and Katooni as she took the blue one.
"Has Cordova started a trend?" chuckled Barriss, "he's the only other Jedi I've seen with a BD unit,"
"After our trip to Lothal, the girls wanted a cat.
After a lot of discussion, we compromised by getting a BD unit each,"
"Fair enough, and I hear they're becoming quite popular amongst the clone troopers undergoing trauma rehab,"
"They are, which makes sense since the 'BD,' stands for buddy droid,"
"Indeed, love."
"Barr'ika, if you're officially a Mandalorian now, you'll need your own armour," observed Jango.
"I'm not sure how to feel about that part, as I'm against Jedi dressing like warriors,"
"Maybe Mando-mithril would be more to your liking than the typical plated armour,"
Offee raised an eyebrow, "Mando-mithril?"
"A nickname for beskar chainmail, which is far lighter and flexible than plated armour.
Some of Galen's closest amongst the Jetii wear it with their robes."
"Ah, I suppose that wouldn't be so bad," mused Barriss, "will I need a helmet?"
"Ad'ika, there are two crucial reasons why we Mando'ade wear our armour and helmets; protection, and so we all look Mandalorian, however different we may be from one another,"
"I've always admired the Mandalorian sense of unity.
I'm also aware armour is decorated to reflect such things as values, personal achievements, causes, and clan insignias."
"Here's a detail you might not know yet, ad'ika.
Once upon a time, Mandalorian newlyweds personally forged armour for their non-mandalorian spouses, as a wedding gift.
And to show even from afar, a part of them will always be there to protect you.
One could say the stronger the armour, the stronger the love,"
"That's a quite lovely sentiment."
"That's so cool!" exclaimed Petro.

As they paid for some fruit, Ursa and Depa turned to see little Sabine and Caleb playing with a human boy, a year younger than Sabine, with tanned skin, blue eyes, and dark blue hair.
"Is that your daughter?" asked a nearby human woman, "she's adorable," then turned to Depa, "as is your son,"
Billaba returned, "Likewise,"
"Ezra's a very gifted child,"
"So is my Caleb, and little Sabine."
"What's your name, Ms?" asked Ursa, "I don't believe we've been introduced,"
The local woman began, "Mira Bri-"
Sensing a disturbance, Depa interjected, "Look out!"
As a small, damaged shuttle rapidly fell towards them, Sabine closed her eyes in fright, then opened her eyes to see Caleb and Ezra with their eyes closed and hands raised.
As the Force awoke within him, chibi Ezra, with Caleb's help, caught the vehicle mid-air, and set it down a few feet away, then Ezra passed out.
Cradling her child in her arms, Mira mused, "Good boy, Ezra,"
"Ez'ika cuyir a jate vod!" praised Sabine as she smiled at Ezra's sleeping form.
"That can either mean 'Little Ezra is a good mate,' or 'Little Ezra is a good brother,'." explained Ursa, as she noticed Mira's curious expression.
After evacuating the shuttle's crew, Depa asked, "Is everyone alright?"
"Thanks to our sons, it seems so," answered Mira.
Awakening, little Ezra smiled at the Padawan, reached out, and pointed to him, "Dume!"
Blinking in surprise, Caleb curiously looked at the five year old, causing Ezra and Sabine to laugh.
"Ezra's been saying that name in his sleep," informed Mira, "it's also the name of his white Loth-Wolf plush,"
Stroking her chin in thought, Depa speculated, "It's rare for a Force sensitive infant to see glimpses of their future.
Perhaps Ezra's seen something connecting him and something or someone named Dume."
"Pardon, but who am I speaking to?" asked Mira, "our introduction was cut short,"
With a small nod, Depa answered, "Master Depa Billaba of the Jedi Order," then gestured, "this is my son and Padawan, Caleb Dume."
"I'm Mira Bridger."
Caleb wondered, "How did we miss this kid when he's so strong with the Force?"
"The war left little time for seeking Force sensitives to become future Jedi.
And if we consult the Council, we may find Ezra's already been identified," elaborated Depa.
"And that I've already agreed to allow the Jedi to train Ezra here on Lothal." added Mira.

Appearing out of nowhere, a fleet of unknown battlecruisers obliterated the CIS blockade.
Exterior: Geonosis, surface, droid and weapons foundries.
Laying waste to everything in their path, the mystery army of battle droids and Force adepts annihilated the entire population of insignificant insects and their inferior clankers.
Fighting in sync, the unknown twins turned their attention to a nearby Jedi.
"Oh, bloody hell," sighed Jason Constantine as he fought his way through some of the invading forces, "who are you bastards supposed to be?"
Turning to the insolent fool, the twin in white strode towards him, yellow blade raised, "You dare disrespect me?"
"Apparently so, mate…" began Constantine who saw the look in their eyes, "oh, shit." before blocking just in time.
Approaching the twin in black, one of their warriors informed, "My Prince, the last of the insects are dead."
"Good riddance," replied the black-clad Prince who observed the Jedi Sentinel escaping in their ETA-2.
Ceasing his pursuit as the Jedi's starfighter flew away, the twin in white clenched a fist, and pressed their comlink, "Shoot down that ship!"

"Didn't get their names, they weren't much for words,"
"You're going to be out of action for a while, so get comfortable,"
"Kriff, this had to happen on date night,"
"We'll order takeout."

Taking great care and precision in the craft, Galen masterfully forged Mandalorian Mithril armour and a helmet before fashioning two beautiful kyber crystal rings.
When he was done, the Armourer inspected his handiwork, "Well done, my Lord.
Your betrothed shall be well protected,"
"I learnt smithing from you, and yet I still don't know your name,"
"This is the way,"
"If I had a credit for every time I heard you say that, I'd be richer than Count Dooku."
"Where did you acquire the mask of Mand'alor?"
"It was given to me by the spirit of Tarre Vizsla."
With a raised eyebrow behind her helmet, she asked, "What?"
"I see Jetii ghosts,"
"Indeed…"
"Not the explanation you were expecting?"
"No." confirmed the Armourer, "how is Katooni's training coming along?"
"She's doing very well, and I foresee she'll be a great Jetii Knight."
"I hope so, and you must be very proud."
"I am, like any parent would be,"
"As I am proud of you and all you have accomplished."
"You see me as a son?"
"Since the day you were first brought before me, yes.
I have been quite fond of you.
Did I not mention this?"
"No."
Later.
Interior: Concord Dawn, Mandalorian Knights enclave, quarters, evening.
Trying on her armour, which was a perfect fit, Barriss beamed, "Thank you, Star, I love it,"
"I'm glad," Galen mused before getting down on one knee, and revealing one of the rings as romantic music played.
"Oh!" gasped Offee whose cheeks flushed, "Star, it's beautiful,"
"Barriss, we've known each other for a lifetime, and faced times of peace and war together.
Ni kar'tayl gar darasuum, Barriss Offee.
Will you grant me the honour of marrying you?
Will you marry me?"
"Yes!" she answered, "of course I'll marry you," before he slipped the ring onto her finger, and vice versa, then she kissed him.
Standing in the doorway, Katooni and Omega mused, "Awww," causing Knight Offee and Master Marek's lips to part.
"C'mere, you two," chuckled Barriss before the four of them hugged.
"Should we start calling you our Mum?" asked Katooni, with a hint of mischief.
"If you feel I deserve that title, you may," diplomatically answered the Mirialan Jedi Knight, "I'll love and cherish you both either way,"
"Love you too." replied both younger girls.
After they changed into their pjs, Galen tucked his daughters into bed, "Would you like a story, Omega'ika, Kat'ika?"
"Yes, please, Buir," answered the young girls.
Galen read the short story, 'The man on the moon stayed up too late.' causing the girls to burst into laughter.
When he was finished, he tucked himself into his bed, next to Barriss, "Goodnight, my precious daughters. Goodnight, Barr'ika.
Sweet dreams."
"Goodnight, my love." replied Barriss as she gave him a quick kiss.
Later.
Exterior: Tatooine, Mos Pelgo, day.
As Exar Kun arrived to find several of his warriors dead, a lone gunslinger stepped forward to confront him.
The gunslinger wore a maroon shirt, green T-bar visored helmet, maroon beskar armour, a red scarf, brown jeans, a belt, a holster, a jetpack, and boots with spurs.
An HF-94 heavy blaster pistol hung on his belt whilst a KA74 blaster rifle rested in his hands.
Amused as the gunslinger raised his rifle, Kun asked, "Who dares take aim at Exar Kun?"
Unflinching, the gunslinger answered, "Marshal Cobb Vanth,"
"Stand aside, boy,"
"That ain't gonna happen, Sith."
Igniting his lightsaber, Exar stared down the Marshal, "Then you will die,"
"About that, see, I heard you'd be stopping by.
That's why I called some friends," replied Vanth before a Republic Venator passed overhead, and LAAT gunships deployed troops from the 212th and 41st.
Leaping out of their starfighters which passed overhead, and landing gracefully, Luminara, Petro, Siri, Quinlan, and Obi-Wan ignited their lightsabers.
"Are the Republic's forces spread so thinly that only four Jedi could come to face me?" taunted Exar, taking his Niman stance.
"Hello there, my name is Obi-Wan Kenobi," greeted Obi-Wan.
"Exar Kun doesn't care," hissed Exar.
"And does Exar Kun always talk in third person?" asked Petro, "because that's weird."
Taking a jar'kai Soresu stance as he looked Exar in the eyes, Obi-Wan quoted one of his favourite films, "You killed my father; prepare to die."
Exterior: Yavin IV, space.
Dropping out of hyperspace, Galen's fleet, alongside those of Generals Tano, Gallia, Plo and Skywalker attacked the Brotherhood's blockade.
Exterior: Yavin IV, Exar's temple.
As his fleet flew overhead, and deployed gunships, Galen, from his basilisk's cockpit, ordered, "Focus fire on the Dark Reaper.
Let's take it out before it can get airborne.
Ground troops, you have your orders.
And may the Force be with us."
Leading the ground assault and the 99th, Marshal Commander Fordo ordered, "Commander Wolffe, you and the 104th take the left flank, Commander Iden, you and the 107th take the right, Commander Appo, you and the 501st take the front.
Commander Rex, you and the 332nd take the back."
"Copy that." echoed the four Commanders.
"Commandos, go stealth mode, infiltrate the enemy base, and disable their communications and air defences.
Bacara, Neyo, target their artillery and weapons depots," ordered Asajj.
"Copy that, Commander." acknowledged several troops.
Exterior: Tatooine, Mos Pelgo.
"Petro, Vos, let's evacuate the civilians," advised Siri.
"Ma'am, that's already been done," assured Vanth, "And four against one, since I'm assuming the kid's staying out of it, seems like it'll hinder your efforts to take this son of a bitch down.
If you don't mind me saying, you could tag in and out when one of you gets tired,"
Vos nodded in agreement, "I'm cool with that,"
Tenderly kissing Obi's lips, Luminara whispered, "For luck, Ben." and stepped away.
Taking their respective stances, the Master of Soresu stared down the ancient Sith Lord.
Making the first move, Exar's blades became a whirlwind of crimson against the blue blades of his opponent.
Having been training against Proxy's Exar simulations, Kenobi had some idea of what he was up against.
With finesse and grace that would make Dooku proud, Master Obi-Wan blocked, deflected, countered, and parried the vicious assault of his ferocious opponent.
Guided by the Force, Obi-Wan became an instrument to play the light side's song, and its partner in the dance of battle.
His very movements were as much the Force's will as they were his own.
With him was not only the Force, but the faith and support of all of his allies, friends, and family, new and old.
Exar Kun was a blood eclipsed inferno and volcano in the Force, and Obi-Wan Kenobi was twin moons and bright starlight at twilight by a grand ocean.
Kun was fire whilst Kenobi was water.
An unstoppable force against an immovable object.
A hateful blade against love's shield.
Kun's cruelty, anger, and malice were matched by Kenobi's kindness, love, and compassion.
Their precision, skill and mastery over their respective Forms and their bladework were beyond magnificent to behold.
4 hours later.
Neither of them tired from their battle, Kenobi and Kun leapt back from each other, staring each other down.
"You cannot defeat me, Kenobi,"
"There are many ways to find victory,"
"You shall not live long enough to find one against me,"
"On the contrary, I shall defeat you," vowed Kenobi who whispered, "for Qui-Gon."
Conjuring Sith lightning, Exar unleashed it upon Kenobi who blocked it with his blades in an X shape, "You're nothing but a foolish old man!"
"From a certain point of view, but this old man still has a few tricks up his sleeves." replied Obi-Wan who sent the lightning back at Kun who dodged just in time.
Utilising a new variant of Soresu he'd created with Galen and Depa's help, Obi-Wan used Kun's own power against him as their duel resumed.
Noticing the subtle change in his adversary's fighting style, Exar snarled, "No mere Jedi will defeat me,"
"Then it's a good thing I'm The Master of Soresu,"
"None can match my skills!" boasted Kun as he and Obi-Wan engaged in a bladelock.
"Your overconfidence will be your undoing."
Distracted by the duel, Kun failed to notice the Padawan's hilt slowly floating towards him from behind, then the blue blade ignited, and struck across the Dark Lord's back, making him gasp in pain, but only increasing his anger.
His plan carefully calculated, taking into account every experience he had against saberstaff wielders, Obi-Wan leapt back, and assumed a familiar Ataru stance with only one of his lightsabers.
Taking the bait, Exar impulsively advanced towards Kenobi who, using his new Soresu-Vaapad, for lack of better name, in a flash, blocked left, then right, then cut through his opponent's hilt, and several fingers in the process, then across the chest of the menace that was Exar Kun.
As the pieces of his broken weapon fell from his hands while his arms dropped to his sides, Kun was infuriated by the inconceivable victory of his opponent whose blade impaled the Sith Lord's heart.
"It is over, Exar Kun, you have lost," declared the Master of Soresu.
Coughing up blood as he fell to his knees and Kenobi extinguished his blade, Exar snarled, "Impossible, I cannot be beaten!
I am Exar Kun: Dark Lord of the Sith,"
In a last ditch effort to kill Obi-Wan who'd turned away, Kun, with his last breaths, drew a hidden knife, and moved to stab the Jedi Master in the back when several blaster bolts finished him off.
As Cody and Cobb lowered their blaster rifles, the former removed his helmet, "As always, I've got your back, General Obi-Wan."
"Good man, Cody," thanked Kenobi as he shook his comrade's hand, "you honour me with your loyalty, and I hope to honour you with mine in return.
You are not just my right-hand man in the 212th.
You are my friend, and my brother," then brought Cody into a small hug.
With the smuggest look possible, Quinlan turned to Luminara, and teasingly whispered, "Go get him before Cody steals your man," before she elbowed him in the ribs.
Then Luminara strode over to her beloved Obi-Wan, wrapped her arms around him, and kissed him whilst he kissed back.
