Okay, so…this story idea came to me earlier this week and I want to try and get it out. This is as slight AU which will be explained in this chapter. Rated for language, lemons, mentions of abuse, possible mentions of PTSD, and a few other odds and ends. Enjoy the first chapter.
Izuku laughed as he ran down the hall, "Mom, mom!" Inko hummed as she looked down at her son, "Let's go!"
"Go? Go where, sweetie?"
"To see what my Quirk is!" Inko gave a small frown as Izuku began jumping up and down, "Auntie said Kitsumi took her to see what her Quirk was yesterday, and I want to know if I'm going to have one!"
"Izuku, sweetie…I have to tell you something," Izuku stopped and looked at his mother in confusion, "Do you know why there are only female heroes in the world?" Izuku hummed and shook his head, "It's because…men in this world…they don't have Quirks," Izuku's eyes widened as he felt his chest tighten, "I…I'm sorry sweetie…but if it'll make you feel a little bit better, we can go to the doctor's, but please don't be disappointed," Izuku slowly nodded and Inko frowned as she took her son by the hand and the two of them walked out of the apartment together.

A doctor sat across from Izuku and his mother before looking at Inko and hissing through her teeth, "Are you insane? You know he can't have a Quirk, so why are you wasting your time and why are you wasting mine?"
"Please…just check him…I've already shattered his hope, I don't want him to be disappointed again and tell him we have to leave without you checking him first," the doctor let out a sigh of frustration before leaning closer to the saddened green-haired boy.
Taking a deep breath, the doctor shook her head, 'Poor kid…he's got a lifetime of disappointment ahead of him, but I might as well play along, if only for his own amusement for once,' placing her index finger and middle finger on Izuku's forehead and fell back against the opposite wall with a force, surprising herself and Inko.
Inko's eyes widened as she stood up, "Are you alright?" she walked over to the doctor and helped her up as Izuku stared at them in confusion, "I'm so sorry, I'm sure that-"
"It was just an aftershock…I've been checking Quirks all day," the doctor dusted herself off, "Now…let's try this again," she walked over to Izuku and again, she placed her index finger and middle finger on his forehead before falling back against the wall with a force again.
Straightened herself up, both Inko and the doctor looked at Izuku as Izuku looked at them in confusion and tilted his head to the side, "This can't be…this is…unheard of," Inko hummed in confusion, "But to be absolutely sure…we'll do a few more tests," she looked over at Inko, "I'll like to take a few x-rays of your son's foot and a blood sample," Inko nodded as the doctor walked over to Izuku and led him into the back room, leaving Inko in a state of shock.

The door soon opened and Izuku walked up to his mother and sat next to her as the stunned doctor stepped into the room, shaking her head, "I…I don't believe this, but Ms. Midoriya…it appears that your son…has a Quirk," Inko's eyes widened as Izuku looked up with a look of surprise crossing his face, "You'll have to wait until it starts to manifest to fully understand it, but…I advise you to try and keep this to yourselves until you believe it's an appropriate time to tell his classmates about this,"
"Yes, of course," Inko smiled as she stood up, "Thank you so much, doctor," she looked at her son and extended her hand out, "Let's go sweetie," Izuku nodded, taking his mother's hand before the two of them left.
Hearing the latch catch, the doctor sighed as she sat down, "A boy with a Quirk…I better get ahold of her to tell her about this," she stood up, turned and walked into the back room again, closing the door behind her.

Inko drove down the street as Izuku smiled at stared out the window, "I got a Quirk, mom!" he looked back at his mother and Inko smiled as she nodded, "Can you believe it, mom?"
"I heard, sweetie, and I'm proud of you," Inko sighed, 'I can't believe it…my son, the first boy born with a Quirk…I knew he was going to be a special one,' she looked down at Izuku for a brief second before speaking, "But remember what the doctor said. You shouldn't tell your little friends about your Quirk until later, okay?" Izuku hummed and nodded before he looked out the window again.

The two stepped into the apartment and Izuku raced across the room and down the hall as Inko closed the door and locked it behind her. She sighed as she shook her head, "Now I hope he listens and keeps his Quirk a secret until later in life…I don't want anyone harassing my baby boy," she turned and walked into the living room before sitting down.

Izuku slept in his bed, tossing and turning before his eyes shot open. Looking around, he saw fog surrounding him, "W-what's going on?" spotting a tall figure with long hair approaching him, his eyes widened as he stepped back, "G-get away…I have a Quirk!" the figure stopped and Izuku shook as he felt a pair of eyes focus on him, "Who are you…what do you want?" the figure stared at him and Izuku frowned, "Who are you!"
"We will meet again, boy," the figure spoke before vanishing back into the fog.
Izuku sat up and panted as he looked around his dark room. Inhaling slowly, he laid back down and closed his eyes, falling into an uneasy slumber.
Okay, this first chapter is…might be…a bit confusing? I don't know, but enjoy.
