~Titan Tower~
"Got the initial settings down." Cyborg's hands are holding his hips. "Now, we shouldn't get any surprises coming from any enemies now."
"That's great Cyborg." Robin is standing next to Cyborg on the roof. "So, um, what did you do anyways?"
"Well, as you know, Atlas sort of blasted their way through the window..." Cyborg pushes a button. A number of cannons are released from the side of the tower. "Once the target gets close to the building...BOOM!" Cyborg smiles.
"Great." Robin looks at the cannons. "But what if they do get through the cannons? Atlas wasn't an easy guy to subdue you know."
"Not to worry. If they do somehow get past those cannons..." Cyborg points to the side of the building. Cyborg presses a button. A huge amount of electricity engulfs the exterior of the tower. "They will be pretty well done before they can get inside."
"But what about defenseless birds? I don't exactly want the ASPCA to get on our case."
"Yeah. Which is why I have these sensors all over the exterior of the building." Cyborg points to a number of cameras in hidden nooks and crannies. "The program I installed checks to see if the object is armed and whether or not it is attacking."
"That's nice. But...what will prevent it from attacking us?" Robin takes out one of his disc. "I'm not exactly unarmed you know."
"Thought of that too." Cyborg crosses his arms. "First, I've programmed the sensors to identify us. That way, good ole Cy won't be burnt to a crisp every time I ever decided to climb on the side of the tower. I don't know why I would, but I did think of that possibility."
Robin nods. "Good. But what happens when our honorary or even future potential Titans decide to pay us a visit? Having them burnt to a crisp is not a great way to greet them."
Cyborg looks at the front door at the bottom. "Yeah. Well, in theory, they would try the front door." Cyborg looks back up. He waves his hands in front of him. "All this here is just in case they decide to break-in from above. If they are at the door, they can just knock. If they break-in through the door though, hehehe, BOOM!" Cyborg smiles.
Robin smiles, though internally, he is worried. 'How would Blackfire get through all this?' Robin looks at Cyborg. "So, have you worked out all the bugs yet?"
"Yeah, about that..." Cyborg scratches his head.
Beast Boy is in his bird form and is flying close to the tower. A wave of electricity engulfs him. "AAAAGGGGGGHHHH!" Beast Boy falls.
Robin and Cyborg look down the tower to see where Beast Boy has fallen.
"Hehehe." Cyborg scratches the back of his head. "I guess I still have some more work to do."
Robin pats Cyborg on the back. "You do that. Right now, I think I'll scan the city."
~Anterian Ship~
"You are a fool Shalton!" John Stewart, Green Lantern belonging to the Justice League, chides Shalton through the communication videoscreen. "Your father isn't even dead yet, but you are running things as if you are already king!"
"Please. Don't speak ill about my father for he is on his deathbed." Prince Shalton keeps a stern face, even though he is very annoyed. 'Green Lantern Corp is even here. Why can't I get away from these meddling fools!'
"Speak ill?" John narrows his eyes even more. "You are DEFYING the very treaty your father signed. I'm not the one shaming him here!"
Shalton narrows his eyes. He crosses his arms. "My father, as much as I love him, could not see the true glory of our people! We deserve a great empire that this useless treaty denies us. When it comes to MY coronation when I'm become king, I will show them an empire worthy of all Anteria!"
John frowns deepen. "You will only hurt the very people you say you care with your 'rebellious' child crap."
Shalton closes his fist. "HOW DARE YOU TALK ILL ABOUT ME!"
John shakes his head. "Typical." John thinks a bit. "Which reminds me, Earth is awfully far from your 'grandiose' empire." John looks at him questionably. "And certainly not a world that would be all that interesting to your ego. Why are you here?"
Shalton sits back. "Every king needs a queen. I'm here to pick up a Tamaranian."
"Starfire?" John nods his head. "So, since your forces obviously couldn't penetrate Tamaran defenses, you decided to get the weakest link in order to feed your ego."
"Starfire is here too?" Shalton rubs his chin. 'This keeps getting better and better.' "Not exactly the Tamaranian I was looking for, but now that you mention it, that sounds like a great plan." Shalton rolls his eyes. "But I'm through talking to you!" The screen goes blank.
~Justice League Station~
'Wait, if he wasn't here for Starfire...then who?' John eyes widen a little. 'Either way, the Teen Titans needs to know about this.' John turns to Hawkgirl. "Hawkgirl, I want you to contact Batman. He can get a hold of the Teen Titans."
~Titan Tower~
Robin returns to the tower. 'Blackfire, where are you?' Robin plops himself on the couch.
"Robin!" Starfire comes in. Starfire looks at Robin, who is lying on the couch. "Robin?"
Robin looks up. "Hi Star." Then he returns to a laying position.
"Um. So..." Starfire looks at her feet. "Want to watch a movie with me?"
Robin looks at her. "Um. Maybe later. Right now, I want to rest."
Starfire beams. "Yes. Later might be a good time!" Starfire flies off.
'I like you Starfire, but I...' Robin's thoughts are interrupted by entranced of someone.
"Well, I certainly love the upgrades you added to the system. But they were still no match for me." Blackfire smiles as she walks towards the couch.
Robin's eyes widen. Robin jumps over the couch and takes his retractable Bo Staff out. "Blackfire!"
"Hi Robin!" Blackfire winks at him.
Cyborg, Raven, Beast Boy, and Starfire rush into the living room.
Beast Boy changes into a ram. He lowers his head ready to 'ram' Blackfire if need be.
"What are you doing here?" Robin tires to sound angry, although deep down inside, he is glad to see her.
"I'm just here to take care of some business." Blackfire crosses her arms when Starfire rushes her.
"Sister! I am gladdened to see you!" Starfire gives Blackfire a suffocating hug.
Blackfire's expression shows disgust. Blackfire pushes Starfire off. "Get OFF me sister! Don't think I have forgottened!"
Starfire saddens. "I guess you did not turn good."
"Me reform? Ha!" Blackfire gives an arrogant smile towards the group.
"Well, there goes the reform idea." Cyborg points his sonic cannon at Blackfire.
"So, here to cause more problems Blackfire?" Robin raises an eyebrow.
'Still playing along huh Robin. Okay, so will I.' Blackfire raises her arms. "Hey, if I came her to cause trouble, I wouldn't walk through the front door, so to speak."
Robin looks at Blackfire. 'Good girl.' "So, if you are not here to cause trouble, then what are you here for?"
"First though, how did you break out?" Cyborg leans closer to Blackfire, while pointing his cannon at Blackfire. Blackfire takes a step back.
"Well, I passed through your security system just fine. The Centarians wouldn't have been a problem either." Blackfire smirks.
"Wouldn't?" Raven noting Blackfire's use of the word.
"It wouldn't if it wasn't for the Anterians..." Blackfire lowers her voice a little.
'Guess I should assert some...justice into this.' "So, you DID have help breaking out!" Robin elongates his Bo Staff and nearly hits Blackfire with it.
Blackfire leans back to avoid being it. "Whoa there lov...flyboy." Blackfire mentally chides herself for almost revealing their little secret. "The Anterians came and did everything for me."
Beast Boy turns into his human form. "Anterians?"
Starfire's eyes widen. "Oh no!"
Beast Boy turns to Starfire. "What are the Anterians?"
Starfire looks at Beast Boy. "They are an alien race that goes back many cycles ago." (AN: I do not know what Starfire's time system is like. So, until then, I will use the not so earthlike cycles). Starfire pauses. "They have been trying to build a vast empire. They conquered many worlds around them. The many wars stopped in a recent deal brokered by the Green Lantern Corp and King Tero." Starfire looks at Blackfire. "They shouldn't have attacked Centari! It is against the treaty!"
"Well apparently Prince Shalton didn't care about that treaty. Being the spoiled brat he is." Blackfire smirks.
Starfire gasp. "Does that mean that King Taro is dead?"
"Not quite from what I could gather." Blackfire thinks back. "Apparently the king is on his deathbed. But little Princy didn't want to wait to rule."
"Bastard." Cyborg thinks out loud.
Starfire is in near tears. "All those innocent beings he killed!"
"Yeah. Which reminds me." Blackfire gives Robin a Centari moon crystal. "You can have this. Don't worry, there won't be any more Centarians coming around since...they are all dead. BAHAHAHAHA!"
Starfire, Cyborg, Beast Boy, and Raven narrow their eyes towards Blackfire.
'I can't believe my sister is so evil.' Starfire frowns.
'You are not going to make this easy on me are you Blackfire?' Robin narrows his eyes. "Okay, that explains your escape. Now, why are you here in the first place."
Blackfire calms down. "Well, um, you see, remember those Anterians?" Blackfire gets more nervous. "Well, you see, um...three of their ships are coming here." Blackfire looks away for a second.
"WHAT?" Cyborg, Beast Boy, Robin, Raven, and Starfire say in unison.
"Why would they want to come here?" Cyborg asks Starfire and Blackfire.
"Well, it's quite obvious that the Princess of Tamaran is here. So, I assume..." Blackfire's voice drops as she realizes what she is implying.
Robin gets closer to Blackfire. 'Better I do it then Cyborg or Raven.' "Are you certain you do not work for them? Sounds like an awfully good plan to, what were your words, 'get even' with Starfire?"
"I had nothing to do with them I swear!" Blackfire backs off. "Besides, it isn't exactly a secret that she is here you know."
Robin nods.
~Anterian Ship~
"Jureo?" Shalton turns to his obedient servant. "Did you happen to find out anything on why Blackfire of Tamaran would go to Earth?"
"Yeah. It seems that her sister is there too. The heir to the thrown of Tamaran, Starfire." Jureo looks nervously at Prince Shalton.
"You seem to have forgotten that wonderful bit of information Jureo." Prince Shalton narrows his eyes towards Jureo.
Jureo shakes in fear. "I'm sorry sire. It will never happen again!"
"Jureo, do not worry yourself." Prince Shalton gives a slight smile. "It does mean that our plans have changed slightly. Changed for the better! We can accomplish two things at once!" Shalton gives a devious smile. "Since we need to keep this 'Justice League' busy in space," Prince Shalton spitting out the words 'Justice League', "we need a small tactical team to the surface. Bring me back my bride AND the other princess! This is getting better and better."
"As you wish Prince." Jureo turns around ready to give the command.
"Jureo?" Prince Shalton stopping Jureo.
"Yes sire?" Jureo turns to Prince Shalton.
"Please, call me King Shalton." Shalton smirks.
"But sire, you are..." Shalton interrupts Jureo.
"I know. But I will be soon. Might as well get that out of the way." Prince Shalton gives a devious smile to Jureo.
"As you wish, King Shalton." Jureo bows his head.
~Titan Tower~
"He seems to be sending a pretty significant force. Three ships for a planet this primitive." Blackfire comments.
"Apparently they heard about the butt kicking force that is the Justice League." Beast Boy is punching air to show his appreciation.
"Even so, three ships is still a significant force. Not to mention the unusual fact that the Prince himself is coming." Blackfire's eyes look down thinking about something.
"The Prince is coming?" Robin blinks. "How would you know?"
"His special ship is leading the little force that is coming here. The only one of its kind of the Anterian fleet if I remember from all those boring military classes I had to take." Blackfire frowns.
"So the prince himself is coming?" Cyborg frowns. "Doesn't matter. Superman and the other members of the Justice League would just have to kick his prissy little butt back to wherever he came from."
"Maybe. But just in case...I propose an alliance." Blackfire looks at the group.
Raven looks at Blackfire. "An alliance? What do you mean?"
"Well, it's obvious who they want." Blackfire looks Starfire. Starfire looks away a bit. "But I'm certain when he finds out about me, I'd also be icing on the cake. Since I don't want to be some stupid pawn in this game, we should work together in the meantime. Just in case they were to get close...you're going to need all the help you can get against them." 'Besides, it would be no fun screwing with Starfire if that Shalton jerk gets her first.'
"And after all this is over...I assume we would be enemies again?" Robin looks at Blackfire. 'Not us though.'
"Probably." Blackfire smirks. 'Not us of course, loverboy.'
Robin turns to the group. The group forms a huddle. "So what do you think? If she does try anything fishy, I'm certain we can foil whatever she plans."
Cyborg nods. "Not to mention," Cyborg looks at Starfire, "She would be a welcome ally just in case these Anterians do get close." Cyborg looks at the window. "I didn't exactly design this tower's security system to fight an alien battleship."
Raven nods. "However, I have a feeling that she probably doesn't want Starfire safe for Starfire's sake. She did try to have her imprisoned in place of her you know."
Starfire frowns. "I wish not to think that. But that could be true."
Beast Boy nods. "Yeah, she was a cool person too. Until that trying to get Starfire imprisoned thingy."
Robin nods. "This is why we need to keep a close eye on her." 'I'm certain I will.' "But, again, if these Anterians do get close, we need all the allies we can get."
"True. Anterians are one of the universes most brutal races...before the treaty." Starfire adds. "Help from my sister will be beneficial." Starfires eyes brighten a little. "Maybe it could help patch things up too?"
"I wouldn't get my hopes up for that Star." Robin looks at Starfire. "But, wouldn't hurt either." Robin thinks about it a little bit. "Also, if she were to try something fishy, why not have her stay here?"
Raven looks at Robin. "Stay here?" 'What would be his reasoning now?'
Robin turns to Raven. "Look, if she goes off into parts unknown, we wouldn't be able to keep track of her 24-7. With her here, chances are, we would be able to stop her." Robin pauses before continuing. "Also, with her here, she can come to our aid quicker then if she is on the other side of the city. Times like this, it would be a good idea to have her close by."
Cyborg thinks a bit. "Sounds good to me."
Starfire thinks. 'Maybe I can change my sister with her being here.' "That proposal is acceptable."
Beast Boy thinks. "Yeah. That could be a good thing."
Raven thinks. 'Some thing is up with this. But I can't argue that his reasoning is sound.' "Agreed."
Cyborg nods. "So, is it agreed?"
Everyone nods. "Agreed."
Robin turns to Blackfire. "Okay, we will accept your help. As LONG as you do NOT hurt Starfire."
"Why Robin, I would NEVER think of doing that." Blackfire gives a devious smile.
"Even so, lay one finger on her..." Robin gets his face real close to Blackfire. "It will not be good for you."
'Ooooooo. Wonder what Robin has in mind? Hehehe.' Blackfire smirks. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. No hurt Starfire. Got it."
"Now, we want you to stay here during this crisis." Robin smirks. "Just so we know you would be easily available in our time of need."
"Great! So, where am I staying?" Blackfire smiles.
Everyone points to the couch. "There!" Starfire, Robin, Beast Boy, Cyborg, and Raven say in unison.
"Oh..." Blackfire gives a nervous giggle. "I guess that's the best I could expect."
Robin nods.
-Later that night...
Robin hears a knock at the door. "Who is it?"
Blackfire responds on the other side. "I want to talk to you Robin."
Robin smirks. "Come in."
Blackfire opens the door. Blackfire closes the door behind her. "I want to speak about certain matters." Blackfire closes in on Robin. "Well, maybe I should just show you." Blackfire kisses Robin.
After a few seconds, Robin breaks the kiss. "I was so glad to see you. Though I wasn't so sure at first..."
"Yeah, well, things sort of came up." Blackfire smirks.
Robin is holding Blackfire. "By the way, I got a call from Batman. He warned me about Prince Shalton and the Anterians. However, according to him, this Prince Shalton didn't know about Starfire at first. Which means..."
"He wants me? Hmph." Blackfire expression changes to disgust. "Either he wants me as some guinea pig in a experiment. Guinea pig, is the animal that they experiment on in this world?" Robin nods to Blackfire's question. "Either that, or he wants me as a princess. Though since I'm not 'officially' a princess, it won't help him get Tamaran."
"Why's that?" Robin looks at Blackfire questionably. "Aren't you a Princess of Tamaran too? You are Starfire's sister."
"Oh yeah. I haven't told you." Blackfire gives a short history of her past to Robin. "So, my sister becomes Princess, and me...banished from my own planet." Blackfire narrows her eyes.
"I'm beginning to see why you and Starfire aren't exactly friends." Robin frowns.
"Yeah well, that's my story." Blackfire frowns. She decides to change the subject, "Now, back to Prince Shalton, if he wants me as princess, I can't blame him for wanting me. Who wouldn't want this babe?" Blackfire winks at Robin. "Too bad for him, I found someone better." Blackfire smiles at Robin. Blackfire looks at the bed, a devious smile forms on her face. "So, Robin..." Blackfire gives a seductive smile to Robin. "How about here?"
Robin blinks. "Blackfire, no. The others might..."
"Oh, I wouldn't worry about them. I promise to be quite." Blackfire leads Robin to the bed. Blackfire gives Robin another kiss. "Come on! I've been waiting for this for months. How is a little fucking going to hurt?"
"Blackfire..." Robin is interrupted by a knock on the door.
"Robin?" Starfire ask on the otherside of the door.
'Stupid sister! Why NOW?' Blackfire thinks in disgust.
"What do you want Star?" Robin gets up from his position. He opens the door.
Blackfire's narrow her eyes.
"I just, want to talk to you. Remember that movie..." Starfire looks into the room and sees Blackfire. A ping of jealously hits Starfire. 'Why am I jealous. I have nothing to worry about. Robin feels nothing for her. Right?'
~Outside Titan Tower~
A small boarding ship is above the tower. "There it is." The commander, in full body armor looks at the building. "Remember, get in, and get out. Now..."
A number of gun turrents are exposed. They fire at the ship.
"Damn! Prepare for full breach!" The ship fires back. From the side, the soldiers fire a number of weapons at the tower.
~Robin's Room~
A number of lights flash. A siren is sound. "Intruder alert." A computerized voice speaks.
Robin, Blackfire, and Starfire look around.
"Anterians." Blackfire comments.
~Outside Titan Tower~
Half of the cannons have been destroyed. "Go, go, go!" A number of soldiers dropped.
"Agggghhhhhh!" The soldiers are hit by a wave of electricity.
"Damn it!" The commander is now really annoyed. "Disable the security system with everything you got."
The ship fires a missile. The missile disables all electronic devices on the exterior of the tower.
~Main Room~
Cyborg prepares with his sonic cannon. "Get ready Titans!"
The window in front of him shatters. A number of soldiers' come through and begin firing at Cyborg and the other Titans.
"Azerath, Metrion, Zinthos!" Raven uses her power to pick up a number of items and throw it towards the soldiers.
A few soldiers rolled out of the way and fired back at Raven.
Beast Boy changes into a ram and rams one of the soldiers out of the window. A soldier next to him fires gun at Beast Boy. Beast Boy dodges the attack, and gets behind the couch.
Cyborg fires his sonic cannon at a number of soldiers. The soldiers dodge his attacks. Cyborg ducks behind a number of tables as the soldiers fire back.
Starfire comes in and blast a number of starbolts at another soldier. This soldier collapses.
"There's the princess, get her!" A soldier gets a gun and fires a web that ensnares Starfire.
"Eek!" Starfire collapses on the ground.
A soldier rushes Starfire. Before he could get there, Robin sends a disc that blast him away from Starfire.
Another soldier fires his weapon at Robin from a distance. Blackfire uses her eye lasers on him. He falls off the tower.
A bunch of equipment thanks to Raven hits a number of other soldiers. These soldiers collapse to the ground.
Blackfire fires a number of starbolts at another set of soldiers. The first soldier dodges the attack. The second soldier is hit by Blackfire's starbolts.
Robin throws a disc at a soldier. The explosion knocks the solider unconscious.
Beast Boy is hit by a soldier's gun. This makes Beast Boy really angry. He changes into a gorilla, grabs the soldier, and swings him around. He lets go sending the soldier flying at a group of soldiers standing next to the window. The group of soldiers falls off the tower.
A soldier gets behind Robin. Robin takes out his Bo Staff and elongates it. He spins around and knocks the gun away from the soldier. Robin bashes the soldier until he is unconscious.
Cyborg beats another soldier who falls unconscious. "Well, that's the last of them."
Robin crosses his arms and smirks. 'Survived the first attack. But I'm certain this Shalton guy won't stop now.'
Behind Robin, another soldier gets up. He aims his gun at Robin.
Robin, sensing the soldier, grabs a disc and is about to throw it, when an explosion hits the soldier from behind.
The soldier falls forward.
Robin blinks. 'What was that?' Robin's question is soon answered.
"Need any help in there?" A man in the shadows waves his hand.
Robin smirks. "Its good to see, Speedy."

Hmmmm. This is the longest chapter in the story so far. Might even be longer if I expanded the fight scene a little. The only reason why it isn't longer...well, its late here, and I wanted to finish this chapter by tonight. I might go back and expand it.
As for what this one is longest? Well, I wanted to introduce Speedy into this story! But I wanted him to be added after the fight scene. Which required a lot of build up with Blackfire becoming a temporary ally to the Titans. As for the Justice League...well, I did say they will not be a major part of the story, and they still aren't. But, their part did expand a little then what I originally intended. After all, I figured the first people to talk to Prince Shalton, it would be the Justice League. In this case, I had him talk to John Stewart, the Green Lantern guy given the history of the Anterians with the Green Lantern.
Also, if anyone doesn't know, ASPCA stands for The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
And things are certainly heating up on two fronts (violence with the Anterians, and Robin/Blackfire's relatively steamy relationship). I said it could be R rated. In the next few chapters, it could very well be just that.
I have proofread and revised this chapter. I expanded on certain scenes that I felt needed to be expanded, especially the fight scene.
As for my Two Birds and a Burning Sun fic...this fic is currently on hold. Not that I don't have the idea for the next chapter...its just that, I want to wait for the next new episode of Teen Titans before continuing. Could help me flesh out Terra more if the episode description of the next new episode is any indication.

John frowns deepen. "You will only hurt the very people you say you care with your 'rebellious' child crap."
Shalton closes his fist. "HOW DARE YOU TALK ILL ABOUT ME!"
John shakes his head. "Typical." John thinks a bit. "Which reminds me, Earth is awfully far from your 'grandiose' empire." John looks at him questionably. "And certainly not a world that would be all that interesting to your ego. Why are you here?"
Shalton sits back. "Every king needs a queen. I'm here to pick up a Tamaranian."
"Starfire?" John nods his head. "So, since your forces obviously couldn't penetrate Tamaran defenses, you decided to get the weakest link in order to feed your ego."
"Starfire is here too?" Shalton rubs his chin. 'This keeps getting better and better.' "Not exactly the Tamaranian I was looking for, but now that you mention it, that sounds like a great plan." Shalton rolls his eyes. "But I'm through talking to you!" The screen goes blank.
~Justice League Station~
'Wait, if he wasn't here for Starfire...then who?' John eyes widen a little. 'Either way, the Teen Titans needs to know about this.' John turns to Hawkgirl. "Hawkgirl, I want you to contact Batman. He can get a hold of the Teen Titans."
~Titan Tower~
Robin returns to the tower. 'Blackfire, where are you?' Robin plops himself on the couch.
"Robin!" Starfire comes in. Starfire looks at Robin, who is lying on the couch. "Robin?"
Robin looks up. "Hi Star." Then he returns to a laying position.
"Um. So..." Starfire looks at her feet. "Want to watch a movie with me?"
Robin looks at her. "Um. Maybe later. Right now, I want to rest."
Starfire beams. "Yes. Later might be a good time!" Starfire flies off.
'I like you Starfire, but I...' Robin's thoughts are interrupted by entranced of someone.
"Well, I certainly love the upgrades you added to the system. But they were still no match for me." Blackfire smiles as she walks towards the couch.
Robin's eyes widen. Robin jumps over the couch and takes his retractable Bo Staff out. "Blackfire!"
"Hi Robin!" Blackfire winks at him.
Cyborg, Raven, Beast Boy, and Starfire rush into the living room.
Beast Boy changes into a ram. He lowers his head ready to 'ram' Blackfire if need be.
"What are you doing here?" Robin tires to sound angry, although deep down inside, he is glad to see her.
"I'm just here to take care of some business." Blackfire crosses her arms when Starfire rushes her.
"Sister! I am gladdened to see you!" Starfire gives Blackfire a suffocating hug.
Blackfire's expression shows disgust. Blackfire pushes Starfire off. "Get OFF me sister! Don't think I have forgottened!"
Starfire saddens. "I guess you did not turn good."
"Me reform? Ha!" Blackfire gives an arrogant smile towards the group.
"Well, there goes the reform idea." Cyborg points his sonic cannon at Blackfire.
"So, here to cause more problems Blackfire?" Robin raises an eyebrow.
'Still playing along huh Robin. Okay, so will I.' Blackfire raises her arms. "Hey, if I came her to cause trouble, I wouldn't walk through the front door, so to speak."
Robin looks at Blackfire. 'Good girl.' "So, if you are not here to cause trouble, then what are you here for?"
"First though, how did you break out?" Cyborg leans closer to Blackfire, while pointing his cannon at Blackfire. Blackfire takes a step back.
"Well, I passed through your security system just fine. The Centarians wouldn't have been a problem either." Blackfire smirks.
"Wouldn't?" Raven noting Blackfire's use of the word.
"It wouldn't if it wasn't for the Anterians..." Blackfire lowers her voice a little.
'Guess I should assert some...justice into this.' "So, you DID have help breaking out!" Robin elongates his Bo Staff and nearly hits Blackfire with it.
Blackfire leans back to avoid being it. "Whoa there lov...flyboy." Blackfire mentally chides herself for almost revealing their little secret. "The Anterians came and did everything for me."
Beast Boy turns into his human form. "Anterians?"
Starfire's eyes widen. "Oh no!"
Beast Boy turns to Starfire. "What are the Anterians?"
Starfire looks at Beast Boy. "They are an alien race that goes back many cycles ago." (AN: I do not know what Starfire's time system is like. So, until then, I will use the not so earthlike cycles). Starfire pauses. "They have been trying to build a vast empire. They conquered many worlds around them. The many wars stopped in a recent deal brokered by the Green Lantern Corp and King Tero." Starfire looks at Blackfire. "They shouldn't have attacked Centari! It is against the treaty!"
"Well apparently Prince Shalton didn't care about that treaty. Being the spoiled brat he is." Blackfire smirks.
Starfire gasp. "Does that mean that King Taro is dead?"
"Not quite from what I could gather." Blackfire thinks back. "Apparently the king is on his deathbed. But little Princy didn't want to wait to rule."
"Bastard." Cyborg thinks out loud.
Starfire is in near tears. "All those innocent beings he killed!"
"Yeah. Which reminds me." Blackfire gives Robin a Centari moon crystal. "You can have this. Don't worry, there won't be any more Centarians coming around since...they are all dead. BAHAHAHAHA!"
Starfire, Cyborg, Beast Boy, and Raven narrow their eyes towards Blackfire.
'I can't believe my sister is so evil.' Starfire frowns.
'You are not going to make this easy on me are you Blackfire?' Robin narrows his eyes. "Okay, that explains your escape. Now, why are you here in the first place."
Blackfire calms down. "Well, um, you see, remember those Anterians?" Blackfire gets more nervous. "Well, you see, um...three of their ships are coming here." Blackfire looks away for a second.
"WHAT?" Cyborg, Beast Boy, Robin, Raven, and Starfire say in unison.
"Why would they want to come here?" Cyborg asks Starfire and Blackfire.
"Well, it's quite obvious that the Princess of Tamaran is here. So, I assume..." Blackfire's voice drops as she realizes what she is implying.
Robin gets closer to Blackfire. 'Better I do it then Cyborg or Raven.' "Are you certain you do not work for them? Sounds like an awfully good plan to, what were your words, 'get even' with Starfire?"
"I had nothing to do with them I swear!" Blackfire backs off. "Besides, it isn't exactly a secret that she is here you know."
Robin nods.
~Anterian Ship~
"Jureo?" Shalton turns to his obedient servant. "Did you happen to find out anything on why Blackfire of Tamaran would go to Earth?"
"Yeah. It seems that her sister is there too. The heir to the thrown of Tamaran, Starfire." Jureo looks nervously at Prince Shalton.
"You seem to have forgotten that wonderful bit of information Jureo." Prince Shalton narrows his eyes towards Jureo.
Jureo shakes in fear. "I'm sorry sire. It will never happen again!"
"Jureo, do not worry yourself." Prince Shalton gives a slight smile. "It does mean that our plans have changed slightly. Changed for the better! We can accomplish two things at once!" Shalton gives a devious smile. "Since we need to keep this 'Justice League' busy in space," Prince Shalton spitting out the words 'Justice League', "we need a small tactical team to the surface. Bring me back my bride AND the other princess! This is getting better and better."
"As you wish Prince." Jureo turns around ready to give the command.
"Jureo?" Prince Shalton stopping Jureo.
"Yes sire?" Jureo turns to Prince Shalton.
"Please, call me King Shalton." Shalton smirks.
"But sire, you are..." Shalton interrupts Jureo.
"I know. But I will be soon. Might as well get that out of the way." Prince Shalton gives a devious smile to Jureo.
"As you wish, King Shalton." Jureo bows his head.
~Titan Tower~
"He seems to be sending a pretty significant force. Three ships for a planet this primitive." Blackfire comments.
"Apparently they heard about the butt kicking force that is the Justice League." Beast Boy is punching air to show his appreciation.
"Even so, three ships is still a significant force. Not to mention the unusual fact that the Prince himself is coming." Blackfire's eyes look down thinking about something.
"The Prince is coming?" Robin blinks. "How would you know?"
"His special ship is leading the little force that is coming here. The only one of its kind of the Anterian fleet if I remember from all those boring military classes I had to take." Blackfire frowns.
"So the prince himself is coming?" Cyborg frowns. "Doesn't matter. Superman and the other members of the Justice League would just have to kick his prissy little butt back to wherever he came from."
"Maybe. But just in case...I propose an alliance." Blackfire looks at the group.
Raven looks at Blackfire. "An alliance? What do you mean?"
"Well, it's obvious who they want." Blackfire looks Starfire. Starfire looks away a bit. "But I'm certain when he finds out about me, I'd also be icing on the cake. Since I don't want to be some stupid pawn in this game, we should work together in the meantime. Just in case they were to get close...you're going to need all the help you can get against them." 'Besides, it would be no fun screwing with Starfire if that Shalton jerk gets her first.'
"And after all this is over...I assume we would be enemies again?" Robin looks at Blackfire. 'Not us though.'
"Probably." Blackfire smirks. 'Not us of course, loverboy.'
Robin turns to the group. The group forms a huddle. "So what do you think? If she does try anything fishy, I'm certain we can foil whatever she plans."
Cyborg nods. "Not to mention," Cyborg looks at Starfire, "She would be a welcome ally just in case these Anterians do get close." Cyborg looks at the window. "I didn't exactly design this tower's security system to fight an alien battleship."
Raven nods. "However, I have a feeling that she probably doesn't want Starfire safe for Starfire's sake. She did try to have her imprisoned in place of her you know."
Starfire frowns. "I wish not to think that. But that could be true."
Beast Boy nods. "Yeah, she was a cool person too. Until that trying to get Starfire imprisoned thingy."
Robin nods. "This is why we need to keep a close eye on her." 'I'm certain I will.' "But, again, if these Anterians do get close, we need all the allies we can get."
"True. Anterians are one of the universes most brutal races...before the treaty." Starfire adds. "Help from my sister will be beneficial." Starfires eyes brighten a little. "Maybe it could help patch things up too?"
"I wouldn't get my hopes up for that Star." Robin looks at Starfire. "But, wouldn't hurt either." Robin thinks about it a little bit. "Also, if she were to try something fishy, why not have her stay here?"
Raven looks at Robin. "Stay here?" 'What would be his reasoning now?'
Robin turns to Raven. "Look, if she goes off into parts unknown, we wouldn't be able to keep track of her 24-7. With her here, chances are, we would be able to stop her." Robin pauses before continuing. "Also, with her here, she can come to our aid quicker then if she is on the other side of the city. Times like this, it would be a good idea to have her close by."
Cyborg thinks a bit. "Sounds good to me."
Starfire thinks. 'Maybe I can change my sister with her being here.' "That proposal is acceptable."
Beast Boy thinks. "Yeah. That could be a good thing."
Raven thinks. 'Some thing is up with this. But I can't argue that his reasoning is sound.' "Agreed."
Cyborg nods. "So, is it agreed?"
Everyone nods. "Agreed."
Robin turns to Blackfire. "Okay, we will accept your help. As LONG as you do NOT hurt Starfire."
"Why Robin, I would NEVER think of doing that." Blackfire gives a devious smile.
"Even so, lay one finger on her..." Robin gets his face real close to Blackfire. "It will not be good for you."
'Ooooooo. Wonder what Robin has in mind? Hehehe.' Blackfire smirks. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. No hurt Starfire. Got it."
"Now, we want you to stay here during this crisis." Robin smirks. "Just so we know you would be easily available in our time of need."
"Great! So, where am I staying?" Blackfire smiles.
Everyone points to the couch. "There!" Starfire, Robin, Beast Boy, Cyborg, and Raven say in unison.
"Oh..." Blackfire gives a nervous giggle. "I guess that's the best I could expect."
Robin nods.
-Later that night...
Robin hears a knock at the door. "Who is it?"
Blackfire responds on the other side. "I want to talk to you Robin."
Robin smirks. "Come in."
Blackfire opens the door. Blackfire closes the door behind her. "I want to speak about certain matters." Blackfire closes in on Robin. "Well, maybe I should just show you." Blackfire kisses Robin.
After a few seconds, Robin breaks the kiss. "I was so glad to see you. Though I wasn't so sure at first..."
"Yeah, well, things sort of came up." Blackfire smirks.
Robin is holding Blackfire. "By the way, I got a call from Batman. He warned me about Prince Shalton and the Anterians. However, according to him, this Prince Shalton didn't know about Starfire at first. Which means..."
"He wants me? Hmph." Blackfire expression changes to disgust. "Either he wants me as some guinea pig in a experiment. Guinea pig, is the animal that they experiment on in this world?" Robin nods to Blackfire's question. "Either that, or he wants me as a princess. Though since I'm not 'officially' a princess, it won't help him get Tamaran."
"Why's that?" Robin looks at Blackfire questionably. "Aren't you a Princess of Tamaran too? You are Starfire's sister."
"Oh yeah. I haven't told you." Blackfire gives a short history of her past to Robin. "So, my sister becomes Princess, and me...banished from my own planet." Blackfire narrows her eyes.
"I'm beginning to see why you and Starfire aren't exactly friends." Robin frowns.
"Yeah well, that's my story." Blackfire frowns. She decides to change the subject, "Now, back to Prince Shalton, if he wants me as princess, I can't blame him for wanting me. Who wouldn't want this babe?" Blackfire winks at Robin. "Too bad for him, I found someone better." Blackfire smiles at Robin. Blackfire looks at the bed, a devious smile forms on her face. "So, Robin..." Blackfire gives a seductive smile to Robin. "How about here?"
Robin blinks. "Blackfire, no. The others might..."
"Oh, I wouldn't worry about them. I promise to be quite." Blackfire leads Robin to the bed. Blackfire gives Robin another kiss. "Come on! I've been waiting for this for months. How is a little fucking going to hurt?"
"Blackfire..." Robin is interrupted by a knock on the door.
"Robin?" Starfire ask on the otherside of the door.
'Stupid sister! Why NOW?' Blackfire thinks in disgust.
"What do you want Star?" Robin gets up from his position. He opens the door.
Blackfire's narrow her eyes.
"I just, want to talk to you. Remember that movie..." Starfire looks into the room and sees Blackfire. A ping of jealously hits Starfire. 'Why am I jealous. I have nothing to worry about. Robin feels nothing for her. Right?'
~Outside Titan Tower~
A small boarding ship is above the tower. "There it is." The commander, in full body armor looks at the building. "Remember, get in, and get out. Now..."
A number of gun turrents are exposed. They fire at the ship.
"Damn! Prepare for full breach!" The ship fires back. From the side, the soldiers fire a number of weapons at the tower.
~Robin's Room~
A number of lights flash. A siren is sound. "Intruder alert." A computerized voice speaks.
Robin, Blackfire, and Starfire look around.
"Anterians." Blackfire comments.
~Outside Titan Tower~
Half of the cannons have been destroyed. "Go, go, go!" A number of soldiers dropped.
"Agggghhhhhh!" The soldiers are hit by a wave of electricity.
"Damn it!" The commander is now really annoyed. "Disable the security system with everything you got."
The ship fires a missile. The missile disables all electronic devices on the exterior of the tower.
~Main Room~
Cyborg prepares with his sonic cannon. "Get ready Titans!"
The window in front of him shatters. A number of soldiers' come through and begin firing at Cyborg and the other Titans.
"Azerath, Metrion, Zinthos!" Raven uses her power to pick up a number of items and throw it towards the soldiers.
A few soldiers rolled out of the way and fired back at Raven.
Beast Boy changes into a ram and rams one of the soldiers out of the window. A soldier next to him fires gun at Beast Boy. Beast Boy dodges the attack, and gets behind the couch.
Cyborg fires his sonic cannon at a number of soldiers. The soldiers dodge his attacks. Cyborg ducks behind a number of tables as the soldiers fire back.
Starfire comes in and blast a number of starbolts at another soldier. This soldier collapses.
"There's the princess, get her!" A soldier gets a gun and fires a web that ensnares Starfire.
"Eek!" Starfire collapses on the ground.
A soldier rushes Starfire. Before he could get there, Robin sends a disc that blast him away from Starfire.
Another soldier fires his weapon at Robin from a distance. Blackfire uses her eye lasers on him. He falls off the tower.
A bunch of equipment thanks to Raven hits a number of other soldiers. These soldiers collapse to the ground.
Blackfire fires a number of starbolts at another set of soldiers. The first soldier dodges the attack. The second soldier is hit by Blackfire's starbolts.
Robin throws a disc at a soldier. The explosion knocks the solider unconscious.
Beast Boy is hit by a soldier's gun. This makes Beast Boy really angry. He changes into a gorilla, grabs the soldier, and swings him around. He lets go sending the soldier flying at a group of soldiers standing next to the window. The group of soldiers falls off the tower.
A soldier gets behind Robin. Robin takes out his Bo Staff and elongates it. He spins around and knocks the gun away from the soldier. Robin bashes the soldier until he is unconscious.
Cyborg beats another soldier who falls unconscious. "Well, that's the last of them."
Robin crosses his arms and smirks. 'Survived the first attack. But I'm certain this Shalton guy won't stop now.'
Behind Robin, another soldier gets up. He aims his gun at Robin.
Robin, sensing the soldier, grabs a disc and is about to throw it, when an explosion hits the soldier from behind.
The soldier falls forward.
Robin blinks. 'What was that?' Robin's question is soon answered.
"Need any help in there?" A man in the shadows waves his hand.
Robin smirks. "Its good to see, Speedy."

Hmmmm. This is the longest chapter in the story so far. Might even be longer if I expanded the fight scene a little. The only reason why it isn't longer...well, its late here, and I wanted to finish this chapter by tonight. I might go back and expand it.
As for what this one is longest? Well, I wanted to introduce Speedy into this story! But I wanted him to be added after the fight scene. Which required a lot of build up with Blackfire becoming a temporary ally to the Titans. As for the Justice League...well, I did say they will not be a major part of the story, and they still aren't. But, their part did expand a little then what I originally intended. After all, I figured the first people to talk to Prince Shalton, it would be the Justice League. In this case, I had him talk to John Stewart, the Green Lantern guy given the history of the Anterians with the Green Lantern.
Also, if anyone doesn't know, ASPCA stands for The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
And things are certainly heating up on two fronts (violence with the Anterians, and Robin/Blackfire's relatively steamy relationship). I said it could be R rated. In the next few chapters, it could very well be just that.
I have proofread and revised this chapter. I expanded on certain scenes that I felt needed to be expanded, especially the fight scene.
As for my Two Birds and a Burning Sun fic...this fic is currently on hold. Not that I don't have the idea for the next chapter...its just that, I want to wait for the next new episode of Teen Titans before continuing. Could help me flesh out Terra more if the episode description of the next new episode is any indication.
