*Alex's POV*

After another heavy operation, my DEO assigned therapist told me to start opening up to people. I HATE that. I don't want to open up to other people. No one else needed to know my business. All they needed to know was that I can do the job and do it well. At first my therapist decided to try to get me to have a specific person to tell everything too. An anchor of sorts if that makes sense. However, my therapist didn't understand that I already have that. I already have my rock and anchor. Rao knows I can't lie to my baby sister for shit and me being an agent at the DEO, the Assistant DIRECTOR no less, didn't help the tiniest bit at bettering my ability to lie to her. Does it mean that I'm better at it since I lie to everyone else? Absofuckinlutely NOT! Every time I tried to convince Kara that my real job was in a lab, she had that smirky face of 'I know you're hiding something from me Lexie, but I'm not gonna push cause you'd be in trouble'. Honestly, I curse her ability and intimate knowledge of me, but never when she knows I need a cuddle. Never when she knows my signs of wanting just her presence, or a hug. I sighed as I resigned myself to being the best liar to everyone BUT Kara. Hell, I fooled MOM! Kara was good at hiding stuff too.

When we were twenty and we knew we were going to have different jobs, we made the pact that whatever happens, we don't lie if we don't have too. Which meant that I lied about being a lab rat instead of being a DEO agent. Did that mean that Kara picked up on it and called me out on my bullshit the minute my story didn't line up? Absolutely. Kara has the uncanny ability to read me and my moods. No one else has that ability. Not like it's not a fair turnabout because I can tell when she's footing a spiral and I find her curled up and eating carbs.

I knew Kara could control her powers to the finest level of control. We spent a year expanding her abilities and found that if she focuses, her ice breath could be focused down to an ice beam. It's to a point where her x-ray vision can go through lead if she concentrates enough. Or she could actively listen to a point where her hearing doesn't bother her at all. Her control is to a point where she doesn't need the glasses or my heartbeat to focus her powers. I knew for a fact that she was stronger, faster, more efficient than he-who-must-not-be-named-within-earshot-of-Kara. Anywho, back to my DEO therapist, she wanted me to be open with someone I trust. I've already done that. I've told Kara everything that I could and she understood when I couldn't tell her everything. She knows all my insecurities and I know hers. I know who I am, and I am comfortable with it because of Kara.

My therapist told me that I was codependent with my sister. I have no idea what she's talking about. It's not wrong to just enjoy a quiet night to myself and my sister without having to party or drink to achieve the happiness I felt with Kara's arms wrapped around me. It's not wrong to have insomnia every time I'm NOT sleeping with Kara's strong warm arms around me and her heartbeat and scent lulling me to sleep. It's not wrong to be a very light sleeper when NOT with Kara. Honestly, you'd think that every time I can't get to sleep, Kara's the one who has to be with me. She does not need to be with me in order for me to sleep better. I just prefer it if she was that's all.

I did a security check and a deep background check on Jimmy Olsen because Kara had come home after that day and had ranted for three hours how he was an even bigger ass than her cousin. It had been after my plane crashed. The plane that Kara caught with ease and had actually taken it back to the airport. I was amused when Kara came home one day with a massive grin on her face. We were talking about something that I can't remember but Kara giggled.

"What are you laughing about?" I asked.

"Oh, Cat had practically bulldozed James to get him to take pictures. She wanted pictures of Supergirl in her super suit and James was dragging. He had yet to give Cat the layouts too so he was already on her shit list THEN he had the audacity to challenge CAT. It was glorious to see every single faculty and staff member flee the floor to see a massive stampede of CatCo workers leaving on their lunch breaks. It was beautiful to witness Cat rip into James. She didn't even demote him to the printer room because that was too much for him. He got DEMOTED to the FRONT DESK where security is watching him at all times and he won't be leaving for anything other than lunch or bathroom breaks." Kara said.

I had giggled too because I had listened to the group of agents that had to investigate the reason of the massive stampede cussing because they couldn't get in. I told Kara as such and she had such a shit eating grin on her face.

"I may or may not have beefed CatCo's security wall. Any attempt at espionage, outside or corporate, will be flagged and stopped immediately." she said.

I sighed but I couldn't complain because Kara MADE my gear. I don't trust anyone else with my gear but her. Thinking all this, I still couldn't explain why the therapist would say I'm codependent on Kara. I had more fun with her. Now that she's out as a Super, my favorite Super mind you, we can work close together. I laughed so hard when everyone had looked at her funny for calling me by my full first name. Kara is the ONLY exception to the rule. Even mom didn't call me by my first name. The first recruit to do that got buried in the training room by me sparring until he could finally put me into a lock for one second. I never let him get a lock on me as I reverted to using the methods Kara told me. It's because of Kara that I am where I am today. It's because of Kara that I am physically able to do what I do. It's because of Kara that I am the best at yelling but not shouting.

*Vasquez's POV*

I would like to say that I knew Agent Alex Danvers better than most agents. In fact, I'm one of the few agents that have seen her smile before. In the short amount of time just working together, I knew some things about Agent Danvers. She was not a touchy person. She didn't like anyone touching her without her knowledge. She always knew who was behind her and could sneak up on anyone. She is the strongest person in the DEO barring the Director. However, like many agents, I was baffled by her interactions with Supergirl. It was so strikingly different in how she acts with everyone else. Almost as if they knew each other before.

"Alexandra Danvers!" a voice yelled.

It was a tense moment in the DEO. Even I knew that was a bad idea. After witnessing one of the rookies get absolutely floored by her for an hour straight, no one was dumb enough to call her Alexandra. It was silent to a point where you could hear the Darminian in its cell. Agent Danvers had whipped around so fast and threw a punch. I thought the blonde woman would be absolutely fucked but instead she had CAUGHT Agent Danvers' hand. I watched as this unknown lady received a HUG from her. A HUG! I heard my own jaw, even a few others who were nearby, pop as our jaws dropped. Who the heck was this person?

"Why? How are you even here in the first place?" Alex asked.

"Oh you know. Business. Sorry Alex, your gear is gonna end up being given to some of your best agents." the woman said.

Alex POUTED at the lady. POUTED! I felt my brain short circuit. Where the heck is Agent Danvers and what did this lady do to her? Then I jumped as a loud booming voice yelled at us.

"Everyone here. This is Kara. She is here to explain how her technology works and to give a select few agents a prototype of the gear she is designing for the agency. You will treat her with the same respect you do me and Director Henshaw or you will expect to be in the sparring room for an hour with me. You will not know when. Is that understood?" she said.

"Yes Ma'am." was the chorus.

I looked at them and I could tell that they were close. How close, I don't know. Probably married. I am NOT risking my life for that question. Hell's fury thy name is Assistant Director Alex Danvers and I would like to avoid it at all costs thank you very much.

*Some DEO Agent*

I let out a whine when that one lady, Kara?, came in like she knew Assistant Director Danvers. I should be able to walk up and hug her. I should be able to go up to her and touch her. I knew her the best. She was my instructor for heaven's sake. I should be the one to get Danvers to smile. Not this dumb blonde chick.

"Danvers, I think my gear is much better than this dumb blonde's. Just saying." I said loudly.

I didn't care that it was disrespectful. I wanted her to notice me nor did I care about the winces all the other agents gave me. I was the best IT guy they've seen yet. She has to listen to me since I'd be controlling the technology she uses anyway. I did notice that Danvers didn't even acknowledge me. She just kept on talking with the dumb blonde.

"BLONDE!" I yelled.

She glanced at me lazily, as if I weren't worth her time, "Yes?"

"I challenge you for Danvers' hand. I challenge you to the obstacle course and then a hacking competition." I said.

"Hmm, what's the conditions?" she asked, though her tone was still disinterested.

"The winner gets to take Danvers on a date. The loser has to go jump in the Norwegian Fjord." I said.

"And how are you paying for the flight to Norway?" she asked.

"I'm friends with Supergirl. I'm sure she can fly the loser to Norway to do it." I said.

"Hmm, how about, the loser has to go up against Agent Danvers in a full out spar and if they win, THEN maybe consider kissing her." she said.

"DEAL!" I said.

Hours later I was eating my own words and regretting everything in life.

*Alex's POV*

I let out a sigh that I knew for a fact only Kara heard. I was jealous that Kara had perfected the ability to conceal her muscle. The ability for others to literally misjudge and continually misjudge her. It was obvious that Dajin had forgotten his place. I wasn't even into him. I certainly didn't hear him earlier.

I did hear him when he challenged Kara to a hacking race as well as the obstacle race. I held in my giggles as Kara seemed so disinterested. I was actually looking forward to pummeling Dajin for that dumb blonde comment of his. He's going to so eat his words. Kara's the SMARTEST being I knew, and not just because she's Kryptonian damnit.

"Do we get to change into some athletic gear or not?" Kara asked.

I knew for a fact that Kara could move in those clothes. She was just asking for permission to take off her shirt.

"Yes."

I had the hardest time hiding my grin. I leaned over to Kara and whispered in Kryptonian to not go easy on him, of course not using any of her powers. Once Kara learned to basically turn off the Kryptonian powers and render her human barring the invincibility, without red sun radiation, she was able to take on Earth sports. Both of us took on rock climbing, Kara went further and decided to ice climb too, on top of gymnastics and martial arts. We also decided to compete in Parkour and American Ninja Warrior for a couple seasons. Kara and I won of course.

I wasn't the judge for this impromptu challenge, Vasquez is. I'm not complaining since I got to watch from the sidelines. But as I was watching Kara warm up, I couldn't help but join in.

"What are you doing Agent Danvers?" Vasquez asked curiously.

"Oh, I'm throwing in my own challenge to Kara. Kara, you win, you have to get me my favorite food. Understand. If you win, I will get you ten servings of the largest potstickers your favorite Chinese restaurant has." I said.

Aaand I just put my foot in my mouth. Bye bye wallet. From the look in Kara's eyes, I just made this interesting. I sighed but knew I was going to get my favorite food too. So it wasn't too bad, it was bad but not that bad.

At that point we kinda forgot about Dajin. Kara and I were up and over the first few obstacles without problems. I knew the one I struggled with the most was the transitioning obstacles, the ones where it went from purely technical to technically strategic. It didn't matter what you did to pass them as long as you didn't outright skip them, you passed it. This portion went from a ladder, to a 200m long pool that you had to swim. To yet another stretch that was easier to do while wet. Following that section was a 50m pool that you must sidestroke in. Then proceed to a heat area where you are dried off almost instantly. It was onto a belay where it didn't matter what we did as long as we climbed up the route. We just had to get up the wall where we had to get to a rope section that led to a climb down. Then it was off to a cardio portion of biking and running. The final obstacle was a dive from 20m.

Kara and I were neck and neck. We climbed up the ladder with ease. I was going to climb down the other side when I heard a splash and realized Kara had dove from the top of the ladder. I decided to join her and dove from where I was. We were at the area where it was easier to do while wet, sliding. She SLID into a dive to the 50m where she was already like halfway down and sidestroking beautifully. She WAITED for me in the drying area where I caught up to her and we were onto the rock wall. Once we were situated, Kara and I did dynos all the way up. We went across the ropes pretty easily and we dropped from the platform. We were off on a run to the bikes. I was fast with the transition but Kara grabbed the bike and ran with it before hopping on. She pedaled away and I pedaled as fast as I could to catch up. I watched Kara ditch the bike and dive off the edge. I was seconds behind her and dove after her. We were just treading water while waiting on Dajin. I actually just hit my PB with Kara by my side. I mentally sighed in happiness. One of my best times and I made it with her by my side.

"Ha..Ha ha, you have to get me my potstickers." she said.

I splashed her but I knew we were going to end up with both our favorites tonight. We just kinda sat in the pool enjoying the cool water waiting for Dajin to finish. He was actually quite a few minutes behind us. According to Vasquez, he was only beginning the rock wall. I looked at Kara who just smirked.

"Agent Vasquez." she said.

"Yes?"

"Even though I'm done, can I go through again?" Kara asked.

"Uh, sure?" Vasquez said.

Kara grinned, "Thanks."

Kara WALKED the beginning bit and Dajin was STILL stumped on the wall. See, we had changed the routes to where it was only V5 (~6c) and up. I watched as Kara got to the wall and then she saddled up to Dajin and took off her shirt. I didn't even realize she still had her shirt on. She took it off and I could tell from here that she had worked hard. I saw Dajin say something to her WITHOUT looking. He then looked at her and the color immediately drained from his face. He quickly gained it back before proceeding up the wall. Kara didn't even hook in as she made her way up the V9 (~7c) side with all the technical moves. She looked like she floated on the dynos of that route. I smiled as she went right past Dajin and was practically taunting him now. She hooked into the last hook and came DOWN then she decided to climb it again just do it statically. She still beat him. About an hour later Dajin finished the course, which meant Dajin took an hour and forty five minutes to complete the entire thing. Once he managed to catch his breath, sadly, he became a bitch again.

"That was a fluke. Today's not my day. I will crush you in hacking though." he said.

"Who will we be hacking?" sis said.

"Luthor." he said.

I sighed and texted Lena to expect a breach. She texted back that she'll divert them to a separate server. Sis had a big grin on her face and I knew Dajin was going down.

"Hey Kar, you hack into it in about fifteen minutes, we'll go to the arcade." I said.

I already knew my wallet was going to absolutely die in this, might as well seal the deal. Kara had a grin on her face and soon after the start of the competition, Kara was in. I had to laugh at the keyboard smash I got from Lena's end. Lena had sent me the FUNNIEST thing Kara had ever done and that was to make all her employees watch cat videos. Lena wasn't even mad about it. Meanwhile, Dajin was over there struggling so much.

"Agent Dajin, that's enough. Kara has won. You have to go jump in the Norwegian Fjord now." Vasquez said.

"How? I'm supposed to win. I'm supposed to take Agent Danvers on a date." he said.

"Yeah, I'm not interested in a wimp like you." I said as I hooked my arm in Kara's.

Kara and I walked out of the room. I broadcasted to J'onn to shift into Supergirl so that Kara could come with. He gave a long suffering sigh and I had to promise him the largest bag of Choco's I could find for him to do it. It was worth it because Dajin shrieked like a little girl as soon as he was dropped into the cold waters. Kara jumped in too for the hell of it and I followed because why not. I've got Kara by my side.

That is just one reason I love her. I knew that I had some shit going on. I knew that the more brutal missions would take a lot out of me. Hence the DEO assigned therapist. Once Kara beat Dajin in that dumb competition, we went to the best arcade in the states and played to our hearts content. Then on the way home, Kara grabbed both our favorite food. We got to our apartment and relaxed. With my stomach full of food and leaning against Kara, I knew I was safe. I curled up on her lap and fell asleep.

*J'onn's POV*

I knew that Alex denies any claims that she's codependent on Kara. It may look that way from the outside, from people who don't know the sisters, but in reality, it's a full interdependency. It wasn't until Alex got back from a mission, one that was particularly taxing and many got injured for nothing. Alex got injured too as she was the most injured. I never realized how deep that interdependence ran with the two until that mission. Alex was practically the walking definition of a light sleeper and wouldn't sleep unless she was knocked out on drugs. Well, that was what ALL of us assumed, but once Kara found out and looked us in the eyes as she hacked into the place we needed and got us the information in one hour.

Kara then went to Alex's room. I followed because Kara wasn't listening to me when I said Alex woke up at every movement there was and she currently wasn't on the medication. I watched in amazement at the fact that Alex, even consciously or subconsciously, knew that it was Kara and relaxed her entire body. Kara wrapped herself around Alex and I could tell that Alex fell asleep almost immediately. She had curled up on top of Kara and Kara had her arms and legs wrapped around Alex. With Kara, Alex slept like the dead, not to wake up unless necessary. Once Kara was here, Alex had kicked all of the doctors out and very loudly claimed that Kara could take care of her just as well.

That and Kara's literally on the DEO's speed dial, more specifically speed dial ONE, because of how many times we need her to reign Alex in. Alex is good at what she does, but when she gets into moods, Kara's our go to buffer. Yes I was trained to be a Manhunter, yes I was trained not to show fear in the face of adversaries, but I can read minds and when Alex is in a funk, I DO NOT WALK within TEN FEET of her. I lock my Choco's up because they aren't safe from the demon that is Alex Danvers. If Alex Danvers is on the warpath, I pray that Kara can calm her down enough because no one else could.

It was very amusing to me when I saw Dr. Hamilton get kicked OUT of the medical wing by the blonde whirlwind known as Kara Danvers, Alex's sister.

*Dr. Hamilton's POV*

I was trying to take care of my most difficult patient to ever live. That patient being Assistant Director Danvers. I was trying to get her to stay still and to rest but she wasn't having it. Until a firm voice startled both of us.

"Alexandra Danvers, so help me if you move off that bed without getting the treatment you need, I swear to God I will pin you to that bed."

I looked up to see whom the agency now knows as Kara. There were rumors flying around about their relationship and I can certainly say that Alex listens to Kara a LOT better than she does me. I had to use all of my DEO training AND surgical training to not let a smile show when Alex honest to God POUTED at Kara.

"But…" she WHINED!

"No Alex. Do you want to be pinned for the rest of your recovery?" Kara asked.

I was amused when Alex just pouted.

"Awe, come on Lexie, don't pout. How about I sit with ya as Dr. Hamilton does her job, then I'll take a look at you for a second opinion? How's that sound?" Kara said.

"Fine." Alex said.

I did my scans and stuff. I then turned to Kara.

"So, how do you know what to do?" I asked, I was always one to find someone who has the same abilities as I do.

"I have a doctorate in it."

"Oh." I said.

"Yeah, and this." Kara then floated.

I just smacked my head, "Of course you know."

Kara chuckled before turning to Alex, "Alright Lexie, you do have a broken arm and a fractured tibia. You're going to be on bedrest for a few weeks to recover."

I smiled as I watched the two interact. It was…dare I say it…cute. It was NOT cute when both were hurt to and needed to be in different rooms. Somehow some way, one or the other would find a way to get to the other. It didn't matter if one was literally JUST on the brink, they managed to always be in the same room. It was to a point where I have a special room JUST for the two of them that was dubbed the Danvers suite by the agency. We had one in all locations because we never knew where the two would end up.

At first it was annoying but after I realized both would cooperate with me if they were in the same room and allowed to be on the same bed, I just told the rest of my team to just go with it. It was going to happen whether we wanted to or not and more often then not, they would actually recover if they were together. They both slept when they were together. No agent was ballsy enough to call them out on it.

"Dajin!"

Nevermind, I stand corrected. I would like to keep my life, and it ain't worth watching what a rookie did to piss off the lady. I sighed and told my team to standby for anything.

*Lucy's POV*

When I arrived in National City and accepted the job at CatCo where James was, I met Kara Danvers. I may have come here for James, put everything on the line for him, and gotten bit in the ass for it, Kara Danvers definitely made up for that.

She was a hot blonde that had some muscle. And some definite balls to go head to head with Ms. Grant, and definitely made of steel for she was probably going to be the record holder of being Cat's assistant forever. No one would ever break a year again and Kara's on year six with the woman. It was a surprise during the first meeting with the board that Cat let Kara take over.

Clark would throw an absolute temper tantrum that Kara is where she is right now. Am I going to tell him and James like I'm supposed to do? Absofuckinlutely not. I moved to National City for a new life and I just so happened to be in James' workplace. A workplace that seems to get tenser and tenser the more he digs his hole. Even I knew that when Cat wanted something done, she meant to have whatever it was in hand fifteen minutes before she wanted it. It's why Kara's so effective as her assistant. Somehow Kara has hacked the Cat code and knew what Cat wanted before she knew herself.

Then I met Agent Alex Danvers of the DEO. They were looking for someone in legal and for an outside legal consultant for their ops. I looked at her and used what I learned from the military to find out that Alex wasn't one for personal connections. She didn't look like a huggy type person and had what I figured was a grumpy look on her face. All my interactions with her was cold and more professional.

I was a newbie to the DEO so I wanted to know what are the taboos of the place. I should not have asked or thought of it because another rookie, a guy with the last name Dajin, pulled a stupid stunt. It was of course after the entire agency was rendered silent when Kara DANVERS yelled Alex's full first name. Taboo number one I suppose: Never EVER call Assistant Director Alex Danvers by her full name. Then Dajin decided to try and get cozy with Alex. Taboo number two: Never TOUCH Alex Danvers without her explicit permission. Dajin ended up in a lock grip from Alex for that. Alex let go due to Kara then as the two were walking away…definitely a couple…Dajin did a shit move again. Taboo number three: Never CHALLENGE Alex Danvers. She will bury you six feet under before you could blink. And a hidden taboo: NEVER get in the way of Alex's time with Kara. Dajin made that mistake with challenging Kara to Alex's hand and got screwed over forwards, backwards, sideways and was royally fucked with the obstacle course.

Even with how physical it was in the Army the DEO obstacle course, known as the hell's course, was absolutely brutal. I spent a WEEK with the recruits on the obstacle during their training for said course, and I barely made the average cut. I had looked over when Instructor Danvers did the course with NO obvious problem. Dajin was screwed because Kara seemed to be even fitter than Alex as she went through the course TWICE and she walked the second time.

Then after a while, I had figured out Kara's super secret, and I realized that Clark himself was fucked if he ever challenged his cousin to a fight. Kara let me in on the fact that she could in fact control every aspect of her Kryptonian powers. I doubted it and then I ate my words when she blew cold air in my face before freezing a scrap piece of metal that shattered in her hands.

Taboo number four: NEVER challenge the Danvers Duo to a spar. They will DESTROY anyone who tries. No wonder Alex is so very very feared, and it's not unwarranted. She's a great leader and I was jealous of her command voice. She was able to broadcast without yelling.

And Dajin learned all four taboos in one sitting the hard way. Though some praised him for letting them know to never ever do what he did to piss off the boss lady.

*Kara's POV*

Alex and I were sitting in my apartment laughing at the reactions of the DEO. One week we decided to prank the ENTIRE office by acting as couply as possible one day and completely not on others. We were still amused.

The day Alex came home from work with her DEO assigned therapists orders and handed them to me with a pout. I read it and had to laugh.

"Lexie," I said.

"What, I don't like anyone interrupting our sister time." Alex said.

I chuckled, "I don't either, but some days it would be okay to have some friends over. Okay?"

"Fine." she grumbled. "I don't know why they want to know my private life so badly. There's a reason it's private."

I hugged her and I felt her snuggle into me

"Just try okay? For me?" I said.

"Sure Kar."

"I'll get you your buffalo fries."

"Kara!"

"Ah, start with Lucy. Her sister is my cousin's sister in law so we are technically related."

"Okay, Kara. Fine. But they get ONE question a WEEK and YOU get to decide which gets asked."

"Fair."

"Fries?"

"You get your fries every week you let Lucy ask with no repercussions."

"Okay. Nough of that, I want pizza, let's go get pizza pretty please."

"Love you."

"Love you too doofus."

"You're my doofus."

AN: Hope you all enjoyed this chapter. This was fun to write. Yes, when Alex and Kara are alone, they act uber childish with each other. When together though, no one can keep up with them. It was also fun to write the absolute confusion of the DEO when their most feared agent introduces them to a very special person. It's also fun trying to incorporate the absolute chaos that is the Danvers sisters.

Another thing to note is that what Alex and Kara share is NOT codependency, it is in fact a full interdependency both mentally and physically. Alex's DEO assigned therapist thinks its codependency due to how many times Alex has done something stupid in the name of Kara.

Please do review, I quite enjoy reading them.
