For Her
There's more to me
Then what meets the eye
They don't think so
So they run away and cry
Scary I seem
I never knew so,
It's true that I'm different
But what am I to do?
I'm not like the one or the other
I'm in between
I don't belong to either
But I could
Both sides reject me,
Both humans and demons,
Because I'm a Hanyou,
And I'm different
But it doesn't have to be that way,
With the Sacred Jewel complete,
I can be a full youkai,
But I'll kill everyone I meet.
But I don't want that,
What if I'm a full human?
I won't be strong but,
Would it be worth it?
If I'm a full youkai,
I'll lose control
I'll kill too many
And I won't even know
If I'm a mere mortal,
I'll be weak,
I'll have control,
But not the strength that I seek…
I'll have to choose,
But not only for my sake,
For Kagome's as well,
So everything would be okay…
My decision has to be wise,
I don't want to be wrong,
Or I can stay a hanyou,
And not belong…
I don't want to hurt anyone,
Especially Kagome,
So I can't get her upset,
Or she'll go home,
But I think I know what to do now,
I'm doing it for her
I'll be a hanyou,
And wait for what will occur…
You see, Kagome never cared,
She loved me for who I am,
And never left my side,
And never lost hope,
So I'll continue to be a hanyou,
Continue for her,
And the Sacred Jewel,
I can throw in the dirt…
