Thunder
Hiei POV
Hn. That baka has no idea of what I've been force to leave,
Of course, I almost got home, when the shut that hole I began to believe
Maybe I wont get home,
Maybe my soul will be stuck with this world to rome.
I can almost here her singing to the oceans black waves,
And I remember watching her live alone in countless caves,
The kitsune is her older brother, that I know.
And whenever I tell myself I answer, "So?"
She is searching her world for him as I speak,
And I know it is Yoko's gaze she wiill always seek.
But if only I could only tell her he was here,
Maybe this is reallity, maybe this is my fear...
To never see those beatiful teal eyes once more,
seeing those soft black ears which I so adore.
Thunder, I found your brother,
So don't wake screaming and shed tears no more,
Can you hear me speaking these meaningless words?
Can you hear the singing of these birds?
Where ever you are I'm sorry I lied,
I can't go back, but just know that I tried.
Normal POV
"Thunder, are you listening?" Hiei asked as he sat alone,
No answer came from his love as he waited for her voice,
"You know! I never left by choice!"
And suddenly Hiei heard a voice say in shock, "Hiei? It's been awhile."
He wheeled and Thunder stood under an oak giving him a smile.
"Thunder? Is that you?" Hiei askeed in disbelief.
"Yes Hiei it is." She said as he gave a sigh of relief.
But as he walked towards her he saw something diffrent aboout her.
A transparent figure of mist was all he found when he came close.
"Thunder!" He cried, but she said in responce, "This path I never chose."
A tear of liquid black ran down heer face and fell to earthy ground,
"I-I came to say good bye." She said, her voice not the same beatiful sound,
"Thunder..." Hiei whispered as a tear ran down his pale face.
"Hiei...don't cry, I''m to soft one remeber?" She said wiith a grin,
"Thunder...How?" He asked while thinking,, "Why me of all men?"
"I escaped Hiei. I got to see you." She said as she hugged him one last time,
There was a silence before in the distabance a bell began to chime.
She looked up and said to the form in her arms, "It's time for me to go."
He begged her to stay but still she disapeared while shaking her head no.
She sparkled iin the moonlight as she said "It is my turn to be free,"
She handed him her purple tear stone while, "You will someday join me."
Thats when he cried out her name he woke with a start.
In his hand was a purple tear gem and a stone,
"I wiill see you again." Was written on it in letters white a bone.
He held them tight to his chest,
and sllowly fell back into a peacful rest.
"I love you Thunder, can you hear?" He whispered to the night,
"Yes Hiei, I heard, Now G'night." she said slowly in crept dawns first light.
Ahh! Who says I should write a poem about them being together again?
