Chapter 35. Green, Blue, Yellow and Red.

"Get out!" Roared Jakob, and the two girls turned and felt a shiver of fear as they saw the panic in Jakob's eyes. But it was already too late. An explosion around the three students made it seem like the whole world was spinning.

"Jakob, what is happening?" Ivy exclaimed fearfully as she and Pansy held on to each other. Scared that they might get thrown off the spinning disc of grass.

Jakob crawled on all four over to the girls and cast a sticking charm to ensure they stayed before continuing with himself.

"Close your eyes! Hopefully, it will end soon!" Yelled Jakob back to the two girls as he embraced them, seeing that they both were terrified. Their robes and hair were billowing in what seemed like a violent storm.

Jakob didn't say it out loud, but this was one of the few times he was as terrified as the two girls.

" Jakob, are we going to die?" Asked Pansy in a loud terrified voice staring at him. The wind and spinning made her hair fly in all different directions.

"No! We are going to be fine! We just need to wait for the spinning to…."

before he could utter the last word, the world around them slowly halted, and Jakob saw five people standing in front of them. All looking at them with wide eyes.

Jakob's world was still spinning, and he pointed his wand at the blurry man in Infront of him While getting the two girls behind him and protecting them.

"bloody hell Morgan you actually did it." said a voice Jakob never had heard before, and his vision slowly started to clear.

"Who are you?" Asked the Slytherin boy in a threatening tone as he looked at the five persons that stood before him.

The first on the right was a woman wearing a midnight blue footlong gown with sleeves almost all the way to the floor. Around the rim of the neckline was a golden band Filled with shimmering rubies. She wore a diadem depicting a raven, her black hair flowing down to her hips in glistening waves.

The one beside her looked down at them with a mixture of surprise and wariness. His head was bald, but he sported a long white goat beard, a luxurious green dress with a brown belt, leather shoes, and a grey robe over it. On his chest dangled a necklace with a snake that made the letter s.

The woman left to him had brown hair tied into two simple braids running from her ears down to her large chest. Her plump body was covered in a golden dress that sparkled in the sunshine. A golden lace held up a black cloak covering her dress with a golden rim. In her left hand, she held a golden cup with a badger carved into it. The cup had now tipped over, and the liquid inside dropped down on the grass.

She looked down at the three students with worry, and her gaze turned to the man on her left.

The man had long red hair that went down to his neck, where a large red beard took over going below his chest. He wore a shorter red dress with golden buttons, rims and a leather belt. Below it showed grey pants and leather shoes, and over his shoulders hung a red cape.

On top of his head sat a brown hat that Jakob recognised. The man who had glanced towards the woman in gold clutched a sword with gems large as eggs on it as he turned his gaze back towards Jakob.

The last person Jakob looked at was standing beside the redheaded man. She had black curly hair and reminded Jakob of someone he could place his finger on. She wore a purple dress with long sleeves and black rims. Her body was slim, and her appearance was gaunt and beautiful. She stared at Jakob in awe as she took a step forward.

"Stay back." hissed Jakob feeling like he was about to vomit after the recent trip.

"Ywain?" asked the purple dresses woman, slowly reaching out her hand for him, but Jakob took a step back, forcing the two girls he was shielding to also do it.

"I don't know who you are talking about, lady, but if you try to touch my friends or me, I will kill you all." he glanced murderously around the five adults, who now looked ready for a fight as well.

"You dare speak to us like that you… is that my crest?" Asked the bald man in surprise as he took a closer look at Jakob's robes.

Jakob flinched back in surprise and connected the dots.

"You… you are the founders of Hogwarts?"

The four founders looked surprised at each other and then at the three students. Jakob lowered his wand, and behind him, he heard that Pansy could hold it in anymore and hurled.

Ivy tried to move her hair back, but the stubborn girl waved off her attempt.

"You are Salazar Slytherin. It's an honour." Jakob took a bow, feeling like it had been a mistake and quickly raised his head again, taking a breath to calm his stomach. Slytherin gave What Jakob now understood was Gryffindor a smug smirk.

"Oh dear, let me help you." Helga rushed over to Pansy and Ivy, waving her wand and materialising a bench for them to sit on.

"You… you are not my son?" asked the purple dresses lady in sad disappointment.

"Of course, he isn't Morgan. I have told you countless times before you can't bring people back from the dead."

Jakob's eyes widened as he took in the appearance of the woman in Infront of him.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" asked Morgan, confused.

"Morgan le Fay?"

"Yes, you know about me as well?"

"Jake, she looks like she could be your mother!" chuckled Ivy as if she was drunk, and then it was her turn to vomit. Helga made a sound of surprised worry as she helped move away the red hair while patting Ivy on the back.

Morgan looked at Jakob, who stared back at her, both observing each other's appearances. Gryffindor watched the situation and frowned as he saw them do the same little head tilt, and he cleared his throat. Making the two of them turn their heads towards him.

"Well, you three wear out crests, so tell me, are you family of ours?"

"No, we are students, me and the girl over there," said Jakob gesturing to Pansy, who smirked as she saw Ivy in torment.

"Are in the Slytherin house, and the puking girl belongs in yours."

Ivy lifted her head up to say something but had to lower it again as a new wave was about to erupt.

"Impossible you can't be students here. We have never seen you, and the clothes you wear look absurd," Said Rowena giving the Slytherin student a raised eyebrow.

Jakob, who now felt his stomach stir took a calming breath so as not to end up like the two girls.

"We are not from this age. We come from the year 1993. I believe it's a thousand years from now, Give or take a few years."

The three founders stared at Morgan, who looked wore disappointed look.

"So you are not my son?"

Jakob looked at the woman in confusion.

"No, why would I be your son? Those two started a fight when I was in the middle of creating a rune ward. A lot of other things happened, and then we got teleported back here."

"No, I summoned you. I summoned you from the beyond."

Jakob turned and saw the ritual she had drawn up. He didn't recognise it, but something in him clicked when he realised what had happened, and he raised his hand and pinched his nose.

"It's a two-way portal. You opened the door, and we went through our own."

"excuse me?" asked Rowena baffled.

"Godric, Salazar. The students are going to see them. Don't just stand there." hissed Helga, and the two men were put into action, guiding them back into the smaller but still grand castle.

They were led by Gryffindor, as the rest had to go back to teaching or supervising countless other students.

"So what is it like being a student in this castle a thousand years from now?" questioned the redheaded lion with his deep, strong voice.

"It's Brilliant. And your house is the greatest," Ivy quickly, looking starstruck at her founder, who gave her a warm smile.

Jakob and Pansy rolled their eyes at the scene but held their tongue. He was still Godric Gryffindor.

"So, is it common for Gryffindors and Slytherins to be friendly with each other in your time?"

"Nope, she jumped me and tried to hit me like a common muggle." sneered Pansy giving Ivy a disgusted glare."

Gryffindor laughed, and the echo of his deep voice made even Jakob look a bit surprised. No way that isn't magically enhanced.

"A true Gryffindor never backs down from a fight!" he patted Ivy's shoulder, and the girl looked at Jakob, mouthing, oh my god, before turning red and continuing walking.

"Back down from a fight? She freaking started it." Whispered pansy furiously. Jakob was about to nod in agreement but instead nudged her side as Godric gave her a stern look.

Forward to the present timeline.

Dumbledore watched the burnt-down patch of grass. He slowly raised his hand and touched the barrier, protecting the small circle. It gave away a faint blue, and small sparks made the headmaster flinch his hand back as it closed in.

"You said they were in a rune scheme, Miss Granger?"

Questioned Dumbledore as he turned back to see Hermione standing beside Harry and Ron. Behind them stood Lord and Lady Potter, together with the Parkinsons family and lord Quade who glared at the barrier.

"There was a fight. Ivy Wrestled down miss Parkinson, and Jakob tripped on them, holding the time turned. When he fell, something fell out of his robe, and he grabbed it. It made the runes glow up, and he yelled for everyone to get out, but then there was a big explosion."

Hermione started to cry. Lilly embraced the weeping girl.

"If you have robbed me of my heir, I will-"

"He is not dead. None of them is," declared Dumbledore raising a hand and giving Thomas a look that even made the lord Quade shut up.

"They have opened the door to another time. I don't know which door and time, but we can bring them back."

"How?" asked a distraught Lilly.

"The door is still here. It's just closed. We need to find a way to open it, and then it's up to the teens to get themselves back here in the same way they left."

"You think they will be able to?" questioned James, and Lord Quade scoffed.

"Your child might be an idiot, but mine is not. How long will it take before we can open it?"

Dumbledore glanced back at the barrier and then looked at Lord Quade.

"For this kind of portal to open, two people must open the doors. I need to find out who this other person is and what they did to open the door."

"How are you going to that? It sounds impossible." glared Thomas. Hearing what had to be done made even lord Quade worry.

"I have my ways. We will find them wherever they are, and I'm sure Miss potter and Miss Parkinson are doing their utmost to help Heir Quade as he figures this out.

Back to the founder's time.

Can you two stop fighting?!" Jakob had his wand pointed at Pansy and Ivy, who were hovering in the air in Infront of him.

"Let us down! She started it!" shouted Ivy, pointing an accusing finger towards the Slytherin girl who was now upside down, crossing her arms and giving the Gryffindor girl a sneer.

"I don't care who started it. I need a moment of peace to find a way for us to get back."

He took a breath to control the irritation he felt before he continued.

"You two will play nice until we get back, or I'm leaving without you. Understood? No more fighting." he shot a glare towards Ivy.

"No more comments or triggering words." he continued, glaring at Pansy.

"Or I will throw you both out the bloody window, is that understood!?" he roared as he cancelled the spell making the two girls fall down on the carpet with loud thuds.

"Ouch! You didn't have to be so mean about it." huffed Pansy as she got up, fixing her school robes.

Jakob threw his hands up in defeat and shook his head as he sat down on the red couch again.

They had been shown inside a room where the three-time travellers would stay until the founders knew what to do with them. Jakob had lost the book in the event, and his dementor sphere had been absorbed to fuel the magic. Or that was at least what Jakob believed.

The annoyed boy started to massage his temples as he tried to remember the Rune scheme that he had used.

Pansy strode over and sat down beside him. She had never seen Jakob acting like this before. She assumed that he probably was having a lot of stress inside him right now.

"Can I do anything to help you?"

" No, it's fine, Pansy. I just need time to think." answered Jakob giving her a reassuring smile.

Ivy sat on his other side and glanced at the runes he had already written down.

"Did you use any of the 50 runes we were allowed to use?"

Jakob nodded and closed his eyes.

"Why don't we write them all down so you can get a better picture of them? I could help you if you want."

"Do you even remember half of them, Potter?" Questioned Pansy. Her question had been a sneer at first, but she hastily changed to a more polite tone when Jakob stopped massaging his temples. The redheaded girl shrugged.

"I remember some of them, and with Jakobs help, I think we might be able to get them all."

The boy in question opened his eyes, took out a quill and parchment for Ivy to start, and gave the girl an approving nod.

Pansy felt useless. She gave Ivy a discreet glare, who smiled at Jakob as they started to scribble down the runes the two remembered. The Slytherin girl searched for something to say, feeling that she began to third weel them.

"Why do you call him by his first name? Has he given you permission, or are you just that rude?"

"Pansy, let Ivy write in peace. She is allowed to call me by my first name.

We have known each other for a while."

Ivy stopped and looked baffled at the Slytherin boy who had just exposed their secret to none other than Pansy freaking Parkinsons.

"You know her from before? What do you mean by that?"

The question went unanswered as Jakob continued to scribble down another rune he had remembered. Seemed like the blood ritual was working here as well. He had just tried lying to her.

"Why are you telling her about us, Jake?"

"About us? What does she mean about us, Jakob?" the question sounded quick and worried.

"Nothing of importance right now, Pansy. She can be useful at times and has helped me before. Can we please just get back to the runes now?"

She did not like what she was hearing, and seeing the enemy so close to Jakob gave Pansy an uncomfortable feeling in her stomach. If she tried to hurt Jakob, Slytherin would not let that happen.

The door opened, and Helga, together with Morgan, stepped inside.

Lady Hufflepuff had a large tray of different meats, bread and cheeses and three cups of water.

Morgan, who had entered the room with the shorter woman, stood beside the doorway, glancing towards the boy who was the spitting image of her dead son.

"I thought you all might be hungry. Eat up, and if you need more, don't hesitate to ask."

Ivy dug in immediately, but Pansy glanced suspiciously at the food for a moment. Her hunger won, and the Slytherin picked up a piece of bread, slowly chewed it and observed if the Ivy showed any signs of dying.

"Don't worry, Lady Hufflepuff would never poison your food Pansy," stated Jakob while lifting a parchment and inspecting the text he had written. Helga looked Shocked at Quade's heir and then turned to Pansy.

"heavens no!" Exclaimed the plump witch.

"Don't accept anything from Lord Slytherin. I can not speak for him." chuckled Jakob while taking a piece of cheese and looking surprised at it after taking a bite.

"This is good. Did the house elves do these?"

Helga, who had given Jakob a stern look after the comment, changed to a confused expression.

"No… we haven't brought any yet. Godric has stated... Wait, does Hogwarts in your time have house elves? Did I succeed in convincing that stubborn lion?"

Jakob facepalmed as he understood what he just had done.

"I lost hope of bringing them here when Godric refused me, but now I know that I will win," Helga gestured for Jakob to take more food before walking out, giving Morgan a shining smile as she passed her.

"I would like a word with you, Mr…."

"Quade. Heir Jakob Quade." awnsered Jakob. He had been waiting for this moment, and it seemed like Morgan was faster than he originally thought.

She gestured for him to lead the way out of the room, which Jakob accepted with a slight bow. On his way towards the door, he turned his head back, giving the two girls a warning glare before walking out with Morgan. LeFay closed the door, not even bothering to acknowledge the two girls' existence.

"Why is she so stuck on Jakob? Does she think he likes relics?" asked Ivy with a frown. Pansy gave a snort in response but then remembered who had told the comment and schooled her face.

"Don't be stupid. LeFay thinks he is her son."

"Sounds like she is the stupid one." Muttered the redhead.

The hallways were different. The architecture was simpler, and no paintings were hanging on the walls. It looked more like a medieval castle and not the magical place Jakob was used to.

"Do you have any connections to house LeFay heir Quade?" asked Morgan, who tried not to stare too much at the boy who walked beside her.

"I believe my mother is from that line. She disappeared when I was a baby, and I don't even remember her face. But your blood runs through my veins, Lady LeFay." he received a smile from the older woman, and they passed a corner.

"My time to ask a question. Where is Merlin?" Morgan gave the boy a suspicious look and answered.

"He is dead, Heir Quade. Why do you ask?"

He shrugged.

"Nothing, just curious."

Morgan stopped and glanced around.

"You say you are from my house and share my blood, but I only see a face. Give me some proof that you are who you say you are."

Jakob stopped and gave Morgan an unimpressed glance.

"I don't need to show you anything. Lady LeFay."

The woman rolled her eyes while digging through her pocket. she took out a ring. Jakob observed it and saw a family crest engraved in the sapphire gem.

"This belonged to my son. If you can give me the assurance I need, this will belong to you."

"Won't your other children need it?"

Morgan looked amusedly confused at the boy.

"I do have more of them, Heir Quade."

"Does it do something special?"

"Like what? Give you some hidden power? Heir Quade, this is a ring, not a wand." answered Morgan with a light laugh.

He shrugged, closed his fist and raised it up. He opened his hand, and the darkness manifested.

Morgana's eyes widened as she leaned forward and raised her pale hand adorned by different rings. His darkness slowly swirled around her finger, and the woman's darkness slowly emerged from her palm. The two dark clouds of smoke circled around each other before returning to where they had come from.

"Your darkness is strong. Even stronger than mine," whispered Morgan, shocked.

"How did you succeed in that? You are just, what, 15 years old?"

The boy chuckled.

"I'm 13, but I will turn 14 soon. How did you notice that, by the way?"

"impressive. But you did not answer my first question. So I won't answer your second." Jakob was about to say something but instinctively caught the ring. Morgan flipped over to him.

He put it on and sized itself perfectly around his finger beside his Quade ring.

They began walking again, and Jakob saw four students heading towards them. Two of them looked like they only wore rags, while the other had more luxurious clothing.

"Lady Morgan," said one of the students and they all stopped and bowed before continuing on.

Jakob watched them leave and frowned.

"do they all look like that?"

The older woman gave the boy an amused smile.

"In this word, heir Quade it's you that looks different."

"Lady Morgan, are you a teacher here?"

The woman in her purple dress laughed and covered her mouth like Narcissa sometimes did.

"No child, I'm only here on a visit. I help the teachers sometimes and discuss new magics with them that I have found while exploring the world."

They rounded another corner, and Jakob saw they had walked back to where their little stroll had started.

"Before we end this, My lady, I wish to know one thing that I have been trying to find out but never succeeded in."

"Ask then."

"That thing you summoned the creature with horns and yellow eyes. What was it? Where is it from?"

Morgana frowned.

"I have never seen its true form. How did you.. have you summoned it again?"

Jakob nodded and watched as the woman's eyes widened in a mix of shock and anger.

"Why on earth did you do that? How did you find the information?"

She held up a hand, stopping Jakob from answering while thinking for a while.

"You asked me about Merlin, and you know of the ritual. Have you read my grimoire? I wrote in it never to summon it again!" her loud and almost hostile voice made Jakob flinch back and scratch the back of his head, avoiding her angry eyes.

"I didn't get to that part, but why did you write about it if you didn't want anyone to learn how to do it themself?"

"that creature is not of this world. It did give us a gift, but in some ways, it's a curse as well."

"What do you mean by saying it's a curse?" frowned Jakob.

"I wrote about the summoning I accomplished in my book, but there are some things I didn't write about. The demon I made a deal with is not only-"

"Wait, you said demon? What is a demon?"

Morgana looked at the boy like he was some kind of idiot. She was about to tell him something else. She turned when she noticed Slytherin approaching them with Gryffindor beside him.

"We will talk about this later. Don't tell them anything. They might be your end, understood." Whispered the older woman Quickly before turning towards the two.

"Morgan, we told you that you were not to make contact with them before we had come to an agreement." Godrics deep voice seemed more serious now while Salazar quietly observed the two.

"You can't expect me to not have any contact with the boy Godric. Besides, I merely tested him to see that he was of my blood. Which he is."

"He needs to return back. We have agreed about what to do with them until they can return to their time." Morgan raised an eyebrow and gestured for the two men to enter first.

They all stepped inside the room, and Jakob's eyebrows rose as he saw the two girls sit and discuss the different papers. They were irritated and showed dislike but discussed nonetheless. When they saw the two founders, Morgan and Jakob walk inside, they stood up. Pansy stared at her founder in awe while Ivy stared at hers.

Jakob moved to their side, standing in between them. Salazar waved his wand, making another couch hover behind the three adults, and they all sat down.

"We have come to an agreement." started Slytherin and looked at both Jakob and Pansy, ignoring the Gryffindor girl.

"As you all have pureblood, we have decided to-"

"Who said they all have pureblood?" asked Morgan raising an eyebrow towards the Gryffindor girl.

"You are a mudblood?" questioned Slytherin with disgust laced in his voice.

"Don't talk to her like that." Godric, who had been about to say that exact sentence turned his eyes towards the Slytherin boy in the middle, who gave his college a glare.

Slytherin was surprised by the glare the boy gave him.

"You are in my noble house and dare not only talk to me in disrespect but also do it to protect tainted blood."

"You are the reason for many wars in my future. Lives that are needlessly taken because of your delusion about blood purity."

Everyone was silent for a few seconds before Salazar stood up in rage.

"I will be your doom, boy." Hissed the famous Parselmouth and turned, taking a step towards the door before freezing in place.

"Threaten me again, and I will ensure that your tongue is cut out and fed to the snakes." Salazar turned slowly, seeing that Jakob had his wand pointed towards his mouth.

Godric had been so surprised to hear the boy hiss and only stared at Jakob, not even registering the wand pointed at his friend. The only one who was shocked over something other than Jakob's hidden ability was Pansy, who had only one thought.

Is Jakob pointing his wand at our founder?

"You speak the noble tongue? Are you of my line."

"The only thing you need to know is that I know your secrets; if you have problems with that, I will be waiting in the chambers."

Salazar had a slightly open mouth as he stared at Jakob. The boy in question lowered his wand and took sat down again.

"Salazar, Are you okay?" asked Godric as the man in question still held his gaze on Jake. When Morgana gave him a slight touch on his arm, he seemed to return to the present and cleared his throat.

"Yes. Yes, I'm fine, don't worry about me." Godric gave the man a quick glance as Salazar sat back down again.

"Now that this little chat is over, I will take over." Voiced Gryffindor after seeing that Salazar was in deep thought.

While we try to find a way back home for you three, you will be staying here. We have prepared a special common room for you. We don't want our students to take too much interest in you. We don't know what might happen to your own future if we change their lives too much. You are, of course, free to explore both Hogwarts and the rest of the world but be sure to tell us first so we know when we can expect your return. "

The three teenagers nodded.

"Slytherin will take you two, and I will take Miss Potter here." Morgana cleared her throat, and Jakob noticed Slytherin closing his eyes for a brief moment hoping that this wasn't going to happen.

"I believe that Heir Quade will be taught by me. Seeing that he is of my blood, I find it more suitable. Don't you agree, Salazar?"

"Morgana, I would have agreed in a normal circumstance, but the boy speaks the noble tongue. Surely you must see that-"

"Do you want to duel me for him? I'm sure that when we are done, Heir Quade will choose the one he finds best fit for him." Interrupted Morgan. Slytherin broke his eye contact, starting to breathe heavier, but knew he wouldn't win against the one who had defeated Merlin.

"Why can't both of you teach me?" asked Jakob, confused, and the three adults glanced at each other and then started to laugh loudly.

Jakob felt almost stupid and glanced over at Pansy and Ivy, who also looked confused over the weird situation.

"Dear boy, how would you be able to learn from two masters?" questioned Morgana, giving him a warm smile.

"In my time, we have a lot of teachers. We have one for potions, one for Charms and so on. They are all masters in their craft, so I don't really see the problem here."

"Is that true, Miss Potter?" Questioned Gryffindor in surprise.

"Umm... Jakobs speaks the truth lord Gryffindor. We have a lot of teachers."

"We will have to discuss the planning then." Sighed Morgan, and the three rose, Slytherin having a smug grin on his face.

Forward to the present timeline.

Night had fallen, and the headmaster stood in his office phasing back and forth, waiting for the only man he thought could help him with this particular problem. The Fireplace was set ablaze with green fire, and out stepped a man with a briefcase in his right hand.

"Dumbledore, Not meeting at a rooftop this time?"

The headmaster smiled as he walked over to him, giving his long-time friend a hug.

"Newt Scamander, it's been so long. How have you been?"

The man who looked older now than when he had when they fought Grindewald gave Dumbledore a weak smile.

"It's fine. Helping the ones in need and all that." Newt looked around the office and marvelled at the different decorations before turning back towards Albus again.

"You needed my aid with something important that couldn't wait?"

Dumbledore nodded gravely.

"I need your tracking skills. Come." they both walked out of the castle and down to where the three students had gone missing.

"Three students accidentally opened a portal here and disappeared," said Dumbledore, gesturing to the patch of grass.

"I have tried my best to find out what led up to this moment, but I must admit that my tracking ability is very limited."

Newt nodded and put down his briefcase.

"I will see what I can do, But I can't promise anything."

"I know you will find something, Newt. You have shown me before that I can rely on your abilities." The headmaster gave the man a pat on his shoulder and took a step back.

"This will only take a moment."

Newt opened his briefcase, and a niffler jumped out.

"Start looking and see if you can find anything." The little creature jumped down and started to run around, disappearing inside the bushes a few meters to the left. Scamander then raised his wand and held it like a trumpet with the tip pointing out. He took a deep breath.

"Appare Vestigium." He blew and spun in a circle with gold dust covering the area.

Dumbledore looked as he saw the situation between the three Gryffindors and three Slytherins playing out.

Dumbledore witnessed Jakob holding a book and inscribing something on the ground. At the same time, the three Gryffindors tried to get him to hand over Pansy.

He saw how Hermione had fallen, and Jakob attempted to grab her but instead took the time turner and fell.

Something round had fallen out from his pocket, and when he grabbed it, he yelled for everyone to run and then the gold dust exploded. Dumbledore sighed.

"It gave some light to the situation, but I need to find what types of rune he was inscribing and..."

The niffler had returned and held an old book cover that had almost deteriorated beyond recognition.

Newt picked it up and glanced at it before handing it to Dumbledore.

"Do you recognise the cover?" Asked Newt to a Frowning Dumbledore.

"It might, but I need to run some tests, but now we at least know in what direction in time they went."

Newt stared at the cover.

"It looks like it has been here for a while, so imagen back in time?"

Dumbledore nodded.

"Indeed. Back in time. Thank you, Newt."

Back to the founder's time.

"This is where you will be staying. I would have made it more suitable, but with the limited time I was given, this is what you will have for tonight. I will see if I can spare a moment in the morning to continue." sighed Rowena, looking at the room she had created in slight disappointment.

"It's Perfect, Lady Ravenclaw," answered Ivy and looked around their small common room.

Rowena left the room with an appreciative nod, and the three students were left to explore.

Jakob looked around and saw a large fireplace on the other side of the room with two couches framing a couch table. He looked up and saw the roof littered with candles, and to his left were a dining table and benches.

"They don't expect us to eat in the great hall?" pansy wondered out loud as she walked over to the dining table, feeling slightly disappointed.

"I think they are just taking precautions." shrugged Jakob and looked over to the other side where three desks were lining up towards the wall with a candle holder. Ink bottle, quill and stacks of parchments.

Ivy, who had placed herself on the couch, closed her eyes for a second, feeling the relief that the day was finally coming to an end.

The Slytherin boy walked over to three doors that were lined up beside the desks on the right.

He opened the one in the middle and walked inside. The room was larger than he had thought, sensing extension charms on it and more colourful than he had imagen with different Hogwarts banners filling the walls.

A bed much like the one in his own time except for the green colours stood against the right wall. In the left centre of the room, a big wooden tub stood with a brush hanging on its side. As the Slytherin boy walked inside, he noticed something under his bed that widened his eyes. It was a Chamber pot.

Jakob laughed as he saw it, and the two girls curiously got up and walked over to him to see what was so funny.

"What so funny? Asked Pansy as she looked inside."

"Let me ask you two questions. When were the toilets invented?"

Jakob revelled at the two girls' expressions as they noticed the chamber pot under the bed.

"I'm not going to use that!" yelled a scandalised Pansy, pointing at the pot in disgust.

Ivy rolled her eyes and lay back on the couch, taking a pillow and pulling it over her head.

When Jakob had closed his door for the night, he sat down on his bed.

The day had surely been an interesting one. But he couldn't stay here. He needed a way to get back. But to be able to get there, he needed to do the ritual at the same place with the same things he had used before.

"Time turners didn't even exist at this time. What the hell should I do?" sighed the boy and lay in his comfortable bed. Then a light switch in his head turned on.

"But I don't need a time-turner. I only need the sand, and then I need to find a dementor. The runes will be the easiest to pull off out of the three, but I need to figure out where to start on the other two.

As Jakob Closed his eyes, he heard a knocking on his door and frowned.

"She can't be serious. Ivy is in the room next to us." He walked towards the door and opened it.

"Ivy? What is it?" The redhead looked nervously at him.

"When I was in my room, the thought of where we actually were hit me and... I don't want to be alone right now."

Jakob, who could have some understanding of what the girl was feeling, still thought this was a bad idea.

"Ivy you..."

He was interrupted as they both turned to the door on his left, seeing Pansy walking out, quietly closing her door and turning towards them with wide eyes.

"What's going on here?"
