Chapter 22

After staying at Marley for a while, it is time for the rest of them to head back to Paradis Island. And this time, Levi, Gabi, and Falco are coming along so that they will be able to see what the Coordinate Village looks like.

When they head back, they are surprised to see a lot of vegetables in wagons. But much to their shock, the ones that are there are not only Frieda, Sasha, and Marco, but Queen Historia and her daughter Ymir is also there.

"Your highness? What are you doing here?" After saluting to the queen, Eren asks with a surprised voice.

"I see you guys are back from Marley." Historia says.

"Historia here wants to help us at the farm because it's time for harvesting. Although it wasn't really necessary for the queen to help out at the fields..." Frieda says.

"I told you that I want to help out, big sis." Historia stares at her sister.

"So this is your daughter, Ymir, right?" Petra says as she kneels in front of the little girl, who flinches as she hides behind Historia.

"Sorry, my daughter has been a little shy." Historia says with a sigh.

Sasha notices Levi and says, "Captain Levi! You're here as well?"

Levi stares at Sasha and says, "So it's true that you're the current Beast Titan, huh?"

"Yes!" Sasha says with slight panic, having Zeke's memories meaning that she also has the memory of the pain Levi gave to him. Connie says, "Don't worry, Sasha. He's still the same Captain Levi."

"That's not what I'm worried about." Sasha says. "I got Eren's brother's memories, so I was able to learn the pain coming from Captain Levi..."

"So the monkey's memory's inside you..." Levi scowls a little.

"It is also thanks to Sasha that we know everything about Zeke." Erwin says. "Levi and the others are here since they're going to watch our training."

"Is that so?" Marco says. "I guess it is time for us to start training, I guess."

"What kind of training do you guys do?" Jean asks.

"We've done a lot of training. Eren's actually the one leading the training." Marco says.

"I also had some help, we basically combine the Scout training and the Warrior training together." Eren says. "We've also had weapons that we've got from the Mid East Nations and we also get some weapons through some trades."

"Trades? You mean the Cart Titan Gear was gotten from trading?" Pieck asks while staring at the gear.

"Someone in Marley sells them from a good price after all." Petra says.

"Those money grubbers..." Annie mutters with a slight scowl.

"So I guess your ODM gears, Thunder Spears, and other weapons are also purchased from the Yeagerists?" Historia asks.

"You're right about that." Erwin says. "Far from here, at the desert area, it is where we train with our Titan abilities since there is nobody there."

"But someone did notice the explosion made by Colossal Titan." Armin says.

"I know..." Marco winces a little.

"By the way, from the looks of it, none of you have been training for a long time, has it?" Eren asks.

"Well... ever since we've become ambassadors, all of us didn't have some time in training." Armin says.

"And we're working at the caretaking house as well." Falco says as Gabi nods.

"I see... Mikasa recently joined our training, however, she wasn't the same as before. Sometimes I am able to overpower her during the training..." Eren says as he looks at Mikasa, who frowns a little. "I guess because the Titan powers are basically gone, so does the Ackermann powers."

"I can still do it." Mikasa says. "It's true that I'm not as strong as I was before... but I'm not leaving Eren again."

"I know... and I'm not leaving you again as well." Eren says with a soft voice. "So should we begin?"

"Yeah." Erwin says as the Titan Shifters and Mikasa all head to the equipment room and put on their ODM gear. Just then, all of them leave by zipping on top of the walls and heading to the training spot.

As for Armin and the others, after seeing them leave, Jean says, "That's unfair... they all leave using ODM gear..."

"We didn't use them for a long time, it will be dangerous if we use them right now." Armin says.

Historia says, "Don't worry, we have wagons and we will be able to get there in time."

The others sigh as they head to the direction where the lightning is from, and they notice that the ones fighting are Frieda and Eren. Both of them are already transformed as Frieda creates a giant sword and tries to attack Eren. Eren quickly uses his hardening to stop the sword, while he uses his feet to kick Frieda's Titan body.

"Not bad..." Frieda slowly stands back up and says, "How about this?"

She creates a bow and arrow as she tries to shoot at Eren, just then, Eren's eyes glowed as he suddenly comes behind Frieda and elbows her to the ground.

"What was that speed?" Reiner asks with shock.

"I don't know... can the Attack Titan normally do that?" Gabi asks.

Erwin is holding the watch and yells, "Time's up!"

Eren comes out from the nape while Frieda suddenly emerges from the ground in front of Historia and the others. Frieda says, "I'm glad you guys didn't step on me. But then again, the Titan Crystal won't be broken by just stomping."

"What was Eren's move back then?" Armin asks. "I've never seen it before..."

Eren comes and says, "All of the 9 Titans have some sort of level-up system. When the War Hammer Titan is at its highest level, it won't be able to hide inside of its nape while transforming, this is known as "Remote Operation." As for the Attack Titan, when I was at the highest level, this is the name of the ability. "Time Manipulation." I can make time goes slower or faster on will, or stopping the time."

"Wait, are you serious? You can manipulate time?" Historia asks in awe. "So that wasn't because you're fast, but you made the time slower..."

Eren says, "When all of us find out our new ability, we realize something. None of us, except for me and Lara Tybur, has managed to get to the highest rank."

"Are you serious?" Annie asks. "And you did?"

"I didn't as the Attack or the War Hammer, but as the Founding Titan, I could control any Subject of Ymir at my own will." Eren says. "And that's the Rumbling."

"So you're saying that even if you become the Founding Titan, not until you reach the highest rank, you won't be able to activate the Rumbling, is that what you mean?"

"And because of the vow of renouncing war, it makes the Rumbling much harder to activate." Eren says.

Then they start to notice Petra and Erwin battling. When Erwin's Armored Titan tries to charge at Petra, Petra suddenly blinks as it causing the Titan to flinch.

"The highest ability of Female Titan is "Petrified Blink." Those within 100 yards won't be able to move until the female Titan blinks again." Eren says.

"If I were able to do that... then I could've just stopped the partial rumbling..." Annie mutters.

"Yes." Eren says as they also watch Erwin breaking free from the blink, and the armor on his body starts to form a sphere around him. He starts to charge at Petra, but just as he can hit, Marco yells, "Time's up!"

"And the Armored Titan's highest ability is "Spherical Shield." It is capable of using all of the armor on its body to create a sphere in 50 yards. So those who are inside the sphere will be safe. In the sphere form, it can also move and those who are inside the sphere won't be affected by it."

Reiner says, "Why didn't I also learn this..."

After that, it is Sasha and Marco's turn. Sasha turns into a giant wolf while Marco becomes the Colossal Titan. Connie says, "That's Sasha's Beast Titan form?"

"A wolf...I'm glad it's not the monkey." Levi mutters.

Marco emits a stream as he tries to attack Sasha, but Sasha just swiftly dodges the attack and raises its claws to scratch the leg. Both of them are now fighting really hard until the limbs become that of a monkey.

"Take this." Sasha grabs a boulder and throws the rocks at Marco, who groans in pain.

"Did Sasha's limbs become the same as Zeke?" Armin asks.

"This is the Beast Titan's highest skill, "Chimera Illusion". Sasha can change a part of his animal body into that of another animal." Frieda says.

Marco then raises his hand, which suddenly becomes bigger, and slams at Sasha, Sasha quickly changes back into wolf's limbs and dodges the attack.

"The Colossal Titan's highest skill, "Body Elongation" He can make any part of the body become bigger than the Colossal Titan itself." Eren says.

"Are you kidding me? That long hand really makes Sasha's Titan form like an ant..." Historia says.

"That's true indeed. The limit is that he can only become twice the size." Eren adds.

"Twice the size of the Colossal Titan?" Everyone feels terrified after learning the whole truth.

And finally, it's the Cart and the Jaw's turn to fight. Both of them are using their speed to get close to each other, and the Jaws prepare to slash at the Cart with the claws, but the Cart just jumps before dodging.

Just then, they see that Colt starts to spin around like crazy, Fay dodges the attack, but one of the armor that was dropped by Erwin just turns into pieces.

"Was that the Jaw's ultimate move?" Falco asks.

"The Jaw's highest skill, "Ultimate Crush." By spinning his body around, just touching a weapon will cause it to become ashes, like bullets, Titan hardening weapons, and so on."

"Wait, that means... if Galliard managed to learn this at that time, we didn't really need to worry about the Armored Train..." Gabi gasps.

"Yes, in that form, the bullets won't be able to hurt the Jaw Titan." Eren says.

And finally, they see Fay's palms having wheels as it becomes faster and sometimes she doesn't even need to run to move forward.

"Finally, the Cart Titan's highest ability: Swift Wheels. It causes the Cart Titan to move much faster, and the Cart Titan doesn't even need to run anymore."

"That would be very nice if I could move without moving with my feet..." Pieck says.

"So how long did it take all of you to reach the highest level?" Historia asks.

"Let's say it takes us 2 years to master all the skills. Since we're fighting each other like that, it is easier for us to reach the highest level." Eren says.

After the training is over, all of them are back with the others and Falco says, "Big brother... you were amazing with that move..."

"It really helps when we were fighting against the Mid-East Nations." Colt says.

Sasha says, "And if we really manage to get to this highest level, we would've been able to accomplish everything."

Everyone nods in agreement as they all head back to the Coordinate Village.

Here is a new chapter, and in this chapter, you can see that I give some new abilities to each of the Titans. I hope you like this chapter and the next chapter will be more Eren and Mikasa moments.
