Devil's Advocate
Chapter Eight
Sergeant Chambers and his partner along with those already at the faculty already investigating two other resident deaths both women.
He was told by the front desk where the latest body was located as Roxanne and others were trying to control the residents in regard to another resident's death named Pamela. Richard Newman had been heading to her quarters. When he was stopped by the police and others of the faculty that he needed to be staying in his quarters with his wife Theresa.
Sergeant Chambers had been escorted to the location with the yellow banner on the door with Missy the aide waiting to give her statement to the two officers working for the Yonkers, police department for the past ten years.
Missy had been still shaking her entire body and hands as she had been trying to calm herself down. But in the meantime, the local coroner with the doctor and his assistant once again had arrived at this site again.
It was getting colder outside as most of the residents were staying inside for the most part. A stretcher was taken out of the black van to be taken inside and have the body placed and the autopsy done to find out what exactly caused the death of Pamela.
Her body was laying on the floor of the quarters and there was a large pool of crimson next to her body. Missy had finished her report to the officers on what she had found when entering the quarters with her key.
She was told by Roxanne to take a long break and then to come back later hopefully having to be feeling so much better.
Doctor Alberts and Daniels in his forties carried the stretcher with the black body bag to have her body placed inside.
Taking a deep breath both of them. They will enter the semi-darkened quarters. While slowly walking over to the covered body. Doctor Alberts really needed to be taking a long look at the body before moving her to the stretcher.
They will need to be speaking with Roxanne on whether or not Pamela had any type of family so that they can do the autopsy and basically the funeral.
