Birthday

It had begun to rain by the time Dumbledore arrived at the party. The rain seemed to follow Jax around anytime something of importance would happen and Jax was involved it rained, but something wasn't sitting right with Jax. Could it have been the conversation he had with Ginny they were speaking about the Greengrass family and how they were supposed to have been at the burrow before Dumbledore or could it be the fact that something within Jax magic seemingly had been flaring up all today, Jax couldn't think about that right now though he needed to make sure he gave his two friends their birthday gifts.

Has gifts had been passed around to both Neville and Harry, Jax decided to give them their gifts

"Happy birthday Harry"

"Thanks, Jax mate, but you didn't have to get me anything"

"Ah don't worry about it, its nothing to big mate just a book of ancient combat magic"

"Wow, thanks mate I can't wait to read it!"

"Happy birthday Neville"

"Thanks, Jax"

"Here you go Nev, yours is also a book but it about exotic plants around the world and their different uses"

"Cool thanks Mate I can't wait to look at!"

It had been a few hours now the Greengrass should have been here by now besides the sun had begun to reach the evening crest. A feeling started to surface within the stomach of Jax, something maybe fear had begun to creep into his mind.

"You feel it too don't you Jax?"

"Yeah, I do Gin something is wrong"

"Should we tell Dumbledore?"

"No, we shouldn't worry him about it, but I do feel like we need to let someone know"

It was at that moment when the two had finished their conversation, when a loud popping could be heard and a voice speaking at a very quick pace.

"Albus you must come quickly!"

"Minerva, what has happened?"

"There has been an attack as well as a kidnapping"

"Who!?"

"The Greengrass family"

"Then we must move quickly then, is there anything else I must know?"

"Yes, Albus they left this note"

The note read; we have the Greengrass girls if you want, them to survive then you will send Jax Adonna Black alone to the given location. If he doesn't come alone, we will kill the girls all our master wants is to have a conversation with the young Adonna boy.

SHITE! Was the only thought running through Albus Dumbledore's head, this wasn't how he wanted to spend the rest of the night. And Merlin knows he is most likely going to have to spend weeks maybe even months cleaning up the blood and guts Jax is going to leave in his wake.
