Time/Place: Unknown….

Where…where am I? I don't remember what happened to me. I only have snippets of events. I was driving home from work..where did I work? I can't remember what my job is. I saw a bright light. Then…nothing.

Was I..killed in a crash?

All I know now is that I'm somewhere. I can't see anything. If this is what death is like then no wonder people don't want to die. This is madness in an empty void.

My vision is then assaulted by a blinding light. I can feel my eyes closing but it's like the light ignores my eyelids.

When I opened my eyes I was staring at some trees. More specifically, I was on my back looking at the trees. The light of the sun shining through them. Must be close to noon with where the sun looks to be.

I tried to raise an arm when I noticed it was harder than normal and..pudgier?...No. Do not tell me what I think happened to me.

"Hello? Is someone there? Could have sworn I heard something around here." A voice suddenly said.

That voice..Oh no.

An old man wearing martial arts clothing walked through the bushes. He looked around till his eyes set on me. His eyes showed surprise at my presence and walked over to me before picking me up.

About two things have been cleared and they scare me.

I have been turned into a baby after apparently getting Isekaied hereby what was probably Truck-kun.

I'm in the world of Dragon Ball/Z/Super and that terrifies me since i'm not a main character in this world filled with things that would make Frieza piss themselves.

"Why is a baby out here by themselves? Who or why would they abandon you?" Old man Gohan said as takes off his outer shirt to wrap me up. So am I suddenly Goku's step brother now? Man that sounds like a Sue incident.

"Oh well. Guess I should raise you myself since I can't find any tracks." Gohan said. He then starts to think of what to call me when we hear a noise. We both looked around and spotted a monkey in the trees.

Gohan's eyes sparkled when after looking at the monkey the perfect,in his opinion, name came to mind. " Wukong. Son Wukong. Seems perfect for you."

…Why was I named after that OverPowered Monkey? Oh well. At least it can't get wor-

"Wish I had other kids to keep you company, but I'll do what I can for you Wukong."

Wait, does Goku not exist here or something?...WHAT THE HELL?!

Author's Note: Greetings. Welcome to Surpassing the Odds. This chapter may be short but that's because it's an introduction chapter. Wasn't meant to be very long anyway. This is an idea that popped into my head while I was at work. Got a lot of things down the line planned or planning for when I get to those points. Hopefully I can keep this up. Also don't worry about chapter lengths. The rest will definitely be longer than this small fry. Till next Time. Also there will be a major time skip because I don't trust myself with the Entirety of Dragon ball so we will be entering Z next chapter with a small summary of what happened.
