Kat Returns Chapter 7. There is something creepy going on and the scoobies have to reunite to stop this apocalypse from coming to past.
An ambulance arrives at Giles' estate to take Faith, Robin, and newborn Alexia to the hospital. Buffy, Giles, and Dawn head to Giles' car so that they can follow the ambulance to the hospital. Suddenly, Buffy gets this splitting headache. She holds her head and begins to scream in pain. Buffy falls and Giles catches her.
"Buffy!" says Dawn. "What's wrong with her Giles?" Dawn is very tense.
"I haven't the slightest idea," says Giles in a concern tone as he carries Buffy.
Angel's crew was opening a doorway that will transport them to Africa in minutes. Fred and Wesley did everything that book told them to do, but there was no door opening. Tammy walk over to the two and glance at the book.
"Open says me," says Tammy with a wave of her arm and like magic, the doorway opened. She smiles at Fred and Wesley.
"Aha," says Spike pointing at her and walking up to her. "She's a witch. I knew it!" Tammy glares at Spike then everyone looks at her.
"No I'm not," says Tammy. "It says it right here." Tammy points at the book that Fred has in her hand towards the bottom of the page.
"Oh," says Fred and Wesley at the same time realizing they missed the simplest thing to do. All of a sudden Tammy begins to feel an intense headache. Grabbing her head tight Tammy falls and Angel catches her before she would hit the ground.
Xander and Willow were talking about what Kat had mention about the first coming back. Then Kat gets this serious headache. She tries to ignore it but it keeps pounding harder and harder. She holds her head and collapses. Xander catches her just in time.
"Kat what's wrong," ask Xander as he checks for a pulse.
"Oh my," says one of the doctors. "Maybe she caught the disease."
"No!" says Xander almost biting the doctors head off. "She just needs some fresh air." Xander carries Kat outside. Willow and Kennedy follow him.
In an unknown place Buffy, Tammy, and Kat appear and start to walk towards a bright light. They surround the light and put themselves in a triangular position. From the light a being begins to appear.
"Cordelia," the three say at the same time.
"Hi Buffy," says Cordelia with a smile. "Long time no see. Um, who are you guys?"
"I'm Kat," says Kat.
"I'm Tammy," says Tammy.
"I know you. You were the two who trade places with me and Faith during our last apocalypse." The two girls nod in agreement.
"How do you know me?" ask Cordelia.
"That's a long story," says Kat.
"I thought I was suppose to know everything," says Cordelia complaining about her powers.
"Cordelia," Buffy says trying to get her attention.
"What?" ask Cordelia.
"How are you doing this?" ask Buffy.
"Oh, you haven't been informed about my certain departure," says Cordelia.
"You're dead," says Buffy sadden by the news.
"Sort of speak," says Cordelia. "I'm a higher being. I've got these powers that gave me visions from a friend. A real hero. May he rest in peace. Through time they have been progressing."
"Progressing," says Buffy confuse.
"Getting really difficult to sustain. This gig was not made for a human and so they offer me to become not human. Thank God I didn't get any horns or tails." The three girls laugh.
"Then they choose perfect timing to call me up and say hey lets move you to an upper level. Yeah for me, nay for my commitments."
"I like your outfit," says Kat.
"Thanks," says Cordelia. "The good things about being an upper level being is you get to travel to different dimension and boy do they have some nice stuff..."
"Cordy, can we get the message that powers have for me?" ask Buffy.
"Oh yeah. I've got one word to say. Apocalypse."
"I could of told myself that."
"Buffy this could be a really bad one. It was created by humans."
"What?" Kat, Tammy, and Buffy say.
"The evolutionary race. It's so complicated. I never paid any attention in science."
"What is this big bad?" ask Kat.
"It's no as old as the first evil," says Cordy. "But it's as powerful."
"Where is it?" ask Tammy.
"The powers say that its forces are emanating from Africa."
"That's the reason for the earthquakes," says Kat. "Have the powers any idea how to defeat it." Buffy looks at Kat.
"Sorry Buffy. Got carried away." Kat smiles and looks at Cordy. "How will Buffy defeat it?"
"Gee thanks," says Buffy.
"The powers only know that even though this powerful source is very powerful like wicked Arnold Shwarztenager, humans are the only ones who will stand against it."
"Since they created it," Kat, Tammy and Buffy say.
"Is there an echo in here?" Cordy smiles. "Well, good luck."
"That's it?" says Buffy.
"Yep," says Cordy. "Oh, and Buffy don't be mad at him." Buffy is confuse.
"What are you talking about?" ask Buffy.
"You'll see," says Cordy with a smile. "Kat treat Xander good. He's a great guy and deserves it."
"I know," says Kat. "And I will."
"Tammy would you..." Cordy whispers something into her ear. Tammy makes a disgust face. "Or you could just say I said hello."
"Right," says Tammy. "I can do that."
Suddenly Cordy starts to glow bright once again and blinds the three girls. She sends them all back and they each wake up in their places.

"Giles we need to get to Africa right now," says Buffy.

"The powers that be sent me a message," says Buffy. "There's a new big bad and it's rising in Africa."
