Episode 15: All Hail Prince Vekar
Alien Ship
-I'm sick and tired of all these failures!
Damaras and Argus looked away when Prince Vekar hit the panel control and walked around it, towards one of the side windows where he could see the creation of his ultimate weapon, the one that would bring the Rangers down for good this time.
-Next time I will face them and I will make sure they are destroyed! Starting with that Green Super Megaforce Ranger. -said Prince Vekar.
-But sir…-said Argus.
-No more 'buts' Argus! If you can't do one simple job then I will have to do it for you!
Prince Vekar leaves the Command Room, leaving his two Commanders behind and they sigh, looking at the weapons Prince Vekar is creating.
-Do you think this will work? -asked Argus.
-I don't know but I will talk to the Emperor in case we need to act and stop this madness. -said Damaras.
Argus nods and watches Damaras leave before he turns back to the window and sighs again. These Rangers have messed everything up, that's for sure.
Command Center
The Rangers got a call to meet Tenshou and Gosei at the Command Center well… not all of them but when the Rangers arrived and Tenshou sent them to the Legendary Ship, the Rangers quickly understood why.
-What's all this!? -asked Gia, walking towards her boyfriend.
-This is a nice day for relaxing and enjoying the Legendary Ship. -said Jake, taking off his apron-. After Corinth, I asked Gosei if we could take the Legendary Ship to fly over the city and just have some time together and he thought it would be a good idea only if we also keep an eye on the city and we don't get out of the city limits.
-Gosei is so fun…but! This works! Thank you, Jake! -said Emma before she turned to Troy-… would you help me get my equipment for the camera.
-Sure… thanks, Jake. -said Troy, smiling as he and Emma ran to get the equipment Emma carried to school that day.
-Oh… I need my computer, I could create a map of the city and help us plan a strategy! -said Noah, smiling-… thanks bother! C'mon, Orion. Help me out!
-Ok! -said Orion, running after Noah-… thanks, Jake!
Finally, Jake and Gia were alone and Gia looked at the food, clearly impressed before Jake hugged her from behind and put his head on her shoulder after kissing it.
-Is also an apology for worrying my girlfriend so much. -whispered Jake-… mom and the other Ranger woman already had a long chat with me and I understand that this is not easy for you. I'm sorry.
Gia turned around and hugged Jake, looking into his eyes and his sad face before touching his cheek.
-Is not easy, you are right but I trust you when you say you can handle it and so far, you always keep your promise of coming back, that's the only thing I need, you understand? If you ever break that promise, Jacob Oliver Scott Kwan then we will have a serious problem -said Gia.
Jake nodded and they kissed, slow and full of the renewed promise they make every time he exposes himself to danger. They finally break the kiss after several minutes and hug until they see a flash and break the hug, seeing Emma and Troy smiling at them.
-We are ready! -said, Emma.
-We are ready too! -said, Noah.
Jake nodded and then walked towards Troy, clapping his hand with the leader.
-Your turn, leader. Make this baby fly. -said, Jake.
Alien Ship
Prince Vekar appeared in the room where his new robot was being created, happy to see it was fully completed, beside him, Argus walked, not so sure of what to do or say when he saw his Prince so happy to finally see his creation.
-Where is Damaras!? I want to show him this new masterpiece! -said Prince Vekar.
-He had a meeting with your father, your majesty. -said, Argus.
-My father?
Argus says nothing more and Prince Vekar, confused, walks towards the room where his father and his two most trusted guardians live there, Prince Vekar stops when he hears his father's voice.
-If Vekar fails, I want you to follow with the plan, Damaras…-said the Emperor.
-Yes, Emperor…-said Damaras.
Hidden by a wall, Prince Vekar overhears the conversation, furious. How dare his father thinks he is going to fail? No, he will win this fight and will bring the Green Ranger in for execution!
-Argus! -screamed Prince Vekar while he returned to the room-… grab as many X-Borgs as you can and find those Rangers! I'm sick of waiting!
-Sir? -asked Argus.
-Now!
Argus didn't have time to answer, only to grab as he was asked to grab and run towards the teleport, knowing that in this state, it was better not to anger the Prince. It seemed they would go to war this time.
Legendary Ship
The Rangers were enjoying the day with Troy teaching Orion how to pilot the Legendary Ship from Emma and Noah taking several pictures from the sky and Jake and Gia simply enjoying each other's company, they were so happy, they didn't see the fire in their direction until it hit the Legendary Ship, making almost everyone fall to the ground if it was not for Troy and Orion controlling the Ship.
-Everybody ok!?-asked Troy.
-We are…-said Jake-… what was that?
Troy quickly pressed the key on the computer and the Rangers were able to see Argus and X-Borgs running the city, looking at his friends, Troy nodded, quickly landing the Legendary Ship on safe ground, and grabbing his morpher.
-Rangers! Ready! -screamed Troy-… Super Megaforce!
-Super Megaforce! -screamed the Rangers.
Plaza
The Rangers ran towards Argus and the X-Borgs and quickly started to get attacked by them but Argu's mind was on the Green Ranger and he ran towards him while he and Yellow were busy with the X-Borgs, luckily, Blue saw him, and without thinking he ran in the same direction, crashing into Argus and pushing him into a house before he reached Green.
-You! Ranger! -screamed Argus.
-You want my best friend!? You are going to have to get through to me first! -said Blue, raising his swords.
Blue and Argus get ready for their swords and run toward each other, clashing the sword in a fight that would determine what is stronger, the loyalty to your Kingdom or the desire to protect your best friend.
Outside, the Rangers come face to face against the Emperor's Elite Guardians, a select group of aliens instructed to defend their Emperor and Prince and eliminate any trace of whoever is against them. Red calls for the laser Noah created but without Blue there, he looks at Silver to do his part as he can see Blue fighting Argus inside the house on his left side.
-Silver, insert your key! -said Red-… Rangers! Let's finish this!
Red prepared the cannon when the Rangers insert the key and fired at the Elite Guardians, hoping to take them down, unfortunately, nothing happens as the Elite Guardians are able not only to take the hit but to prepare for their attack.
-No!
Green Super Megaforce stands in front of his friends and uses his white aura to cover them, protecting them from the blast that sends him into the house where Blue is fighting at the same time Blue uses his swords to finally stop Argus.
Blue looks over his shoulder and runs to help his friend to get up while the Rangers run into the house, noticing now that Argus has stopped fighting but not because of Noah's attack, no… is because Prince Vekar is there, in front of them.
-Behold my power, Rangers! Soon you will be nothing but dust! -said Prince Vekar.
He and Argus disappear when the Rangers hear a sound and run out to see a new giant monster in front of them… no, is not a monster, is a robot, like their Megazord. The Rangers look at each other, surprised but they don't lose time in calling the Legendary Ship to create the Legendary Megazord while Silver calls for his Megazord, ready for battle.
When both Megazord appear, they don't lose time and unite both Megazords into one, allowing them to fight together while Prince Vekar laughs from his 'Alienzord' and launches an attack that hit the Megazord directly.
-That is hard…-said Red, forcing the controls.
The Megazord can answer but it barely touches Prince Vekar's zord and the answer is another powerful hit that makes spark fly over the Megazord while the Rangers scream in pain. Green growls, his rage growing as he can feel his eye changing color and he looks down, where people run from the Elite Guardians and Argus, that's when Green realizes they still can fight this.
He gets up and looks at Red.
-Red, you and the Rangers land the Legendary Ship and help the people with the Elite Guardians and Argus. I will hold the line here. -said Green.
-What!? No! -said Red.
-You have to! The Megazord is suffering too much damage if we don't land now he will destroy it and then I will have to do it without the chance of you all coming back and fighting with me! -said Green-… I can take him, save the civilians from the Elite Guardians and Argus while Tenshou and Billy repair the Legendary Ship, and then meet me back up here, please.
Red looked down, it looked like the only choice even if he hated it but it was the Yellow who got up and looked at Red.
-He is right. People need our help and the Ship won't hold another attack like this. -said Yellow who then, looked at Green-… you better remember our promise.
-I will. Love you. -said Green.
-Love you too. -said Yellow.
Yellow activated her side of the Legendary Ship and the other Rangers, unsure, followed her while Silver returned to his Megazord and landed on the ground, allowing the Rangers to do the same with the Legendary Ship while Green called for his Snake Zord and jumped over it at the same time his Ranger suit changed from Super Megaforce Green to Mighty Morphing Green.
-Now it's you and me, Prince Vekar…-said the Green Ranger.
The Green Ranger called for the Dragonzord and at the same time, he closed his eyes, calling for Saba appeared in his hand at the same time the Tigrezord did, allowing him to jump into the Dragonzord and combine the zords into the Legend Ranger Megazord.
-Green Ranger! Today will be your downfall! -screamed Prince Vekar.
-We will see about that. -said the Green Ranger.
The two Robots moved against each other, ready for one more fight, the one that will be determined who will win this fight.
Ground Battle
On the ground, the Rangers landed near the beach, following the Elite Guardians and the X-Borgs Argus is nowhere to be seen but that doesn't matter as they manage to stand in front of the Elite Guardians with their weapon ready, this time, Silver covers the Green side and after Blue measure the energies again, the Rangers fire a laser beam at the same time the Elite Guardians throw their attacks.
The Rangers can feel the pressure but they refuse to give up when they see Green's Megazord hitting Vekar's robot in the face.
-Come on, guys! We can do this! -screamed Red.
The Rangers use all their strength to finally end the Elite Guardians and look up at the same time the Legendary Ship and Silver's zord come to life again, fully repaired.
-Yes! Quickly, let's help Green! -said Blue.
The Rangers nod and are about to get on the Ship when they see Vekar's robot grab the Legend Ranger Megazord and they both start falling to the ground.
Zord's Battle
Green can feel the electricity but doesn't stop as he punches Vekar's robot at the same time the robot grabs the Megazord. Green knows where this is going and while he knew he will damage the zords, he also knows Ethan, Billy and the others will be able to repair them.
-This is your end, Ranger!
Green holds into the control and puts the missiles of the Dragonzord's hand on Vekar's robot chest, firing them at the same time they both fall to the ground, exploding.
Explosion Zone
The Rangers run, demorphing as they look for Jake but there is nothing but debris and Vekar's robot is destroyed. The Megazord is also damaged but they believe they are far better than the robot still, all their worries are on Jake.
He is nowhere to be seen.
-Jake! -screamed Troy.
-Jake! Where are you!? -screamed Emma.
-Jake, come on! -said, Orion.
-This isn't funny, brother! Come out! -said, Noah.
Gia walked around the debris, looking for Jake, knowing he would not break his promise to her when suddenly, she sees a rock moving and slowly the Rangers come together seeing Jake's battered form coming out, holding Saba.
Jake smiles at them, walking slowly but he is met halfway by Gia and the other Rangers, that quickly run toward him.
-Oh my God, Jake… are you ok? -asked Troy.
-Yeah… Bastro used the shield… saved me…-whispered Jake, while he hug Gia for support-… is this the end?
Orion nodded, pointing at Prince Vekar's form on the ground while the other Rangers looked at him, sadly. They won, but the Armada was still out there.
They still had work to do.
-Let's get out of here. -said Noah-…We can think about what to do now and tomorrow.
The Rangers nodded and walked away from the war zone without knowing that Damaras was close by and walked towards Prince Vekar's body, holding it, and looking at the Legendary Ship the Ship got up in the sky and flew away.
-We will have revenge, Rangers… this is far from over…-whispered Damaras.
