Chapter 16 Kat Returns. Possibly the final chapter of this sequel to Switched. Kat and Tammy must return home but the question is How? Sorry for delay but I've said before that I'm not using computer so I'll be delayed on my updates. Do enjoy this and two others Santa Baby and A Christmas Gift. Both Holiday oriented stories of this year.

A couple months pass and everyone was looking for a way to send Kat and Tammy back to their world. Although the girls didn't seem too happy in wanting to go home; their new found friends, the Scooby's and Angel's crew, worked hard in finding away to get them home.

Tammy headed back to LA with Angel's crew minus Spike. He went along with Buffy, Giles, and Dawn to England.

When they arrived in England, via teleportation, they headed straight to the hospital. They had not communicated with Andrew or any of the potentials since they last they saw them and they were worry about Faith and her child.

At the hospital they found Robin surprise and happy to see them back. They told him that their departure was a long story and ask about Faith.

"She's alright," says Robin. "In intensive care but she recuperating smoothly."
"Thank God," says Buffy. "How's the baby?"

"She's fine," says Robin.

"Faith's pregnant by him and she just had a baby," says Spike. "Boy have I been missing a lot."

"Spike, thought you were dead," says Robin.

"Nah, got over that," says Spike. "Congratulations on the kid."

"Thanks," replies Robin.

Meanwhile in Africa, Kat stayed with Xander alone in his hut. It was peaceful, though they could still hear the animals of the jungle, it was a somewhat paradise to them.

"Hmmm," says Kat raising her head and looking at Xander. She moves her hand over his bare chest and Xander grabs her by the waist. He pulls her on top of him. "This last month has been great. I don't want it to end." She kisses him on then lips then sits right up.

"I know," says Xander sitting up too. "You really don't have to go. The big bad is not after you anymore and I'll protect you from anything else."

"I know you will," says Kat caressing his face with her hand. "But you keep persuading me to do something that can't be."

"Do you want go?" Kat looks deep into his intense brown eyes.

"Xander," says Kat biting her lip with her hand still on his face.

"You probably have a better life in your world," says Xander. "Look at me being selfish and all and trying to keep you here."

"It's not that great. Really," says Kat. She bows her head. "It's not fair. I want to stay, but I don't belong here Xander. Please try to understand that." Kat gets off of Xander and puts some clothes on. Xander does the same and walks over to Kat who is standing by the window. He turns her around and he sees the water works about pour out. She bites her nail and sighs. They then hug tightly.

In LA Tammy and Angel are sparring in the training room again. Tammy is now using one of her new abilities, which is levitation. She's got all her powers down and Angel promises her not to hold back his vampire abilities.

"You're getting good," says Angel as their swords clash.

"I learn from the best," says Tammy as she swings her sword, which cuts Angel's shirt.

"Hey, I like that shirt," says Angel.

"Oops," says Tammy putting her hand over her mouth. "Hey, how about a hair cut." Tammy smiles and pulls the sword up. Angel gives her a serious look.

"Alright no hair cut." Their swords 'cling' a couple more times then both swords go flying unto opposite walls of the room. Tammy levitates and flips over Angel. She trips him and he falls on the ground. Thinking that she won, Angel catches her off guard and grabs Tammy's leg. She falls right on top him, which was not his plan but like it any way.

"You were going easy on me," says Tammy. "Weren't you?"

"A little," replies Angel.

Then someone coughs at the entrance of the room. They both look over and see Spike and Buffy.

"Having fun," says Buffy with a smile. Angel looks at Buffy. Tammy gets off of Angel and helps the old man up. Angel heads over to the two.

"Let's go to my office," says Angel. Buffy smiles and follows Angel.

"That's my kind of training," says Spike. Tammy smacks him in the back of his head.

"Hey, ouch," says Spike. Buffy turns around.

"Thanks Tammy," says Buffy.

"No problem," says Tammy. "Any time." Tammy gives Spike an evil smile and follows Buffy and Angel to his office.

"What did Giles say?" ask Angel as he opens the door to his office.

"He says he can't find a way," says Buffy. "Willow's been looking too but nothing. How's Wesley Fred doing?"

"The same," replies Angel leaning against his desk. "They're suppose to report to me today, but if they had something new they would have told me by now."

"Check this out Spike," says Tammy sitting down on the sofa with Spike. "Angel got the XBox with this really cool game. I beat Angel about forty times."

"Really," says Spike.

"You wanna play?" ask Tammy.

"Sure."

"Shouldn't Kat and Xander be here?" says Buffy to Angel.

"Yeah," says Angel. "Xander doesn't want her go."
"I didn't want you to go many times."

"Buffy it's different."
"How is that different?"

"Because...I don't know."

"That big bad made Willow believe that she brought them here. That she brought Kat for Xander, but she didn't." Angel looks at Tammy playing a video game then back at Buffy. "She doesn't belong here. Neither of them do."

"Somehow I don't care," says Angel. "I bet Xander feels the same way."

"You two have been close," says Buffy.

"I wouldn't say that. I guess we finally have something in common."

Back in Africa Xander put a jean jacket on Kat and another jacket on him. It would be cold in LA and they needed to be ready. Kat had managed to master teleporting easily from Willow, which took Willow many months. Xander pulls her into an embrace.

"Love you," says Xander. Kat wraps her arms around his neck.

"Love you more."

In less than a second they were transported into Angel's office. Spike is surprise when they appear and loses his battle in the game with Tammy.

"Bloody hell," says Spike.

"Hi," says Buffy. "We were just talking about you."

"So what's the sitch?" ask Kat.

"Nothing at the moment," says Angel.

"Are you cheating?" ask Spike. "Are you using your powers?"

"I would never do that," says Tammy in shock at Spike's accusation.

"Yeah, she would," says Kat with a smile as she sits down on the arm of the sofa next to Spike.

"Aha!" says Spike. "I knew it."

"She is so lying," says Tammy. " I have skills."

"You were using your powers the whole time you were playing with me?" ask Angel.

"No," replies Tammy to Angel. "Once or twice."

"Why you little..."

"Spike," says Buffy in a stern voice. Kat laughs a little as she goes over to sit next to Angel's desk. Xander follows her.

"Well, it sounds like good news," says Xander. Angel smiles then Buffy looks at both Angel and Xander. "To us."

"Look Spike I'll play you without using my powers," says Tammy.

"How do I know you're not using them?"

"Girl's scouts honor." Tammy gives a peace sign with her fingers.

"Tammy you weren't..." Tammy throws a pillow at Kat.

"Fine," says Spike as they start a new game.

"Children," says Buffy nodding her head and sitting next to Spike. She watches as Spike gets his butt kicked by Tammy. "Spike you're losing. Come on. Give me that." Buffy takes the remote control and kicks Tammy's butt in the game.

"Ah, that's not fair you have slayer help," says Tammy.

"Buffy I had it under control," says Spike upset that Buffy took his remote control.

"Sure you did," says Buffy.

The main doors of Angel's office open and Fred and Wesley enter the room. They were both carrying big books and stop to look at everyone in the room. Everyone's eyes went to them as well.

"Did you find a way?" ask Angel.
