Episode 19: The Wrath

Night

Troy moved from one side to the other, another of his dreams breaking into his mind as he tried to make sense of what was happening but he couldn't no matter how much he ran to get the answers… he didn't have them.

Dream

Troy was walking through a room where he found no other than the SPD Rangers and Kruger, talking about something he couldn't understand, that's why Troy walked closer to them, to try and hear what they were saying and make his presence known.

-What do you mean it changed everything!? -screamed Bridge.

-Bridge calm down. Maybe this is not what it looks like. -said Z, grabbing his hand.

Bridge turned around, unable to look when he came face to face with Troy and Bridge stopped, making the other SPD Rangers look towards him. They seemed surprised for a moment but quickly, Kruger recovered.

-Hi…-said Troy.

-Troy, the end is near. Be ready and no matter what, don't lose hope. -said Kruger-… we will see each other soon.

-What…?

The SPD Rangers moved to see a white figure mixed with fire and green and holding a sword. The figure had golden eyes and seemed to be smiling at Troy.

End Dream

Troy woke up, sweating, and looked around, confused about this new dream. He has been dreaming about a Legendary fight but this… why were the SPD Rangers there? And who was that white figure? Was that Jake?

Troy got up and looked at his device, confused when he looked to the side and saw golden eyes looking at him. Troy jumped, grabbing his morpher until he saw a White Lion coming to his light. Bastro.

-You are Jake's lion? -asked Troy.

You can call me Bastro, Troy. I gave you that vision to prepare you for what you and your friends may have to face in the future.

-Me and my… Do you mean that's Jake? -asked Troy.

Jake will have a difficult challenge in front of him but is his love for his family, his friends, his partner, and this planet that will make a difference in the future.

-I don't understand…-said, Troy.

You will have your answers, in eleven years.

Before Troy could ask anything else, Bastro disappeared leaving the Red Ranger with more answers than questions as he tried to put together the pieces of the puzzle that was in front of him. What is going to happen in eleven years?

Alien Ship

Emperor Mavro walked into the Control Room of the main ship of the Armada and looked down at Earth. A beautiful planet, indeed, but it gave him a lot of trouble, and now, he was debating if he should conquer it or destroy it completely.

Beside him, Argus stood there, nervous. Every person he trusted is gone or ran away and now, it was only him.

-Argus…

Argus raised his head when Emperor Mavro called his name and the alien walked towards his master, in a quick movement, Emperor Mavro grabbed Argus by the throat and pushed his face close to him.

-You are going to go to that planet and fight the Rangers. If you don't succeed with the power I'm going to give you, don't ever try to come back. -said, Emperor Mavro.

Argus was too scared to answer when he was thrown to the teleporter and he left towards Earth while Emperor Mavro put his hand on his chin as if he was thinking. He still had to decide what to do with the planet because it didn't matter if Argus failed, he wouldn't.

Mountains

Argus appeared like a giant monster, his arms now were cannons and he could fly but as soon as he appeared, the Rangers appeared too, in the Legendary Ship and Silver's Megazord. Silver prepared while the Super Megaforce Rangers formed the Legendary Megazord and then Silver and the Rangers combined their Megazord and got ready to take on him.

-Attack! Rangers! -said Red Super Megaforce.

The Ranger attacked first with the drill, hitting Argus on the chest, and then, when he tried to fly, the Ranger grabbed his leg and send him flying, firing their ultimate attack on Argus that fell to the ground, losing his giant state.

-That was too easy…-said Blue.

-Be careful. Let's go down. -said Red.

The Ranger ran out of the Megazord and landed on the ground, looking at Argus getting up and calling for the Elite Guardians, four of them appear as the Rangers appeared at the scene.

-This is going to be great. What should we use? -asked Silver.

-How about Mighty Morphing? -asked Blue.

-Let's do it! -said Red-… It's Morphing Time!

The Rangers used the key and transformed into the Mighty Morphing Rangers, calling for their weapons to fight, this time, Green morphed into the Black Ranger first, using his blaster to take down one of the Guards, and then, he transformed into Green use the dagger and finish him off. Pink and Yellow used their bow and claws to bring down another Elite Guard and Blue and Red used the Blade Blaster and the sword to bring down a third Elite Guard leaving the White Ranger to finish the last one using Saba, with one slash, the Guardian was gone and there was only Argus.

-AGH! I will destroy you all! You ruined everything!

Argus ran towards the Rangers but they turned back to their Super Megaforce form and called for their combined weapon while Silver called for his staff then, combined, the six Rangers attacked Argus at the same time, making him stop his room and fall to his knees.

-Emperor!

Argus disappeared and the Rangers demorphed, looking sad as the monster turned into dust when they hear a noise and looked up, surprised to see several Ships of the Armada invading Earth. Jake's eyes turned to gold when they saw an image of Emperor Mavro over his ship.

-Earth! I came to rule over you! Surrender or you will face the cruel destiny of death!

Command Center

Billy came running towards Gosei and Tenshou but he saw they were already watching the images and wondered what was going through their heads. How were they supposed to fight this? Billy only had one answer and he was ready.

-Gosei? -asked Billy.

-Billy, call the Rangers… all of them. We are going to need all the power we can use. -said Gosei.

-But how? We can't morph anymore? -asked Billy.

-You will. I will give you my power. -said Gosei-… Tenshou will remain in your care and the Rangers from now on, Billy.

-What?

Before Billy could ask, Gosei's eyes started to shine and Billy could feel the energy back on his coin, slowly, Gosei's eyes lost their light until there was nothing but a figure on the wall. Tenshou lowered his head and moved towards Billy.

-He is gone…-said Tenshou, sadly.

Billy knelt beside the robot and pet him, already using his iPad to call the other Rangers while looking at Gosei.

-We will make sure his sacrifice will not be forgotten, Tenshou but now, we have work to do. -said, Billy.

Tenshou nodded and both ran towards the screens where they could contact the Rangers and ask for assistance, one more time.

Mountain

The Ranger called for their Megazords again, combining them and fighting as many ships as they could but they were too many and it seemed an impossible task as they tried to take all down.

-They are too many…-said Silver.

-Keep fighting! Don't let them arrive on Earth! -said Red.

Green closed his eyes, calling for his spirits, and like always they answered. Jake appeared in front of them in his Super Megaforce suit but without his helmet. He looked worried and for the first time, he could feel as if his Snake was worried too, the only calm was Bastro.

Inside Jake's Mind

-We are going to lose this fight…-said, Jake.

You won't, Jake. All you need to do is trust in yourself and your friends. -said Bastro-…with my energy you can take half of the Armada off but if you use it our destiny will be shared.

-Our destinies? What do you mean? -asked Jake.

I have a mortal enemy, bigger than anything you have seen before. He almost killed me centuries ago and that's why I have to come to your body because you are the only one strong enough to fight him when the time comes, that's it if you decide to use my power now. -explained Bastro.

Jake looked down as Bastro walked towards him, as he did, the form of Bastro transformed into someone human, surprising Jake and even the Snake as they both looked no other than Zordon himself.

-Zordon!? But… Uncle Andros…-said, Jake.

Andros destroyed me but when the energy exploded, I managed to get enough to survive and disappear… I knew the Rangers didn't need me anymore so I stayed low, looking until I found you, Jacob. The son of two of my students and the only one strong enough to carry my power.

-But I… how…? What…?

I know you have answers, Jacob but I can't give them to you now. You need to make a choice, using my power will grant you another day to fight, if you don't take it, I fear this will be your and your friends' last battle. -said Zordon-… but if you do, the challenge that awaits you is bigger than any other Ranger has seen before.

Jake looked at his hands and then closed his fists looking up with determination as he looked at Zordon himself and nodded.

-Let's do it. -said, Jake.

Zordon smiled and nodded, going back to his Bastro form while the Snake moved and got around Jake's body, resting his head on his shoulder.

I'll always be with you, Master.

Jake closed his eyes as Bastro ran towards him and hit his chest, setting free the energy that will save them all.

Battlefield

The Rangers looked in surprise at how Green's whole outfit changed, in the same way, it did when he fought Damaras, and then, he got up, standing in front of Silver and raising a hand against the ships of the Armada.

-Be gone!

Half of the Ships disappeared and for a moment, it seemed everything was going to be fine until they saw Emperor Mavro's Ship and the Super Megaforce Ranger turned to his team.

-Whatever happens here, keep fighting. Don't let them win. -said the Super Megaforce Ranger-… don't worry, we won't die.

Then Emperor Mavro's Ship attacked the Megazord, using their laser but the Super Megaforce Ranger raised his hands, creating a shield that absorbed some of the damage while sparks ran through the Megazord, hurting the Rangers.

-Don't forget! The city still needs you! -screamed the Super Megaforce Ranger.

-Jake! -screamed Yellow.

-Go!

The Super Megaforce Ranger moved his hand towards the Rangers and throw them out of the zord while the Megazord fell to the ground with the Super Megaforce Ranger still inside. On the ship, the image of Emperor Mavro appeared again in front of the civilians.

-This planet is mine! -stated Emperor Mavro.

On the ground, Gia and Emma lay over the rocks, unconscious. Not far from them, Noah looked like he took a good hit in the head and Troy fell over a half-broken stone while Orion fell on his back, all of them unconscious.

As for the Super Megaforce Ranger, he fell with the Megazord that exploded in white light, without revealing if Jake survived or not.
