Uzumaki-Namikaze compound a month later.

Naruko and Mito watched Naruto as he walked outside of the gates again before Tsunade and Jiraiya appeared in a swirl of leaves. Tsunade rushed over and hugged the girls as Minato and Kushina walked out of the house, smiles on their faces.

"Okay, you two, get ready we're going to be starting the next level of training today."

Naruko looked at their father and pointed at the gate.

"Dad, Nii-san just left we need to get if were about to start something new shouldn't he be part of it?"

Minato and Kushina sighed before Minato kneeled and spoke to them.

"Naruko, Mito you two need to understand your training is more important than Naruto's right now. But, his training will start once he enters the academy we'll be starting his training. Now, enough of this topic you two need to go get changed and get ready for the tree walking exercise."

Naruko and Mito did as they were told and went to the house to get changed. They had no idea this would be the last time they would see their brother for the next ten years.

With Naruto

Naruto smiled as he reached the gate and saw Kojiro there waiting with Hrist in her sword form on Kojiro's back. Naruto ran up to Kojiro and saw the smile on his face when he grabbed onto Kojiro's hakama.

"Master Kojiro! You came to get me this time!"

Kojiro smiled as he looked down at his only student. Kojiro walked out of the gate Naruto close behind.

"Yes, and Hrist asked for help from the other valkyries and got half the stuff she needed to teach you to use chakra so today along with a sword your going to learn a jutsu."

Naruto smiled upon hearing that. Kojiro had already helped Naruto to unlock his chakra, and he was already trying the tree walking he'd seen Minato show off once. Naruto had made it a few steps but couldn't get it right.

"I'll be glad to finally put tree walking behind me. I'm sick of fall on my back everyday."

Kojiro laughed as he patted Naruto's head as they started up the now-forming path.

"No, you need chakra control, and I'll start teaching you my thousandfold defense."

Naruto blinked and nodded as he looked up at him.

"What is it called?"

Kojiro smiled as he looked down at Naruto as they entered the clearing to the shrine he and Naruto had started to repair as part of his strength training.

"Well, it's called Senju Musō. It means accelerated development, and it's not related to that old clan from this village. But, are you sure about this Naruto? You know you won't step food into this villager for a decade or so."

Naruto nodded as they walked up to the shrine and Kojiro opened the door, and they walked through into Hrist home. Naruto smelled ham in the air and smiled as he rushed into the kitchen and smiled; as he looked at Hrist, and he saw two new women. One on the left had bright-red hair like his mother with, black pupilless eyes. She wore an elaborate, high-collared kimono with the Uzumaki symbol on the back of her obi, which was tied around her waist. The other kind of looked like Hrist. She had midnight blue hair that reached her waist. Her hair is pinned back on the side with a wing-shaped hairpin. Her pale skin is contrasted by piercing emerald green eyes. She was dressed very formally, wearing a white dress with gold and navy detailing. She is tall and has a very feminine figure. They both looked at Naruto then the red-headed woman jumped up.

"Little maelstrom!"

Naruto jumped and took off running to get away from the woman that reminded him of his mother.

"Come back little maelstrom! She just want to hug you!"

Naruto stopped at the door when he heard Hrist yell out to him in her angered tone. The woman grabbed Naruto and pulled him into a hug. Not sure what to do, Naruto hugged her back, and they held the hug for a minute before she left him go.

"Mito, maybe jumping at him first thing wasn't the best thing to do."

Kojiro spoke softly as Naruto quickly rushed over to the ham and other breakfast foods on the table. He'd skipped breakfast, knowing he had a hot meal waiting for him. Hrist was happy to see the joy in Naruto's eyes as he sat next to another woman.

"Hello Naruto I'm Brunhilde."

Naruto smiled up at her, and Brunhilde smiled down at him. She patted Naruto's back as Hrist set a plate full of ham, biscuits, cut apples, and jam on the side. Naruto smiled as he grabbed his fork and knife. As Naruto started to eat, the red-haired woman spoke.

"Naruto do you know who I am?"

Naruto hummed as he looked at her, then nodded before swallowing the piece of ham he was eating, "Um, I think you are the lady one of my little sisters is named after. Mito Uzumaki, right?"

Mito smiled as she looked at Naruto.

"That's right, Naruto. My name is Mito Uzumaki Senji, grandmother to Tsunade, formerly adopted great-grandmother to your mother, Kushina. But, after hearing what happened to you, I've disowned her, and if I could, I'd expel her from the clan."

Naruto hummed as he took another bite of ham.

"No, I think what I have in mind for them all is much better."

Kojiro, Mito, Hrist, and Brunhilde all looked at Naruto as he ate. He smiled as he looked at them. He swallowed before he spoke again.

"I'm going complete all this training and prove to them I'm the strongest in this generation."

Kojiro smiled and laughed before he walked over to a barrel full of wooden swords. Kojiro turned around and smiled, seeing Naruto's empty plate.

"Well then, if you're going to be the strongest, then we better start your training.":

Naruto smiled as he looked at Kojiro and jumped up. Naruto rushed over and grabbed the wooden sword.

Six months later

Hokage office

Minato sat in his office doing paperwork and sighed before he set his pin down and looked over at his family photo. Minato smiled as he looked at the photo of his beautiful wife and his two daughters but frowned when he saw his only son Naruto off to the side. Minato felt guilty as he looked at the frown on his son's face and the cold look on his face. Minato felt terrible about leaving his son out of the training and pushing him away for his sisters. But, the new class academy starts in a week, then he smiled.

"Mito and Naruko are going well, so maybe it is time to start Naruto's training. Then Minato's dropped as he tried to think of what Naruto might like to start with. He frowned as he realized that he didn't know what Naruto's like. He didn't know what Naruto liked to eat or what he liked to do for fun. He didn't even know if his son's chakra was unlocked yet or if he already had his affinity known to him. Minato slumped back into his chair as he racked his brain, trying to think of anything he'd done with his son. No father-son talks. No, father-son bonding or complaining about the women in their lives. Minato felt tears coming to his eyes as he desperately tried to recall anything he'd done with his son. But all he could think of was sending him away and ignoring his voice as he tried to spend time with his father. Minato stood up from his chair and created two shadow clones to get to work on what was left of his paperwork. Minato flashed away to his house to find his son and tell him he was sorry for neglecting him.

Konoha market district

Kushina looked down at the fresh meat, but her mind was elsewhere. She was trying to think of how distant Naruto was from the rest of the family. It hurt Kushina to only focus on Naruko and Mito but with them having the Kyuubi's chakra. But they started to get reasonably good control and were great with the basics. She smiled as she picked up some pork to make some ramen. The academy will start in a week, so maybe they should go ahead and start Naruto's training.

Kushina smiled, confident that they could get Naruto close to them again. Then she stopped when she couldn't think of anything.

'When Minato gets home I'll talk to him about starting Naruto's training. Maybe I should get him a...'

Kushina stopped when she tried to think of something Naruto liked. She didn't know what Naruto liked or what he liked to eat. She didn't know what he did for fun. Kushina didn't know what Naruto liked most about being a ninja. He be like ninjutsu, kenjutsu, Genejustu, taijutsu or fuinjutsu. As Kushina thought, she couldn't remember if naruto had even unlocked his chakra. She didn't know if he got her water nature like Mito or Minato's lighting nature like Naruko. Kashina slowly started to walk again, her face growing more worried as she moved faster.

'No, no! I didn't neglect my only like this, did I!?"

Kushina raced down the street, heading for her house, hoping her son was home.

Uzumaki-Namikaze compound

Naruko and Mito were sitting in the backyard. Mito was reading a book about water jutsu, and Naruko was asleep under the tree Naruto normally sat under. Naruto may have been cold over the last month, but they still loved him. He was there, nii-san, and they did want him to care for them.

"NARUTO!"

They two jumped as they heard both their mother and father yelling for their nii-san. They rushed into the house and found their mother and father running down the steps. Their mother rushed out of the front door, and their father had a dog-masked silver-haired ANBU in front of him.

"Go dog find my son! Leave no stone unturned!"

"Yes lord Hokage."

Naruko and Mito watched as their father sat down on the stairs. Naruko and Mito looked worried, and they got past their father and rushed up the stairs. They saw their nii-san's door open and rushed in to see his room was empty, and all that was in the room was a bed with a blanket and an old pillow. The walls were a dirty grey, and they saw what they thought was old blood on the floor. They looked at one another before they quickly followed their mother's lead and ran outside, hoping to find their brother.

With Kushina

'Where is he!?'

Kushina rushed past people and ninjas, ignoring all of them as she raced around the village, looking for any sign of her Sochi. She had to find her son. She had to tell him how sorry she was. Kushina rounded a corner and slammed head-first into someone. Kushina looked up, ready to unleash on whoever ran into her, and stopped as she looked up at the man who told them to focus on their daughters. Jiraiya looked down at Kushina, worried as he looked at the glare she was giving him. Her hair started to flow out like the nine-tailed tails, and Jiraiya knew something had happened, and he knew he would be the one who would get the beating.

"YOU!"

Jiraiya turned and tried to run, but chakra chains wrapped around Jiraiya's throat. The whole village was treated to the screams of Konoha's legendary super pervert as Kushina screamed at him for ruining her family with his stupid prophecy.
