Chapter 6 Go to New York?
Ichika's POV
Saki and I were walking through the halls of our school…when Emu suddenly zoomed right pass us!
"Emu-Chan", Saki started, getting Emu to stop in her tracks. "Where are you heading to in a such a hurry?"
"I'm going to go and see Tsukasa-Kun to see if he's okay!"
"What", I exclaimed. "Is he okay?"
"After he talked with Toya-Kun's big brother yesterday, he seemed to be bothered by something."
This took Saki and I by surprise.
"Nene-Chan and Rui-Kun said they were gonna ask him about it", Emu revealed. "So I'm gonna go visit them and see what's going on!"
Before I could ask Emu more questions about this, she zoomed off.
"Something's bothering Tsukasa", I asked in shock.
"Now that I think about it", Saki started. "I did notice that something seemed to be bothering him when he came back home last night. But when I asked him about it, he told me that he was just tired from the show."
"I wonder what's bothering him", I asked. "I hope he's okay."
That Afternoon
After School, Saki and I were outside.
Then…we spotted Emu!
"There she is", Saki said before rushing up to her with me in toll. "Emu-Chan, did you go visit Onii-Chan?!"
"Were you able to find out what's bothering him", I asked.
"Ah huh", Emu replied sadly.
"What's wrong", Saki asked in concern. "Is Onii-Chan okay?"
"Waaaaaaaah", Emu suddenly yelled out. "Tsukasa-Kun may go to New York!"
This took both Saki and I by surprise.
"Wait", Saki started. "New York?"
"What do you mean by that", I asked in confusion.
"Toya-Kun's older brother told Tsukasa-Kun that he thinks that he should go to his music school in New York!"
"What", Saki exclaimed. "Go to his music school in New York?!"
"What did Tsukasa say about this", I asked.
"He said that Toya-Kun's brother asked him to go to New York during Golden Week so that he can see the theatre program's end of year show", Emu revealed.
"And…is Onii-Chan going to go", Saki asked.
"He said that he needs to wait to hear what his parents have to say", Emu replied. "I don't want Tsukasa-Kun to leave!"
With that…Emu ran off…leaving Saki and I standing still in shock.
"Onii-Chan…may go to school in New York?"
Tsukasa's POV
I had just returned to my house.
"I'm home", I called out.
"Welcome home, Tsukasa", my mother said from the couch. "Please sit down."
With that, I did as told.
"Natsu ask your father and I about you visiting his school in New York during Golden Week", my mother revealed. "We think that it's a wonderful idea!"
"You do", I asked.
"Yes", my mother replied. "After all, you are in your final year of high school after all. It's good for you to start thinking about your future."
With this…I looked down sadly.
Guess I'm going to have to make a decision.
