"DREAD STEVE HAS BEEN ACQUIRRRRRRED!"
"I thought they left entirely!" Doctor Whooves exclaimed.
"INCORRECT," The bombastic robotic voice replied back. Coming from behind Dread Steve is a Dalek. But this one is a shorter one, and it's colour is bronze.
"I bet that Supreme guy sent you in, huh?" Time Steve questioned, stepping forward and confronts the Time War Dalek model.
"CORRECT," The Dalek replied. It's eyestalk goes from looking at Time Steve to look at Doctor Whooves. It turns it's body so it's gunstick is pointing at Doctor Whooves. The gunstick then begins to glow. But out of nowhere, a pony figure in a black cloak jumps infront of Doctor Whooves. The gunstick's plasma bolt hits the cloaked figure, and they fall to the ground. The Dalek as well as Dread Steve then flash white before disappearing.
"Are you okay-" Time Steve got down onto his knees. He puts his right hand on the cloak's hood, then pulls it down. The figure is a grey stallion with dark grey hair, and green irises in his eyes.
"He's alive- here, let me help you up," Time Steve got up whilst pulling the cloaked stallion up with him. The cloaked stallion began wobbling uncontrollably. Immediately, Time Steve and Doctor Whooves stood on one side each.
"You'll be okay, we'll get help," Doctor Whooves reassured in calm voice. Together, they walk back through the portal.
The steve and 2 ponies exit the portal. They are back in the overworld, underground, outside of where the remains of the citadel remain. Nobody else is here, everybody else must've teleported away.
"I can't teleport- I need to support this guy!" Time Steve exclaimed.
Lightning strikes nearby them. Appearing by them is Colle and the Doctor.
"Oh, they're out of the world below-" The Doctor immediately notices the other stallion.
"Who are they?"
"Time, Whooves, what's going on? We thought you two were trapped! I panicked and got the Doctor- what happened?" Colle sternly questioned.
"Dread Steve came back, and he got taken away by a um, the worst thing in all of creation, shall we put it- Yeah, that, a smaller bronze coloured one," Time Steve replied.
"What? What do you mean?" Colle inquired further.
"He means a Dalek. The Daleks must need Dread for something," The Doctor replied, hiding his actual feelings on this news. He knows exactly why the Daleks would want Dread Steve. But this will be something he has to deal with later. His focus is on the cloaked stallion.
"Oh no, that's bad news right there, we gotta go after them, right away. If they can time travel and all, and what they want is destroy everybody, we gotta deal with that," Colle strongly suggested.
The Doctor meanwhile has his attention more focused on the cloaked stallion. It's almost as if he feels something different about him. It's almost as if... he knows who it is.
"Colle um, do you mind if you uh, take Doctor Whooves with you, so he uh, can explain, some things?" The Doctor stutters as he makes a request for the collector.
"What about that Dalek, the one Time just brought up?" Colle inquired.
"That's my task to deal with, and your task is to do what I've asked," The Doctor sternly replied. Colle agrees and walks to Doctor Whooves and summons lightning, teleporting himself and the pony away. Now, it's just Time Steve, the Doctor and the cloaked stallion.
"I- I remember, things- I remember..." The cloaked stallion coughed out.
"We don't know you though?" Time Steve looks at the cloaked stallion in confusion, and scratches his head with his right hand.
"Correct," The cloaked stallion responded.
"Doctor Whooves, is that you?" The Doctor asked the cloaked stallion.
"It's been so many... many years, thousands... thousands of years. I saw Derpy die of old age. I saw everypony I knew die of old age. It doesn't affect me, as I know after twelve regenerations of leaving the companions I made along the way... I can finally join them all. I can end the hardship I've held on my weight for all this time," The cloaked stallion replied calmly. Time Steve and the Doctor can tell the cloaked stallion, future Doctor Whooves, is very hurt inside.
"All this time, long ago, a cloaked stallion saved me. I didn't know who it was. But now I know. That stallion was me. Now, I don't have much time left. A Dalek plasma bolt hit me. Being near Time Steve is keeping me stable enough, but soon it will not be enough," The cloaked stallion replied. He began to wobble more and was about to fall over, but Time Steve catches him.
"Time, can you teleport the three of us to the TARDIS? I think everything is making sense now, I think I know it all," The Doctor requested.
"Where is it?" Time Steve asked.
"Teleporting to the inside of the TARDIS will be like teleporting to your Time Dimension," The Doctor stated. Time Steve nods and begins summoning lightning, teleporting himself, the Doctor and the cloaked stallion.
The 3 are now in the Doctor's TARDIS. The whole interior is round, and there are also 2 sets of metal stairs leading to 2 exits. There is also double white doors on the same level as the control panel. The control panel is in the middle of the platform where it is glass, which the shape of the glass part on the platform looks almost like a really wonky octagon. From the platform, there's also a flight of 2 more stairs going down. The are also metal railings at the edges of the platform, so anyone doesn't fall off accidentally.
The Doctor starts flicking levers and pressing buttons.
Vworp! Vworp vworp vworp vworp!
While the Doctor makes his TARDIS take off, Time Steve looks to the cloaked stallion. The 2 are standing by the metal railings.
"Can I- can I..." The cloaked stallion stutters.
"Can you what, Doctor Whooves?" Time Steve gently asked the cloaked stallion. He's trying to keep the stallion calm.
"Can I- see Derpy, one last time?"
"I don't think you have enough time. I have an image of her, if that will do," Time Steve came up with a compromise. The cloaked stallion wept, and nods.
"No no, we can do that, we've got all the time to do that," The Doctor countermanded. He flicks more levers and presses more buttons.
Vworp! Vworp vworp vworp vworp!
"We're at her house, stay put," The Doctor spoke as he walks to the double white doors.
"What do you remember, back when uh, far far back in time, in your perspective?" Time Steve asked.
"I know everything I seen, as if it was yesterday. But I didn't think that cloaked stallion I remember saving me back then... was me," The cloaked stallion replied.
"That's a bootstrap paradox for you," Said Time Steve.
"Infinite timelines... infinite different possibilities and fates," The cloaked stallion nodded.
"Doc? Is that... future you?" A calm, female voice is heard. The cloaked stallion immediately looks in the direction that voice came from and walks in that direction. Standing there is the Doctor and a grey pegasus, with a blonde mane and tail, with honey-coloured irises and crossed eyes.
"Derpy..." The cloaked stallion softly spoke. The 2 walk close to each other and hugs briefly, then lets go.
"You may look diffewent, but you're still my doccy doc." Hearing the gray pegasus' voice one last time brought a smile to the cloaked stallion's voice. Then, he collapses and falls over before anybody could catch him.
"Doc?" Derpy went to touch the cloaked stallion, but the Doctor pulls her back.
"I think I get it- oh ho, I think I get it!" The Doctor starts sounding very ecstatic. He runs back out of the double white doors.
"I uh- I don't know what to say..." Derpy stuttered.
"Don't worry-"
"Do not worry!? He's dead!" Derpy exclaimed, and frowns at Time Steve.
"You've made his last moments special, he smiled. He uh- I really shouldn't tell you this, but... He spoke of being with you in your final moments, when you were old- future stuff. It really affected him, seeing that," Time Steve responded back.
"I um... That's uh, um... I, um, I don't know how to feel- I uh, at least know that he'll... he'll be with me, when that moment comes..." Derpy stuttered.
"Ah, Twilight! I need you to um- why's Flash here? How did you even get them so quick?" Time Steve inquired. The Doctor came back, with Twilight and Flash Sentry.
"It'll all make sense- oh, and Derpy, stand back," The Doctor briefly looks at the pegasus, who takes a few steps back.
"Stand around him, but not too close," The Doctor instructed. He, Time Steve, Twilight and Flash Sentry surrounds the cloaked stallion. Then all of a sudden, a glowing orange yellow aura of gold-shining light emitting high-pitched trilling sounds come out of the Doctor. The aura travels to Twilight and does a loop around her, then does the same with Flash Sentry, and then does the same with Time Steve. Next, it beams into the cloaked stallion and the trilling noise got louder. The 4 surrounding the cloaked stallion takes multiple steps back and looks away. Derpy also covers her eyes and looks away.
After the trilling noise stops, they look back at where the cloaked stallion was. The cloak is gone, and all there is, is a sleeping, tiny brown colt with a short, dark brown mane and tail. The colt also has no cutie mark.
"Uh..." Time Steve stuttered.
"Doctor Whooves spoke of something... He said somebody left him infront of the door of an old cottage. It turns out it was... it was me- it must of been me who left him at the doorstep," The Doctor concluded.
"Now that's two bootstrap paradoxes I've witnessed today," Time Steve stated.
"Where was this cottage?" Flash Sentry asked.
"It was near Fluttershy's cottage. It's not there now- well, in the current moment in time we're in, that is. We have to go back in time to go there," The Doctor replied. He walks back over to the double white doors and closes them.
"What's wrong, Twilight?" Time Steve asked.
Vworp! Vworp vworp vworp vworp!
"Nothing..." Twilight sighed.
"I can tell something's wrong. Is it about what happened with Dread Steve?" Time Steve stated.
"I don't wanna talk about it," Twilight started sounding more stern. Time Steve decides to drop the subject.
"Twilight- Madness had put me thwough the same thing! I won't let you or anybody for that matter suffer like I did!" Derpy sternly declared.
"Huggies," Derpy demanded Twilight. The grey pegasus pulls the alicorn into her with her forehooves. Twilight doesn't resist and let's the grey pegasus hug her
Vworp! Vworp vworp vworp vworp!
"Okay, we're here," The Doctor comes over from the centre of the TARDIS, over to the railings, where everybody else is. He bends down to pick up the colt with both hands. He then gets back up and heads to the double white doors, then walks through them.
The Doctor walks out of his TARDIS. He parked his time machine just a metre from the Everfree Forest. To the left, he sees what would become Fluttershy's cottage, at least a good 100 feat in the distance, undecorated. To the right, he sees ahead is a dark wooden, basic, cuboid-shaped cottage. The Doctor walks right, into the Everfree forest.
"You've got an exciting, adventurous life ahead of you..." The Doctor whispers to the sleeping colt.
"You will do extraordinary, extraordinary things, Doctor Whooves. You will do, the unimaginable..."
The Doctor is now right infront of the cuboid-shaped cottage. Where he is, there's a door about 8 feat tall and 3 feat wide. It is a very tall door for a pony.
The Doctor bends down and gently places the colt on the ground, then gets back up. He extends his right arm and knocks on the door. Then, he starts heading back to his TARDIS.
(Inside the TARDIS)
"Twilight, you done nothing wrong okay. You got me, you got me?" Derpy firmly looks at Twilight in the eyes.
"Good," Derpy smiles, and Twilight has a smile back.
"Doctor," Time Steve started off as he sees the Doctor walking back inside THE TARDIS, over to everybody else.
"Why Twilight and Flash specifically? Why did you need them?" The steve inquired. The Doctor leans over to Time Steve's right here
"I know about their secret," The Doctor whispered.
"That's why."
"I don't think it's a secret, but okay," Time Steve nodded.
"All seriousness, I needed you, to reverse his state all the way back, as well, I needed a male and female pony- I technically made Doctor Whooves' parents Twilight and Flash Sentry-"
"What!?" Twilight and Flash Sentry exclaimed, cutting off the Doctor.
"You are technically Doctor Whooves' parents- well, the parents of this Doctor Whooves. With there being infinite possibilities with this paradox, anybody could become his parents- anything thinkable, has happened in one of these infinite timelines," The Doctor finishes off what he was saying.
"Who were his owiginal, OWIGINAL parents?" Derpy asked.
"That information has been lost to time. It's untraceable, as that moment no longer exists- timey wimey stuff you don't have to worry about," The Doctor replied.
"We should probably get back to the present time- whatever's the present for us. At this point, I don't know what's the present," Time Steve chuckled.
"Okay," The Doctor nodded. He goes back to the controls at the centre of the TARDIS. He flicks levers and presses buttons, and the TARDIS starts taking off.

I hope you like my own design for Doctor Whooves. I didn't want to copy most fanfics that have Doctor Whooves actually being the Doctor himself, I wanted to do something unique for my fanfics. Incase if some people are a little bit confused by what I did, I'll break it down.
My idea for Doctor Whooves' was having his last generation self save his 1st generation self without his 1st knowing who the mystery pony was that saved him was up until that point he becomes that mystery pony. Then, have the actual Doctor come and use his regeneration abilities to save him, use a male and female pony's DNA in the regeneration process and a 3rd pony casting a spell to reverse Doctor Whooves' stane back in time (didn't need the 3rd pony as we had Time Steve in this instance). Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed my design for Doctor Whooves :)
